My experience here was made so much better by my server Krystal. She was so fantastic! Her smile was contagious!!! She took great care of me and my friends!!!!

We had such a great experience here. Even though it was extremely busy, the staff & Bibiana went above & beyond to provide excellent service. The food was surprisingly delicious for a bowling alley, & everything came out hot & fresh. It turned out to be a perfect afternoon for our family. We'll definitely be back.

We hosted our graduation party here and we had a fantastic time, excellent service thank you Damien & crew, and the party room had plenty of space and seating for all our guest.

The experience that I had a Bowerlo was unacceptable. I had made a reservation for a bowling lane on March 30th, but due to a bad thunder storm I had to reschedule it. I had already paid in advance. The total was 77.17. I called on 2:44pm to reschedule it. The person who I talked to stated that the place was busy and they will do it later and send a conformation code to my email. As this being the closest bowling alley to my house, pretty upset with the service. I wish we knew how long it would take to bring drinks out to our lane, as we probably would not have ordered any. We were there 2 nights in a row. 1st night we decent. We bowled and had a couple drinks. We were going to order food but the waitress never came back after our first drinks. Second night there was a 3 hour wait for bowling, not sure why as there were multiple lanes open. We decided to just get a drink and something to eat. I will NEVER go back here again. I hosted my daughter?s birthday party here yesterday and had the worst experience. The whole place was open and they decided to shut our lane down for no reason. Lady stated they shut down 10 minutes early and place was still open with all other lanes still open. I hosted my brother?s 50th birthday party at Lucky Strike Romeoville, and it was such a great experience! We went there with all my family together. We had 2 separate bowling lanes, one for the kids and one for adults. Had so much fun, i think it's a bit expensive, but I still can't complain. We ordered appetizers and had a few different alcoholic beverages, which all were good.

The employee that helped us twice today was exceptional. She was so kind to my 6 year old. ?? The games were not so great. You get 2 credits per dollar and most games are 6+ credits. It's outrageously expensive for what it is. Several games weren't working either. Glad we used a groupon. It's a good deal if you go on Wednesday with a Groupon.

My first time to come here since this place was transformed and renamed from Brunswick to it's current name. They've done so many impressive updates and there's a lot more people now. Festive d?cor. Not good for even hobbyist bowlers. Giant TVs over the lanes make it hard to see the lanes. The pins were attached to strings on the lane we were given, which made everything feel really messed up. When we politely requested to switch to a regular bowling lane (of which there were several not in use), the manager was kind of rude, and seemed like he was probably sick of hearing that request. I had my birthday drunk bowling gathering with coworkers and the atmosphere and hospitality was impeccable. The only issue I had was teenagers after 10pm, but who am I to tell someone how to run their business.??...All things considered, I had an amazing time.

Went for the unlimited bowling on Sundays. Told the guy (who clearly didn't care to be working and kept messing things up) that we were there for that. Ended up getting charged $90 when I checked my bank account the next morning.

This place used to be really good. Went there today and half the lanes were down so the wait was 2.5 hours lol. So I decided to take the kids to the arcade instead. Biggest waste of money and time ever. Many of the machines were out of service or did not work. Get it together Bowlero! 0 stars!

Came here for a birthday party and it was such a blast! You can bring balloons and decorations as well as a cake with was super convenient. Easy to order food and the food was also really good! Large bowling facility with arcade room, laser tag, bar, restaurant and many lanes for bowling. Great for parties and events. Does get very busy on the weekends. One thing that bothered me was the amount of alcoholic beverages left unattended and discarded by adults in what is clearly a kids area-the arcade. Music plays continously loud so you'll need to be prepared for the loudness. Otherwise a good place to go. I went on a Saturday night for an event. Would probably prefer to go early in the weekday.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had and will never be back. Staff just sat behind counter talking with each other and not friendly once they decided to help us. Way over priced for cold food that took 45 min to come out. Over half the arcade is broke and attendant was completely rude to the kids. Lanes are no good. Not much space for groups. By the end of the night, after spending a few hours there, they have metal detectors and police there, not an establishment I would bring a family to. Very very

I went on a date night with my boyfriend. Place is great! It has a very cool vibe. The music was early 2000's and I LOVED IT! I kept dancing all night. We only had a couple of beers, but the food on the screen looks amazing.

The bowling experience was nice; however, the manager was unnecessarily rude. We ordered food during a non busy time and did not receive our food until an hour later. Some of our party did not receive our food. When the food arrived it was incorrect and when we brought it to the staff, the manager was so rude he snatched the food from a family member while she was eating. He needs more training in professional development or not work in a person based field. His rudeness is inexcusable.

False advertising for the college night when I tried to take my gf on Thursday night after 9pm. We had our last year college ID and they would not honor the discount of unlimited bowling or the budlight being 2.50. Oh and the employees seem like they dont want to be there working showing mean mug face as we walked past them after paying full price per game and shoes. My family came here Labor Day Weekend and reserved a lane. We went to the arcade beforehand and had a blast. There were so many fun games to play. We wanted lunch before bowling so we ordered the sampler platter and the 4 of us were stuffed. Great time/food and very reasonably priced with great service. Will absolutely be back.

Honestly I tried it twice. The lanes work well. But the service! Service was terrible both times. Both times they stared at me and continued conversation with each other and left me standing there at the counter. Drinks and Food takes 40 min when they weren't busy. And tasted cold and bland. VERY expensive and expected much better than that. I hate giving negative reviews but this really bothered me

One of the better bowling places I've been to. Food: Top notch Customer service : Top tier Amenities: A grade Bowling bowls : have seen better days Arcade : awesome Laser tag : Mid tier : some guns were malfunctioning but nevertheless had a ton of fun at a company event. Highly recommend.

Massive TVs at the end of the lane are distracting, and for some reason an ice skating tournament in Germany was on every TV lol. Still was fun with a group.

Playing here in a league and it's very well run bowling venue, staff are always super friendly and very helpful, good selection of food and great drinks from bar, great for family fun or fun evening to hangout with friends.

This location sucked, besides the expensive watered down drinks we had to wait 30-45 minutes in between before they brought out the replenish food. The excuse was the kitchen was overwhelmed, that's not my problem and then when they brought the food out it's all cold. I had way better service at the woodridge location.

I like the arcade and bowling but please repair the pool tables, they are a wreck. 2/3 of the tables are bendy and the fabric is ripping and one has a big brown stain all over it. And these are 15 an hour pool tables.

If I'm being honest, this place sucks. I went here on a school field trip and it was completely horrible. Everything was normal and fun until I ordered food. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and a milkshake and everything was fine. The mozzarella sticks came in about ten minutes but it was the milkshake that completely ruined everything. I had ordered the food at 11:53 and still hadn't gotten my milkshake at 12:47 ( For the record we were leaving at 1:15) so I asked the guy at the stand and he kept on saying

What a cool bowling alley! Love that it's more than just bowling! Took our children for a fun night! Very clean and updated. Lots of TVs above the lanes. Music is playing and black lights! The food was delicious especially that cookie with ice cream on top! My only issue was service from the kitchen seemed to be very delayed.
