Customer Reviews

I recently visited Bowlero Atlantic Station and had a fantastic time! The location is excellent, right in Atlantic Station and conveniently next to the movie theater. I was pleasantly surprised by their delicious food ? definitely not what you typically expect from a bowling alley. The atmosphere inside is great, with a lively and fun vibe. They also have arcades and other fun areas, making it a perfect spot for a night out with friends or family. Highly recommend checking it out!

I had the absolute best time when I visited here! Apparently they changed the vibes to be more adult-friendly, and I must say that I love it! Tonstart, everyone was so friendly. The decor and lighting was so well put together and you just felt like you were no longer in the hustle of Atlantic Station. They have plenty of lanes to choose from. The drinks were actually well made drinks as well. The food was good too. They even have more upscale food items to choose from, not just bar food. We tasted so many t

I visited this location for a birthday gathering with a few friends. We went on a Saturday night and expected it to be busy. We waited for a few moments for our lanes, but nothing extremely long. We had an amazing time. The drinks from the bar were divine! The server at the bar was great at her job (making suggestions and mixing drinks [strong]), very pleasant, and hospitable. The only thing that I regret is not getting the staff's name so I can give them proper recognition. There was also the gentleman at

I went here today with my family because of a promo Lucky Strike advertised for free bowling and 10 dollar game card per person. The experience was amazing, we had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes to be seated at a lane because it was packed. They had a decent amount of games that had us occupied while we waited, we had a lot of fun at the arcade. The atmosphere felt high end but the pricing of everything was affordable, they had chicken tenders, wings, mozzarella sticks, pizza and fries. Everything was 6 dol

We used a Groupon for this outing during spring break. The place is very clean, a little bit pricey (but, that keeps the riff raff out), and the food/drinks are pretty good. Definitely worth it when the 2 hour rate with shoes is discounted?for the whole family!

The atmosphere is upbeat and fun. Music plays with all popular songs. Drinks are a bit pricey, and the food is good for a bowling alley. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have deals going on depending on the time of year or time of day, so I'd ask. Lanes are on both sides, so there's no problem getting a lane.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday, had a great time! Food was fast and fresh. Justin was our bartender and he was great! His drinks were the best I've ever had!! He was so nice and took very good care of us! I will be back

I randomly took my kids here so that we could have some fun for the afternoon and it was awesome on a Sunday afternoon

Pretty fun, but 2 of our 6 lanes tilted left slightly. Food was pretty good...fairly typical bar food. Service was polite and mostly attentive. Music was a little too loud for conversation, though.

We had a blast? the waitress we had was on point, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the items that were available and not available? she also was very helpful when come to ordering drinks. We had an issue with the people being added but the staff noticed it from a far and jumped in and assisted with no questions or complaints.

I had so much fun here.My fiance and I had a great competition of bowling. We ended up playing 3 games. The food was great as well. We ended up ordering the mikes honey hot pizza with a few beverages that makes you full a little warm and fuzzy.

Wonderful environment. Customer service was amazing. My server was Yolanda and she was on point. Make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. Thank you guys for such a great experience

In one of the most iconic parts of town Bowlero is not that hard to find. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The entrance does have a metal detector so you better come ready to get searched after 8pm. The games vary from your air hockey, shooting, driving, and skill games. There were a few games that were broken, such as the football throwing game and the the beer pong game head to head. The beer was not too bad, and the food options are not too crazy. Bowling shoes are fairly new, and none were gross. We

OMG? T was amazing definitely gave off a great family vibe. Definitely a great addition to the establishment. I also adored the staff as well. If you are looking for a good time with great service and great people this is where you go.

This was a fantastic experience! Bowlero is located at the Atlantic Station. The parking is free for two hours in the parking garage. It is a huge garage so I recommend taking pictures of where you park as it is easy to get turned around. They do close off the elevators to the parking garage to the public a 7 pm so you will have to take stairs after that. I went out with a group of coworkers for a night of bowling, food and drinks. They atmosphere is great the service is friendly. The facility, food and dri

Cool spot. I remember when they broke ground building this place. I've passed by it so many times, finally I went in to see what it was about. Very nice decor. The staff is pretty good. I didn't eat but my boy did and he liked it. The arcade is nice but small though. I'll check them out again.

There's armed security and metal detector as you enter - The lanes are shorter than traditional lanes - They use the annoying string system when setting the pins instead of the mechanical pinsetter. Which was a big disappointment. - The mixed drinks were good - 4 High Noons ran around $45 - The server was very attentive and friendly. It's a mixed review. I won't come back and expect to "bowl" but would go for a for a good vibe and games.

Lightskin/ Spanish lady at the bar was very rude and nasty. Also the floors was extremely sticky and the bar was dirty. Was excited to visit but treated horribly at the bar. Her attitude made me and my 4 guest leave and spent our money elsewhere.

My girls and I had so much fun here!! Can't wait to go back!!! The food and drinks were sooo good!!!

Yolanda was the most attentive and sweetest server I could ever ask for. She welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our experience at Lucky Strike. I'll return to see Yolanda and Yolanda only!! Thank you YoYo!! ??

Thank you to the phenomenal staff for being so attentive and making my son?s birthday party so special. This was such an enjoyable experience!

I came in for a night of bowling and wanted to point out my bartender Justin was very welcoming, flexible and attention to detail of drinks for several of people on a such a busy night. Also communicated effectively! Will definitely be back after such a great experience.

Had a great time here with some friends. The service we received was great from the bartender (Ty) and our server. They have good food selections, and we enjoyed the sampler and buffalo cauliflower. The drinks were decent but for $15 it was very disappointing that they tasted just like juice and paying for an additional shot just to make a drink taste like an alcoholic beverage is overkill for a drink at a bowling alley. We went on a Sunday and arrived around 7, there is a metal detector at the door and you

The place is super cute but they told us it was a 45 minute wait that turned into 3 hours. They didn't update us or anything. The food was really good and seasoned great. The fish bowl was nice and it will definitely take at least 3 people to finish. Most of the staff was very friendly and making sure we were comfortable.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. Server was rude to our party and when asked to speak with her, blamed the attitude on all lanes she was tending to (it was 6 including ours). After we told her how confused we were about her attitude , she explains she's heard it from others and they have walked out on their tab because of it. Mid discussion she walks away and cries to manager who proceeded to scold us on OUR behavior when she was the one going back and forth with us. Karen in the comp

I know this location was recently acquired by bowlero, however we were attending a birthday party where it was not communicated that you could only have 6 people/kids per lane. We asked about adding an additional lane for 2 more kids and we're initially told we could only rent a lane for 6. But weren't told a cost until we got to the register. They literally wanted almost 300$ to bowl for 2hrs. Only when we showed discernment for the price, we were then told we could pay for just 2 to bowl. Cost was still 1

I had the best experience here- from start to finish. I set up a party package to celebrate my best friend's birthday, and the only work I had to do was pay lol. Brendan C. made the booking experience super easy and was very patient with me and all of my questions. When we arrived at the alley the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Tichina (Manager), Jeremy (Waiter), and I believe his name is Casey, another manager mad sure our party was satisfied the entire 2.5 hours we were there. The drinks, food, a

I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior of the security staff at. Upon entering the building, I was met with rude and disrespectful treatment. The security personnel, who are the first individuals visitors encounter, spoke to me in an unprofessional and demeaning manner. I found their tone and approach particularly upsetting and inappropriate. It is important that all visitors are treated with courtesy and respect, and I believe the conduct I experienced falls far below the standard that

This was my very first time here. The atmosphere was really good. The parking was spacious, in a parking garage( do not park where it says front row parking ) you will get a $25 ticket. They have a mini arcade inside, didn't have a chance to play. Paid for the unlimited bowling which made the most sense for me. It was a lot of people but didn't seem packed. Because I just ate I didn't try their food but what other ppl had looked good. I would definitely visit again.

It was a nice experience, bowling is about $20 per person depending on the day. They have specials throughout the week. They do have Security check at the door and after a certain time in the evening they do require you to have a ID to show when entering. We actually have a party celebration and it was really cool and laid back we had a food option which was tenders with barbecue sauce and spinach dip and it was okay. The drinks are $11 and the larger ones are $15 and up which can get pricey. When parking a

The atmosphere is bright and the service was top notch. We only had cheese pizza and it was great!

Went on Sunday when they opened at noon, floors were still sticky from night before, but vibes were good even if it was empty lanes. A bit pricey per game, would much prefer if they charged hourly by lane.

I had the opportunity of getting serviced by Justin at the bar and I was very impressed with his great customer service by making sure my drinks and food were correct! He was timely and me and my girls will definitely be back!

I love coming here! Great drinks, food, and I always have a great time with their bartender Justin. He has great customer service and is very attentive. Highly recommend.

Our experience was lessened due to an unprofessional attitude from our server Sandy. We asked for an update with the food we ordered, and she was very short with us mentioning that ?she doesn't make it?. When we expressed our displeasure with the response, she became to explain how she was frustrated with customers that asked for updates on the food when she has so many lanes, and that she has had issues with customers walking out on here and mentioning her attitude. With all due respect, it is a Wednesday

Nice place to take your loved ones to have lots of fun! Both kids and adults can enjoy themselves with many activities, including bowling and arcade games. The food is also a plus, and my family and I look forward to going back!

Overall a decent spot for sure. If you park in the garage it's free for 2 hours. The staff is very friendly. There are arcade games and I believe you need to buy a resale arcade pass/card to play them. Bowling was fun but the strings on the pins sometimes keep the pins up and the 10th frame only lets you bowl 2x(?). Lanes are very close together and not much room to move side to side. Restrooms are clean. Major plus. I had the peach drink cocktail. It was super strong. Lol I think they forget the lemonade.

I usually love the front desk employees but for some reason last night me and my family had an harsh time with an employee last night at the register..Never got her name but she had an Blonde bun she had the worst attitude with me and also didn't have our lanes right She didn't smile nor greet me how they front desk normally do .. Hopefully things change before i return again . I never had this issue before maybe she was new but it was bad service.

Bowlero was amazing and fun!! Very organized, friendly staff upon entering, management was outstanding and accommodating, waitstaff was great, food was alright (pizza, wings, fries, cheese quesadilla, chicken nuggets, nachos), drinks were popping??and tasty, nice environment, good music and family friendly atmosphere, we loved it and enjoyed ourselves, will definitely be back!!!????

This was a fun experience as well as we were there for a private event so the lanes and the atmosphere were great. You can tell that you do not go there for the food but the drinks were decent and the company we kept made the time one to remember. Since it is at Atlantic Station, you will need to pay for parking....remember you are in Atlanta but we definitely be back for some bowling at this establishment.

It was an cool experience but online it doesn't say nothing about kids have to be out by 9 on a week day but I understand it's more for grown people. But overall customer service was great and the drinks was delicious. The food was not that bad but it was limited, everything thing was out.

Cool place to hang out with friends and family..even my 5 year old son had super fun.

Awesome place we came with a huge crowd and the team accommodated us well. They were so nice to a group. The food was good the musics was nice they place was fun.

Ok so we went Friday early! Wasn't crowded and the service was what was expected. Man let me tell you that Spinach dipped was On GOD great ?? or I was extremely hungry either way I will be back. Meet Kay of Tic Tok as well Got the Deal on Groupons.

As a Summer Pass holder with the Atlantic Station Bowlero, I have only great things to say about this location. Everything is here is new, well maintained and exceptionally clean, the shoes and bowling balls are always noticeably well sanitized. The Arcade has an upgraded selection of games, and there usually isn't a rush to get a lane or play the game of your choice. A big thank-you to Charles who has always been welcoming and enthusiastic each time I have visited.

We had a great time hanging out here. The arcade was fun as well as the bowling. Drinks were just ok and food was basic

Go to Stars & Strikes - way more for children & the family to do. We know Bowlero from locations in FL. The Atlantic Station location ...meh in comparison. My nephew wanted to go bowling for his birthday ?? ??. My brother, sister in law, her mother, my fianc?, my nephew & I all went on Feb 3rd. After spending over $200 for ONE game of bowling ?? - FYI, the time starts when you pay!!!! No time to get situated in your lane or get your shoes on. We ordered 1 drink each another $80. The boys got beers. Us ladi

Absolutely loved it.great Fun and nice cocktails. Beat my girlfriend twice in bowling. Definitely a good date night spot. Can't wait to go back. Fun times

Loved my date night! Yolanda was amazing, definitely got to come back and see her!

Came here as a group from work? Service was decent. The place is pretty big inside. When walking in, I noticed the metal detector I was walking through, but it wasn't on. But when leaving there was armed security there making everyone walking in come through it. Guess this place is in a not so good part of town? Or perhaps the locals are just known for being rowdy, unruly, and dangerous ? either way, it's not a comfortable feeling! The food was just ?ok? nothing great. The drinks were a mess, as the

Bowlero is the best bowling franchise in Atlanta. It is on the pricer side compared to Main Event but it's worth it. The lanes don't malfunction and the bowling balls come with different thumb sizes to accommodate for bowlers that wanna use the smaller sized balls. They also play a great selection of music which includes hip hop, R&B, newer country music and rap. You do have to be 21+ to enter after certain hours which I think is a great idea. I would just say to be patient when it comes to ordering food an

We went Ice Skating which I know sounds insane but we did lol. Bowlero looked lit so we pulled up! It was a long wait to bowl so we decided to hang out at the bar. The vibes were great, the bartender and drinks were great and I enjoyed my food! I never did start bowling I stayed at the bar but my family seemed to be having a blast lol! Had an awesome time and cannot wait to go again when I come back in town.

Great for small groups! If you have 10+ and do group booking DO NOT GO HERE! Do not waste your time at all! You will be highly irritated! The entire night was unorganized and all over the place! First, our server was not experienced at all. she didn't know what she was doing. She originally told us that only 2 people will receive drink tickets, which is false. I paid for 15 people to have drink tickets. After going to get clarification, she came back and told us I was correct. I passed out their tickets. Af

Upon entrance, you are greeted with flashing lights , the aroma of hot pepperoni fresh out the oven and arcade noises mimicking that of a nostalgic classic old-school bowling alley. Approaching the front desk, you are welcomed with superb hospitality coupled with outstanding professionalism rivaling even the most pampering hotels. The staff were all super helpful, and made the entire experience not only enjoyable, but one that I would come back and experience over again. The food exceeded expectations and d

Very nice bowling alley. Food was better then the pictures looked on the menu. We had the sampler and everything was good. Drinks was OK. The alcoholic beverage I had was supposed to be a stronger one but tasted watered down a bit. The bowling itself, I would rate probably a 5 or 6 out of 10. The pins have strings on them and to me it seemed to keep them from falling naturally. I'm not expert bowler or anything but I definitely could tell the difference. Cool for a date night though. They have games as well

This place has a nice vibe. Felt like a place that I could just go and be social, a place where people meet up before going to their next night spot. The drinks were good. The shots kind of pricey. The kitchen staff was pretty slow and unreliable, it took us about an hour to get food. Overall, I enjoyed meeting new people in an open, clean, cool kid atmosphere.

Good place for fun with family and or date night. Our food service was pretty good.

Special shout out to Alec and CJ for making our first time at this location great. We plan on becoming regulars because of the experience they gave us.

Vibes are beyond immaculate ! Justin was such an amazing server ! He was fun , attentive, and he fine asf ! Definitely come by and see Justin! Service was AMAZING !!!

It's so much better that they have improved security. The bartender and lane server were also super nice and attentive!

Everything was a 10/10!!! Thanks to Mr. Cacey for being involved & engaging with me & my nieces. He's very kind & friendly.

The food is really good. My family and I had a wonderful time. It's a bit pricey (over $17 per game and over $6 for shoe rental). However, the staff were really nice people, especially our server. I can't remember our server's name but shout out to the server who had the red mask on with a red & black plaid shirt... we were there Christmas night and we were in lanes 33-34 he was phenomenal. Very nice guy.

Hosted a 8yo birthday party by selecting one of the many party packages available. Kids had a blast. Adult had a blast, too. Jeremy was our server and he rocked it...ensuring he took care of kids and adults alike. I'll definitely be back.

I paid for a reservation for 3 on 3/8/25 but had an emergency to happen I contacted them an hour before our time and I explained the situation and I was told that a manager would be reaching out on Monday called back on Monday was told the same thing all I wanted to know was there a refund policy or a rescheduling policy $150 dollars

Jezzi is the coolest waitress we have ever interacted with! Funny, kind and super helpful!

Nice and organized bowling alleys, each round pp only costs $10.49. The draft beer with a lot of extra cost doesn't seem like a good option, but the overall experience is excellent.

The place is nice but if you don't have a reservation good luck getting a lane. We had a party of four and an hour and half later still no lane even though there are 18 empty lanes. People will be done on a lane and just hang out there for 20-30 minutes after they are done. The pic is a live shot of the empty lanes as we are still waiting.

Great atmosphere and the arcade gave me a sense of nostalgia as they have many CLASSICS. A shot from the WELL was $10 though.

Bowlers beware: As a bowling alley, it's awful. Not a place I want to ever bowl at again. Lane conditions are bad, shorter lanes than sanctioned, crowded approach and seating area. As a hang out spot for friends or coworkers maybe 3 stars, if you don't care about bowling but want to bowl kind of place. Service is mediocre, had good service and bad. The venue as a whole isn't off-putting, a typical corporate owned venue, which saves it from 1 star rating.

Good prices, decent drinks, best option is the unlimited for about $17 a person, that includes shoes, food is good, just simple foods though nothing big, they do not have bowling ball racks for extra balls, so you may have to ask for them to get you a ball that's the right size for you

You get a decent bowling experience but it's very expensive. Cost $50 for 2 people and 2 games. Then I bought a normal fountain drink for $5 and they forgot to bring it to me. I had to go over and ask after 15 mins. Will not be going again.

Went for a birthday party. Great drinks, great service, fun atmosphere. Food was surprisingly much better than I thought they would r

Bowlero on the weekend with the music and everything is always a vibe. Just lower your expectations on the service. Then staff is young and mostly women, some have attitudes, if you're not a man whose face they feel like they can flirt in, you'll basically never see your server. Not attentive whatsoever, my friend asked for sauce for two hours and I asked somebody to clean the table more than 3 times.

This was a great place to have some fun with family, but it is a bit pricey.

Bowlero was fun, entertaining music, & good vibes, this is once you jump through all of the hoops and red tape of actually getting into the establishment. I was not at all impressed by the not so customer friendly process that they have in place. For starters there will be at least a 3 hour wait on the weekend to even get a lane. We were placed on a wait list at 6:15pm and returned to the counter at 9:15-30ish to check the status since we never received a follow-up text. My name was somehow lost on their wa

Bowlero at Atlantic Station is brand new and modern, customer service really good. I would love to see more healthy vegeterian options in the menu ??

Everything was just okay. The food was blah. The manager checked on us a couple times and was very nice.

Games were few, but ok. Hot inside bldg

When trying to book online, they had no slots but once we popped in unannounced - most lanes were open and were able to get a lane right away. Excellent place to hang out with friends and family. Food was great along with some good service direct to the bowling lanes. Lanes were great and once done with bowling plenty of arcade games for the kids.

It was a fun time bowling and playing arcade games here for both kids and adults

Go here for the social aspect, not so much for bowling itself. The lane is noticeably shorter, so you barely have any room for your approach. If you have a 5 or 6 step approach, forget about it! Seems like they used up the space to make more room for their bar. Also, I went during a time when they only had like maybe 4 lanes occupied but they put us all next to each other when more than half of the facility was empty. Don't expect any social distancing.

We had a great time at Bowlero @Atlantic Station! Our hostess, Savannah was the best part! She was extremely professional, attentive and patient with our very large group. It was evident that she really wanted to make sure we had a great experience. (Her humor was also greatly appreciated) For anybody reading this post, ask for Savannah, you won't regret it.

Ok so I'm going to start this by saying I've been in the industry for 10yrs.. I've been bartending for 5. This was our first time here. I took my gf here for her birthday.. Just wanted to have drinks and eat before we bowled.. Sat at the bar. Our bartender ?Janae? (Pictures below) walked by us three times.. Came and sat at the computer in front of us and commenced to eat her fries.. Me: Hey how u doin Her:good and you Me: I'm great thanks for asking. We ask ab the big drinks. She tells us it has to be 4 peo

Logistics challenges, better communication needed between staff. Rated a 3 only b/c management heard of frustrating experience and came to check on our group who spent over $300 to bowl n wanted yo know what she could do.. as u could image at the point we were over it but very appreciative of the attention when your process wasn't working...

Customer service on point!! They will greet you with a ?? and that is the first thing i look for in a place tht im spending my money in. The manager was on point, she walk around all night conversation with guest and i like tht. Our server was on her game!! She didnt miss a beat. Food was hot, drinks was great. Love it!! I did win one game of bowling but my son came back and veat me the second game( hell i let him win). Love this place will be back next week, im so serious!!

Cacey was phenomenal! Excellent customer service. My waitress Zula was wonderful

Great atmosphere and service! Priced right for family fun!

Pretty sure I'm not the first and will.not be the last. Me and my family were passing through Atlanta yesterday. We decided on bowling for our evening event. We purchased on Group-on at a discounted rate.We drove 20 minutes one way to this Bowling Alley. At the counter, we're told. We have to wait 24 hours in order to use our coupon. Being we are from out of town (state actually). We had to forego the trip. Oh and no refunds on the app or through the merchant for this establishment!! Just a heads up. Ther

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
