Honestly, I'm quite disappointed in this place. It was expensive for being out of season ( no go karts, batting cages, or mini put put). 9$ per kid to ride the bumber cars for 1 time. The most disappointing thing is the arcade. Half of the machines dont work, and if they do, they eat your tokens or dont give you tickets. Used to go to the Polaris location as a kid, but that closed back in 2020 in hopes of becoming a Carvana. Not it's just a hole. Anyway? This place needs a lot of TLC. We honestly had the most amazing experience for my daughters birthday party yesterday! Our birthday planner checked in with me every step and even helped with items I forgot! My daughter said it was the best birthday ever we had complete access to the kids area and all of the kids won lots of tokens! The staff was super friendly and helped when the machines didn't dispense tickets or tokens got eaten. Completely different than when I was a kid. A lot fewer games inside. The go-karts are in dire need of maintenance. One of them could barely go 5-7mph. We had an amazing experience at Magic Mountain in Columbus! A huge shoutout to Laniah and Raelee for making our visit so enjoyable. Our 2- and 5-year-old had an absolute blast! The jungle gym is the biggest we've ever seen?our kids could?ve played in there all day. We also had delicious pizza and enjoyed a fun round of mini golf. Great place for kids and teens, I was disappointed about the go carts not open on Friday day, my grandson turned 18, we came from out of town. Some. Machines were broken and not marked, we lost our coins. My 6 year old grand daughter had a blast! I Thank the Navy veteran for the extra tickets and she did too! The food is a bit pricey, and the pizza crust was tough, other than that the service was fair, but thy could use more workers. The cashier handled herself well, especially with the complaints.

I haven't been anywhere like this in a very long time. This particular location is okay. Some games are broken and old and not well maintained. I shouldn't be too surprised not sure what type of traffic they're getting these days. On the flip side, for $20 bucks you get a lot of tokens. And for kids small enough not to care about the random machines games that don't work, that's a lot of play time.

Went to Magic Mountain Sunday afternoon. As an adult this place is old and ran down. To my 5 and 8 year old this place is Awesome. Real coins and tickets for the games. The play zone they would stay in all day. We did putt putt, with water hazards. We just had 2 day record rain but the let us play. The staff Asia, Raelee, Tayshon and Shayona was super friendly to the kids.

I have a 2yr old that loves to climb and explore and a 4 yr old who loves games and activities. They had lots of fun but it was disappointing that a lot of the the games were not counting the coins. I probably lost 12 coins. I got 4 of them back but I felt like I had to explain myself too much just to get those four back. Maybe it was just one of the kiddos I talked to behind the corner because another friend of mine said that they reimburse them extra. Could also use a little bit more kid, friendly games.

Came here for a birthday party and I haven't been here in so long! But You guys need to be serious. This place need to be upgraded and cleaned. It's honestly so dirty and outdated that it makes me wonder why I loved this place as a child. I couldn't even allow my 1 year to play in the play pin because of how nasty it was. Yes, kids play and make a mess but the actual play area was disgusting. Other than that this place will be a great place.

Decent place. It's kind of run down for what it is. Its 8$ for 2 hrs of the jungle gym thing which is kinda dumb, but luckily they dont bother timing it. Rating this place 5* strictly on the mini golf course... This mini golf course was so pretty with so many photographic views. The course is challenging and well varied. Was not too pleased with the go karts. Some of the go karts have absolutely no business being in operation.

Mike from Magic Mountain is the best guy in the world. He lost his phone while fixing their fountain but found it. There was a mix up with our wrist bands that we never initially received but all was mended. Had a great time

This place is great. Its a little dated but that's fine its still one of the best. The old play areas in my opinion are just better. its only 7$ to play at the play area. They have different things also like games , bumper cars, and golf. Pretty cool ?? ??

Kiddo seems to really enjoy climbing through all the equipment here. It wasn't too crowded when we went. We bought some tokens and the first 2 arcade games we tried took our coins. Lol. Also a lot of the games didn't output tickets like they should have. Probably just need refilled..not a huge deal. However if we came just for the arcade (which we didn't) we would have been a little disappointed. But my son who just turned 4 really loved the indoor playground equipment.

This place is fun. Batting cages, go carts, mini golf, small kid play area, and small game room. They've stepped security up because it is slightly hood. Otherwise, fun with the kids.

Brought the kids for a fun weekend activity. They had a great time playing putt putt and video games (which I would say is the highlight); there's lots of things to choose from and great value. The facilities have clearly worn down over the years with little to no upkeep to the exterior or putting course, but for the money spent it can be overlooked. Horrible! Had our son?s 2nd bday party here it was so dirty and nasty! There were water leaks in the ceiling and water all over the floor! He fell and almost busted his face open we told the manager when first getting there that the whole floor was soaked he never came and cleaned it and our son ended up falling this place is disgusting and a health hazard it should be shut down! They then refused to refund our money due to us already filling paying a month ahead of time this was by far the worse experience

The facility is very well maintained and clean. We have been there 3 times so far in the past couple of years. We have found its easier to go during the week as its not as busy, instead of Friday - Saturday. Our kids are older and we still had a lot of fun.

Review is for the miniature golf course only. Will not be going back. Both of the available courses are very poorly maintained. Most of the waterfalls are clogged with leaves resulting in several of the holes flooding. Lost one golf ball because it got stuck in a broken plastic pipe in one of the obstacles. Most of the wooden steps and wooden obstacles on the putting greens are rotted and at least one wooden railing was dangerously loose.

One of the most missed places in my memory. I loved magic Mountain as a younger kid?? timeless memories and unforgettable fun! Would love to come see it again one day!

Very dirty, bathrooms really bad the kids had fun for the price. It is very run down. The putt putt is very uneven and there are railroad ties sticking out in places. It is fun for a weekend thing but we came In out of town I was disappointed. Also in the parking lot is a motel with boarded up windows holding air conditioners. The cops on duty did a awesome job two groups of people got in a fight Inside the arcade and he controlled it and no one got hurt.

We went while visiting the area on a rainy day. The kids had so much fun! Cute, cheap and a great way to burn an hour or two without costing you a fortune!

I was in the ballpit and stuff got in me and my cousins eyes and could not get it out and it irritated our eyes and my cousin was crying so hard because of it being in our eye so please clean the ballpit cause it hurts getting that into your eye! And it leaves stuff on your clothes and the lights are dirty and how are we supposed to get that many tickets like make it lower please!!

I have been coming to this magic mountain for a long time. 2012-2017. We play mini golf on the adventure 18 holes. They are 3 out if 5 stars. Upkeep is not good, but still fun. Go carts are dated as well. Video games disappointing selection and half of the ticket games broken. Come on magic mountain get your $@&? together. Go to Polaris location unless you want to play mini golf.

Mini golf is overpriced for the experience. It looks like the holes have not been cleaned or maintained for YEARS. Mud or moss on each hole, unsafe stairs, tears in the turf material. All while charging the same amount or more as in years past. Save your money and go somewhere better maintained.

Played putt putt, go carts, and games. Lots of fun for my kids and myself. Most the staff didn't seem to happy to be working there and food took way to long to be made. Found a little crayfish on the golf course that made us laugh. Overall good time.

It's nice to be able to take kids to play. But things and times have definitely changed. It used to be that at the door adults were given a wrist band or a hand stamp to match the kid so who came with who was checked going back out. None of that is checked like that anymore. So it's definitely up to the parents to watch the kids I don't have a problem with that but some parents come there and set and kids run freely there, to me and my mind in today's world it's unsafe for kids to run freely with out an adu

Lots of fun things to do!! We had a birthday party for 12 yr old. Pizza drinks, game tokens. Also got wristbands to ride gocarts and bumper cars (dave n buster's don't have gocarts and bumper cars.) $210 for 8 people. Our "party assistant" was a beautiful young lady named Asia. She did a great job taking care of our needs. Rating would be 5 stars, but the facility is dated; could use a refresh.

Got my grandson up here . The place is dingy! Dirty on the inside and outside. I haven't been here in years and it didn't look like this. This is sad.

A lot of machines would not work. You would put in the coins and wouldn't start. Some wouldn't work properly and some didn't have the balls to even play. They could have at least labeled the machines with a paper so people wouldn't try to use them.

Played mini-golf here. Some holes are just duplicates of previous one and others were broken/ruined by time. The grounds were in subpar shape, but it did storm the night before so I guess I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I did have fun playing here though and they have some interesting holes.

Actually not too bad. I went here for my birthday with my brother and dad, got a LOT of tickets, and overall had a blast. I have a few complaints, which is that some of the games would eat tokens, but that was only a couple of them. Most machines worked and we didn't have any problems. It was a bit dirty, but it makes sense, as there were a ton of kids around. Also, there was no atm, so we were lucky they took card at the front desk to get some tokens, which made us have to wait in line for about 10 minutes

It's actually clean and well maintained considering how old this place is... but definitely not the newest or cleanest you can find in Columbus. We only come here on the weekdays bc we go into the play structure with our kids. It's not possible to do so when there are too many kids. $8 for the playground... overpriced if your kids are under 3 or over 8. They can't do much. Food and drink are overpriced as well.

This place was beyond nasty the bathroom was extremely gross and smells so bad. The gym that is for younger kids had older kids climbing all over it and was being rude and not letting the kids that should be playing on it play.
