LuLu's Beach Arcade and Ropes Course

We only played at the Arcade, so I cannot speak for any other attractions - with that said...this is the Arcade to play at! The games were fun and the prizes were good. Some of the toy claw machines seemed "rigged" (as in, you'd have a good grip and then it would drop them), but that is how it usually goes at arcades. The "ticket" claw machines were great and have you the prize you picked up. The staff was friendly; we would go back again!

This is a great arcade for kids and maybe even adults. We got there right when it opened to beat the rush and make sure it was not overly crowded. Rather than dealing with tickets, everything is tracked on a card that you can swipe and tap at each game. They offered a great variety of games, some involving skill and others just plain fun. My family and I visited a few times during our visit to Myrtle Beach and we love this place! We all got very into the Wizard of Oz coin push and were thrilled to get a Toto card after A LOT of effort and fun! My daughter was disappointed to find that a prize she chose was broken once we left. Lulu's Beach Arcade is the best place! Our little family just had an amazing time, Chrissy was so sweet and helpful! Our youngest daughter is on the spectrum and had a little trouble at the end of our visit but Chrissy truly was incredible and understanding! Fun place for the kids, adults were even enjoying themselves with the coin games The kiddos had a blast, plenty of games to choose from. Plenty of prizes to choose from. The young man, Zachary, working the prize counter definitely deserves a raise, he was amazing. It was pretty busy, it was just him for the longest time and doing a great job and made my kiddos happy so definitely A++ for him.

We love this arcade! It is clean and well-lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The games are reasonably priced and there are a wide variety of prizes. It is also located in a nice area with lots of parking. There is nothing that we dislike about it.

This place was epic. The kids loved the arcade and the Skywalk. I think that is the name of it. Spent a lot of time at LuLu?s and would recommend for families. It's clean and kid friendly. Lulu's was a hit with the family. It's mostly a get a card with game credits, win tickets, and cash in for prizes place. There are some cool games that are not for tickets, but not many. The staff was friendly, the premises clean, and nearly all of the games looked and worked well. The prizes range from penny candy to breakfast griddle and much in between. Took our 13 yr old yesterday evening and had the best time! Cards are reasonable to purchase & most games are a fair price. We had an issue with one game cutting out & Christy was wonderful at helping us & crediting our play card. She also talked us through another game & helped give my son pointers. Christy checked on us often & was cleaning when she wasn't busy. What a wonderful employee! We will go back this week while we are visiting. Lulu's arcade is very clean & not overwhelmingly big.

Very fun with kids. Grandpa and gdaughter played space invaders against each other and car races. They had a great time! 71vs 7 1/2. They were a hoot. Won prizes, really cheap, but mostly for Skeeball. Outside there is a large Beach area for kids to play in. We give her a $20 and let her have fun.

Barefoot Landings Lulu Arcade is a must go to spot for fun times with the whole family. We hit a couple of jackpots and claimed a monster truck car wash as a gift for a nephew.

Right next to her restaurant (which is great!) and tons of good family fun. Great prizes that the kids can win without having to save lots of tickets. The outside area is also a great spot for families. Overall outstanding!

At Myrtle on vacation. Attempted the key master machine at Lulus. Key goes in but doesnt dispense the prize. Manager says it needs to push the prize in farther to make a rod release the prize. Even with video evidence of the key going in and it not pushing the prize the manager will not accept it as a win. Says ?this machine never gives us an issue?

Perfect for kids! Don't waste your time or money on the food, though. Easy access to the rest of the mall and parking wasn't a problem.

This place is a cool spot for the family. Its fully open restaurant which is pretty cool on nice summer and spring days. They have great beer selection and mixed drinks. I got the pork quesadilla and definitely do not recommend it lol. But the service was good and atmosphere was great.

The ropes course was $15 and my kids played for two hours. Best value around. Love the bar as well

We have been here several times over the past few years. The value for the money has declined a lot in terms of points earned and poor quality unchanging products to choose from. my son hit the 1000 ticket goal on the machine with the fabric hammer and he hit it several times, but the machine becomes completely incapacitated to any other patron while this machine counts in slow motion up to 1000. We stopped in for a few drinks and dessert. We ordered the key lime pie and it honestly was the best we've experienced at the beach. The bartenders were amazing and were very efficient dealing with a lot of drink orders. We always stop here for fun and drinks. My son and I took on the rope course and had a blast. It was well worth the $15 or so. The arcade and gift shop are very cool with lots of selections. Also, you cannot beat the views of the adjacent marina and location. We will be back.

There is something for everyone here! Atmosphere was great, not too loud or crowded, very family friendly with a large menu with several options that are gluten free! Best gluten free service I've ever received, manager came over and took my order as well as brought out the meal to ensure safety. Food was delicious, service amazing, price was very reasonable for the portion sizing. Will definitely be back!

My experience here with Amanda and Martin were nothing but amazing. They interacted with my child and it made my and her experience an amazing one. I live here and we always visit here just because of the experience of them two! Overall very clean, fun and a great time!

I'm reviewing the arcade alone. I saw there was a packed restaurant and an outdoor ropes course. We did not go there and the ropes course was closed at the time since it was raining. For their credit, it seemed very clean and updated. Many of the games unfortunately did not work or malfunctioned... I feel that it was a bit pricey and limited. Love the arcade! Lots of games, plenty of space. You get a card your first visit and put the amount of money you want on it. You keep the card and just add to it each time you go. The first time is a little more expensive, but your card never expires. It's nice because you don't have to cash it in every time you play.

Highly recommend this arcade for everyone! Plenty of games for kids and adults. Word to the wise, don't start the Wizard of Oz game because you won't be able to stop lol! The prizes are actually good, not junk like most arcades and we find the ticket amounts be attainable but still a challenge. I didn't try the ropes course but the arcade was fun. It was a little over priced in general and the arcade was kind of small too. The customer service was great though. It was very clean with an updated card and ticket system. They have the typical rigged games and some that are easy to exploit.

The place it's self is clean and fun but it was very understaffed. We only saw 3 workers the whole time we were here. They most definitely needed more staff. One worker was working the prize booth taking 2-3 families at a time. But other than that it was fun experience and my family loved it. And I would recommend it if you're in the area.

Amazing family fun center! As a family we love arcade games and this place delivered! It was so clean concerning Covid-19 and just overall! Great restaurant next door & over all great vibe! Came here based on a few of the locals recommendations, I didn't know arcades could still be this fun! We had a great time, and can't wait to come back! We had a great time at lulus arcade! We were greeted by Jovan, and the service was as excellent! As first timers he was very thorough with what the specials were, how the games worked and also helped us out when we were confused on how to play something lol! Above and beyond! I won so many tickets I came home like Santa for my grandson with all those prizes! Definitely going back! Highly recommended!!!

Not too busy in off season which is Nice! There is a fun zip line for kids too! Food at the restaurant is also good! All-all a fun family experience--especially with everything else you can find to do at barefoot landing.

We are a family of 6 with our oldest child at 9 years old. We are vacationing from West Virginia and we stumbled across the arcade and ropes course and were absolutely blown away with amazing and professional staff. We had such a great time. Joshua in particular was great with the kids. He even gave us a promotional credit to spend at the arcade and there were free drinks offered. We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much!!!

It was a fun atmosphere. Bartender Colin was very engaging. Food was okay don't expect much more than typical bar fare. Drinks are the draw. Had an issue with the bill. Charged for food not ordered and had to ask for an itemized bill. It was quickly corrected but disappointed it was not corrected when the food came out that was not iorered.

We loved our experience at Lulu's Arcade! We were there for my niece's birthday. Several members of our group did the ropes course and loved it. We spent a little over an hour playing games and having fun. Ivan and Josh were both so nice and did everything to make sure my niece had a very memorable birthday! The entire place is clean, bright, and simply exudes fun.

This was the best arcade that we found on the North end during this stay. It is fairly easy to get tickets & prizes were better & "more for your money" than the other 2 arcades we did attempt. Clean, air conditioned play area AND restrooms. Staff was great. We will go back! My (adult, autistic) son had a lot of fun here. Wendy was incredibly helpful, pointing out games he'd enjoy as well the machines to grab extra points. Well-maintained, helpful staff, clean, assorted games for a variety of skill levels.

Me and my sister really enjoyed this place! We went over there after going to the restaurant (which was also great) and we had a lot of fun. There were a lot of games and claw machines I hadn't seen before, and I felt the prices were just as decent as any others I've been to. Everything we used was $1 a play. Everything was also very clean, I'd definitely come back here! (Also the Dirty Drivin' car game was very excellent, would recommend for a bonetastic time)

Our experience at LuLu?s arcade was the best!!! Aside from the fact that the entire building interior and exterior were spotless, the games were clean and we had absolutely no issues with game malfunctions or games that didn't work, I see a lot of reviews about that but yesterday (9/16/22) everything was fully operational!! Javon who works there was AMAZING!! He was so patient with my indecisive child when it came time to cash in his tickets, he has a great sense of humor and the customer service he provide

Didn't have a ton of arcade games but we sat and played the one coin game and the little ball game. They were fun, and most everything was a dollar to play. Didn't see anything over $2 to play. Fun time, and will come back next time we are here.

Food was OK, menu does good job of selling limited options for those that have particular diets. But other than that the service is basic, they do zero extra other than the minimum of any other restaurant on the strip. Good music was on site live, but it dosent make up for the slow service solely excused by COVID as a reason why they delay, disappoint and neglect those in house. Would highly recommend finding another spot if you have any expectations for the prices you will be paying.

I don't enjoy arcades, as much, that have gone virtual(you don't get tokens or physical tickets, just a payment card). The machines worked fine, so that's appreciated, but two key players of any arcade - the clank of the coin and the excitement of rolling tickets- were noticeably missing. I'll go back if it's just me, but I don't want this to be what my kids remember an arcade being.

While visiting the beach my kids always want to go to an arcade. This place did not disappoint. It was our first time coming and here and it was a lot of fun and really made our trip end on a great note. I will be bringing my crew again soon and hopefully some other families as well.

Almost all games in working order, fun variety of skill and adventure and traditional video games. Most prices $0.50-$2 with a few specialty and skill higher. Lots of deals to get more bang for your buck. Nice way to kill a few hours with your kids. Very clean and bright.

Even though we are locals and frequent this arcade often we are treated like anyone else that would be visiting the area. Javon is amazing and always smiling, very respectful and welcoming. We'll be back again this week!

We go to Lulu's a few times a month and usually order the Greek salad and have never had an issue well today we ordered the Greek salad and we were very disappointed with the portion. The gave us very few tomatoes and very few cucumbers. We asked the waitress if this was the smaller portion and she said it was the large portion. I don't know if it's because of the off season or what but is was a lot smaller than what we usually get. The food was good and the o rings are the best.

Our first visit to this acrade was very nice. Absolutely recommend this arcade for families. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were very professional and pleasant to deal with and should be commended for an outstanding job done in helping their customers. Good location on water, been there several times. Indoor and outdoor seating. Near kids playground. However, we were quoted about a 2 hour wait last time we went (which is crazy) and it was almost 3, and hostess was rude when we asked about the status of our table. Super disappointed with our last visit.

Pretty fun arcade. Can easily burn through $20 in 20 minutes. Arcades are ridiculously ticket-centric these days, and I'm growing quite tired of it. There might be three games in this arcade that don't generate tickets, all of them are shooters. Lulus is a bit more generous with the tickets than most arcades, though, because we ended up with 500 after that 20 minutes, whereas most other arcades we'd have 50. Worst arcade experience I've ever had. I purchased three $25 cards online, but had to chase down a manager to get our cards, which were only $20 cards so we were immediately cheated out of $15 total. Then my daughter played a $3 crane machine and DURING her play an employee opened the machine, killed her turn and then said she couldn't do anything about it. Lots of games, but a bit pricey. A good balance of pay-to-win games, skill games, and just for fun games. Prize desk attendants like to help you out and are patient with everyone.
