Wonderful arcade. The machines are well cared for. Rhythm game cabinets are notoriously hard to maintain but all the equipment worked great. A bit pricy but you get what you pay for -- I did a 2 hour pass but the all day pass is really where it's at if you have the time. The store it is connected to, Otaku Takeout, is great to visit as well.
What an immaculate fusion of digital nostalgia and Japanese gaming! My wife and I went here on a date a while back, and we had an absolute blast. The staff here are incredibly helpful. I can't wait to bring my nephews here. Perfect place for kids (or adults ha ha) for parties as well.
I had heard some details from a few people and we decided to check it out. This place was awesome. It's a small Japanese style arcade so it's not so overwhelming you feel paralyzed by choices. All the games are so fun and a breath of fresh air if you are tired of normal American arcades. It's all time based so play is unlimited for however long you pay for. We did 30 minutes and it flew by! Good thing is if you get hungry, not only do the outlets have food options but Otaku Takeout has a ramen bar next door
So happy we have a Japanese arcade in the state! The one and only! It's very well maintained and clean, and has a great variety of games (including plenty of rhythm games!) The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable with a great value: you pay for your time at the arcade with unlimited plays until your card timer runs out, instead of per game. Highly recommend going here, have had a fun and positive experience every time!
Don't come here for cheap fun. Come here for HIGHLY VALUED ENTERTAINMENT. This location was meant to break the cycle of boredom. Bars are boring and nightclubs are clich? so stop pretending you don't have options here in central Arkansas. The ability to bring a Japanese themed Arcade to Arkansas is a one in a lifetime opportunity so I highly recommend you pocket this milestone of knowing you got to visit a place like this that isn't a corporate brand for a change. Dave & Buster's, Main Event, and Chuck
Overall, this arcade kind of sucks for two reasons: bad customer service and faulty technology. First of all, half of the games didn't work and there was no one to fix them. Secondly, my 12yr old brother bought four 30 minute passes for him and his friends, which should have costed $40, but ended up costing $55, and nobody could explain why. However, not two minutes after they started playing, half the cards stopped working entirely. To make matters worse, they wouldn't give us a refund, or even replace the
well worth a 2.5 hour drive for me. awesome japanese rhythm games and the best pump it up machine i?ve ever gotten to play on! and both the staff and the community are awesome, welcoming, and friendly. the games are well-maintained. i?m so happy i live close enough to get to enjoy this place once in a while! ?
My kiddos had a blast. Very friendly staff and excellent fun to be had.
Loved this place! The games were so fun and made a perfect date night. I enjoy the fact that it's pay by the time rather than by game! I just wish there was an hour option, as they only have 30 minutes and 2 hour. I am knocking down a star because an employee turned off the card replinsh machine 40 minutes before close, so when I went to go load my card to play the cranes, I couldn't. I understand it's probably because the minimum game time you can buy is 30 minutes, but we were the only ones in there so I
Most chain arcades and family fun centers do not get it. Arcades used to be a place to get together and meet people, fostering a community of regulars rallying around a common theme, like many table top stores. This place, though, they get it. Don't let the (actually worth it) UFO catchers fool you into thinking this is a money sink. This is a passion project with a refreshing selection of all types of games, even redemption. Great detail in everything is apparant here. From the decor, sound balance, game
The store was great but the arcade was terrible. I paid fifty five dollars for four cards and none of them worked. i do not recommend
Massive selection of songs on the rhythm machines, super cool japanese games and even claw games. For sure worth the time!
We came here today bc I read all the high reviews, and thought it would be fun, but we found that several of the best games were not working. Cost $60 for 2- 2hr cards. And some games will only take coins. We only stayed 1hr 20 minutes. I don't know. Kinda feel ripped off.
I wish ?? I had more time to check this out. I had to help keep an eye ?? ?? on the kids. It looked fun.
just got back from going here with my mom and a couple friends, man this joint ROCKS dude!!! introduced me to all kinds of japanese rhythm games i'd either never gotten to try before or had never even HEARD of, 1v1s with the ggst/sf6 setups were fun (if a little janky at times but certainly not unplayable) and the prices were, at least in my opinion, great!! we all played right down to the last minute of our 2 hours, and i even managed to get my mom (who plays exclusively mobile games and stardew valley) de
Who knew we had a hidden gym like this in Little Rock. Will definitely be coming back.
This place is really a diamond in the rough if I'm being quite frankly honest. Arkansas' very own Japanese arcade and it's nothing to sneeze at. Has a lot of the hottest rhythm games, Initial D, fighting games, Gundam, shooters and even UFO catchers! As someone who is very involved with arcade style games, especially fighting games, i can say that this is the place to play and be. Now I can get my arcade fix without having to drive 5 hours! Not to mention but the staff is awesome so definitely want to che
Nothing else like it in the whole state! Modern Japanese rhythm, fighting, and shooter arcade games. You can play crane games for prizes too!
Very chill atmosphere, well done aesthetics, and pump it Up machine is in perfect condition. A guy who seemed like the owner came up to help us, was very friendly and seemed like he's passionate about his business. 10/10 arcade.
I am very happy and joyous I went here today and they had PROJECT DIVA! ITS ALWAYS BEEN MY DREAM TO PLAY PROJECT DIVA ARCADE giggles! the other games are fun too!!! I love it here best place ever will come back (ps. Please add taiko no tatsujin.. :3)
This place is the best. Largest selection of public rhythm games you will find in the state! Run by people who love the games, not your average operators. The claw machines are addicting. Especially the ones with ?missing? arms.
So happy that we have a Japanese style arcade in LR! Love all the rhythm and crane games. Wish there was an option for an hour of play, but otherwise fantastic ??
Fun place. Small but nice
Visited for the first time over the weekend and it was an incredible experience! There is a huge variety of well-maintained games. The staff was incredibly accommodating.
Lucky cat is the effort of fans of Japanese games come to fruition, and I'm happy to support such an effort 100%. If you have any interest in music or racing games you've probably not seen before, come check it out! Fighting game cabs, crane games, a little of something for anyone.
great atmosphere with a nice selection of japanese rhythm games. i haven't been to an arcade like this one in arkansas before! already can't wait to go back
The claw machine are missing arms there are only two machines that actually work properly with the claw machines so I don't recommend but the arcade is awesome cool games super fun to play just don't do the claw machines missing arms
absolutely fun arcade, tons of interesting games and friendly staff
Dance Rush is amazing. So glad to have a place like this in Little Rock. Definitely will be back.
Lucky Cat has super friendly staff and great games to play!!! Highly recommend for a good friend date!
Awesome little shop with an awesome arcade! If you love rhythm games, this is the place to go!
JAPANESE STYLE RHYTHM GAMES?!?! It's like a miniature Round 1 arcade!!! AMAZING!!!! Everything to love!!!!
Absolutely incredible that this exists in Arkansas. Just add some shmups!
Best place to play rhythm games in Arkansas.
I love coming here and showing my friends
Had an amazing time!
absolutely killer place
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
