We weren't sure what to expect when Bowlero became Lucky Strike, but my family has been nothing but impressed. The staff at the counter and restaurant are amazing. They're super friendly and genuinely care about customers experience. The lanes are always clean and the entire place well maintained.

John & Andre went above and beyond for my family and I. We drove an hour away with 6 kids eagar to play. They made sure we got in with no wait time. I appreciate everything they did for us!! Definitely 10/10 recommend coming here!!

I appreciate the remodel and how clean the place is but? this is definitely more oriented for entertainment purposes than for people that like the sport of bowling. Great service! Great menu selection. Good deal on drinks. A really great all-around good for friends and family time. The staff is very professional and friendly and keep the place very clean. They have assistant cheater bowlers for the little ones. They have awesome Groupon deals. Also, they have a really great music selection so even if you're losing at bowling, you'll probably be dancing the whole time.

Great Bowling place allways have fun at League night, if you ever wanna meet new people and have fun Join a League every one is nice and cool. It will also help you become a better bowler making things also competitive at same time. On Monday after 6pm theres a league so theres alittle lanes available, also tuesday after 6pm theres league bowling, and thursday after 6:30pm theres league just a heads up. There will be lanes available but not alot first come first serve.

Honestly, the experience wasn't great. I went to celebrate my birthday. I paid $417 for the premium drinks when I ask my waiter Chloe she said the drinks were unlimited but afterwards she went and she told my brother-in-law there were only two drinks per hour it's only two hours of bowling so that's a total four drinks when we paid so much that's false advertisement on top of that our server Chloes had an attitude while she was serving us, rolling her eyes being very disrespectful.

Checked the schedule for leagues beforehand and none were shown for Mon eve but showed up around 6 with all lanes full and told none would be open until 830--could've been a party or something else. They recently changed their name and completed their renovation project so now all the pins are on strings. This place has a great team for the most part but their scheduling for league while also trying to serve pass holders and walk in guests are ridiculous, you'd have to go more than an hour before league because they close the lanes an hour prior to oil them down, won't be able to get a lane until after 8:30/9PM those days. Absolutely fantastic time. I used a Groupon today with 6 people for a lane for 2 hours. Ended up also getting a 25$ fun card for the arcade. The arcade is a bit pricey. The food is fabulous and well cooked. I got a sampler platter. The wings are really delicious as it's the rest of the food. We (party of 6) got in 2 games. I bought 5 mixed drinks which were all very well made. Also the sodas come with free refills.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I've been coming to this bowling alley for years, even back when it was owned by Brunswick Zone and Bowlero, and I've never had to wait this long for a lane?especially for just two people. I loved the ambiance of Bowlero. It's the first time I've been there in over 3 years, so I hadn't seen the remodel pre pandemic. Great job Bowlero did! Aside from remodel, dividers we're added to comply with CDC guidelines. Masks are required while inside unless you're eating. There's designated eating area for each lane. We had a fun time, clean and well maintained, and shoes were all nice. Feedback: The software flow for adding players' names is the worse possibly imagined. It doesn't even let you add players' names one after the other. You have to start the process and go through 5 screens each time for every player. Hopefully the bowling alley passes on that feedback to the software team.

For three people one game was going to be over $60. I drove 5 minutes down the road to round 1 bowling and got an hour, 2 games each, for $50. Even worse, 2/3 of the alley was open but they were reserved sometime that day so we couldn't bowl. Literally like 30 lanes they kept closed instead of a quick single game we would have played. Worst bowling alley experience I've ever had.

There is new seating at each lane which allows more people and is also comfortable. There are workers who come to take orders but they are so busy the service is not very good. Great atmosphere- they have many bowling lanes, an arcade, and pool tables. However, the pizza we ordered was horrible and tasted like cardboard! Our visit was marred by persistent issues with the bowling lane, which seemed to malfunction for a significant portion of our time there. The inconvenience was exacerbated by the fact that we had to seek assistance from the manager, Christian, on more than 10 occasions. Despite the evident problems with the facility, the most disheartening part of our experience was the refusal of a refund due to the lack of a receipt. W

The pins are on strings. This is no longer a real bowling alley. I repeat all the pins are on retractable strings like an arcade bowling place.
