SO MUCH FUN! we recently went to Lucky Strike Beverly Hills. We had a blast. The location is brand new- beautiful decor and a huge space. The food and beer were all reasonably priced. We got to meet the manager Julia, who was lovely. Our waiter, Cristian was great and super attentive. The nachos are HUGE (definitely can feed 4). You can make a reservation online but it will cost you more than if you walk in. They can tell you each day what the per game cost is. Can't wait to go back!!

Really fun bowling ally! We popped in on a Saturday night and although we weren't able to get lanes because of the long waiting list we had a blast at the bar and arcade. Highly recommend getting reservations for bowling and it looks like they are the perfect set up for big parties as there were a few private parties going on with food and drink. Great location! Will be back for sure.

Had a great experience at Lucky Strike Beverly Hills! I have been to another Lucky Strike in Boston, but this one is way better. Everything is new, modern and clean, the service is top tier and the pricing is more than fair! While I didn't love my chicken bao bun, the fries and other food were great. I especially loved having the ability to order and pay right from the lane. The arcade was fun as well! I will for sure be back often to make use of the unlimited bowling deals!

Love this place! The staff was helpful overall especially the people who fixed the machine when it was down and the ones who gave prizes when you redeem tickets. Coming back soon!

Truly awful. If you're going here to play arcade games, stay far away. Honestly, it isn't even worth it for the bowling. I went on a Wednesday night, and every single arcade game we went to was broken. Quik Drop is completely broken to the point that it is unwinnable, Need For Speed literally restarted in the middle of a game after I had already paid, and the basketball hoop game took our money and wouldn't start. Do not come here if you are even halfway serious about bowling. The lanes are absolutely atrocious. I think they are made out of some weird plastic material and you get zero realistic action on the ball. The worst lanes I've ever bowled on in my life by a long ways. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. It is a disgrace to the sport.

It's a great looking location and everyone was super friendly. The food was really good and the portions were great. However the reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the bowling, the main reason you would come, feels like a carnival game. The floor is short and if you stand behind the back line your heels are replicated on the border of the floor where the wood and other flooring meet, making it very awkward to start. Then after you bowl you realize something is up with the pins?. THEY ARE ON STRINGS!

I came to Lucky Strike Beverly Hills to celebrate my birthday, and it was honestly such a disappointing experience. From the start, the service was terrible. Our first server never even came by to offer water or take our order ? we literally had to go find someone ourselves just to get things started. I will never come back here. I bought two bottles of champagne then they accused me of bringing my own bottles. What in the world? I asked if it's allowed to BYOB since it's such an outrageous question. The manager Jess answered no it's not allowed that's why I'm asking. I'm so confused about how they were even allowed to serve bottles to a lane if they don't see a ticket to send a bottle to a bowling lane? We spent thousands here. What is going on here? I'll never come back. Get better management and serve

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! After paying for 4 games and a huge bar tab, the manager, Jess accused us of not paying and started a scene for no reason. We paid fully for everything and it showed in their system that we paid. She has no idea how to run this place. Get a new manager. A horrible way to treat customers. At a bowling alley! We would never come back to this place.

Could you fix the Pump machine? When getting the long note to hit, the pad doesn't react to it, and end up missing all the long notes. Which means the machine is defected. Please fix, I go here for the arcade! Everyone is so welcoming and sweet, I love it.

I hosted my husbands birthday last Saturday and had a fantastic time! I booked the party for 9 people but one person canceled last minute and they were very accommodating. For two hours of bowling + unlimited drink package for two lanes it was $90 per person (before tax/tip) which felt perfectly reasonable for the amount of fun we had. They played awesome music. BEST TIME coming here with brother, nephews and niece. All kinds of fun games and delicious food with everyone having a great time bowling, including us. I've recently thrown a party for my son, and I had the best experience! Childrens birthday parties can be so stressful, but the staff at Lucky Strike has changed that experience for me! From beginning to end, they were so attentive , professional , kind and just made our overall experience one for the record books. I would highly recommend to all!

My experience was wonderful this Saturday! I have been to a couple of bowling alleys like the average person. What made the experience special at this one was the staff. Everyone was super friendly especially Michael, him and the staff went above to make me and my family feel welcomed. Will be coming back with my family and will recommend to my friends!

Service- great People- great Food - just fine Bowling bowling bowling- I couldn't really deal with the strings situation. No matter how you bowl the strings were various and would create patterns that your bowling could not control. Very fun though seeing a strong pull a pin across a lane that was standing up , or a pin setting a pin up by itself after the pin has already been knocked down. Outside that everything was fine, but bowling which is the main thing! Kind of made the evening not as fun.

I livestream all the newest businesses in LA to show them off to locals and tourists. Walked in on Monday night at 6:30pm with 43,000 people watching live (mostly locals). The manager turned us away and said we needed permission to film. Horrible business policy in 2025 when everybody is filming everything. This location just lost out on hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Frustrating Booking Process & Poor Customer Service I tried to book a lane at Lucky Strike, but the process was incredibly frustrating. You can't make a reservation over the phone, and getting in touch with the sales team is nearly impossible?they take days to respond. For a $200 price tag, I expected much better service. Disappointing experience overall.

I was part of a birthday celebration for twin boys turning 8 and it was a blast! We arrived a bit early and Jupiter made sure we had the best service / pre-party!

I live walking distance and would love to come but the arbitrary prices are pretty disgusting. 2hrs of bowling for 2 people on a Friday at 6pm for $140 each?! Not ok. We plan to eat there as well and that doesn't include anything. Tried calling to speak someone and was on hold forever. Awful. Then I was told they would transfer me to sales because they didn't understand that pricing at the front desk. They transferred me somehow to College Park, Maryland?!

The waiters weren't very responsive and not helpful. It took an entire two games for me to get my ($11?!) milkshake I ordered, every time I asked it was always, ?They're making it in the back right now,? and by the time I got it we were leaving. Would not recommend.

the guy at the reception told me the wrong prices. I paid $174 for 2 hours of bowling on Monday morning, for two people, a glass of beer and a bag of fries with wings. Robbery, very expensive. ?? Waste of money

EDIT: Since i?ve posted this, there have been fake reviews put up in favor of the horrible manager. Not to mention it cost over 150$ for two people to bowl, food and games DO NOT COME HERE unless you want your kids to be disrespected by the female manager! Had an awful experience with the female manager today and she should honestly be fired for how she treated my kid. He was trying to ask her a question and she didn't give him any eye contact and cut him off mid-sentence not letting him finish. Absolutely

Ripoff. I went and its Insanely overpriced just for bowling. They also don't answer the phone. Over $200 on a THURSDAY for 1.5 hours for 4 people. That's insane. For the hell of it I just checked a Saturday night and its almost $300.

Most machines are worthless. Basketball and some basics but the rest are fillers. They don't even a have a pinball machine!!! What kind of arcade is this with no pinball machine???!!! For that, two stars
