Came here for a birthday party mid day on a Saturday all the way from Brooklyn parking is great I had my baby she was not bothered by anything no loud noises bathroom was very clean staff was more than helpful food was good no complaints all the arcade games worked it was about 20 8-10 year olds and everyone had a good time I would definitely return to this location.

They just installed string pins. If you are even a semi-serious bowler and think it will be good enough to practice, you would be wrong. The pins simply behave unnaturally and it is not worth your time. Also, while my ball seemed to be reacting as if there was at least some oil on the lanes, my ball kept coming back dry. Celebrated my son?s 40th birthday here. We had such a fun time. Everything was very organized, food was surprisingly very good and everyone had a great time! Highly recommend!

Beautiful bowling alley! I don't come here often but I went yesterday & noticed they updated a lot of things! They have a full bar, tons of seating & a lot of lanes. This has to be the cleanest bowling alley I have ever been to. For 4 people to bowl 3 games, shoes included was about $110. The shoes were in excellent condition too. The food was decent & the service was quick. You are seated pretty closely to the people next to your lane but it's not the end of the world. I would definitely recommend this pl

It was my 1st time at this location. It was super clean and trendy. Nicely decorated with accents and would make a great 1st date idea. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was there with a special needs child, and she asked if he would be more comfortable in his own shoes, which he would be. We didn't have to rent shoes and it made his transition much more smooth! I highly recommend this bowling experience

Best night ever! The staff all had smiles on their faces and were all eager to help. When I think about our experience with everyone at Melville only one word comes to mind?.Champions! This was a really cool night. Came an evening when it was snowing and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Friendly staff and great pricing, we got unlimited games for $30 for both of us and that's including the shoes so not bad at all. Drinks were well priced and the mega cookie was pretty tasty as well. Lots of balls to select from and there's and arcade area as well with quite a few games to mist things up. Recommend anyone looking for a good relaxing time solo or with a group to try this out.

The overall experience was fun. We had a couple of minor issues that I deducted 1 star from the review because of them. The first issue we had was that our #10 pin would not setup 30% of the time?so we were constantly looking at a weird 9 pin arrangement and it just felt weird. For the money, I would have expected a fully working lane. Had my 26th birthday here with a larger group of friends! Everything was AMAZING! Both Alexandria and Madeleine were great to book a party with. Our waitress the night of the event was incredible! & the bartenders were great! My friends and I had such a fun time!!!

Bowled at Lucky Strike of Melville and won on every level. Theresa was an amazing server and was an absolute joy to have as our server. Her recommendations on food and drinks were spot on. I come to a bowling alley to practice. I am not a social bowler. That being said I understand this particular alley is more of a social house than anything else but I still expect some understanding that I want to bowl on a decent condition. Legal robbery. 3 sodas were $20; the bartender literally apologized for the outrageous price. And they charge PER PERSON instead of per lane, so even though you're only taking up 1 lane, you get hosed for every single person you're with!! Might as well just put every person in your group on their own lane, it would cost you the same thing, and you'd also get to hose them back by taking up more space.

Honestly the place is not bad foods great but the manager is a b***h. I had a party of 6 and when i walked in the the place was already dead? i asked for two lanes but she decided to give my group and i a hard time. We made it work on one lane but if the bowling alley is dead on a monday then you should be more reasonable with customers.

Tonight I hosted a fundraising event here and all I can say is.. WOW!!!! My co-chair did all the emailing and Alexandria was very responsive with all our important and silly questions. During the event, we had multiple people checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were also able to adjust our contract throughout the event based on our last minute attendees. Fun times with good friends. If you like bowling in a casual environment you will have fun. We went on a Friday night and the DJ was playing great music. One small issue I had was that there were no ball racks for house bells. We had to ask groups next to us for balls they weren't using. Otherwise a solid experience. Staff was great. We will return.

Spent $25 an hour per person for 2 1/2 hours for party of 5. This is the space we were directed to upon arrival. Some one else's mess. We understand mistakes and busy and short staff; but NO apology? So, long wait for food, cleaning supplies and tools in a pile in conspicuous retail area, no face protectors in vr attraction. Little or no sanitizing taking place in game room or playing / eating areas. The order terminal was non functional. The attendant at the points redemption counter was a real grump!!

Anyba was able to assist my party of 45 in a quick and attentive manner. At 1st when I called, someone else tried to install the fear that lanes will not be available, especially next to each other during the Sunday special. By the garce of God and Anyba, my group was given the entire VIP section where we spent quality time together. One thing to note, prices are up almost 50%.

Went out with the family and had the pleasure of being looked over by manager Olivia she was amazing from making sure we had everything we needed food drinks and of course a great experience while bowling she really made sure our family had an amazing time, everytime I go to the Melville location we have an a amazing time and this time was no different I will always recommend coming here she made it was great I will be booking my daughters birthday there as well ??

Great bowling alley. Very well staffed, lots of bowling balls to choose from. The building is very clean and neat. Machines are easy to use, very user friendly. The food is very surprisingly good. I didn't expect to get good food from a bowling alley. We had sliders, pizza, chicken fingers and fries, all of that was great, fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back.

Clean nice place great staff. No problem with getting a lane it seems nobody bowls anymore. This place was empty on a Friday night maybe twenty five cars in the parking lot. Also have a good deal with bowling and arcade games.

Was there for the New Years Eve celebration. Staff was courteous, very attentive. Music was good. Food was good. A little pricey, but worth it. Would've been 5 stars, but the lane had some malfunctions, three or four times. Otherwise we had a great time.

Wish the food was delivered faster. It typically takes about 5 frames of a game for 3 players from ordering to delivery.

The service here was very bad. A little dirty also. I think for Friday night $60 per person is outrageously expensive. I definitely would not come back here. There are much cheaper options and for the price it did not feel like it was worth it at all.

Went to this facility last weekend with our soccer boys and had a great time. Our server Alana was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, both kids and adults. She was super sweet and polite, the food was good, had a little mishaps with some things we ordered, but she corrected it right away in a timely fashion. Next party I have for my own son I'll request her! She really made this experience smooth.

Love coming to this location, it's never really crazy busy, lots of lanes and love the arcade! Drinks are delicious and they have a good variety of finger food! Spacious location. Went here February 2021 and they were very safe about social distancing and masks. We felt pretty safe even though there was a large group of 15 or more near by. Staff was really good at making sure they were as far away as possible (more than 15ft away). They have plastic dividers between the lanes for extra precaution. It was a was a great time without much worry!

The atmosphere was great. There were plenty of lanes and the staff was very nice. It only took a few minutes for me and my friends to get set up with a lane. the French fries were amazing. We had a small birthday party here for my daughters'. The party planning was attentive and super helpful. The place is clean and organized. We had our party start before the bowling alley opened on a Saturday and I highly reccomend that. It was so nice to be there without the crowd. We stayed later and let the kids play at the arcade, which is fun, but loud and got crowded. I would definitely go back, but do the arcade first while no one is there!

Shameful! I was bamboozled and upsold by a corporate minion who was very vague when locking me in to a contract for a DAISY GIRL SCOUT holiday party. For anyone ever considering booking a party lock in with a way way smaller number because they will not let you take away your number when you're simply having a conversation about them. I've never had this experience with any party that I've ever booked. stealing money from little girls literally. Shame on you!!

This place was some what hard to find as it was in the back of a couple stores & when we arrived NONE of the street lights were on which made it hard for you to see the huge sign on the building from the road. Went to a sweet 16 party there with a reserved room, it was very nice. The staff was a little slow with refills, but the bathrooms was clean and the facility was clean as well. The arcade was big and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this place, my family really enjoyed themselves.

Came here for a children's birthday party and it was a lot of fun, accommodating for both child and adult. There are separate private rooms like a catering hall which have their own bowling lanes. They were clean, modern and very private. I liked it and would have any kind of party there. Didn't ask about pricing. Very nice bar well stocked.

Fun to be there. The pricing has increased a bit but was still fun. I didn't care for the bowl lane arrangement. They tried to fit 8 people in one lane and 8 in the same share spot instead of breaking it up and was crowding the lanes when the place wasn't even busy.

Went with a large group of friends from work. Seemed fairly quiet throughout. Difficult to see location from the highway. Food served was typical, sliders, fries, pizza, fried chicken. Bartender had a habit of disappearing. Everytime someone went up to the bar, they had to wait for her to return from the back. Overall, conditions were clean and everyone had a good time.

My son decided to go here for his Birthday. The waitress wasn't FRIENDLY at all. Never smiled cold and indifferent. We love it here. We take our 5yr old to bowl a game and then play arcades. It's a nice family place, with decent food and a full bar. I'd say that it's a good place for family outing or a night without the kids. Food and drink selection is good, some items are pricey.

1st time at Bowlero.Was there for an adult bowling party in a private room 3/2022. Handful of people had on mask. Entire alley was nice and spacious. It was over crowded in private room because there were 3 parties. Place was still full at 11:30pm. A lot of young children running around. Ladies Bathroom needed to be attended to. Had a great time, I would go again!

The sign identifying it is not brightly lit compared to the others around it. It was two tries to spot it. The parking lot is not brightly lit. The interior is nice and the staff both friendly and helpful. Odd thing though: every time you bowl, it takes the ball forever to come back to the rack.
