Lucky Strike Houston

This is a fun place with friendly staff. The interior is clean, with cute booth areas for the lanes, a bar, a private event room and some arcade games. Our party of four reserved our lane for two hours, and we were able to eat and bowl three games in that time. They played energetic music with great beats. We danced a little between our bowling turns, which was a ton of unexpected, extra fun. All in all, we had a really nice time. I look forward to returning at some point.

This bowling alley is very dear to my heart. I had a cousin who passed, and we used to always come here. So this time, for my son's graduation, I wanted to bring him here because he loves to bowl; he's an autistic child. I was amazed when the manager came and put "Congratulations, grad!" on the area. While we were bowling, he gave us free drinks. You've got top-tier service in my eyes.

I recently got a summer pass and have been loving every visit. The staff are so kind and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. Bowling during the day is a breeze, there's little to no wait, and it's the perfect way to escape the heat and still have fun. The lanes are well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the entire place is impressively clean. If you're looking for a fun and affordable way to spend summer days indoors, Lucky Strikes is it!

We had a group there last night to celebrate NYE. Sandra and her team made it a wonderful experience the whole night. She and the staff checked on us regularly. The food and drinks were all delicious. Definitely will be a repeat place to have a group party at again.

I came Sunday to celebrate my birthday with my family. We had such a great time and Autumn, our server, was amazing. My dad can be a handful sometimes but she was sweet and patient, and a class act.

Lanes are always far too greesy if you're a somewhat experienxe bowler. Otherwise, service was great during my.last visit with a large party.

Im leaving two stars not because of staff but because of management. We came in on a Thursday during spring break. They had 1 waitress, 1 fry cook and 1 bartender. There was also 1 person at the front charging people for lanes. While everyone was friendly, this wasn't enough staff for the amount of customers they had. Had an awful experience at Lucky Strike Houston. Front desk staff was super unhelpful and didn't explain anything. Felt like I was supposed to know what to do without any guidance. The food was just horrible. Pizza was greasy and tasted bad and I waited 40 minutes just to get it. Burger was burned and awful, and we all had stomach aches after. The food is just not edible. I wouldn't recommend Lucky Strike Houston to anyone. Bad service and terrible food. Save your money and go somewhere else.

If I could give this review ZERO stars I would! The manager Mark was every bit of unprofessional. Me and some friends booked a reservation and because we booked it under a nickname ALTHOUGH we had the card and ID that matched THE RESERVATION they not only said we couldn't check in but also refused our refund of $300! Both manager and girl/guy who was at the front with himshould be nothing less than fired!

I had a 35th birthday here a couple weeks ago. Everyone who worked that night was nothing short of amazing. They made sure my party and I were taken care of. Ok heres the sauce to save. Always reserve lanes & go with 6 ppl or more ppl. U will pay about 45-50$ a person for 2.5 hours, unlimited soda, pizza & wings on the house. It has been a few years that my son?s school organizes the outing event for moms and sons at this place. We always spend great moments with our boys there and the moms have a lot of fun too. It is a place to go out with family, co-workers,friends, ?. And it's suitable for all ages.

We had a wonderful time and hosted my son's UHD graduation party here the service, staff and food were excellent and the environment and restrooms were clean.

We had 2 lanes for 2 hours. We used the Groupon and was placed on a wait list but ended up playing games while we waited. It was truly fun and the staff was superb. Even though it got extremely busy, we were not rushed at all. The food was easy to order but did take a while due to the busy hours. We will definitely visit again.

What an awesome place! First of all the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Even the general manager came by to introduce herself and check in on us. I joined a company bowling league just for something to do on Thursdays. Bowling League teams are super fun and friendly and MIA, one of the bartenders is super sweet and is great at remembering your name and regular order.

One of the best bowling places I have been! We didn't order the food but I saw the menu plus I could glance at the food other participants had ordered for their birthday parties. It looked very nice. You are mandated to rent the shoes which was fine. Over all it was a 5/5 experience for our family.

My kids and I love this place ! We all have a great time each time! I love the atmosphere and attentive friendly workers there ! The checkin with Cynthia is always smooth and easy and servers are always making sure you're ok ! Definitely recommend!

The seems like a popular place. I can remember when smoking was allowed in bowling alleys and it was absolutely horrible. The group that I was with last year was from the class of 84 mostly and everyone really enjoyed themselves and are already planning a future event ??

Great bowling place. It also has a small arcade area for kids We went there for a 6 yr old birthday party and the kids (and we adults) had a lot of fun. We found out from the host that it is reasonable for a kid's birthday party. They charge only for the kids (and not adults) and that makes it a compelling place for kids birthday parties. Overall not awful, the bowling and food was fun. My main frustration comes from the managers of this location being unable to combine funds or tickets on the arcade game cards. I bought a card for me, my fiance, and her son under the impression that we would be able to get a prize at the end from all the games we played.
