Good arcade for kids to spend time and money!

Came with a group of friends and bowled upstairs. Jarren (I think his name) and the other staff guy working made the experience so much fun. Engaged our group and brought some awesome vibes the whole time. We'd definitely go back after that experience.

I came here for the arcade machines and had a blast playing the games! They were all very affordable and all the machines were clean and working well.

Update 1/22/23: Still awesome and you know it cause it's getting busier! Most busy times are Sunday morning football, Friday/ Saturday nights and while kids are out of school. I've been there twice and it was always fun! There is one more arcade at Ala moana mall but this place is so so much better! I got plush dolls all the time! We visited on a Wednesday afternoon, around 3pm and the place was not crowded. We waited only for about 7 minutes. There are only 4 lanes so there may be quite a wait if going at a busy time. Although the place was clean and well-kept, I feel the price is on the high side especially since you are paying by the hour and not per game. We stopped at Ala Moana to kill time before our flight. We decided to walk through Lucky Strike to check it out. There are no signs posted, but you are sprayed with either a deodorizer or some kind of perfume. Not a very good thing for those of us with multiple chemical sensivities. We had a decent experience overall, but I have to mention something that left a bad impression. Our server, Katarina, directly told us that we must leave a tip and even specified the amount. As tourists, we understand and respect the tipping culture, and we were planning to leave a tip regardless. But to demand it in such a blunt way felt pushy and inappropriate. Katarina ? sorry, but that was rude and unnecessary. Tipping should be a gesture of appreciation, not something forced.

This place is really great entertainment! It is fun for the entire family. The play card is reasonably priced and you get quite a few token for what you pay for (in essence a good value). This would be an awesome place for Birthday parties or even company socials. Food and beverages are also served here as well.

Really a 3.5 arcade was so funnnn! Restaurant was a vibe . Live music was greattt. Although my wings were kinda raw, pasta UNSEASONED, the sushi was delicious. Staff was so helpful . Would highly recommend just bring your own salt packs .

This review is for their restuarant and arcade. Bowling on the other hand.. not gonna lie, you folks need to oil up the lanes better.. I've been coming to Lucky Strike since opening day. The food and people were good , its not alot of games to play like Dave N Busters but its decent. The bowling alley upstairs is nice with a bar and cushy sofas. They had a private event going on so we couldn't bowl.

Bowling alley with four lanes on the top floor. Great bar and excellent food and service. Vegetarian and gluten free options. Downstairs they have a great arcade with a variety of games. Their prize room has some very high end stuff available, like headphones, watches, surfboards, and of course plenty of kids toys and candies.

Saturday and Sunday during football season, come here to watch the games. They have a lot of screens and broadcast multiple games simultaneously. The manager came down to help and ask what game I wanted displayed on the screen. We realized they didn't carry all the networks to see some of the prime time games, but she did try. Bar food is ok but good atmosphere when all of the other sports fans show up makes it fun to watch.

We went around 3 pm so there was still lots of parking, wasn't very busy in the restaurant section and gaming section was pretty calm. My server Roz was awesome!!! My son had his 8th birthday party here and I must say it was nothing short of amazing!!! We're new to Hawaii and I can't think of a better place to celebrate. The staff and the manager were AMAZING, some of the best service I've had since relocating to Hawaii, they were very attentive and polite and consistently checked in on us. Food served for our event was Awesome! Pulehu Steak, Artichoke Dip, Braised Ribs, Chicken Slidees, Salad, Mash Potatoes, Mix Vegetables. Service not so hot. Pitchers of drinks were empty, all they did was remove them and not replaced/refill...to include water pitchers.

Lucky strike Honolulu is our entertainment and dining spot since it opened up it's doors, always great food ,great drinks,fun game room with incredible excitement and great service, we just visited this Friday night and it was packed with its lovely customers ,live music and entertainment. Overall a great experience here. The food is decently priced, especially for downtown Honolulu, and all of the food was great. The kalua pork quesadilla was delicious, and full of pork. This was out first time visiting Lucky Strike Social (not sure if it's a chain?). They have a great selection of games that are not in most arcades. They also have classics like skee-ball. Super friendly staff but didn't seem like things are getting taken care of compared to other Bowlerocorp bowling alleys the shoes and tables were kinda dirty and quite sticky and the lane system seems extremely outdated and the pinsetter kept messing up more then it should, either not resetting to 10 pins or falling when getting set, not to mention the lanes themselves were as dry as a bone couldn't even tell the balls have ever seen oil before and the house balls couldn't even make it halfway down the lane

I liked their tempera mushrooms best, downtown; but I think those were discontinued in all of their restaurants. I suggest those if you see them anywhere.

We always have a good time at the arcade and tonight was the first time I tried out the bowling alley. My friends and I all had a lot of fun and really enjoyed ourselves! Also the service was great. With that said, there are a few caveats that people should be aware of. 1) this is not a full size bowling alley. The approach is very cramped and if you are a bowler you will feel it. The pins also do not fall quite naturally because they are on strings. It's close to the real thing but you might consider this

From all the arcades Lucky Strike is one of my favorites, the money seems to last longer than others. Having a bar with daily specials inside makes it more fun. The only reason im giving 4 start, instead of 5 is because to gain a prize you must play a lot of games before you get a decent one.

Had so much fun here. The value for the games, particularly with a loaded card is great. Kids can play for a long time, accumulate lots of ticket and go for some really interesting prizes. Lucky strike is a fun time. However customer service is extremely sub par. Had to remind the ?server? in bowling area 3 times about a food order for the group. Apologized many times for forgetting but never put in the order. Would recommend if not looking for reliance on the service from the employees.

First off, this place is incredibly difficult to find, Google was of no help here. There are only 4 lanes. When we arrived there was a group of teenage boys on the first lane, the attendant put us on the lane right next to the boys. No room to move around, there are a set number of balls to share between the two lanes. The balls were not smooth, the holes were rough, lanes were not oiled well, we only played one game. Pricing is crazy, it was $25.00 for two of us to play one game, no shoe rental. We each go

We've come here a few times now and the kids love it. There's a good variety of games and plenty of space to enjoy it. They have a smaller bowling alley on the second floor that we also enjoyed. They offer drankz and food--a good place for game days. I recommend coming out and enjoying the games out here.

Bartenders up and downstairs need to learn ALOHA and NOT attitude! No friendly greetings and horrible at explaining their 1 drink per person policy. Our group felt like a burden to the Bartenders ! We get it's busy, but it would be nice to at least be acknowledged, a simple smile or "I'll be right with you" is all it takes! Server and bowling counter completely opposite. They were super friendly. Will change my stars next time we go if Bartenders can do better.

We have lived on the island for 8 years and we had been to the arcade section a couple times, but for the first time we went to bowling section midday on a Sunday this weekend. I would love to know if it is common practice for you to cut off a customer after they've purchase one drink with zero explanation. It was extremely embarrassing considering I had just convinced my group of 25 people, who are here for a wedding party, to come to the arcade. I purchased one drink at the bar, the Lucky Sunset, closed my tab and played games. I love this place. Its like an arcade for adults since it has a bar and good music playing. You can order food here as well and had a sit down area and restrooms inside. There are good game options ranging from usual carnival style to modern graphics ones. The pricing for the cards to play is reasonable. I believe we payed $30 some for 130+ points, which was good enough for two people to share.

The inside of place is nice, open and not so crowded for a Friday night.The game are meh, not much to choose from if you're going with a group of adults. But The bartenders didn't give back the right change to us 3 times, which is why I am rating this place low. We were not impressed the third time and called the waiter out for it. Came around 330 pm there was no line for food or games. Quick service. Was able to walk right into bowling. $15 an hour per person, $3 shoe rental. Only four lanes so I assume the lines get long. But this timing seemed to be perfect! Also note, the price increases to $20 after 6pm. No happy hour for drinks/food but the prices seem reasonable, about $15-20 per meal and $10-15 for a drink. Very large portion sizes.

Lots of fun. Card system is so much better than the old tokens. Not terribly expensive, though different games have different costs. My only complaint is that it was very loud. But I suppose when everyone is playing games it just gets loud! This was a fun add on to our date night.

Drinks are expensive, food is good and decently priced. Good game selection, two lane bowling alley on second floor that I've never tried. The bowling alley lanes looked shorter than normal and the pins are the kind that are help up by strings which, to me, takes some of the fun out of bowling. I took my son to play some games and was pleasantly surprised. I had been told the games were really expensive and they were definitely not. For $56 I got a game card with 500 points. This place is a very easy going and high energy hangout for everyone of all ages. During the day time it's geared towards family fun and entertainment, but after hours they've got an amazing open bar with live D'J's to keep you engaged. Also the upstairs has a bowling alley that remains 21 and over after the clock strikes 10pm. The staff and employees are so very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is top notch!
