Clean establishment with friendly staff members. There is a bar with an exceptional bartender who makes mixed drinks that she created. They're amazing, so ask lol. Plenty of parking available and food service was very quick. Seating is comfortable and spacious lanes.
I have been bowling there for several years now and I truly enjoy it. The house leagues prices are reasonable. Also the atmosphere it truly fun and relaxing, the staff are attentive and fun to be around. Another, thing I enjoy about this place is that they have different leagues for all ages. Overall, it's great atmosphere to meet new friends and whine down from a long day of work.
Fantastic overall experience!! Front desk, bartender, and floor runners couldn't have been more knowledgeable or friendly. As a league bowler, I'm extremely grateful that they oil their lanes EVERY DAY!!!! This is a huge plus in the bowling world!! The food there is outstanding!!! My only complaint is that I couldn't give higher than a 5 star rating!!! Keep up the great work! I'll Definitely be back!!
Lucky Strike is always a fun spot, but the real MVP is Mandy behind the bar. She's the best. Friendly, quick, and always on point. She knows I'm a Miller Lite guy and usually has one ready before I even ask. It's the kind of personal touch that makes you feel like a regular. If you're heading to Lucky Strike, make sure to grab a drink from Mandy, she's a legend!
Well the front desk lady was nice. That was the only good news. We wanted two lanes to bowl league style. Instead we were pinned in on one lane right next to a group of kids who knew nothing of bowler courtesy. The house was barely half filled at all times and we could have received two lanes away from these kids. We explained nicely to the kids repeatedly not to bowl when we are on the approach while the parent pretended to care maybe once or twice. Even the front desk told them to stand back as they threw
This is a very fun family oriented place. It's also a great spot for Birthday Parties!
Cool atmosphere!!! Drink were okay and the food was good!! Definitely had an amazing time here! Will be back soon to vibe again ??
Only given 2 stars because it is a good environment for those who like to party. HOWEVER, this center is not ran very well in my opinion. Not oiling the lanes, except once a day at 5pm, while increasing the prices to a ridiculous $7/game during day and $11/game on evenings and weekends is nuts. Will only go here if there were no more alleys in the area.
Lucky Strike Bowling was an awesome experience ? clean lanes, great music, and a fun atmosphere all around. The service really stood out, especially from Mandy at the bar ? she was fast, and friendly.
Manager was NO help when I told her someone tried to steal my purse while I was bowling! The manager actually made me feel worse about the situation somehow. Front desk girl was really nice but also very unhelpful.
Love this Cayce, SC location!! We had my sons 17th birthday party and it exceeded my expectations!! The decorations were great, staff was attentive, food was excellent (even the homemade cookie cake) and management was there to make sure we had everything we needed. The price point per person was worth it. The cleanliness was on point. I will be coming back to this location, especially since our local stars and strikes is going downhill fast! Thank you to the management and owners of this location, keep up
The staff was polite and welcoming but the L.I.T. and mixed drinks we ordered were watered down extremely. Not a drop of alcohol to taste. It's best to order your shot separately or order an extra shot on the side. Overall, my group had fun bowling.
Best bowling in the area! Great leagues, even better food and the most helpful staff. Mandy at the bar is always on top of our orders as soon as we walk in, knows everyone?s names and always has a smile! Bathrooms are clean, house balls always organized. Top notch!!
I was invited to a tournament there. My 1st time at this location. It's clean and family friendly. There were enough lanes to accommodate the tournament and the public . There is an arcade, hot food and a bar for adults. More than enough parking spots for the customers. Sunday fun time. There is an entry ramp for the handicap
Came on a Friday afternoon and had unlimited bowling with a 2 hour arcade game for $20 a piece shoes included. It was more than worth it for family fun in a clean, well kept environment. Top tier customer service from the girl who runs the front desk (and everything else!). We will be back!
Did some renovations since the last time I was there. Looks good. Feels good. The ladies restroom door hard to open. Put some force into it.
Great staff and fun environment to bowl at and meet new people. Mandy is a wonderful bartender that always provides top notch customer service.
Nice place great service. They have manual bumper so not very convenient if you little ones playing, you have to play with bumper on all time. A bit pricey but overall great experience.
Love Tuesday night league with my team and shout out to Mandy for always taking awesome care of us!!
Mandy provided exceptional service as the bartender. Love coming in and seeing her!
Great customer service ! Awesome atmosphere ! Great food
I love this place! I bowl here every week. Mandy is my favorite bartender. When you go ask for Mandy! ??
It was my first time to go in a bowling place and I loved it. It was spacious fun the atmosphere was nice. The guys that worked that day are very nice. Kid friendly. It was fun.
This was my first time there but it had a great family vibe. I will definitely be returning
They had already done recent upgrades here but the new upgrades have made it even better. It's nice to see a brand that cares about making a bowling option that feels clean and modern. I'll definitely make this a more regular destination for myself because it's pretty great.
Mandy, Kristy, and Morgan are the BEST! From the first time I came, they remember my name. They welcome you as soon as you walk in. Love this place!
Great place for families or adults to have a great time. Food is pretty expensive but the staff was amazing and the arcade is lots of fun and reasonably priced. Recommend it highly for anyone who needs to go unwind
We had such a great time tonight! The staff are absolutely delightful and it was just an all around fantastic experience! We will be returning soon!???????
Zero issues with our lanes, and no ball getting stuck. And the bartender was very friendly
My boyfriend is in a league here and I always tag along purely for the good vibes, clean atmosphere, great food and excellent bar service. Mandy at the bar always takes care of us, remembers our order, and checks on us often making sure we never go thirsty or hungry! Highly recommend for a fun night out bowling!
I was SHOCKED at how clean and well decorated this place is. I'm a somewhat serious bowler and I've been to tons of bowling allies, most of which not being the best upkept or clean. This one, Bowlero, blew me away, and I can't say that lightly. It was clean, slightly busy, but very impressive. We only bowled one game, but I will be back for more for my training.
Such an awesome venue and facility ? super clean, great food and drink selection, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was planning a party here recently and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Special shout out to Matt, the GM, who was fantastic to deal with. Glad we have something like this in our community ? always a great night out!
Mandy always makes this a five for us! She knows what we are ordering, she is friendly and fun
We bought cards to play games , it was my granddaughter birthday n when we came in there's only 5 games for four kids how many times can u play a game in the pic it show a big room of games NOT
Had an awesome time over here. I have been here three times in total. Had lot of fun at the bowling alley.
I go to Bowlero a lot out of convenience, but I wouldn't recommend them for serious bowlers. They are more focused on entertainment and host a lot of parties and families, and do not consistently oil their lanes even before league events. I also often come away with multiple new dings and marks on my ball after bowling here. I do not believe they maintain the lanes as well as other centers in the area. They also blare the music most of the time, so if you go here regularly be prepared to get the same playli
Really friendly and helpful staff. The wings and food overall was better than most bowling allies we've been to. Not a whole lot of frills, but overall a great bowling ally. We hosted a group of about 20 people and everything went really smooth. If you have a group that enjoys bowling, this a great place to host.
Up to date bowling alley with friendly service and helpful staff. We enjoyed our visit bowling and playing video games. Call ahead to make sure they have open bowling available.
I have been coming here for 5 years and never had a bad experience. The prices have always been higher than other bowling alleys but its a fun place. I came today for the first time in about a year and was shocked and upset to find that they now charge $3.50 for a cup of tap water. I bowl very regularly and have never seen another bowling alley or bar that charges for water. The bartender was very nice about it, she acknowledged that it was ridiculous and was unsure if it was legal. I was doing their unlimi
Wonderful center and staff. Mandy is super nice and considerate ??????
Lanes were subpar , staff was great !!! Overpriced in my opinion for 1 game 3 people .. $31. Only two needed shoe rental.
We had a great time! Awesome throw back music blaring! Our server of food was witty. Simple bar food but atmosphere was fun.
Lots of people knuckle deep in balls. Can't comment on the lanes, personally, but the bar is fully stocked. UPDATE: Finally sunk my fingers into some balls (tried a few different weights) and had myself some fun. Bartender was extremely nice. Asked if I had a boyfriend, so he obviously cared that I had someone to drive me home after. All in all, fun times...
Overpriced for run down lanes and shoes. Employees seem bothered and they closed early for some "private event". Selection of weighted balls is poor. Overall wouldn't come back.
Nice lanes for just for fun bowling. If your a serious bowler, go elsewhere. Lanes were in awful condition. Staff was friendly and drinks were good.
Enjoyed my time there drinks on point had so much fun bowling
Had a great time. Fun place
This used to he the AMF and it was a dump. Now that it's the Bowlero, it's so nice. They redid the whole inside and now it looks like a place that anyone would want to hangout. They also have a really big menu and everything on it looks good. Can't wait to go back.
I've been here a few times and always love it. Tonight I brought my boyfriend bowling for his birthday and we had the best time ever. The service was not just great. It was above and beyond. I asked them to bring out a desert w a candle on it and I asked late and they still made it happen and payed extra attention to make the timing perfect. A special shoutout to everyone who helped with this. And a special shoutout to our waitress Kia! She went above and beyond to make our night special. Best place ever to
I only recommend visiting if you make a reservation. Me and a group of 6 of my friends showed up for a farewell outing. Majority of the lanes were reserved. However, we weren't allowed to bowl on the lanes that were reserved hours out. We arrived at 6 and reserved parties were showing up around 9-10. Each game is 2 hours per the website. You do the math. We also wasn't allowed to know what time the reservations started. But we did hawk watch the lane next to us and they showed up 4 hours after us and we wer
We love coming every Wednesday to bowl! Mandy?s service is always on point. She takes great care of us every week!
Nice environment. Workers were nice. Bar was ht or miss as far as a bartender being present. Location in an ok area.
Tee is absolutely AMAZING! We are league bowlers and each and every week that we are there she is very professional and attentive. Thanks for always giving us a great experience.
Expensive but the food was worth it.. had a good time for my bday
Came here on a Friday night and let's start with the basics. It's 10 dollars a person a game and then 6 dollars a person for shoe rental. Got assigned to Lane 3 and find out the bumpers do not go up and down based on who is bowling. They are either up or they are down and you have to get a worker each time. Talk about an immediate turn off. We had eight people including kids and could r even go left or right to open lanes due to "waitlist" and "parties" yet the amount of time those lanes were empty we could
Ever since we've been coming to Cayce ?Tee? always has a smile on her face and is super helpful. She is one of the many reasons that keeps us coming back to bowl. ??
Morgan and TJ were awesome, great employees. I booked online which was great value for a date or large group event. It's definitely cheaper to show up and pay per game so I will definitely be doing so next time I go by myself or with a few friends. Great alley, very clean, and decent selection of beers/bar and food. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice night out bowling.
I love this center I started coming here with a group a friends just to hang out and now I have joined a league and I enjoy every minute of it. All of the managers the bar tenders and the servers I love everyone of them. This place couldn't be better
Nice fun environment great games nice lanes
Took my office and their families here for a team building event. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Whole place was very clean. Bar offered great food and drinks. The arcade was fun for the kids as well. Pricing was great, they offer specials throughout the week as well. Will be back for sure.
What a place! Mandy the bartender is incredibly sincere and cares about her customers. On top of that every single employee really is great at getting to know you and just a very well run establishment. Will go back here many times.
Great atmosphere. Pretty good food and beer, but pricy. The stormtrooper presence is kind of intimidating.
Waaaaay too expensive to go to on a normal day with no specials. Especially considering the lane we were on broke no less than five times during a single game. Plus, with more than half of the whole place empty, we had groups put on either side of us with no sense of lane courtesy. I wish it wasnt so close to my house. Not a fun place to go bowling. Nice decor though
Had a wonderful time! Came for a Sunday night and paid $15 for unlimited bowling 7-11. Morgan M did a wonderful job answering the phone, ringing people up, answering questions, and cleaning all at once. The music was as also great! Lots of pop 2000s hits
Great environment I see that they have jazz at the place I love it
Forge Flare love these lanes. Luckily we had a groupon so we didn't have to pay the full $8.50 per person to bowl
Had a great time . Excellent lanes and music . Just as much fun as I remember as a kid.
My boyfriend and I came in for a date night after a pretty stressful few days. We had tried to go the week before, but they were packed and the wait was an hour(to no fault of Bowlero). So, for this day, he made a reservation online to ensure a lane. We got there and they did not have our reservation. We showed them the confirmation email and they apologized, and let us know they would provide us the first available lane. They also provided us with drink "tickets" to be used due to our wait. We went to the
Great experience expensive but worth it for a little family time
Middle aged white bartender with glasses ?female? has the worst attitude ever. Constantly yelling at costumers and insulting them. Saying I swear if you spill this drink I'll get a mop and make you clean it. Avoid her at all cost. Lines are nice but bowling balls are old and gashed up
Good experience here as far as bowling goes. The Arcade is small but fun, too! Only complaint would be the bar service. But I didn't go there for the bar, I went for bowling. Lots of lanes, big screens, black light bowling. Unlimited bowling for one price at night.
Great experience it's the group of guys!
To date, I've been to this bowling alley twice and it's one of my favorite places to go with friends and family. The food and drinks are great and it's such a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Was there on Sunday 8/13 for a birthday and had a horrible experience. Firstly, we had 2 lane?s reserved beside each other. During the middle of the 1st game one lane went down so they moved us to the lane beside that one. Not a big deal until they assigned the ?broken? lane to another group. Now we have people in between our party. Secondly, the bar service was absolutely horrible. It took 30 minutes to get a tower of beer. Mind you there wasnt many people around the bar at this time maybe 5. Since you pay
I do not recommend this place. I went today and spent over $60. Our lane went out and stopped working and I asked the lady at the front 3 times to get it fixed.. we waited 45 mins and they still did not fix it.. so I asked for my money back due to we didn't get to finish our first game and we had to wait 45 mins after we asked 3 times for it to be fixed. She told me she can not give it back that all she can give is for the game we did not play. Then she said she gave me to much money? and chased me out th
I hosted a work event here and it was great! The staff was super helpful in setting up the event and during the event itself. Surprisingly good pizza, and excellent service. When one of our lanes stopped working the staff immediately moved us to a working lane. I would definitely do another event here.
Had a great time this past Friday, enjoyed time with my buddies, the price of the food and drinks were a little higher than expected but the workers did a great job, Noah was ours and he did great checking on us and the table beside us.
Fun bowling and great staff. Never have to make it to the bar at this point, Mandy?s got you!!
Loved this experience! Such a fun environment and would 100% recommend to anyone
Bartender had the biggest attitude. She was very rude and as I spoke to the manager about my concern she decided to interject herself into our conversation. She wanted to argue as I ignored her and talked to the manager. The manager was very nice, but maybe too nice because she kept interrupting us and was never told to stop. Very unprofessional and rude.
I loved it! I had so much fun!!! Staff was amazing! Service was great. Morgan, Mandy, thomas and Mike were great! Definitely will be going back
Food is extremely expensive I spent $48 on six sodas and two french fries. Sodas were filled with possibly the equivalent of 8oz but that's being generous in estimation. As far as the bowling it was pretty much just like any other alley. Staff was nice.
Unfortunately, only 3 stars, first it is a wonderfully updated very nice-looking bowling alley. I like to take my family bowling, unfortunately they simply have priced themselves out of our budget. Three games for three people, so 9 games of bowling in the middle of a weekday afternoon cost me over $60, that is just too much when I can do the same amount of games around Columbia for 20 or 30 dollars. Do not understand why you can not run specials during the daytime hours for families who do not want to be d
We came here once and didn't have the best experience. Reached out to Mr. Roland (GM). We came back today and had the absolute best experience ever!!!! Today was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was very prompt, courteous and very accommodating! Our server was magnificent! I forgot her name (but did give her a nice tip as she certainly deserved it!) This time our experience was nothing but positive and left us feeling wonderful and eager to come back again!! Once again thank you for your wonderful hospita
Saturday March 16th 2024 ... Around 11:30pm my classmates and I came in to this establishment went straight to the bar cuz we wanted to have fun for our Saint Patrick's weekend once we sat down at the bar it was semi all right until the bartenders was having issues with who was going to take our order it went with the Caucasian gentleman he was acting like he didn't want to serve us because of our skin color then the other young gentleman that was our color black what's acting the same way but his attitude
Completely unaffordable for families. I understand why they took my credit card before we started playing. Pricing is $5+ for Shoes and $5+ per person per game. So my family of 5 played 2 games and paid over $93 dollars. I misunderstood what I was paying for and that's on me but if I'd known I probably wouldn't have shown up. So save your money and go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and helpful no issues there.
Wonderful, attentive staff! Went w/a large group on a busy Saturday night & absolutely had a great time. Bar service was great! Would definitely recommend & return!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
