Our lane kept malfunctioning. It was down 4 different times. Lane #31. Might want to get that one fixed. It was my first time ever going to Bowlero, and it was so much FUN. I wish we would have gone in much sooner!! We did rather well at the claw machines where you win the stuffed animals!! Next time, we'll try the food, but beer bottle's for 1 bottle beer is $7.00?!?!! Say what?!? I can buy a whole 6 pack for that price!! But the Arcade was the best part of our day!! My sister in law works for Floor and Decor and they had their annual Christmas party here this year. I have to say it was awesome. My family and I had a great time and the baby was lit all night. They were absolutely following the mandated mask law and was very sanitary. It was an all in all great evening. I would definitely recommend anyone who would like to have a party to book it here !!! Service was excellent despite the crowd on a Friday night. Our servers were very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was average. They have great options for appetizers though. I would still eat here if I didn't plan to eat elsewhere before a game. They also have the bowling equipment for families with kids. There is also an arcade and a laser tag arena.

We came to bowl on Sunday at 7pm. Our lane was double booked by accident so we had to wait. There were other lanes opened but they didn't realized that and they didn't listened to us when we told them so. After waiting for 10min I asked them again about the last lane which it looked available. They checked again and decided to let us play there. Made a reservation through the website and they printed a little custom welcome table banner for my wife kids and I. We rented shoes and had no problems there. Went here for my son's birthday this past weekend. We had a total of 5 people. Due to being during Christmas break for the kids I decided to reserve a lane to make sure to not have to wait. I went on their website for Bowlero and selected the Algonquin location. I reserved the time slot that works best for our schedule. I noticed the total for 5 people seemed really high. Me and my beautiful wife went up to the Randall road bowlero for a very rare date night. We waited in a very short line to pay to play some pool. All employees were excitingly nice, I wish I could remember the name of the manager that helped us, very nice, and I wish that they could take tips, but dude wouldn't?. Sorry - this place is a disaster. Took my kids here for bowling and dinner. There's no one bussing tables so literally every table top had garbage all over it. We celebrated yesterday my daughter-s 14th birthday and was wonderful. The kids had fun so much. I got package for 10 kids and there was plenty of food and drinks.After the bowling they went to the arcades, so it was nice 3.5 hrs birthday. You can stay even more if put more money in their cards. I loved the food and the service I received when I came with my family. Kristi, Veronica, Danny and Randall were outstanding and made our family fun night that much more fun. Came tonight with my son for a school sponsored event. The employees are friendly and courteous. I had to visit the counter to have someone added to our lane and the employee greeted me immediately and helped us fix our issue.
