We had a wonderful experience hosting my son?s 3rd birthday. We chose the private option and Sabina was excellent to work with. Her team kept everything clean, organized and on time. We will definitely return for future birthdays!

They are very random in their hours. I came many times. I found them closed without any announcement on the website. I called them to know their working hours because they are in a guard that is not written on the website. He assured me that they are present and open, and when I came, he said that after 1/2 hour the shop closes. They work according to their mood. I would have liked to know before I came to them. They wasted my time and the time of my children who are waiting to come to them. The joy and exc

The price is great but the quality has gone downhill over the last few years. Took our daughter today and the ball pit barely had any balls. The kid swing is broken, the ball shooter is broken, the connect 4 is missing most of the rings and most of the arcade games are broken. There is a lot of dust/hair everywhere on the equipment. Every time we come at least 2 of the arcade games don't work and multiple instances we've come the ball shooter has been broken.

Nice playground with tables for the parents to sit and monitor the kids from a little distance I also appreciated that both parents could get in with no extra charge. The reason I give a 4 stars because there were some violent kids, making a mess and fighting all other kinds and no one intervened. I was hoping one of the employees would have stepped up and say/do something rather me looking for the parents and try to diffuse the situation

We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday here, it is a very nice place, the party room was spacious and big. We especially thank Sabina, she stayed with us all the time, she took care of us very well from the beginning to the end. Everyone had so much fun. The place was not crowded and the pizza there was amazing! I really recommend this place.

Fun place to take your kids, the indoor playground has a baby area, toddler area, and a bigger area for kids 4+ as well as some arcade games. It is conveniently located in fairoaks mall, they serve coffee, fountain drinks and juices as well as have a menu for pizza, chicken tenders, nuggets, etc. They also have party rooms that can be reserved for birthdays.

My daughter and I came here yesterday after needing to visit the DMV. It was our first time, and the woman at the front desk was so nice and friendly. It is fairly priced, and they even have membership options which make it much more affordable. I didn't really check out the big kid area, since I only went with my toddler. My daughter had a lot of fun, and we will definitely return with her big brothers soon.

It's the only place I trust. The workers are very sincere, helpful, and friendly.?? The environment is safe for children, and the products sold are of high quality??????. My kids enjoyed it but there was throw up on the floor that took awhile for someone to clean up. Keep an eye on your kids as the gate isn't manned and there were no bracelets to match parents with their kids. Other playgrounds I've taken my kids too take more care to ensure children are safe.

I really wanted to like this place?it seemed like the perfect spot for my son to enjoy his birthday. To be sure they were open, I called on the day of his birthday, and the woman who answered assured me that they were. Absolutely Loved our visit to this playland. Our Luv 2 play Host Noah was amazing and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect from play time to how we liked our wings and pizza prepared. They also have Wi-Fi & tables in the center of the room and a lockable gate to entry/exit. Can't wait for our next visit. Socks are a must for all that come, can't wait for our next visit!

Nice indoor playground! Went there for a bday party and it was good. The GPS can be tricky trying to find the parking lot and entrance that's nearby? GPs said arrived, yet we parked too far and still had a long walk indoor to actually find the place?

Snow day? S-no problem with Luv 2 Play! Seriously though, we came on a day that Fairfax county schools were closed and it was a lifesaver. Staff were nice. Facilities were clean. The kids ran around and burned off a lot of extra energy. What more can I ask for?

Pros: Not many kids in the morning for the two times we visited. Enough stuff to do for about 1.5 hours. Small place so only one entrance and exit to watch out for. Plenty of parking. Cons: small, playground is dusty and old. It can cost a lot of more if kids like to play their video games.

A lot of bumps and trip hazard for kids playing here. Not sure when and how they maintain their equipment, but so many safety guards are also missing. Wonder how they will be inspected

I had an exceptional experience at Luv2Play, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Sabina and her team.Her dedication to ensuring a high-quality experience for customers like me was truly remarkable. This place is rundown! The tiles in the smaller kid play area is dirty and it bubbles up in some areas which causes kids to trip and fall.

My 4yo loves going there. It's fun, it's clean, the food is good and the staff is awesome. They have trampolines and an arcade so bigger kids can play games. You can celebrate birthday parties here, too. Ms. Marina and the rest of the staff really go out of their way to make sure everyone especially the little ones have fun on their special day.

We went there recently. The place is a safe space for the kids and I love the idea that parents or guardians who come there with their kids can have a place for themselves as well as supervise their kids. The staff I met there was awesome. His reception was warm. He explained everything we need to know to us. I recommend this place.

I've visited this establishment many times with my children, but unfortunately, today?s experience was highly disappointing. The cleanliness of the facility was unacceptable, with a pervasive odor of urine throughout the premises. While it's clear that some of this may be attributed to a lack of supervision from certain parents, who seem to treat the space like a daycare and neglect their responsibilities, it is equally concerning that the establishment itself is not maintaining proper sanitation standards.

This place has gone absolutely downhill. Went there today with my kids and the entire place smelled like straight up pee! I told the front desk attendant and she told me that ?it's always like that? and ?clean it up yourself if it bothers you?. This has been a great place for my toddler to come and play with other kids his age. On rainy days we love to come here and he really enjoys the variety of each playground. It's not massive but it's just enough for him and allows me to watch from a safe distance. I appreciate that this location also has food and snacks onsite. Price is fair and allows for unlimited play. The staff are always friendly.

We came for my toddler's birthday, but the play area is packed with arcade games that cost a ton of extra money on top of all of the money you spend to get in and little kids are impossible to redirect away from the flashing lights and incredibly loud baby gambling machines (that's literally what those types of machines are, and it's even worse since they prey on people with undeveloped frontal lobes so they're even more vulnerable to the lights and noises and *almost* winning). So it ruined the entire day

We had my twin girls' 7th birthday party here, and it was fantastic! The staff were all very attentive and helped me plan the day in advance and also helped make the day of run smoothly. Terrible terrible customer service!! I never wanted to renew automatically after one month play but it was automatically renewed and charged. I called to the office many many times for days no one answered phone or they hung up the phone as soon as they heard what I wanted. I emailed on the website but they never called or emailed me back. We hosted our daughter?s fourth birthday here and it was fantastic. We did a Sunday morning private party and it was so worth it. The staff were unbelievable- they helped us (err did all of) setup and decorating and were so sweet with the children. They were attentive and communicative throughout. Definitely more crowded on a Saturday than during the week (which is to be expected), but wasn't overwhelming like some other indoor climbing places can get. Our party host, Noah, was great! I've been to this location twice. If it is not busy, head in. The play equipment looks safe and clean. My son had a great time. If it is busy, walk away. The staff has no reservations about letting too many kids in, making the playground intolerably loud and difficult to enjoy.

I'm disappointed with this indoor playground, which used to be my go-to for my kids. I've been let down multiple times, different scenarios prompting this review. But this time Waiting outside with my sleeping baby in the stroller while my other child plays inside has been frustrating. While I understand the rule, witnessing others with strollers inside before adds confusion. Consistent enforcement of policies would improve the overall experience.

The family changing restrooms are obviously for children that can't use the toilets. Well it was closed off to my crawling baby, but open to the staff only. My daughter had her 5th birthday party here last February (2022) and we thought everything was great. I really appreciated the management letting us reschedule her party without losing our deposit (there was a covid outbreak in January). They didn't have to do that but they did and we were all grateful to be able to push our reservation to a safer date.

Brought our toddler here for the first time since we've read that there's a designated place for toddlers her age. We get there and the toddler space was filled with kids around 6-8 years of age. Of course they were running around and playing a bit more roughly than the younger kids. My kid got scared and intimidated the whole time. Brought my son Friday evening but the entire place was closed for a private party, closed at 4:30pm, this is TWICE!!! Looking at other reviews, I realize this is a regularly occurring thing. Took my 5 year old here because he loves playing on the playground. It's fine that I paid $15 to get in for him to play. It is lunch time and I ordered a whole pizza for the four of us. Normally a pizza takes Normally no more than 10 or 15 minutes to make since they are using a pre-made refrigerated dough. So far we have waited 30 minutes and it just went into the oven.
