Not impressed. When I walked in the staff did not even acknowledge us, & the room felt stuffy. Seems to have trade system as the main point to make you want to play & spend more, but even those big prizes were not real. All items were ?kid? like & not good quality. To improve experience they can have better items & better customer service.

The claw setting is super beginner friendly. Even being a first-time as I am, you can go home with some cute prizes in hand. Great toy selections too which makes it hard for us to choose from. Highly recommended if you are looking for some fun during Seattle?s gloomy rainy season!!

Love, love, love!!! My daughter and I had the best time, the claw machines are fair as is the ratio of tokens to points! The point trade system is fun and they have nice figurines. It's the first place where you actually are not being ripped off. Seriously no better place to do some claw games with good prices, good prizes, and calm environment! I give this place a 4.8 star. I found this place on Instagram. It's a cute little spot. I recommend bringing your kids too. They'll love this spot. It's not as big as I thought it was gonna be, but it was a fun time. We got the all prices in the machines. We kept a few but traded for the points. We plan to come back and rack up more points for bigger prizes. Overall, it's a fun spot. Definitely, bring friends and family here :)

10/10 this place was great. We were visiting from the east coast and wanted to go somewhere fun for my daughter as we were celebrating her 3rd birthday on the road. The attendant was great and reshuffled some of the prizes to make it easier for us to get the ones my daughter wanted. My girls had so much fun! It was challenging enough but also not so challenging that they would get discouraged. The staff was so accommodating and ensured that my girls? experience was one they would never forget. The prizes from the claw machines were so cute but part of the fun is being able to trade up for other prizes. I will definitely bring my girls here again.

My boyfriend took me here as a surprise for our 4 year anniversary, had no idea this hidden gem was here in Bellevue! Visited last weekend and the attendant that was there greeted us right away. She was super friendly and helpful and explained the process to us. They have a trading system which is great so that you can always trade for what you want! The claw machines have difficulty levels on them which is great for beginners. They also have a guaranteed points amount depending on how many tokens you purchase so everyone is a winner! I just wish they had more machines.

I came after getting free tickets from the hotpot place nearby to try the claw machines and it was really fun! There are promotions available if you buy more tokens like getting a plushie even if you don't win anything. The prizes here are very cute !

Amazing experience for my three and four year old sons. They were so excited to play and win the prizes in the machines. They also were able to trade for other plushies. The employee was very kind and welcoming right when we walked through the door. Overall a great experience for them and we will be back several times I am sure.

You buy the tokens or whatever you play the claw machines to earn points if , if you grab something than can change the points in for something on the wall. This place is amazing. My 3 years old daughter is a big fun of claw machine. We spent so much on the machine which were so hard and she got really frustrated. Here she was able to get some on her own. The stuffed toys are super cute and feels good.

Pretty good! The location and hours are a bit odd, but the staff was very accommodating. Most of the machines are pretty easy, but some machines are "expensive" at 5 tokens per play. No one else was there on a Sunday afternoon.

At first you'll be a bit caught off guard with the location but once you go inside it's like you have the place to yourself. This was a really fun experience! I definitely recommend coming when they first open, cuz they got busy super quick but both me and my friend had a great time with just $80 worth of tokens. Would definitely recommend, just keep in mind if you're disabled there's no elevator access that I could see. It's a simple room with 10 claw machines that you're able to win prizes from or trade in those prizes for better prizes. It was all the fun of a casino without the huge money loss.

This place is a must visit if you want to have that wholesome fun experience. My daughter loved it so much, she was happy to have won so many soft toys. This was a great way to give our daughter Christmas presents by playing and winning them for her. The staff was the kindest staff I have ever seen. This is a suitable place for young people, dating, and family. Although the shop is a bit small, it is reasonable to relieve stress and fun. Price to buy token is okay, not too expensive, can trade.

Extremely friendly staff! They were so helpful and encouraging and gave us a lot of tips. You are guaranteed a prize no matter what, but the claw machines are so easy you'll most likely win a plush as long as it's lined up correctly! soo happy to have a place like this nearby! its a very rewarding place with very friendly employees! you get the excitement of winning prizes compared to most other claw machines that are impossible to win anything because of purposefully weak claws. Had so much fun here as an adult! There are ten claw machines of different levels, but all doable. The ladies there are lovely, interactive, and so helpful. You are guaranteed to go home with something. We got 100 tokens for ~ $60 which was perfect for two adults. Each machine is 2-5 tokens and we ended up with 40 points which we traded for larger prizes. Very reasonably priced, strong claws, guaranteed plushies! I cannot wait to come back.

This is the coolest place to take your kids or your inner kid. I went with my daughter after a friend recommended and we loved it! The place is a little hard to find because it is on the second floor of a non descript office building. We spent 60 bucks and that got us about 30 or so games. You can either keep the stuffies you win in the claw machine or you can trade them in for points toward other prizes. The claw games are super easy for the kids (and adults). This place is really cute and I hope as they grow they are able to add more variety and more machines. The worker there was extremely lovely and I can't wait to visit in the future to see how they only get better.

The service was great! The store was a little tricky to find at first since it's on the second floor of the business building.
