What can I say about Lucky Strike Mineola! I've been coming here since the Sheridan Lanes days. Recently moved to Florida and knew I had to come back to celebrate my birthday at what I consider home. Last night was exactly what I expected from the amazing staff at Lucky Strike. They truly treated my party like family and we all had an amazing time. The decorations were amazing and the vibe was top notch! From the music to the videos on the screens and the lights. Overall an amazing experience as always. Jim

I booked three lanes to celebrate a 48th birthday with family, opting for the Rock & Bowl package, and I added additional food prior to our arrival. The lanes were reserved from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. My package included unlimited soft drinks, cheese pizza, and chicken tenders. I really love this place. I met a wonderful man by the name of Jimmy, who is a professional bowler and owns a pro show inside the facility. He makes you feel welcome and at home. I totally recommend visiting this bowling spot. They have many things to do and drinks to try.

Today my family and I played bowling here. The place is cool, the design is modern, the lanes are excellent, the music is not too loud and modern. The atmosphere inside is comfortable, people do not disturb each other, there is no crowding. There are also slot machines, not too many, but enough. The place is clean, the service is pleasant. The prices are average. We did not try the food and drinks. This place is definitely better than other similar ones, I recommend it!

Wow what a great family experience! This bowling ally is very nice, clean, and the service was exceptional. Our bartender/waitress Patty was out of this world. She was so personable and friendly! Her demeanor really put our experience over the top. We'll definitely be back! (Natasha wasn't our direct server but she was awesome too!)

Great location for date night, with intimate areas and family and friends outing. There is so much to do, such as bowling, arcade sections, and eating areas. This location has plenty of parking and won't break your pocket. Highly recommend

This was a great experience. We had a party and had multiple guests. Our host was really accommodating and Great. She went above and beyond and checked on everyone and asked him if they needed additional drinks, etc. She even remembered the orders and handed the drinks to the people who ordered them! If I could leave a no star review I would. I've never been to an establishment that has made me feel disrespected and humiliated. Aside from the server that we had at the lane who was respectful, management and bartender was rude and unprofessional. It was a group of us there last night and three of us went to the bar to purchase shots. Everyone had IDs except for one. Even though I know that most companies have a policy when it comes to ID their customers, everyone was over the age of 21. I'm damn near 40

I recently attended an event at Lucky Strike organized by my job, and it exceeded my expectations! Although I've driven past this place many times, I never felt the urge to check it out until now. The d?cor is stunning, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Be sure to ask for Patty when you're there?her Green Tea shots are absolutely delicious! Definitely a really great location to host a celebration or to just simply bowl for fun. The food was what you would expect, staff was attentive. Love that they decorate your area when you have a party reservation.

So much fun!! There was a super sweet bartender named Natasha who introduced me to a really yummy rum drink called the Boarding Pass when I didn't know what to order haha. Two other staff members, Tan and Dylan, were also really helpful and cool the whole night. Good vibe overall, definitely coming back. :) appreciate the great service

We celebrated our daughter?s 10th birthday at Bolero on Jericho Turnpike. The service was outstanding. Many thanks to Tyrese (Ty) and Timothy. They were personable and extremely helpful. The evening was certainly a memorable one.

I bowl league here and there were major problems with the new string pin setters. They would malfunction and require technical assistance. This happened several times across several lanes requiring wait times of 5-10 minutes each time to resolve. There were problems with ball return also. On another note, the server Patty rounds everything up and does not give change. She didn't bring me the drinks, I went to the bar to get them. I am not talking about pennies either, this was silver money I was owed.

Amazing location with an amazing staff. From the shoes to the location and the accommodations everybody was really cool. My server and host was a young Caucasian girl with her hair pulled back into a blonde ponytail and she wore glasses. I had a great time and she really knows how to make sure you are catered to.

The staff really sets this alley apart. I've been bowling in a league here for 15 years. We just hosted an event with them and we all had a great time. Party package pricing was more than fair. Patty, Anthony, Dillon and Tan did a fantastic job and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The whole alley is in the process of updating lanes to string pins and it's a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

I had a great time here bowling and watching 7 TVs and eating wings and mozz sticks and drinking beer simultaneously. The lanes were super slippy. So I had to adjust. But I didn't. I played bad. Whatever. My daughter bowled her first strike. So fun! Won enough arcade tickets to get pop rocks on the way out.

Kids were having fun playing the only lane that day. No one else there. Staff were friendly and we liked the food.

Positive Notes: Place was easy to access, clean, and looked very promising. Lots of parking in the back and when you walk in very welcoming. Staff was attentive but not overly in your face type of attentive which I liked. The bowling screen wasn't hard to understand/navigate. They have an arcade which looked clean and well taken care of. I normally go to the bowlero on northern boulevard in queens but the service at the in Mineola is 100% better. They are so attentive, humble and welcoming!!! Highly recommend it.

So, my friends and I came here on Friday, May 23rd, to celebrate my birthday. Our reservation was for 8 pm but we were late and didn't arrive till around 8:30ish, which is bad on my part. For my party, I did the kingpin package, which includes a premium bar. When the server approached us, he told us that we had to check our IDs, which wasn't a problem since we all had our IDs on us. Management was very helpful. Servers weren't the greatest but can't penalize the spot for some people. The attention from them could be better. Food is average is a mostly for a quick bite and fast stuff. The arcades are great, and there are lots of options and varieties of games. Priced super fair. Super recommended for family,birthdays, and kids events.

A pretty large group of friends and I made a last minute decision to go to Bowlero, and it was one of the best bowling experiences I've had in a long time. It was pretty crowded there, but Dylan (I believe one of the mangers there?) was super accommodating, attentive and a pleasure to be around. On a Sunday lots of birthday party chaos but they did a good job. The kids all had fun, the food was good and that warm chocolate cookie cake is delicious. They did run out of some shoe sizes for the kids, probably because most lanes were parties. For a bowling alley it is also pretty clean.

Terrific establishment in all aspects. Great deals, staff, lanes, cleanliness, atmosphere, food and drinks. I could not recommend more highly. I live 30+min away in Brooklyn and still go there.

There was an issue with our lane which caused the pins not to reset so we couldn't start our game. The lovely Dylan D fixed it straight away and compensated us. I'm forever grateful and thankful for the great customer service!! Pepperoni pizza was really decent!

Unfortunately this establishment isn't for me. Upon ordering drinks on my way to the bar the server stop me and said under my contract the drinks are $9 . So we ordered half way through they came back stating they made a mistake with pricing. I said no worries moving forward we will pay the price it is. We went to this bowling alley a couple of times. Last time was on a day when the kids were off from school. When we got to the front desk, there was nobody there. After waiting for a while a woman showed up and helped us get our shoes. We played two games although I wish we stopped after the first. We ordered some snacks and that took a long time to arrive. I wasn't sure why there were delays there, I guess they didn't anticipate people going there.

Visited Lucky strike today and used my season pass for the first time. Received EXCELLENT service from Jenny, Janet and Rob. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Clean facility. Will be back here soon.

Always a fun time and if by chance something happens the staff are always willing to help. I had a wonderful experience just recently. Jennie went above and beyond with Dylan to make sure my event went as planned and it turned out very successful. My helper Anthony, was courteous and attentive as well as funny. No sense of urgency whatsoever, we waited 50 mins for food just for them to not come out with it. It was my friends birthday and she had a bad time, there were attitude from some staffs, and a bartender that smirked about the situation the whole time, as we proceeded to ask for the manager that it self took about 30 mins. We choose Bolero for our sons 13th birthday. The service was great . Staff are very friendly . I love this bowling alley because it's very clean . I think we found our new Friday night hang with our family of 8. I would highly recommend ?? this place. The food was pretty good also .

My family and friends had an amazing evening celebrating my son's 15th birthday. From our booking assistant Brittany to our Spectacular server Destiny this day couldn't be better. I've been here a few times and have had some really great service. But this past weekend was horrible and I'm so frustrated by it. We asked staff several times to please clean up the stack of used plates that were on our table when we got there (I'm not exaggerating when I say there were more than 10 platters, mini cast iron skillets and plates piled on top of each other). Used to go here all the time. Almost every week with friends. They recently decided to become cheap and replaced the pin spotters with strings attached to the pins. The strings are cheap and the pins move completely different now. They just lost my business and the business of all my friends who went there. I'll just go to AMF bowling in Garden City. We had a blast here for a double date night. If you go on a Sunday it's not super crowded. To order food or drinks you can use the QR scan code on the table at your lane. Food arrived pretty fast and hot. If you need anything after you've ordered head to the bar. Service once the food as been dropped is non existent. Threw our daughter 2nd birthday here last Saturday and it was amazing! Thanks to Liam and Glendy! (I think her name was, sorry if I misspelled it!) but they were great! Down to getting us anything we wanted and their time with adding more food and the decor! The place it's self was great. Took my kids and there friends here. They have arcade so kids were busy for half the day with lots of fun. We got food but the pizza ?? looked nasty so kids got ordered fries and tacos to be on the safe side. I couldn't let food go to waste and had 3 slices out the pie. Great place for a group or party! We booked kind of last minute and they went above and beyond to squeeze in our birthday party. The kids had a blast! Although they got busy that day, they did a good job staying on top of our needs. Our server and manager checked on us a few times! I would definitely go back again.

This has to be the prettiest bowling alley I've ever bowled in. The ambiance is great and really makes the bowling experience so fun, even fancy! Just loved what they did with the place! The lanes are perfect and they have different themes/animations on your game screen which is a nice bonus. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I hosted my son's ninth birthday party there this past Friday with about 18 guests, and it was fantastic. Everyone had a great time. The manager, Tyrece, was very kind and personable, helping us with everything we needed. Eve, our server, was amazing. She worked hard throughout the entire event, ensuring everything was in place without us having to ask. I would definitely do this again.
