Yesterday my daughter had her 5th birthday here and everything was beautiful!! Andrea the event coordinator was great to work with. She helped us pick the perfect package for our group. The staff were AMAZING. The manager came by multiple times to make sure we had what we needed. They brought the ramps and balls to us. The event girl (Carolina I think her name was) was super sweet and decorated the space BEAUTIFULLY. Our waitress was super attentive. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back!!

We celebrated my boyfriend?s birthday here and had a nice time. Service was great even though they were severely understaffed. So this 4 star is for that reason. I believe the corporate office needs to ensure that they have a full staff especially for a Saturday night. Shame on them for putting their staff through that. Management needs to step it up big time to ensure there is adequate coverage to accommodate. We appreciated the efforts of the few that WERE on staff that evening.

Decided to give this place 3 stars because the service was good and staff were very nice. Bathroom also smelled and seemed clean. Besides that, this place feels very worn down. Some of the arcade games just flat out don't work (ex. It might take your credits and not actually let you play) and the lane scoring system was bugging out quite a bit. Came here for the afternoon on New Year?s Eve without a reservation. The staff were super friendly and gave us a lane for 2 hours. We had a blast. The place was clean and still decorated with Christmas items along with balloons and backdrops for New Years celebrations. Service was awesome. My college friends and I decided to meet up after finally being back in town. A lot of places were closed so we went here. Alicia is incredible!!!! We have purchased the summer passes to bowl here for the last 2 years and always have a great time. Yesterday we stopped by to buy our passes for the 2024 summer season and wound up having THE BEST time! (My kids have been asking when we can go back since we got in the car to go home.) Bowling was nice. My two criticisms: 1. I wish they did not have televisions playing all over the bowling alley. It's pretty distracting and takes away from enjoying bowling for what it is. 2. They encourage you to order drinks to the lane but those drinks won't come for a long time (or ever). They seemed pretty understaffed so I assume it was from that.

We went on a night that had unlimited bowling for $18.95 including shoes. The teens really enjoyed it! The area just off the lanes (observation area) was a little sticky. We just love this place! We came in with the whole family, bowled for a bit, we had a little incident with our food, however the manager Jeff and our server Angelina managed to take care of the problem and addressed it right away! Loved this place! A bit expensive for bowling, but the atmosphere and multiple things to do make it more worth it. My friends said the only thing they wanted more were odd sized bowling balls. I liked that they had duel size finger holes for the balls. They also have an arcade and pool tables. When in town, I'd like to stop by again

Honestly it's a cool atmosphere but the service was incredibly slow at the bar and everyone?s station was a mess. I don't know if they had a tough night, or if management needs to hire more people. Also it's not a full service bar.

We came here for a birthday party which was well put together. I am not sure if that had to do with the host or the actual place (maybe together). All in all, we had a great time and there was plenty to do with bowling and arcade games. The only reason I knocked off a star was that the food was not replenished quick enough so half the party had gotten the first round and everyone else was waiting. The workers were attentive and brought it out as soon as possible. But that is my only hesitation for a 5 star.

Jeff, rob & abbey & bob the security guard helped us when we witnessed a group of teenagers stealing our food in the middle of our party! They immediately addressed our concerns, kicked them out, & took care of us greatly. Not a bowler?s lane. Driest lanes I've ever bowled on. I had to put a ton of slide powder on my shoes to get a crumb of slide up to the line. Floors at the lanes are dirty. Other bowleros were not like this. Only good if you're just throwing a ball to hit something. Will not return.

The place has been updated quite a bit since the early days when it was Brunswick zone. Now it's called Bowlero. Very clean, nice and inviting for kids as well as adults. In addition to bowling, they have arcade, laser tag, Shuffleboard, pool, and even a table tennis ?? table. Credits needed for arcade games are anywhere from 2 to 8 per game or sometimes even more. Had an event this weekend & the service was great! Everything from planning the event & check in process were so easy thanks to the staff. Rob was our host for our party & he was great! He was super attentive, great customer service & made sure we were taken care of. Jeff, the manager was also very kind & came to ensure everything was set up as requested. My boyfriend and I always come to this Bowlero, and we live in Schaumburg. It is the best one and we truly love the environment, the set up, and the bartender Larry is the reason why we come back. Larry is an awesome bartender and always has positive, welcoming and kind energy.

Birthday bowling fun! We had a group of four adults. Snagged a good deal on a Groupon for bowling and arcade games. They don't take reservations when you use a Groupon, but we didn't wait too long for a lane. Played some video games while we waited. Got a pitcher of beer and an app sampler. Went last night for the most part it was good experience but getting to the bar and ordering was a disaster. Shot-out to the lady named Anna she was busting her behind doing as much as she could taking orders, while the other guy named Chris was just chilling. Sucks to see when one person is doing all the work and having to split the tip when there is one person just sitting there! My party and I went up there more then 5 times for different drinks and it was always the same thing that guy doing nothing.

The place is cool, you can find arcade, bowling, pool, laser tag, bar, beer pong, and a lot more. I tried a lot of things and the things in general look clean and well mantained. The pizza is so delicious. This place is totally recommended if you want to hava a party with your friends.

The best bowling vibes. Order everything from your lane, comfy seating, lots of variation for bowling balls. Good music. Play by the hour which is my favorite thing ever. As far as Bowling places go this is one of the best I have been to. It has the typical flashy and loud atmosphere that can sometime be overwhelming, yet the staff was very friendly and the food was also good. The arcade also had something for everyone, get with only Limited options for little kids/ toddlers. get it's a great place to have a birthday party for an elementary school aged kid.

This place was great for hosting my 7 year old's birthday party. Between bowling and the arcade the kids had such a great time. Our host Felix was very attentive and made sure we had plenty of food and drinks, which I'm sure wasn't easy on a busy Saturday night. The place was very clean and well staffed, would definitely recommend it.

I visited Bowlero last Saturday for a party I was very satisfied. Carolina was a great help to the party. She was very nice and polite. She made our experience very great. My family had a great time. I will most definitely be visiting Bowlero again with my family.

I am beyond grateful for all of their help with my sons birthday!!!! They took care of all the little things that helped me focus on the party someone was there the entire time helping out. We only bowled here. Has an amazing time with family and friends. The arcade area it awesome!!! The food is very good. We saw a few birthday parties going on as well. I love how they have the kids names spelled out in the lighted letters! Some aspects of this place is a tiny bit outdated. Like the bowling part. The Ramps that assist the smaller kids in rolling their ball are a little old and not as fun looking as Main Event. Also the part where you add your name to the games is a bit dated as well.

This could be an amazing place if they worked on a few things. Their customer service Is lacking. They don't have a lot of personality nor do they seem very helpful or enthused to be there. It is pricey. If I didn't have a group on I don't know if I would have wanted to spend $96 for a 4 of us to bowl 2 hours. I think there are some great deals to be found and enjoy. The lanes were SOOOOO oiled up to the point the balls would just slide off the lanes. The balls provided were covered in oil to the point where they were slipping out of our hands. I went to Romeoville location was a very happy birthday for me. Made reservations which made it cheaper and came with drinks and pizza so be sure to go to the website and tune in for more discounts. Had one altercation at counter and unpro like the cashier started recording me live because he messed up. Super nice place to go bowling, they have up to 30 lanes and they also have an arcade, a bar and places to play pool. I've been here a couple of times and it's been nice I came with my friend to play pool even though I didn't want to but the environment was good. I feel like they just need more waiters or bar staff because there's always a line or wait. But I don't mind it because there's tons of stuff to do so it's not that big of a problem.

The drinks were 5 dollars and it was half way I have to say they took forever to bring the drinks ( but of course they charge 18% of charge) so they dont care of service... First time here & I had a really good time! Came on a Wednesday around 6:30pm & it wasn't too packed. As soon as I walked in, my attention went straight to all the lights! They got an arcade section, billiards ??, & a bar. Their menu has a good variety & their drink menu is great! Very cool place. I went here as a kid when it was galaxy world (I think), but looks much different now. The lanes were nice and the family enjoyed it. The lane broke down which ate into our time because it took a little while to reset it. The food is decent. They just didn't bring it all out and I had to make multiple trips to the desk to get things ordered sent.

Place is cool and has a premium feel to it but definitely at a cost compared to other spots such as Parkside Lanes

Our school field trip had a great private party. Bowlero was the perfect place to take graduating fifth graders. They bowled, played laser tag and did the arcade. The kids had so much fun. The venue was clean, well maintained and the staff was so kind and helpful. We were really impressed and will definitely be back! Thank you Bowlero.

Completely blown away by the customer service and how special they made my little girl feel for her birthday celebration, which wasn't even a big party or anything. Those complaining of the price clearly don't value the customer service experience. Perhaps a Chucky cheese is more their speed. We will be back for every birthday party now.

I was there over the weekend and when me and my friends arrived there my friend accidentally brought a drink with me and then the two security guards began yelling at him to throw the cup and which we did not know was a rule and while he was throwing his cup way one of the security guards yelled at us saying are you amigos coming in with everyone being Hispanic after that we left I would not recommend coming here security are rude and racist

Bowlero is a fine place to go. For such a high end consumer area I'm said to see old Computers keeping score. The men?s bathroom was small and dingy. I have an infant and had to change him on the bathroom floor. My friends and I went there on a Groupon.

Father and son night outing. Had to wait a long time to get a lane, because they couldn't find the lane reservations list... Then once we began our game and settled in, we were asked to move lanes because there was a mistake. No one ever claimed the lane we were removed from by the time we finished. Sadly our outing experience was effected poorly by this, and the way the staff didn't show any empathy or offer any concessions for the inconvenience. I would not recommend

I've been here plenty times before with my family and friends but I came in today on a quiet Wednesday with my two kids for bowling and arcade. Fernando was so great and provided IMO above and beyond customer service. Always have a great experience when I'm here.

We'd been to this location before the renovation and it was always fun but now with all the work that's been done WOW! The venue looks great, the food is AWESOME (make sure to eat the chaos nachos and chicken club sandwich - YUM!), and the staff is dedicated to making sure we had a great time. I hope they'll continue finishing the arcade section to make it as great as the bowling alley, but either way we'll be back soon!
