If you're reading the reviews and have noticed several about the A/C?s please understand they're not exaggerating. It's miserable. There was some fans placed randomly around the business but they don't really help. The go carts had issues when my kids were riding them. My family went back to see the updates since the ownership/name change to Lvl Up Fun! We had a great time and there was an amazing special going on for $29.95 that included unlimited everything- even the arcade games! We ordered a cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, and chicken strips- all big in portions and tasted great!

I'm wish I could give it no stars. I drove over an hour to get here to start our summer vacation. Soooo many of the games don't work, the games that do work steals your points, you can only use your unlimited card on games where you don't win tickets (per their workers at the go kart counter) they gave us the wrong wristbands and we had to continue going to the front to fix their mistakes. It was hot!!! We were the only ones in there and it was hot. Imagine if it were packed. It would be so uncomfortable. S

It was pretty fun? though there was issues such as tire popped on the go karts, the golf was closed, some parts of the trampoline park were torn, and it was HOT there was absolutely no AC in there, Just some fans. Most likely will not return unless they fix the AC.

We came on a Sunday. We did axe throwing, Lazer tag, go karts, and arcade games. It was fun, great way to spend fathers day. The go karts can have some speed if you're driving well. Really fun time all around, will definitely be back.

Half the arcade games either don't work or are on but the card reader wouldn't process so the game wouldn't work. The go karts are only for two people and the track is small. The staff are nice and hardworking, but I won't be coming back until improvements are made. Waste of time and money, Dave and Busters is a better option or even Bay Area Raceway.

This place was a joke! It is ghetto. Games don't work. Bowling lanes kept getting the balls stuck. And something big and metal literally fell on the pins. Brought the kiddos here for the first time since the opening and arrived at 5pm. Very disappointed! More than 10 games in the arcade were out of order. The women?s bathroom was filthy and had no soap. The card dispenser for arcade messed up. Lastly, there is little to no staff available walking around to help assist with anything but the staff that was working were helpful.

Disappointing Experience ? Avoid This Place If I could give zero stars, I would. This place looked like a fun spot with go-karts, games, and a bar, but the reality was a complete disaster. First off, the service was incredibly slow?whether at the bar, the front desk, or the game area, it felt like the employees just didn't care. First The party planner got my party date wrong. The person there made it right and got us a room. The kids had a great time jumping and playing. We ate pizza, everything was fine?..till about 9 pm. we all got sick with diarrhea and throwing up. all of us who ate including my poor guest. If I could give this half a star I would. The staff was insanely rude. This place is a great concept but the staff drives people away. Also.. if you're going to run a deal then you need to make sure your staff honors the deal! We were informed after we had paid that laser tag was only available for two people to play at a time. Some of the options that were advertised were no longer available at that location and we were not informed before hand. Over half of the arcade games were either broken or out of service. More than half of the games that did work took your credits and did not dispense tickets or the prize that was won.

One of the worst experiences I've had out ever. Half the games didn't work, no soap in the restroom, bowling lanes didn't work, trampolines were filthy, and half the go karts didn't work. This place would be amazing if there was any sort of maintenance/management but unfortunately there's only about 10 workers in a building that should have 25-50.

Extremely dissatisfied. The location is understaffed, we were all siting for someone to attend the desk. The staff also doesn't really know what to do. Some on their laptop just sitting but not helping. The management really need to review the staff and operations or they will just aste their investment. Really awful place. Everything is broken. Like actually everything. The go carts were scary. Hard to steer, hard to stop etc. the trampoline park is dirty. Total waste of money and time. The moment we walk through the door we were greeted by Kayleigh and she was the absolute best!!! She made the last night of our vacation the best with my husband and I and our 5 boys! 10/10 recommend this place and the have the friendliest faces and staff (especially Kayleigh!)

Crew was extremely rude (some not all) kids were told to go to the bar for their ?free drinks? and were passed up for over 45 min. Spent 100 bucks and got one go cart ride and one bowling game. We had my four-year old granddaughter's birthday party at Tex Fun & Social. It was a great experience! The spacious party room allowed us to seat several kids and adults. Celebrated my sons birthday here and our whole party had a blast! The service was amazing and we enjoyed some delicious drinks at the bar! Literally half of the machines were down and they would take your money and not work . There were no signs on any of the games that were down so kids would just sit there and waste their money. I recently went here for a birthday party and it was a blast! Super helpful staff, plenty of fun activities for people with all interests, the food was great, with the chips and queso being my favorite!! Concept is solid and is an alternarive ro main event. Axe throwing is poor with very dull and chipped axes. Bowling is sub par from the machine constantly glitching out. Don't waste your time, just went after they re opened. Go carts are $20 for a 5 min ride, Bay Area race way 3 min up the road is $7. The Tex entertainment center is a nice set up, but unfortunately it was not well kept, many games didn't work. Upon parking, the walk in was littered with garbage. The ceiling leaking in spots, there was a damp musky odor. Like most of the Mainland City Centre development, it's unkept, cheap on help with poor customer service. If we are trying to clean up and make this area attractive, this development is failing.

I feel like for the purposes of informing customers before they make a purchase about which games are broken. The helmet didn't fit for the go-karts. The staff was incredibly helpful and offered a refund while still allowing me to hang out with my friends.

We had a lot of fun here. Food was pretty good, lots of space to spread out, plenty for the kids to do, prices were on par. My son felt like the rope course could have more to it. The arcade games didn't work well more than half of the time, it either didn't register or it double charge, had to tap my card on the screen multiple times to play, there's better arcades that charge you less to play and have better games.

This is honestly a down graded version of the old Texas entertainment. Some of the old stuff that was here including, roller skating , the old jungle house , everything is extremely expensive , don't come here unless your willing to spend more than 200$ dollars on a family of 5 and that's if you want most of the X perience .
