Huge, very nice bowling alley. We went on a weeknight when they had the Lightening Strike special deal. The guy at the counter was very nice. Of course, my teenage son and his friend wanted food, as usual! You can order right in your seating area and it will be brought to you. The fried mozzarella, boneless chicken, and cookie w/ice cream were delicious. Overall, a very nice place to bowl.

Lane maintenance is poor. The approaches are generally sticky and the pinsetters often fail to set all 10 pins. And then there's the no outside food or drink mandate. One night a league bowler was removed by the police because he wanted to finish the last few ounces of his Starbucks, all the while the staff had their Dunkin? drinks in the sink closet.

Excellent bowling lanes. Food was decent but the premium drinks were not up to par. Overall good experience.

The bowling alley is very modern and works well. Not cheap. The service is really bad. Kids were bowling, we sat for 10 minutes at the bar and then a guy came and told us that they were not serving at the bar, that we needed to order in the bowling area. We ordered thru their automated system, were there for an hour food and drinks NEVER came. They still charged our credit card and we had to go and complain to get the money back. Customer service is AWFUL!!!!

Honestly, I feel pretty disappointed with the prices here. Bowling and food together now cost almost as much as a trip to Disney. The food at Bowlero is not very good, and you're paying a lot for it. The pricing for everything is way too high for what you get. I hope they consider lowering the prices so more people can enjoy bowling without spending a fortune.

Wow, this place looks nothing like it used too!! They have redone the whole inside. And it looks amazing. I have been coming here since high school, and that was many moons ago. Was really glad to see this place still up and running and was amazed to see what they did to the inside. They are still working on the kitchen but have finger food and the bar was open. We can't wait to go back.

I had such a fun night at Bowlero when I went a little while back. Had amazing drinks at the bar with incredible music playing in the background. I played horrible in comparison to the two people I went bowling with but we had a good time so I am not complaining!

Super fun and nostalgic! My husband and I went for a spontaneous date night and we felt like little kids again. The bowling was great, easy to use, and we loved the arcade games (especially the Photo Booth and giant claw machine!) They had great chocolate chip cookies and soft pretzels. Was decent but kind of disorganized. This used to be Don Carter's and was a mecca for teenagers on Friday nights. It's now retro hipster but it takes so long to check in. The staff are very nice, no complaints. I just wish they had auto kiosks for shoes and lane check ins. I assume there will be some kind of app but the waiting process to just check in was worse than an airline gate. The food is good. The arcade is babyish.

Best bowling alley I have been too. A family atmosphere with great music, projector screens and neon lights. Also had an amazing arcade area with a variety of games. Loved the seating bench and interior decor. We reserved a lane online and were directed to our lane after check-in with no wait. Mark was our server and did a great job attending to our family. He was polite, personable and professional. We will definitely be back.

Came here for the first time with my wife and our 2 young boys. We had a great time. It's not the newest or fanciest but customer service was excellent from the check-in personnel to our bar attendant. Tons of lanes, good music, nice food options and I especially like the cocktail options. Best to come right when they open to beat the crowd unless you're looking for more of a social event.

This place is okay but had to wait 45 mins just for check in. They could have opened another check in counter to manager influx. Then ordered food and drinks which took more than an hour to get it delivered to table. Had great time with friends but management need to improve.

This bowling place is pricy for the service and charging you the game per person, instead of an hour. This is in addition to buyong shoes. Interestingly, we waited more than 20 mins to get a server and 20-30 mins to get the order served. The server charges you ahead with tip and everything even without having the food on your table. The server never checked on us any further but a lane security did show up to correct wearing the shoes when shooting on a lane. The also have arcade games which is a fun area.

This five star rating is for our helper/server/lane manager, Zoey. When you go to bowl, you hope to have a little service if you need it. I used to bowl at this place all the time but rosemary has completely put me off of this place. She's consistently scammed me out of money with her fake promotions, never takes care of regulars and always has a terrible attitude. I will never bowl at bowlero glades again, even for tournaments. Bowlero Boca was a great host for our Faculty/Staff Fall 2023 Kickoff Party! Everyone had a fabulous time, and enjoyed some friendly competition, yummy lane-side food and beverages, and tasty brews from the bar. I hosted a company holiday party here (45 people). It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our server was Mark S. And he took incredible care of us! He was extremely attentive and always nearby when we needed something! I would 100% recommend this for any large parties and if you can request Mark S as your server then you will be guaranteed to have an amazing time!

Beautiful renovations and super cool hang out spot, but VERY pricey. Looks clean but all.the lights are off. There are lots of employees but they aren't as attentive as they should be for the amount of money people are spending. Food, drinks, alcohol and bowling rates are pretty high priced. The lanes and computers are super new and doesn't lag. Bathrooms could use cleaning every now and again as there's always napkins on the floors and counters. Lemonade is delish.

We were a party of 10, we chose this place to celebrate my employees, 6 of us wanted to bowl from 5pm-7pm and purchased the Groupon that is being advertised. They stuck us all 6 on one lane and to find out is because we bought the Groupon. The fact that we spent over $400 in drinks and beverages didn't mean anything to the manager that I spoke with about allowing us the to be in two lanes. This was such a fun place to be! They played great music and also have a bar. The workers were attentive and when we had an issue with our lane malfunctioning, they quickly moved us over to the next lane so we can continue enjoying our time there. They offered socks for my family members that didn't have any. It's a large place, they also have a small arcade. Packing was not an issue at all.

Love the lousy bowler league and all the staff to go with it. Tariq goes to infinity and beyond with his job as a server and Rosemary runs the league like a true champion. Without them I don't know where bowlero would be - but it would definitely be less than 5 stars. Being a part of the Wednesday bowling league is an exceptional experience that anyone with a tinge of interest should join in on. 5 stars doesn't begin to show the appreciation our team has for the staff here.

I would like to thank Luana, the person who served us and was simply wonderful, kind, helpful. Our experience in celebrating our son's birthday was amazing. I went to Bowlero last night and I paid for unlimited bowling for $62 but instead I paid with I paid 65 and I played one game and got food with my boyfriend and then the second game he got shut off. This was a really nice bowling alley, would have gave 4 out of 5 stars but our waitress Kayla was not the best. We had some issues getting sauces and waited a really long time for our check. I know it was a little busy but she was talking with people for a long time when she was supposed to be grabbing our stuff.

This bowling alley is so amazing! My first time here was a kids birthday party, and we had a great time as the food, service was impeccable! Very nice but very very expensive. Get the Groupon or they will want nearly $100 for 2 hours instead of $30. Food and beer is expensive, but very good and very generous portions. Two tweens and 1 adult barely finished with appetizer sampler.

Best bowling alley in Delray, Boca, and Boynton! The best choice. Great ambience, wonderful staff (go Bryan at the shoe counter!), super clean, a bunch of different sized bowling balls with XL holes for those with larger hands, they even had size 13 shoes for taller men. Everything worked great and we didn't even get a ball stuck once. Got there later in the night and took advantage of the unlimited bowling games deal. Then because my friends asked me to, I went to make a reservation with a Groupon and they don't allow it ? either reserve at full price or take your chances with a Groupon, but by the way you need to buy it 24 hours in advance. Run really poorly on weekends, understaffed, there's 20+ open lanes and there's so many people in line. Told 30 minute wait; been much longer. Reserving lanes should be limited especially on the weekends. Management should seriously re-evaluate their operations. Business model is poorly ran and customer suffers. Nevermind it's the most expensive bowling alley around. Fine to come here during the week but would avoid on the weekends at all costs.

I won the 1 thousand tickets but did not get any tickets at all. I told the staff and they said that nothing could be done. They didn't give me anything. I didn't get any recompense for my troubles. I even have a picture for proof.

The Bowling Alley was nice and clean but the bartender sucked. I sent my drink back twice and then switched it to another drink and it was still horrible. I wasn't able to make a reservation online, possibly due to what time it was, but there were a lot of people here bowling and still plenty of lanes available for walk-ins. We like to bowl and eat and drink, but this last time the lanes were dry and floors were sticky. we asked the front desk and were told that they only cleaned and oiled the lanes for the leaguers that night. They charge a lot of money and we don't mind paying, but being told they only take care of lanes for leagues was not a go
