We had alot of fun on a Sunday afternoon. The place wasn't very busy and pretty clean. The kids got to play lots of arcade games but we didn't try the bowling area. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had a quick lunch and the service was quick. It has a full bar and I'm glad it wasn't as loud as other places like D&B.
I would skip this place if you actually bowl, but it might be acceptable if you don't? The lanes felt cramped and small, the pins were on strings, not the traditional free fall setup. It just felt cheap and doesn't yield the same results as bowling without pins attached to strings. The establishment itself is very well kept, clean, and friendly service. It's a little surreal walking through this high end mall, past some of the fanciest retailers like Saks, Burberry, etc with bouncers at the door and then wa
It's a great place to meet up with friends and family, however the prices are a bit high. Our order was accidentally given to the table next to us, but another server resolved the issue and brought us our drink so that's all good.
I will do a 0 star if I can. It's definitely the worst experience ever. They are scamers with the offers. 14.99$ for the game for EACH person. Then when the system goes down and not allow us to do the last shot. They said( sorry we can't do anything about it) Ridiculous answer. Never again
I don't think you can ever go wrong with going bowling. It was $36.50 per person for our group and we put our name on the wait list. They have a pretty big arcade (that's pretty expensive and you have to load money into a card) that has lots of games. Everything went fine and had no complaints Not that it matters but I think it's now called Lucky Strike and not Bowlero
Not the place to go to if you are poor. I always thought bowling was for the lower class. Well, if you are that then don't come here. My goodness. Had a birthday party for like three hours 6 kids, 10 adults and boom $2k. Customer service is great though and the staff is friendly but again just prepare to miss your mortgage or two
We often go here for bowling. After 9 PM, you can play unlimited games for $30. The place is nice and has lots of options to hang out with friends. The service is good, but it's a bit pricey and the food is average. The burgers were great, but the spinach dip and chicken tenders were just okay. There are also plenty of arcade games.
I went here last night with my brother. When we arrived we were told we wouldn't be charged until check out and that we could split the payment . We agreed and continued to bowl 3 games each. After we finish and we go to check out and return the shoes, I noticed I was charged $119. I immediately went to the service desk to figure out the issue. At first they didn't see the issue and told me the price was right and that they charge up front. (Which was news to us)Then after looking into it, they figured out
We took our whole family to Bowlero and had a blast! The staff was amazing and super helpful. Allison who helped us book the event was a pleasure to work with! The Manager even came over to welcome us and give us tickets to play the arcade games. So much fun and will definitely go back!
what a great night we had all thanks to Maria (The manager). There was little bit confusion with our reservation since we were using groupan and she just handled it perfectly. after that she stayed all night close to us from getting orders to even bringing our foods and drinks ??. You nailed it Maria ??
We had a great time here. Alexis at the bar is amazing. She was attentive without hovering as well as friendly and accommodating. We tried the sampler platter and the birria tacos. Both were good. We also tried the Mango Margarita, which is a bit on the sweet side; I loved it. Overall, great experience. Bowling was fun as well. They also have games although we didn't play.
This place had an overall 10 out of 10 for etiquette and cleanliness, and the food was amazing! May I add I loved how welcoming and knowledgeable the managers and the team were every step of the way as this was the children's and my first coming here.
Exceeded my expectations! The food was flavorful and well-prepared, the DJ kept the energy high with an incredible music selection, and the lanes were spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere was vibrant, making for an unforgettable experience. Can't wait to come back and host another company outing!
Great place for my daughter?s birthday party, which we had today. The kids were ages 6-9. I was a bit worried because many of them (including my daughter) have never been bowling before. But everyone had a blast! Bowling is such addictive fun, as are the arcade games. Moreover, the food was delicious and the service spectacular. It's a team effort of course, but I would especially like to thank Sarah. She has exactly the right touch, never letting us slip from her attention but not all over us either. Liter
Huge bowling/ arcade/ bar combo in Tysons Galleria. Bowlero provides immersive entertainment at its best; you'll find something for every age in every corner of the hipster-inspired, retro-awesome entertainment center. This is definitely the biggest Bowlero in a 25-mile radius, and it's the best out of all the Bowleros nearby. Be cautious on some of the games as they are really gambling machines in disguise. You need to know when to walk away if you want to keep on playing.
My family and I recently visited Bowlero Tysons and we had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lanes were in great condition. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the music was great. I also enjoyed the arcade games and the pool tables. Bowlero Tysons Corner is an amazing destination for anyone looking for a fun and exciting bowling experience. As someone who has visited this location multiple times, I can say with confidence that it's o
A classic American arcade experience!! Went there with my colleagues from work. They have a lot of the classics, but also some fun stuff that will excite the Millennial/Gen Z crowd. 100% recommend trying Mario Kart here.
Good bowling and arcade, a bit overpriced for arcade games. $26 for unlimited bowling is a great deal. Bowling pins reset using strings so sometimes the strings knock over a few extra pins.
I had an amazing time with friends a few weeks ago! The atmosphere was lively and perfect for a fun night out. Also A special shoutout to Elisa, who helped us out when we went to the arcade. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed when we got our prizes. Her excellent service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time with friends!
Nice arcade inside the mall. Wish it offered more games but the ones they do offer were good. Easily spent an hour playing. B
Huge space. Very kid friendly and welcoming. Well lighted and 30 plus bowling lanes. There also is a full stocked bar and restaurant that is readily available. Arcade has 20 plus games, most of which are family friendly.
Very clean and well-managed place with friendly staff and a broad selection of arcade games. The bowling side was colorful, fun, with your choice of having the bumpers up or down. Maybe the only not great things; it is expensive and the price you pay for the game does not include the shoes. Also, the bowling pins are string reset. The arcade side was fun too including 4 motor bike and 2 decent race car simulators. No broken down machines and clean restrooms.
First time ever at this location. We choose this spot as a fare well get together for a colleague who was leaving us. Awesome games, good bowling experience. Food was not that good but not sure you'd come to a bowling alley expecting good food. Still a nice location and fun for all ages. b
I'm very particular about my wings and I have to say they have some of the best in the area! My kids want to come here every special event! Prices could be a little lower, but other than that we love it!
Extremely expensive. Had to order drinks on an app on my phone AND pay tip for the "waitress" to walk me my drink and not even look at me. $12.99 per person per game PLUS $6.99 shoe rental per person. It is not clearly advertised and expected it to be HALF that price with how it was explained before we started playing. Insanely expensive for bowling.... So glad we didn't also get food there!
Strikes, Snacks, and Family Fun! Bowlero is the perfect spot for a night of family-friendly entertainment. Lanes are always well-maintained, and the atmosphere is lively. Though the food menu isn't huge, everything we tried was surprisingly delicious. Definitely coming back!
Had a great time at Lucky Strike Tysons Corner! The food was delicious, the music by the DJ was on point, and the lanes were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience?definitely coming back!
Whether you have children or not, this place offers something for everyone. It's a fantastic bowling alley with a well-equipped arcade and a fully stocked bar. They have everything you could want. I've been here three times with my daughter, and I plan on returning frequently. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's an excellent place for kids!
Super fun bowling experience with decent menu items! The lanes are new, well kept, and have a lot of screens in the back for ads that keep your attention. There are a lot of bowling ball sizes available and you can choose to have bumpers as well. I would recommend making a reservation in advanced as the waitlist is not the most reliable on holiday/weekends. As for food, the watermelon refresher was great and o really enjoyed the quesadillas. The lemon pepper wings were a standard experience, but definitel
Loved the aesthetic! The employees were so kind! Loved the TV in front of the bowling for entertainment. And the pizza was so nice and cheesy and the cheese pull was, chefs kiss!
Waited an hour for kids meals and came out burnt with no drinks. Waited over 2 hours for lanes and gave up. Will not be returning.
Great not to be missed place for family & friends looking for a fun time, and plenty of options for it! Very friendly and engaging staff too! Plenty of free parking and food options both within and also in walking distance from the facility!
A great bowling alley with arcade games in the heart of Tyson?s Corner. This is a great spot for work outings, birthday parties, or hanging with friends. They have a good bar and standard bar food. But the best part may be the arcade games and prizes you can redeem with your tickets.
Had a great adult family fun night out. We were a walk in on a Saturday afternoon . They told us 5 groups were in front of us so we went to dinner somewhere else and shortly after we sat down they texted and said our lanes were ready. Thankfully they just kept us on the list so we could finish our dinner at the other restaurant. The waiter at our lanes was very attentive. When our score got messed up the front desk was very helpful getting things situated. Lots of game variety in the arcade. Can't wait to b
This place is awesome. They have something for everyone from first class bowling to a large arcade where kids can win prizes to a very nice bar. The food was excellent and priced fair and the servings were very large. Our server was David and he did a great job was attentive not just to us but all the people he served. The managers were available and made sure to greet their guests and ensure all was good. Very good place to go for a family, guys or girls night out or for a date. Highly recommend you
Personally my experience here at bowlero was s stupendous To say the least. the second I walked into the doors I was tremendously changed forever. The way the AC (it was crankin) felt better than ever. I also have to give a shoutout to my pleasantly suprised bowling expirance. The bowling shoes fit PERFECTLY besides the fact that my right toe was a little squished in the side of my shoe. But no biggie the service made up for ever slight inconvenience I encountered! I have to say that game on the left side w
Had a great experience. They have a laundry list of arcade games and they're all great. I came here on a Wednesday when they do their half priced games and had a lot of fun. I've yet to go bowling here, but it looks fun. The dinner was pretty decent. I got myself a grilled cheese with a side of fries and mozzarella sticks. The grilled cheese was great and so as the fries. The mozzarella sticks were decent, but the marinara was mediocre. Totally coming back here!
Great atmosphere and energy, not a big fan of the bowling pins on a string reset system. Great staff and decent drinks. Menu is your bar fare type.
This review is purely for the arcade. My son used to love playing here until he saw other places and his comment was that this place does not have enough variety of games. He does enjoy his time when we are here. I do have to warn you that it can get very very loud so be careful.
My son and I entered Bowlero at 6:30pm to spend a few ours at the arcade and grab dinners. We purchased a game card, started to play, and I went to get drinks. They told me the bar is closed because the place is bought out for a private holiday party starting at 7pm. There was no notice on the doors, no one notified us before we bought the $100 game card. They called the manager and it was clear he was in over his head. He had no patience to listen to me. He said the card never expires, that wasn't the poin
Very well ran and organized. Location is great!!!! Staff was amazing and very accommodating to our large group.
Amazing ambience with a great fun environment. However I think it is too pricy, 2 bowlers for one game costed 34$ including the shoe rental charge
Looks very clean and new! Drink were good quality and the bar looks very clean. Great variety of arcade games. Looking forward to trying bowling and the food next time! (Also very easy parking on lower level of parking garage.)
If I could give a rating of zero, I would. The customer service was appalling, even on a Thursday night! The servers showed absolute indifference, and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get a drink. Given its location in such a well-known area, I expected much better..
If you have any interest in actually having a halfway decent bowling experience, AVOID AT ALL COST. You would think that with "Bowlero" in the name, this company would actually cater at least halfway to bowlers. THE PINS ARE ON STRING (NO ACTION WHEN THE BALL HITS), THE LANES ARE NOT OILED, THE RUN UP AREA IS SHORT WITH ALMOST NO MARKINGS. AND THE LANES ARE NOT MARKED. And that is all said before I mention the cost (even discarding the dynamic pricing). Overall experience was OK. The arcade had mostly mode
Waited 2 hours for my spot. Got texted lane was available. Showed up 12 minutes later. Got told my lane had been given away since I didnt show up in 10 minutes. Doesnt seem right.
Great service and Management! From the server when bowling and the manager for the event organizing to the bartender for some after partying! Food was good, atmosphere was great and the place is huge! Great place for family fun or date night or just to hang out w friends! We had a great GREAT time! Don't know if we'll be able to go back to the other Bowleros after this lol.. it'll be like going backwards, really...
Think twice before hosting a party at this location. Be prepared for poor service and disappointing experience. The holiday party we hosted was a disaster. Follow up calls as promised were not helpful and satisfactory either.
went to play air hockey. machine does not work, no disc, no one knows why, no one cares. ten employees, not working, not helping, just hanging out. absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. good luck.
Bowling was fun, the food was decent for a bowling alley. The customer service was really good. Video games were plentiful and each lane had their own TV. Perfect for work outings or going out with friends
?? All. ?? The. ?? Fun. Slow your roll aince it's full entertainment priced bowling. Military personnel get awesome, well deserved discounts. They have ?? ?? and ??! And a sweet ??! League players will be challenged differently. Casually bowlers can have fun! Awesome times!
Manager was very attentive. We had reserved for two hours of bowling. Our waiter Nico was awesome. I even accidentally lost my phone and they made sure I got it back. Food was pretty good for a bowling alley. Nico was very attentive and patient with our party. Will be coming back due to excellent service.
FYI service for birthdays is awful since the changed over?. at least this was my experience today. Not my kids party but my kids attended. The hosts ordered lots of food - but there were no plates, no napkins, no utensils, nothing to cut the cookie cakes with. I'm not sure what we did to deserve this time of treatment. Beware and be prepared to go to the bar and ask for things MULTIPLE times. I have pictures 8-9 employees hanging out at the bar NOT working.
We bowled on a Sunday night. We had a couple of drinks. The service was good. Our server checked on us constantly.
Great service! We had a small event and the managers and staff were wonderful with checking in and making sure we were all set.
It was a bit expensive, I went to the bowling and it's a good place to play. The food was not extraordinary.
It was easy to make a reservation online. We had a family fun day over the holiday weekend and we all had a blast! The manager and his team were all around making sure everyone was taken care of. Food & drinks came out in a timely manner. We can't wait to go back. Thank you!
I have always loved this place and have been a lot of times. This last time we went management was terrible and dismissive. We had lost an earring because the waiter had thrown away the moist towelettes that was holding it. When we asked to go through the trash to get it, they said it had been thrown out and compartmentalized. The management was extremely dismissive and put no effort to help us. We ended up checking the trash near us ourselves and finding the earring. They never tried looking around and we
Great place for kids and small family! Bowling was a lot of fun (great mix of music ? diverse and a little bit of something for everyone) and the customer service was excellent. I was so impressed!! I wish I remember the names of the two people who helped us today but they were lovely! They made my experience with my kids wonderful!! I will definitely come back!! NOTE: I agree with other comments about this bowling alley not being for serious or professional bowlers because the lanes were a bit small and I
Huge location with a ton of lanes. The lighting makes it feel similar to cosmic bowling which was fun. The bowling is string bowling, which I don't prefer as it doesn't allow the pins to rebound as much. The seating area for the lanes is too small and it was hard for the six of us to all find a place to sit/stand. If we'd had a group in the lane next to us it would have been even worse since we took over the common area between the lanes. I think this location would be most comfortable with a group of four
Friendly staff, good food, fun games, well kept lanes. Also good atmosphere! Great for birthday parties or just impromptu fun.
Liked the fun atmosphere, but the mall entrance was closed to it. This was a pain to go all the way around. The bowling is fun and all mew lanes. The food is not as good as Kings, but it is better than nothing.
Came to this bowling alley for a work gathering, and this place definitely caters to the business happy hour crowd. Located in the Tyson's Galleria which is the much fancier tysons mall with all the luxury brands. Inside is a bunch of arcade games, an eating area, and then of course the bowling alley. On a normal day, its $8 PER PERSON PER GAME and $6 for shoes, which I found very expensive. My biggest gripe with this bowling alley is that they are projecting TV above the lanes, and that made it IMPOSSIBLE
Wow what an amazing place! I loved the vibes , my son enjoyed a lot as well as we as a family , we had drinks, the cocktails taste really good , i did enjoying the music, the staff on the bar are very friendly and nice like.Tony who was super nice I recommend this place to family and friends
This is a great place for birthdays, or just spending time with family. Also the space is contained, so you dont have to stress about where your child is
I had a disappointing experience with the service. Despite still being a customer and actively consuming, we were asked to leave right at midnight. It felt very abrupt and unwelcoming. I hope they consider improving their service policies to better accommodate guests.
Helped organize a surprise party for a good friend. In fact it was the same manager Micheal G. I had before at the Centreville location years ago. When I realized it was him, I knew that we were in good hands. I could see why the company decided to have him lead one of the busiest establishments. The facilities were clean, bright, and attractive. The arcade selection was as fine as what you would expect in a Dave and Busters. The food was good, pizza hot, drinks flowing. The staff, including the barten
We were at bolero at Thursday night with our team and service was very bad. Server told us not to order from tablet because is taking longer to deliver. Took forever to order through him.
We had a great time bowling with our group. The staff was friendly and management was flexible with adding time for us to finish our game! We enjoyed a power tower and all the food was delicious, hot, and arrived quickly. We will definitely be back!
Went there for a private event but the staff was very attentive ! Great vibe
I lost my jacket but fortunately they got on lost and found. I love this jacket, thank you immensely for your honesty.
The atmosphere and decor are fun. Staff were friendly and attentive. Don't go for the food though, it's abysmal. The bowling was enjoyable and a great team building experience.
I wanted to take my teen son some where fun on a Friday. We had such a great time. We enjoyed the acrade games and bowling. While we were bowling, we watched the March Madness games on the screens as well. There is food and a bar ( for adults). Nice family place and vibe here.
Avoid This Place - They Steal Your Money My son and his friends went here, and it was a terrible experience. He put $100 into a machine to buy a $30 play card, but it took the entire $100 and only gave him one card. When they asked for help, the staff did nothing. Someone claiming to be a supervisor offered no solution, and I highly doubt they were actually in charge. This place stole $70 from my son and has the worst customer service. They lie, they steal, and they don't care about fixing their mistakes.
THIS IS NOT A REAL BOWLING ALLEY. This is an arcade-style of bowling. Pins are on STRINGS which changes the physics of the entire game. There is NO OIL on the Lane. Read that again - no oil. This make the game ?easy? for the plastic balls they provide but it's not usable for real balls. Both the Alley and the Approach are short. A short approach could be dangerous for experienced players who know every single inch of a real alley and then suddenly find themselves in a full arc with a 16 lb ball only to
It's an alright arcade. Something the area really needed. I just wish it was in the other Tysons mall or stand alone somewhere else in the area instead of the galleria. I haven't tried the Bowling at this location and I haven't tried the food but I have at a different location and it was decent food and fun bowling.
good place to chill with friends or co workers or whatever but the hiring process as they say is too long (??)or lazily done.
Great time spent celebrating my birthday! We enjoyed about 90 or so minutes of bowling, and we all had a great time. The vibes were great, and there was a great variety of bowling balls to choose from! Will definitely return to enjoy the arcade side of the bowling alley!
The arcade is scam. My kid played with some of the arcade games. Until she wanted to play with the bouncing game, we slid the card and the machine took our credits. But the game never worked no matter how times we pressed start. We then went to play a claw machine which had tickets inside of it. We won 300 tickets but it never went on our arcade card. My kid was exited to finally have enough tickets to get the stitch she wanted for the past week. That was until we realized part of this is a scam. We were n
My high school band and I went to DC and while there we visiting we went to the bowling alley, at first most of us thought it would be slow and chaotic. (We had 100-200 kids and students while visiting) However they were very nice and had a place set out for us and put food all out on the front of the bowling rows that our school good essentially buffet at. All the servers were nice and all of us had a good experience, would recommend for large groups looking to relax without the mess of a large group getti
A little pricey but worth it. A great bowling experience with friends and family!
I visited recently and unfortunately witnessed a fight that broke out. What concerned me most was how the management handled the situation. Instead of prioritizing the safety of all customers, they allowed the aggressor back inside while the other party was left outside. Even more alarming was the floor manager's response to a customer's valid concern ? rather than addressing it professionally, they approached in a threatening manner, dismissing any feedback. As a result, I can't recommend this place as a s
My friend and myself came here to bowl and refused to acknowledge him as a league bowler and discount his items. We've been to other locations and no issues. This one however, refused to give us the discount. The manager on duty she was very rude to the both of us. She made excuses to not do it. The waiter that was helping us claimed that there was only discounts were alcohol. Which is false. For all league members it's only food and non alcoholic beverage discounts. So, this entire issue was not fair for u
i went last night set at the bar the guy working there was very sad and have bad attitude
So we mainly used the arcade. Multiple machines were broken, but they would take your credits. I raised this to the staff, they took my card, pretended to do something. They didn't do anything. The next time I swiped it nothing had been added back. Place is a waste of time and money. Staff are not friendly or helpful.
Was just at this Bowlero tonight for a slightly early Father's day night (my wife's idea) and when I asked to have one of the wall screens changed as it was distracting (the channel was like TikTok content on speed), the manager Jason N was super friendly and accomodating about it. In fact, the music channel he put on instead that was synced to the music playing was PERFECT and the opposite of distracting since it did NOT detract from the existing sound but added to it and was way less chaotic. All the staf
Lanes feel shorter (mainly on approach) and pins are maintained via a string-like attachment. Sitting areas are comfortable but the balls and pins don't interact in a satisfying manner due to the primary contraption. I'd come again with friends but I'd prefer a different spot with a more traditional pin setting mechanic.
I had a really great time. The staff was really nice and attentive. Food was good drinks were good but I question if they even put alcohol in it. But overall a good time
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
