They got great deals but it's just that tables were pretty dirty and the restrooms haven't been maintained well. If they work on that it? can potentially be a 5 star place

Rates are good, staff is nice, facility is fine, but those bowling balls are awful! Hard to grip. The thumb holes arent a good size, and the edges of the holes are so rounded you can hardly hang onto them. Maybe it's a trick to make you spend less time there? My hands got tired much faster than they usually do. Also... Pins on strings suck. It's an abomination.. no I'm not celebrating the strike I got when the string from one pin knocked down the last pin standing, that's dumb as hell!

Before this visit the last time I went was right before the pandemic (Feb 2020). My only issue was I didn't realize I was charged for 8 bowlers instead of 4. This was my fault as I should have been paying attention as the young lady looked new & young. We had bought so much food and drinks that the total looked correct. To this visit. This location is just not great. They are definitely understaffed. Which means long wait times for orders, if you can even get someone to come over. Staff doesn't seem interested in being there. The bathrooms are very dirty! Food and drinks are a little below average. The bowling/lanes are the only positive.

Neat-looking place tucked in an odd area behind a gas station and a shut down red lobster. We had several issues off the jump. My group of friends and I were inexplicably placed right next to a family of 6 when there were plenty of lanes available. Had my grandson birthday party there. The food was good and he enjoyed the games. The server was great and the kids had a great time. The arcade did cost a nice penny, but the kids are given a credit card with money on it for the games.

I had a wonderful experience at Bowlero. I hosted a teen birthday party there for my daughter and it was a blast. The ease of booking the party online was quite easy. The professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Great time, fun time and the food was good. My daughter and friends had a great time. Definitely will be going again.

We had a great time last night. There was 9 of us and we were celebrating Christmas between 2 families. We had some festive accessories on and the manager noticed it. We could not get 2 bowling lanes together unfortunately. The manager saved the day without us asking. The bartender Victor was also extremely nice. We will definitely be back. Fun night. Stayed for 4 hrs.

If I could I would've gave it a 4.5 stars because the atmosphere was amazing the music was fun the lights and everything were really really cool for my first time going. The only problem I had was with me and my family's lane kept messing up after a few bowls to the point we had to switch lanes entirely. But other than that everything else was really fun I would love to go here again soon.

We recently had my son's 7th birthday party here and it was SUPERB. The staff was so helpful, professional, and really on top of things. The kids had SO MUCH fun. We loved being able to bowl then do arcade games (or go back and forth). The food was FANTASTIC and we would definitely recommend this for a party spot for others!

Once you book a lane it is no way to track your reservation. It is also hard to get help finding your reservation but they are quick to take your money once you reserve a lane. Don't book or do service with this place. I now have to go through my back do dispute charge. Terrible place.

Pins are on strings and lanes were greased horribly. I've never bowled on lanes like this (besides duckpin). My normal hook shot was in the left gutter halfway down the lane. Nice place for children to bowl but if you care about your score at all or are a serious bowler this is not the place for you.

Attended my nephew's birthday party here. It was fun. With an online reservation, we were offered food, pizza, fries and chicken nuggets, birthday cake and juice refillable. Then we had access to 2 bowling tabs for the duration of the reservation. It was a great experience. Good for family hanging out and chilling on a weekend.

As an introvert, I was nervous coming in on $2.99 Tuesdays?But as a broke introvert trying to have a date night, I didn't have a choice LOL. We walked in, and it was a light traffic type of night. This was most likely due to the heavy rain, but the odds were in my favor (thank the lawd!!!) Was disapointed to find out it was double the price if you reserved ahead of time per the company policy. Employees were nice but service was intermittent and hard to get something as simple as a napkin to continue to bowl after they brought food.

It was busy and we weren't sure we were going to be able to get a lane but then the manager Jermaine stepped in and really was patient and made it work out. Gave all our little kids stuffed animals and made the whole evening a great experience. Super nice guy. Great customer care!

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday here. The customer service was outstanding, and our host was very attentive to all the guests. We were very impressed with the way everything turned out . Loved the setup, and all the food was fresh and hot. We will be back !

It's got everything you could want from a bowling alley: poorly oiled lanes, absentee staff, bad lighting and music, and unwashed beer glasses. Everything is perfect except it's way overpriced. Bowlero continues to reduce their services (they are now installing string pins on every lane) and increase their prices.

First off the web site said they didn't have any lanes open. I called and asked for lane reservation and was told a lane would be available. So we went. Upon arrival we were told they were no lanes meanwhile over 10 empty lanes available. As in not being used. This place is totally overpriced. I had such slow service for any request. We asked to get the bumpers down three times before it happened. I ordered a burger and it took 30 minutes and me going to the management to come out. I don't plan on going back which such horrible service.

They charged us by hour instead of by game. Tried to tell us it's. Cheaper. But the game kept stalling. Pins kept needing to be reset. My daughter wanted to bowl for her birthday and Bowlmor was the nearest to our home. Overall, we had a good time. The music was great, atmosphere was festive, and the food service timely. However, there were several random bowling balls in our section that were never cleared, we did not receive any plates when our food was delivered so we had to scrounge for extra napkins for the bones from our wings, and no one came to check on our satisfaction with the service.

Fun place to bowl with arcade games and drinks. Wide open parking spot. They have specials throughout the week including low priced games on Sunday nights after 6 pm. Friendly staff and well maintained lanes. Great place to bring the family

Great family fun all around!! The bowling alley is up to date and has lots of tech features not found in a lot of other locations (Gaithersburg). The music was upbeat/current pop that my daughter and I enjoyed singing along to as we bowled ?? We visited during the day time but I am really interested in seeing what their glow-night events look like. The cost of our outing did not break the bank and the food was top notch ???? Highly recommend the ice cream sundae (pictured)!

Liked bowling here. Didn't really like the ID policy that they had but having an out of state license I talked with a manager about it and was cleared to drink. We had a couple issues with the balls getting stuck. The waiter that came by us was absolutely fantastic! We wanted a special order and he delivered on what we asked for!!!!

This place treats you like crap-crap-crap. When I walked in, I was told there were no lanes and had to wait for 30 minutes when not even half of the bowling alley was occupied (but probably because I purchased Groupon) so we played some games. Hard to stay idle with young kids there. When we got the lane, it was mal-functioning, the score board miscalculated, skipped players, gave us wrong scores constantly. When I asked the staff to come and fix our lane as it wasn't setting up the pins, no one ever came.

The experience is pleasant with games. Service was slow. Ordered fountain drinks and took at least 20 min.

Need a more diverse music selection. We got the huge fishbowl drink. The minus 1 star is because the bartender palmed our straws at the part we drink from stirred the drink with our straws after touching every bottle of liquor, counter, doors, ice scoop, soda spout, etc and got mad because I asked for new straws. Have been to this location various times however had a wonderful experience here today. Isaac accommodated the needs of my autistic child without being asked and kept checking to make sure we didn't need anything. Grateful for his kind gesture today and will definitely visit again.

A perfect location to hangout with friends. The servers are always attentive and double check on our food. They're extremely kind and always on top of their tasks. We've had a few issues with some of the lanes, but whenever we addressed it to our server(s) they were quick to report it and the mechanics would fix it immediately. We're always appreciative of the Bowlero employees :)

Had a great time with coworkers. Ordered the chicken tenders. They were really dry. (The group tried them and felt the same way) The boneless chicken wings were also dry. Drinks were good. The lane we had kept needing to be reset often unfortunately. Our waiter checked on us once or twice but we had to track down the waiter on numerous occasions. Last week, my family and I visited this location - it was a terrible experience. After paying $126 to rent the lane for 1.5 hours (minimum amount of time), our bowling lane continually malfunctioned. Saturday night rock'n bowl was not too crowded and very fun! Went again yesterday 2/14/19 (Thursday evening) and I have to add how friendly the staff is and loved the atmosphere! We had a ball!!!

Brought our kids here a few times. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are nice and helpful. The little arcade is also fun. My kids especially like the vending machine used to exchange tickets for prizes. Food is not bad. Overall a win for a rainy family day.

I went here over the weekend. I've never been so disappointed in a bowling place. First, our touch screen for the ordering system wasn't working so we weren't able to order any food or drinks. We were able to top a button to call over a server but no one came over. We went over to get them and let them know what's going on. Nice arcade (came for the buy 2 games of bowling, get the 3rd for $5.50 plus a $5 arcade card), decent food, however we were told the bumpers needed to either be up for all bowlers, or not at all, we were not able to pick and choose specific bowlers to have the bumpers for. With a mixed group of kids and adults, this was kind of a bummer. Also, this location is a bit more unkempt/smelly compared to the Columbia, MD location.

Renzo H, doesn't have good service, we had a very bad experience, we did not even have 3 minutes to in this place when he blocked us the game. It's not fair because we had already paid. Then we wanted to go somewhere else, and he said we had to call or see for ourselves how we received the refund. Refused to give a refund when we did not use the service. Was there for a kids bday party, we were in a separate party area. Enough seating for our group, easy to set up bowling sets, and the snacks were fresh (I ate mozzarella sticks and mini egg rolls). Alley was nice and clean, cool music to set the ambience. Would recommend overall for a fun time out with friends or family.

Maybe you guys could cater to everyone with the music and not just play straight up hood rap. I like it sometimes but when OutKast comes on and u skip it to go right back to the same gangster rap, It shows you don't care about all your clients. My only complaint was that it was almost $500 for two lanes of bowling, two pizzas, and a pitcher of coke. We decided to go bowling instead of going to Top Golf because of the cost but in the end there was no difference at all! :P
