Customer Reviews

This was our first time at Luv 2 Play Riverside and we were thoroughly impressed. The space was clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. Our kids had an amazing time ? they easily made new friends and stayed happily entertained for over three hours! As parents, we really appreciated being able to relax while the little ones explored and played safely. They loved the pizza and had a blast in the arcade area. It's the perfect spot for indoor play, especially during the hot summer month

This place was great!!! The only reason it's 4 stars is because sooo many older kids kept coming into the baby area (crawlers and starting to walk) and I have an 18 month old. She was loving that area so much but then parent would watch as their much older kids came in and started throwing everything around. Not really the fault of the business but maybe they could check on the baby area every once in awhile or make an announcement during busier times throughout the day as a reminder. The sign on the gate d

We have been to many indoor playgrounds. And by far this is the best one. The baby and toddler area is big enough for them is not just a small little space. There's definitely plenty to do for that type of age and the regular size is huge. It looks clean and everything is pretty much. Well, protected large place to play. They also have a area to play basketball. And some arcade games and a kitchen for some food. definitely the best one out of many that we have visited so far. Definitely coming back By the

3 solid stars with no deal breakers, I would come back as long it's not stifling inside. Lost 1 star: for way too hot for a cool down play area for kids. Would not come back again if it's hot inside again, kids don't seem to mind however not going to let my littles sweat profusely bc they are running with excitement. Myself included, extremely hot. It's 100 degrees, need a cool down area please. Nice location, helpful staff and productive wiping things down, cleaning up after children. Parents be r

Considering ?TORY / TORI? is a manager, she already does have multiple bad reviews under her name which should hopefully be privately investigated with higher supervisor attention. Tory was oddly rude to start off with , from the moment we came in , we also told her the ? toy car coupe ? was broken, after my daughter had tipped and fallen over because the tire was completely broken. TORY said ? leave it , we know?. underestimating a baby could be injured , I would?ve considered moving that out. We had

Used to come here in 2018 or so. I remember every time I came i had a great time. I just wish I wasnt so old so i can enjoy and relive my childhood. Curse you covid. But I am glad to see one of my childhood fun locations thriving!

We just had our child?s birthday party at Luv2Play, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The party room was beautifully decorated, the kids had a blast playing in the massive indoor playground, and the arcade was a huge hit! The staff was incredibly helpful, making sure everything ran perfectly, and the party host took care of all the setup and cleanup so we could actually enjoy the party! The pizza was surprisingly delicious, and every kid got a game

Luv 2 Play in riverside area is the biggest indoors arena in the area, it is suitable for all ages, even grownups enjoy the time there, staff do a very good job in monitoring kids and in keeping the place extremely clean and hygienic specially in Covid times, there is a food court with varieties of pizza, chicken tenders, French fries and fountain drinks, the fees for 2 hours are 14.99 and they allow birthday parties and celebrations, if you don't wear a socks you will probably need to buy one from there, l

Came with my wife n son. Best day ever. Makes for the best memories for you and your children. The place is constantly being cleaned by dedicated staff. The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and utmost professional!

Great place to bring kids! Family friendly, great staff and friendly environment. Three different play structure for all ages! My grand kids had a blast!

Have been bringing my kid here since I moved to riverside. It is a solid indoor playground. Every time I go, it is clean and maintained. They have disposable booties for the bathroom which is great! My daughter loves playing and gets exhausted after 2 hrs. The food is okay, can be a little overpriced especially if you get snacks. You're better off just getting a whole pizza.

Celebrated my son?s 5th birthday party at Luv 2 Play. They hosted my private event for 130 people! The party host was very attentive and followed the timeline to the minute. From the start of planning my event, Luv 2 Play staff were so attentive to detail and communicated with me until the day of my event. Our kids and our guest safety was our main priority and this place exceeded our expectations. From the little babies to teenagers, were all able to enjoy the play area during our party. Our private event

This place is great! My son played nonstop from 9:30 am to 2 pm. The play structure is amazing, there are so many things for the kids to do: slides, air pressure guns that shoot foam balls, a trampoline with a foam block pit attached, stairs to climb, bridges to traverse, things to climb over and under, places to hide out. They have spaces for younger kids to safely play, a cafe for lunch or snacks and a coffee spot. There is plenty of places to sit around the play areas (they aren't super comfortable but b

I've come here a few times and always have a great experience. The staff are helpful. My grandkids just live to play and explore the various play areas. Today, there was a birthday party taking place and boy it looked well done and fun!

Don't have a party here! They don't disclose all their hidden fees and mixed up our birthday boys' gifts with another party, so we had to coordinate with the other mom to figure out whose we're who's. Taking up party time. The manager Tory was so rude and condescending when they forgot to give us the game cards til 5 minutes before they kicked us out of the room and most guests had already left. As we were leaving she stood behind the desk saying God Bless you and making the catholic cross symbol to us. She

I was actually very pleasantly surprised with this playground. Lots of fun equipment big slides, foam pit, climbing wall, 4 levels to explore, plus reasonably priced games with fun prizes to pick from. It also wasn't very crowded and it was all cleaned regularly. Very impressed and will definitely be back often!!!

I have taken my little one to several different places like this, it's how we like to spend my days off. But this place is by far our favorite! For starters they have the coolest socks you can purchase from then with grips on the bottom that are so good you can literally walk up the tallest side with ease! The coolest thing (for the adults at least) is the coffee bar they have connected in the front corner, and they make the best coffee! Also the fact that they incorporate arcade games and the ability to ge

We have the membership. My kids love to go and play and the pizza is really good in our opinion. Pretty well kept clean and I feel my kids are safe running around as the gate to go out the play area is locked and a worker has to open it and the check wrist bands to ensure the kids matches the adult before leaving.

2/7/2025: Update to the New Owners response: Wow someone finally reached back out. Now I must clarify that nothing about my family and friends who attended was appalling. What is appalling is the way we were treated during our visit. Given that experience, I can assure you that none of us would ever consider returning. And keep in mind that we not only paid the full balance, but we paid for the extra people that exceeded the package amount(17ppl) despite still getting thrown out. Your response to a unsatis

Kids love coming here they have a variety of things to do for all ages from jungle gyms, slides, arcade games, legos and more. I bring the kids mostly on the weekends and its never crowded. The layout is open and doesnt have the crowded claustophobic vibe and the staff are very nice and friendly. My daughter makes new friends everytime we come and the hard part is getting them to leave. I greatly recommend it to others. And the prices and food is also decently priced compared to others I have been to.

Good place for kids to stay. there don't have too many game machines which is good for kids!!

It was ok the air balls game was broken and one of the nets was sealed off it's ok but they should advise the air balls aren't working but for exercise and to get the kiddos tired via work out it's an ok place not dirty but not clean

This place is great, for toddlers but kids all ages can play, no shoes required, can celebrate birthdays party's, super clean , and the staff keeps cleaning. Beautiful service ?. Pizza is great

It's so clean and nice l,m going to come here everyday and l don't live in riverside but really fun place to bring your kids the restroom is so clean too really fun and nice place to bring your kids

First time here, love this place! Lots of play for the kiddos, food, redbulls, wifi, this place is killer. Will be coming back!

Great place for kids to go jump around and burn some energy. However, if you're thinking about having a party here, save your money. Not worth it! Just pay for your guests and buy some food. My experience was less than professional and very impersonal. I booked the premium packed and open floor for 3 hours, but we were only allowed in the open floor for 2 hours. Barely saw my party host. Not worth $1,400. 00

Definitely not what I expected. Very big inside and lots of fun. I took my 10 yr old sister in law and my 10 month old daughter and both had a blast. Very clean and I loved how the employees were constantly cleaning everything. Will be visiting again soon!!!

It's nice that they allow the parents to go on the stuff too, food and drink prices are a little crazy for the quality overall it's a neat place to take your little people.

Lots to play here. No time limit. My 2 and half year old has a blast here. Different areas of play for different age groups. They also have a cafe and coffee shop. The chai tea latte was delicious.

I brought a toddler in this morning and we played, picked up the older boys after school, and came back to play more!! We have all been having so much fun! I'm very grateful for all the padding throughout as I have very bad knees. I have been to places where the padding was not good and it hurt so bad. My only negative is that you must order their food. I understand the safety of the other kis factor, but I just don't have that kind of extra money.

The service is great! My kids and I enjoyed this location. We came based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. The food is great as well, very affordable I was surprised I was able to feed my family of 6 a whole pizza and waters with juice for everyone for about $30. You can tell the staff enjoys working here. Thank you, especially those preparing the meals in the back! We will definitely make the drive out here again!

Worst experience over all! Never book a party at this place. Over priced and employees are rude. Specially the guy lead with the long hair and the manger named Torri.

This place was cool for the kids!! It's not a very big place but big enough for kids to run around and act crazy! You have to keep an eye on the little ones but if you have kids that are older, you don't have to watch as close. YOU MUST WEAR SOCKS!! Once you get into the playground you can only wear socks. If you don't have socks, you can buy some for $4.95. The food was good. Pizza (of course), chicken strips, fries. Make sure you order them before the kids get too hungry. It takes a while to cook the food

Safe fun! Indoor playground. Comfortable atmosphere. Great food! Kids love it! Parents can join the kids in the playground..affordable.

Just go see for yourself is what I'm going to tell you... Seriously, you won't be disappointed, I promise, it literally is everything a parent can pretty much ask for.... there's a great staffing team an, in my opinion, It seemed to be a rather secure facility, it is large in size as well as offers food, altho I've never purchased anything so I couldn't quote you a price. I went using a Groupon my first time and it was a steal...... since then I've been a repeat customer. Lastly, they also provide parental

This was my first time there at Luv 2 Play Riverside, we had believe celebrated my Uncle's baby for his birthday.

Great place for kids with reasonable rates. Good deals available on Groupon. Bonus for being very sensory friendly

Thee most freeing, fantastic place to play with toddlers! Me & my 4 yrold grandson spent hours here on a saturday afternoon. The employees are kind and helpful. We will always return! You guys rock! #Luv2play #riverside

I have to say 2 stars only cause for them not to have air conditioning in the summer time where temp is around 100 degrees outside in Riverside is outrageous. Other than that there's plenty to do , customer service is great, and its 4/5 clean cause the floors could be cleaner so if you come during cooler months I'm sure it's amazing. Summer time is NOT it .

Good for kids cheap also cheaper if u used groupon pizza not to bad on price around $13.99

I come here about once per month. VERY clean. Well organized. Attached coffee shop is unique with great coffee. Play areas avaible for all different age groups.

Love this place, my kids enjoy them selves for hours and I do too, im a big kid here, don't know who has more fun me or them

This indoor playground was pretty nice for being in Riverside. We stopped by with our kids here...on Saturday afternoon. For 4 kids, 2 adults, and 3 socks...it was under $100. For 3 hrs...it was well worth it. AC was nice and cool too.

Super fun place to get all the wiggles out. Clean and safe play areas for a variety of ages. The entire floor of the play area is padded. Every time we've gone the parents around us have been super vigilant in making sure their kids play nicely. Tuesdays you get an extra hour of play.

ACK! YUCK! No shoes MANDATORY. Must wear socks and if you don't have socks you have to buy some from them. Masks too. Drinks spilled, kids barf and soda fountain area wet. I'll be taking my socks OFF before I put my shoes back on. Two adults free only, so our third adult that showed up refused to pay to come in and left. With that said, FOOD IS GOOD.

I really enjoyed this place. Definitely bringing the kids back to play.

Great Place For Kids And Parents Very Clean and Organized Definitely Will Be Back

They are amazing, the food is good, and their membership is a great deal ??

Super place, clean and friendly. Food above average. Place can get a little crowded on weekends, especially on rainy days! Great party location.

This establishment has greatly declined in quality and customer service since the last time I came here and it's very sad. I have thrown numerous birthday parties for my kids here and have referred family and friends. To the owner: your business needs maintenance, you need workers that want to work and understand customer service. Lastly please clean the surfaces in the ball pit and surrounding the ball blaster areas- a white film is visible on the clear plastic.

Baby had fun, and continues to have fun here are the many years. But now also with her brother

This place was so nice for the kids! They had so much fun and it was very spacious. The kids were so entertained the whole time.

This place is okay. Very big very clean some of the staff is super friendly and some of them don't give a s***. they recently raised their prices again. It's close to $20 a child which is super ridiculous. 2 hours max. You can get a monthly membership for $30 but your committed to a one-year membership. If you have two or more kids that's a lot. For my two girls it's close to $800. That's a season pass for both kids and change left over to Disneyland. ??????

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. The place was packed. The front office staff were very nice but staff on the play areas looked upset. Maybe because it was very busy and some kids were going crazy. My son loved it and enjoyed himself, which is what matters in the end. I saw several kids with runny noses and sneezing. With the place packed as it was I don't think surfaces are cleaned enough. If you are a germaphobe, you may want to stay away from this place. If all you need is a place to allow your kids t

My kids love this place. They implemented a time limit because of c19 that is still in place now even though the pandemic has died down, and the price has went up also since the pandemic and has not went back to the original price. Even with those two negative things I still will be taking my kids there again. They have people keeping the sitting areas clean and the service is very good. The price is not crazy high though, it is just a little more than it used to be. Overall it is a great place for the ki

Had my daughter's birthday party here. She had tons fun and the staff was really nice. Our party host took really good care of us and we will definitely be going back for some more fun!

My 1 year old son loved playing here. There was plenty to do in the 2 hour allotted time. The only thing that I wish would have been maintained more is cleaning of the play areas. In some areas of high use, you can see dirty black marks that should come out with a quick disinfectant. Overall though, a great place to let your child go play with a fair price

As you all know I don't typically leave one with star reviews, but in this instance this place seem like they were just trying to rob you point blank. I entered the door and I saw the prices were 17.99 for Friday and Saturday. That was fine. The price was actually okay. The issue I had was that that was only going to cover 2 hours. So we would be kicked out right after that. When I found that information out that's when I felt like I was being played and my kid wasn't going to get a good experience. If i yo

Staff is always friendly. Lots of different areas for kids to play in. The large playground has a lot of fun slides plus a trampoline. Two different areas for toddlers and tabies. Open area to shoot hoops. Great food selections and fast service. They also offer rooms for rent for Birthday parties.

This place my girls love it. Ages 3 and 4. Recommend this place if your little ones are 7 and under

Giving it 5 stars because it's the absolute best play place that we've been too...PERIOD. The staff is amazing and my kids love it there. There is one huge issue tho. The age limit is way to high. I've had very small 2&3 years old get drilled by kids from 10-14 years of age running at high speeds through this place. I would honestly say 8 & under should be the age range. This place would still be packed out on weekends. Also, members should have a dedicated check in line. We've been going here for about 6 m

This place is great. Lots of fun stuff to do. It's pretty straight forward it is an indoor playground facility with 2 hour play time. You have to sign a waiver and wear socks to pass the front lobby plain and simple. Imagine your local neighborhood park but indoors and with lots of cooler activities. The staff is there to maintain the facility, clean up some messes and notify the manager if there is an emergency. It is up to the PARENTS again IT IS UP TO THE PARENTS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEIR OWN KIDS. This pl

Super fun place for little ones! They will have a blast here !! Also very clean and staff here are very friendly.

The staff is very kind, vigilant about safety and sanitizing. Adults need a mask, kids don't. Pizza is really good too. Its a great fun safe place to bring your kids and hang out. I'm grateful their open!! Love it there!

So if you have not been to this place yet and don't know how this place works here it goes. When I arrived and walked in thought hmm small compared to pictures. So didn't let that bother me. Took my grand daughter to rest room people were not using the socks to put over your feet to use restroom??. ( upsetting to see that) . So sitting at the bench/ seat watching kids play. Reminder this is my first time here. So I hear over the speaker, "Jones family party of 4 I need you too come to the desk and c

I loved bringing my kids here. My 5 year old wants to be independent and I could let her be (we meet three other families there so there were 12 kids between us and she wasn't completely alone). My three year old enjoyed it so much also. I have an 8 month old, and he liked the baby area but he was still pretty little to be with the 18 months. But most of the parents are watching their toddling kids pretty well, I was next to baby. I really liked the different areas and that I can get my coffee and talk w

I took my daughter for her 6th birthday and it was horrible the front desk failed to let us know that the ac was broken until after I complained it being way too hot for my kids my granddaughter and nephew . My pregnant daughter started cramping because it was too hot . My kids granddaughter and nephew me my mom pregnant daughter and my friend were all drenched in sweat . There were other kids there also drenched in sweat . There was only one fan and it was extremely hot inside . My daughter and my son and

My son absolutely LOVED this place. There was so much for him to do and climb. He especially loved the foam pit and trampoline. I really appreciated that there were different areas for children of different ages. I was surprised about the cafe food as most places don't have high quality. Something for adults and children. Would recommend and I am 100% bringing my son back.

We've always loved this place. They keep their eating area and playground clean. The kids never run out of things to do and food to eat. I love that we can sit there for hours and talk while the kids play and it's so secure that we're not constantly searching for them and running after them trying to catch them from running off. The food is delicious and freshly made and prices are fair for the services we receive. We definitely miss going there during the Covid outbreak.

Let me start by saying my wife and I took our kids there today because we read reviews about how they are on top of cleaning and decided to give it a shot. Lots of adult seating, thats a plus. Lots of space and sanitation spots all over the playgrounds was a +, Great all around. Let me tell you that it was true. I am so pleased to give this place 5 stars if I could I would give it 10 stars. I was really surprised how for the 2 hrs we were there the 3 staffs in charge of sanitizing the playground did not s

Best indoor playground place for kids! Wish they had a more deals since my kids wanted to play for more than 1 hour. Food is affordable and staff is very friendly. One of the staff members went above and beyond and she was constantly helping my kids get up and assisting them. I also saw how she interacted with the other kids and I could tell she loves her job and loves to help kids.

The place was great. I went for a birthday and it was my first time. My kids had blast! Great customer service, clean (even the bathrooms), yummy food & lots to do for kids. The only problem was it was HOT! Like broken A/C, hundreds of little kids running around an enclosed place hot... everything felt sticky. It's seriously the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars.

My kids can't wait for this place to open since we saw the sign. We were here the first day it was open and it was amazing. Well I am not a big fan of the sand area cause some kids are throwing them while parents just letting them do whatever and think it was funny and someone will clean it. I'm glad it's gone haha. I'm not a big fan of outdoor parks, especially in summer so this place really save me and my energy. My kid had a party here and the party planner was very helpful. I would gladly recommend to h

Luv2play is very clean and lots of fun to keep the kids way busy over 2 hours. We go to indoor play places often and this one was definitely well thought about. They even have you disinfect your stroller tires, which was great. The only missing star is the 2 hour time limit with the constant call over the loud speaker is tacky. We didn't stay our full time bc we had other plans but I dont like that factor at all. It was not busy so I dont get the reasoning why they are so strict over it

Brought an 11 and 5 yr old they had a blast. This place has coffee and food. Has different sections for different kid ranges. Has socks for purchase if needed. The facility is clean saw staff member cleaning and making sure restroom are straighten up. Stocking up the feet covers to enter the restroom which is nice to have since it's socks only permitted in the play area. Lots of seating around play area and Cafe area. Easy to sign in and purchase entrance. The only thing that I could say is a bit of inconv

Great place to bring your kids. My daughter had a blast and so did I. Good price for a single two hour stay. Will definitely come back. If they could add a few lockers for rent that would be awesome so I don't have to carry the bag everywhere. Lol

Broken nets/games and dirty.. real bad experience... 1st time and not coming back

I have attended many indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks, and I would definitely rank this venue near the top of my list. It is much larger than I had anticipated, with very friendly staff. They're seating layout is designed very well, and has choices of either stools or tables. They have restrooms, a very large play Structure, a separate toddler only zone, and an additional guarded area for babies to play with Legos/blocks. Also, they have arcade games with prizes, which is a separate purchase. But,

I am very disappointed you only get a room for 1 hour and we were asked to leave because she was still opening her presents and the hour was up. She had only a few present to go and she was crying because she did know why she had to leave . This is not a kid friendly place only out for your money.

Love the Riverside location! The staff is friendly and responsive: -the staff greets us and walks the facility making sure it's clean -game wasn't working and they immediately took care of it The cleanliness goes above my expectations: -it's a dock only indoor playground -you must put on plastic booties over your socks to go to the bathroom -stroller wheels are sanitized before entering the "sock only" playground The food options are great: -a coffee cafe in the front...serving hot cider this season -sna

Prices are fair! Quick food is convenient and very good. They allow strollers which is helpful when we bring little ones! Very clean place! My grandkids love it. Employees are very nice and professional! We go there often!

So much fun! If you're thinking if this would be fun for the family.. IT IS! They have a big kid area, a little kid area, and a toddler area. They also have an area for token credit game play! My husband and I took our 4 yr old and almost 2 yr old and had a blast! We are not small people and we were able to climb up in the big kid area with our kids! They serve food.. Pizza, salad, corn dogs for kids.. And other food. We spent about 2 to 3 hours here. I highly recommend going!

Even when it's a busy day, like today - Veteran's Day and school is out, there is plenty of space for everyone to have a good time. We go every 90 days or so when we can get a Groupon. One of our favorite indoor playgrounds. Pizza is decent enough for the grownups and it feels like tricking the system for kiddos to get their energy out with playing while you fuel up with pretty great coffee!

It was a nice place...it seemed to be clean and we'll maintained. The workers weren't the friendliest but they were young so it's probably the first job for some of them. The video game card machine wasn't working when we went and the kids kept asking. The 2 hour limit goes by fast and as the day gets later it gets crowded and loud but what do you expect from a kids indoor playground?

I went the first weekend they opened and since then the cleanliness has not changed, very clean and the workers are busy making sure the kids are safe and keeping things in place. The food is also very good. I want to know if we can just order pizzas to go! My kids love it there.

I'm giving 3 stars rate because my family did went there and too way hot indoor and don't have AC cool, I don't know what happened and we will never come back again, I have good reason giving 3 stars rate.

The only place open for my kids to play right now. Small group on workers. Only 2 or 3. The lady at the front desk is lovely and kind. They let your kids go wild without bothering them. I watch my kids so I do not like others to dictate to them when I am standing right there. So they do not do that here. There are two main play areas. One for big kids, one for smaller, then there is a place for baby's also but I wouldn't pay just to bring a baby. You could buy a bouncy toy for them. Now big kids, 3 and up g

I enjoy taking my child here to Luv 2 play, mainly because of how sanitary the place is. Constantly see staff members cleaning. Also, the food is great, worth the price. I haven't had any issues coming to this location at all. Been to the other Luv 2 play in temecula and it was a negative for me and my family. Although, I wish the staff members will communicate more with customers but overall it's a five star in my eyes. Child safety is key.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
