Great place for kids, music was spot on! Service was great. Food took a lot longer than we expected, but everything tasted great. Great day for my family!

We had my sons Grad Party today at Sayville Bowlero, and it was absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough about how great the party hostess? were. We had Phoebe, Sam & Camryn, and they literally took care of everything for me. The set up they provided for my son was amazing!! Kayleigh is the best employee at this alley. She always greets me with her infectious smile. I never see her standing still she is a work machine. All the people on our Wednesday night league love her doing lane service. Her star shines bright and I'm instantly put into a good mood when I see her at the alley.

Tonight was an awful experience. The smell was absolutely nauseating for the entire evening. Every time this door was opened by an employee it made me want to vomit. Food and beverages were purchased and left uneaten due to this smell. In addition there are several special needs individuals playing with sensory issues and it was overwhelming at times.

I've been to the Sayville location with my husband and daughter twice now & had a great time each time. The staff is incredibly sweet. The location is so aesthetic & really cool. They have a great menu with food & drinks; Which isn't too expensive. If you're looking for something to do, I'd say definitely come here bc its really fun! They also have a really cool arcade. 10/10!!

If you buy the summer pass, do NOT invite your NON summer pass friends to bowl with you as they do not allow you to bowl on the same lane. Not only that, but they don't tell you until AFTER it is all set and nothing can be done after. I'm in the LI Kick league on Thursday nights and since it went from Bowlero to Lucky Strike the lanes definitely seem more oiled. I still come sometimes once a week with my girlfriend just for fun. The $20 all you can bowl after 7 is definitely worth it. If you're lucky enough to get Evan as your server he's a cool dude and a good waiter.

My wife and I brought her little brothers and cousins here and they had a blast. Kids can get a little crazy when they bowl but everyone was nice about us breaking some bowling etiquette with each kid wanting their own ball and ramp now and then. Fun with friends! A good time. However, we had a recurring problem with our lane. We went at an early time in the day (2pm Weds) and there was no one there yet. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let's start with how long it took us to get a lane or even get help when we got there. They had lanes open and it still took us 30 min to get started and had table with left over beers on it. The bumpers weren't set up even after requesting it twice and when they did they were half broken. Great experience here. We were searching Groupon for bowling in the area and saw this place. The Groupon was about $30 for 2 people for 2 hours of bowling with shoes. They also have packages for 4 and 6 people priced accordingly. I am not sure their regular bowling prices, but I did see a few signs for specials during the week. Waited over 15 minutes when there were three cashiers in the front just to get denied to bowl because I brought my own bowling shoes. I could only bowl with their rentals when on the website it said that I could bring my own. Very disappointing!

Have wanted to try the summer pass deal for years. Finally this year bought them. We ended up going 3 times the first week. That's 3 less times the kids were on their screens and were up moving, socializing and spending time together.

Johanna, is the best waitress at the place. Attentive is her middle name. Frequent bowlers to see her! Always will go back.

Called to see what current prices and availablity is 3 times and never got anyone to answer the phone. If you aren't gonna answer the phone don't list the number. Also, if you post the prices per game on the website, I'm sure you wouldn't get all these bad reviews.

The one week we go they decide to not do unlimited bowling. They wait until its time for us to pay after we bowled all these games to tell us its 11 bucks a game. You guys ripped us off. Came for a birthday party. They had screens playing videos everywhere, music was just the right volume. They have racks at the end of each alley for party food, which brings me to the food review. Overall a poor bowling experience. Lanes are slower than average and much glitchier than other bowling alleys. They're supposed to have servers that come up to you etc, servers take awhile or just never come up to the lanes at all to begin with. Arcade is always eating credits tons of machines are always down or glitchy. But after my most recent bowling experience here at Sayville Bowlero, I definitely will never be returning. Managers not very professional. Avoid this bowling alley for sure.

When I was a volunteer "friend" at Little Flower, I took my little charge to the bowling alley. His excitement and curiosity were such a pleasure for me to be able to make a child so happy this way, and to expand his world on a good healthy way. He never heard of renting shoes..but then he didn't know how to use a knife to cut his food either, as so many things are not allowed for safety. He's a grown man now, with a child of his own...and perhaps he is able to be more loving because of ki d things I tried

Too expensive for a 1 hour game. We were told that there were no Senior discount,when we arrived. Also,no children discount,all the same price. It was a little pricey but that's to be expected these day. My real issue is that the pin machine kept dropping pins the whole time we were there. At least half the frames we played started with fallen pins. All of the employees we interacted with were very good
