Booked a birthday party a week in advance and they were able to accommodate with no issues. They were even able to find a special requested party theme which we were very pleased to see. Food is pretty good too. Expect a clean and safe place for your kids and guests to enjoy with excellent service!

Quite a big playground for kids of all ages, from infants to toddlers to bigger kids. That's why it's a fun yet not-so-safe place for all. Smaller children will face more dangers from surrounding areas and even bigger kids. You can't predict what would happen when kid?s at play. Many activities from ball pits to climbing houses, and arcade games. They have a cafeteria inside and a dining area, but many items are so pricey. We visited Luv 2 Play for our son's friend's birthday party today, and we had a great time! One of the go to play for my son since he was 3 years old. The staff is really nice and equipments, play structure is very clean and well maintained. We also hosted his Birthday party here All queries were patiently answered , staff was always available for service and all our guests had amazing time. Best part of all was my parents ( kid's grand parents) enjoyed seeing little ones play and enjoy the lovely pizzas. I would 100% recommend this place for weekend fun as well as Birthday parites.

Luv 2 Play at Eastridge Mall is a great place for kids to have fun. The indoor playground is clean and has areas for babies, toddlers, and older kids. It's a safe environment with friendly staff. My kids had a blast running around and playing. The only downside is that it can get really crowded, especially on weekends, which means you might have to wait for certain areas. Also, sometimes older kids play in the toddler area, which can be a bit unsafe.

Took my little sister and my niece out to the mall and found this place and I can't tell you how happy they were. It's really a nice place for the kids, it's clean, safe and most importantly you can be watching them at all times. They love this place.

Very good indoor playground located conveniently in the mall. Compared to other indoor playground in south bay, this is the most reasonably priced one. We have been taken our girl here very young since they have baby and toddler sections.

I'm giving 4 stars for cleanliness and the fact that my 2 year old had a ball. There was more arcade games then the usual indoor play place so that was fun too. About a year ago I had my sons bday it was soso the "cake" was mini Walmart cupcakes for 800 I would think a little more would Be given. Anywho two days later we all had a horrible stomach flu fast foward to this weekend my kids were invited to a party here and guess what bug we brought home...stomach. My daughter had her birthday here and she loved it. I can not recommend this place enough. They had one employee going round the whole time cleaning the play structure. Another employee was just sweeping. So clean Everyone must wear masks so please don't be that person. Most of their clientele is under 12 so they can't be vaccinated.

Came from out of town for my nephew?s birthday party and I was blown away by the level of care and attention the staff took to make it an enjoyable experience for the kids - and adults! The kids had a blast and there was no shortage of things to do. Arcade games, play places like I hadn't seen, fun rooms. Great indoor playground. They recently restocked the balls for the cannons and I love that the gate locks and that they provide sock covers for the bathrooms. I only wish they had a step stool for easy hand washing for the little as well.

This used to be a great place, now it's ok. My kids used to play with a ball/air thingy and it has not been working for the past 6 months or more...there were some wrinkles in the foam floor and kids kept tripping there, it was not as clean as it used to be.

Our kid loves this place. The slides are very famous - they have 3 types of slides. They have a ball pit and a canon fight designated space. Parents can accompany kids which is kinda of awesome if your kid is scared and shy. It's $20 for 2 hours. There is cafe too where you can buy pizza, milk, juices and lot more. It's great for bday parties too. They provide separate rooms with decent capacity. They have arcade games for extra money.

We absolutely love this. We had our daughter birthday party there, it's unlimited play time for kids and very clean, and their staff was always there to check and maintain their standard.. Owner is a very kind and decent person. Totally recommend this place for birthdays or weekends for kids.

This place was filthy, got there with white socks left with dirty sticky socks. The 4 and under play area had chip crumbs in the ball pit, a bunch of hair, and lots of dust bunnies. The baby?s ball pit balls were super dirty. The arcade games felt sticky. We were there for a good two hours and not once did I see an employee clean any equipment. Hosted my Daughter's Birthday & she enjoyed a lot. Food and arrangements were also pretty good. This location is pretty new, less than a year old and maintained quite well. Has lot of activities for all ages. Visited couple of times after the birthday as well as they give 1 month membership with Birthday Package.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences ever. I came with my children on Saturday and had my two daughters play. My son who is 13 and was going to sit out and not play was questioned by the employees & BY THE OWNER his age! They said he didn't look 13 and needed to play in order to enter. Cleaning continuously no smell great place to take kids here

The staff called me on the radio and lectured me because my kid "used a water bottle to hit another kid". After a lot of investigation, it turns out the other kid was climbing up the slide (which obviously was against the rule) and collided with my son as he was coming down. Weirder yet, the parents made up the water bottle story half an hour later and reported to the staff. No one cared to ask my children what the story is.

This place is fun, clean and not too busy during the weekdays. The girls who work there are polite and always cleaning and vacuuming up the place, they have a big play place, a toddler play area, video games, and also a little snack bar in the back. My son loves coming here!

I can't recommend this place enough. Super clean and sanitary, the food is so good, everyone who works there is so friendly and professional. And the kids had soooooooo much fun! My toddler loves to play here. The place is big and even there's lot of kids playing, the space is big and lot of slides and area to play with. There's station for babies, toddler and big kids. Also the adults are free.

A very unpleasant experience. It is highly not recommended for children under 7 years old to go. It is a very big safety hazard because it is a mixed age group and uneducated older children will bully younger children. I will not go there again! The merchant is very irresponsible!

I throw a party here for my son and we had an amazing experience! The employee were so helpful and understanding. They made us have a better experience at this place. Everything they have here is fun for a child and a parent with a heart of a kid.

So came here with my lil boys 1 and 5 and they absolutely loved this place. If you don't have much going on and have some kids that need to burn of energy this is a great spot for them. With slides and ball pits and and baby arcade games you will be glade you came.

Around 4 months ago this play area was great: clean, staffs aware of the environment, materials pretty well organized which attacks be member to the place, and lastly the place became not clean anymore there are garbage on the play estructure so much dusty, broken materials and no more staffing taking care to keep clean the environment.

I had been here once. I like the place is pretty big and had it's Cafe. It is very crowded. The rules said mask is required. But i do not see anyone wearing mask.

I never come black here . Another kid overturned a toy that my child was playing with, and fell on another girl's back. It's not our fault. The staff then became displeased and toppled my daughter's toy.
