Lost Worlds Laser Tag

Lost Worlds Laser Tag

Reviews Summary

Lost Worlds Laser Tag receives mostly positive reviews for its fun laser tag, arcade, and family-friendly atmosphere. Many praise the clean facility, friendly staff, and great birthday party experiences. Highlights include unlimited laser tag, bumper cars, and helpful service. However, some criticize disorganization, understaffing, broken games/rides, and poor scheduling, especially with private parties disrupting regular customers. A few mention issues with inappropriate content on TVs and overpriced prizes. While most visitors enjoy their time and plan to return, negative experiences often cite mismanagement and maintenance problems. The venue excels for organized events but struggles with consistency for walk-in guests.

Customer Reviews

Had 7th birthday celebration here. There was a mixed up on the timing of the food and the manager came and fixed it right away. Kids had a blast (some adults too including me since my daughter decided she doesn't want to play laser tag) Marissa our server was great. Place is clean and organized. Food was yummy. Manager was amazing at the pre game prep and during the laser tag game. After laser tag kids had a blast at the arcades and bumper cars. It also had a section for redeeming credits for toys/candies.

Pretty cool and decent price. Nothing crazy going on here. Just a place to play some laser tag. Day time is less people which makes the game less fun so go during the evening when more people come and will play. Overall fun and a good pass time with kiddos.

We celebrated my daughter?s 12 birthday there with a few of her friends. Finally a good place with affordable prices. The service was great, the place is very clean and friendly. The laser tag was amazing. Definitely recommending them.

Wow finally a place that is clean, fun and affordable. I wished they had more of a menu displayed on what they offered, but I had already looked at what they offered online. The staff was quite nice, even telling us to go inside to look at their arcade selection first before we decide to purchase a game card. The laser tag instructor was fun and informative, and my kid enjoyed the experience. I mean a game for $10, don't know where else you are going to get that. It is great also for people who have never t

Lost Worlds has it all for our private party to surprise our 10 year old birthday boy! The combination of laser tag and unlimited arcade was super fun for the kids. The wonderful staff made the whole experience great for the parents. Shout out to Karen, Brian and PB who were good at communicating and carrying out all our requests. Our friends are looking forward to having the birthday party for their kids, too. Highly recommend!

This is my first time participating in laser tag. We decided to go as a family due to the fact that my son recently had a school trip which took place at this location, and he has expressed his liking for it. Consequently, we visited there during the weekend prior to the start of the school year. The experience of laser tag was enjoyable, however, it was rather intense within. The facility also offers mini bowling, a spinning bumper car, and some arcade-like Mario Kart. Despite the outdated nature of some a

I had a birthday party at Lost Worlds Laser Tag for my son's 7th birthday and we could not be more happy with how smooth and stress free they were able to make his day! our Party Captain was Marissa and she was so attentive making sure we had enough food and drink and checking in, and kept a whole group of 1st graders moving from activity to activity. The venue was clean, and the pizza and food was great! Brian, the manager was so accommodating as well with a few requests we had before and during the party

The staff was amazing!!! It was our first time attending laser tag and we had so much fun. The kids loved the bumper cars. It was not at all what I expected when they saw bumper cars on the menu but it was a good experience. I would definitely be a regular if I didn't live 2000 miles away!

I took my boys and three of their friends to Lost Worlds on a Thursday during winter break. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They allowed us to purchase the $20 special which included 2 hours of unlimited taser tag, mini bowling, bumper cars, and 20 arcade credits (even though the posted sign said the special was not available during holiday breaks). One staff member noticed that one of our boys was just watching his friends play a video game because he'd finished using his own credits, and t

Everyone at the Lost World Laser tag was amazing !!!! The working staff was professional, respectful, courteous and on point. My whole family I mean the children and the adults enjoyed this place. We celebrated my daughters 17th birthday. The food was amazing to start we had the sampler and the salad, pepperoni, pizza, cheese, pizza, buffalo wings, barbecue wings, fries, fried mozzarella delicious. The teenagers the adults all enjoy the laser tag. Fun filled safe n yes too much fun. Everybody got a Grea

Celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday and she had a blast with her friends. The place is huge and clean. I want to give a huge shoutout to Marissa for her outstanding service and attention detail. Thanks for making our daughter's birthday comfortable and fun!

We came with kids 14 and 12 years old. Everyone had a great time. The laser tag uses up to date technology and there were plenty of folks to play with which made it more engaging. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mini bowling was quick but fun. The bumper cars were my favorite. Even though there's a small amount of space, these are not the bumper cars you remember from the pier arcade. They super spin and they go backwards. Awesome! During our visit, they had a Stranger Things theme going and it was super

The play area is quite small, they have plenty of seating tables. Main reason we were here was because the laser tag, which was not worthy. They have 3 packages includes 3 laser tag games, beside arcade and bowling. There are about 15-20 arcade games. And not all suitable for teens. There is food at the location I personally didn't feel like to try. My children were disappointed ?? not a fun place for teens. The little ones seems to have fun with the bumpy rides.

Great place to celebrate birthdays or just to come to get the kids out of the house. Place is very big with plenty of games, one laser tag game call Atlantis. Kids had a blast with it and did it 3 different times and wanted to do it over again. All their prizes are kid friendly and knick knacks they really want to get. They have food and drinks but not alcohol is serve. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Lots of fun! If you find this review helpful, click the like button ??

Came here a birthday party and it was a lot of fun for the kids and very well organized! Enjoyed not being crowded like at other places for kids birthday parties and the staff was friendly and responsive. The laser tag room was excellent as well. It had two levels, great ventilation, extra missions for the kids to participate in, and the games were well regulated. Will definitely consider this place for a party.

It's really a great place to go to for family fun. The laser tag games are extremely fun, the arcade has a decent amount of games that you can play. Mini bowling and bumper cars are fun as well. The food is great. It's a nice place to host birthday parties. The staff is extremely friendly

Had a birthday party over the weekend for the kids. Everything went smoothly, and our party host, Marissa was great. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly! Everything was already prepared when we got there, and then packed up for us. Would come back again for another party.

Very cool place! Definitely will return! LaserTag Room setup was sweet! Very big, nice and cool for the participants to keep from over heating! Would be great t have 21&Over with alcohol game!

Cool fun little place, literally thought my kids would have enough and they did not want to leave. They're so friendly and Christian helped us with our vr experience it was great! Definitely would recommend

Went for my friend's 16th birthday and had a blast!!! We all had fun, ate food, and played laser tag. The staff was wonderful, and I'd like to shout-out Marissa the staff member. She was wonderful and helped out a lot with our party.

I love this place, especially the VR experience! "Big Boss" is very helpful and fun, he always accomdate and welcoming, love it ^^

They need to update their games, and the mini bowling was broken. Laser tag was definitely the highlight, but my kids wished it longer than 10 minutes.

Unlimited laser tag with capacity of up to 20-200 people, it is amazing. Plenty of highground and low ground, it's great! While we came for laser tag (daughter10 and younger brother16) it is a great place for family events and parties, the arcade is super fun. Whether adults or kids, there's going to be plenty for everyone, I can't recommend Lost Worlds enough. We'll be coming back, that's an easy choice to make. Thank you Lost Worlds for the hospitality and clear instructions with the games!

Hosting a last-minute birthday party for my daughter. Lost Worlds responded so quickly and helped me make this happen! The service is amazing, and the food is great! All the kids had a wonderful time!

This laser tag is amazing !!! We were a group of friends in our 30?s and we had so much fun for our birthday girlfriend ! We booked 2 games and we added a 3rd one because it was really so fun This place is as good for kids as for adults I'll come back !!!

Attended my nephew's 8th bday party couple weeks back and had a great experience! Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a nice selection of video/arcade games for adults and children including bumper cars and bowling. The laser tag equipment were easy to use and worked very well. The actual arena/space where laser tag takes place is massive and so much fun!! Even the pizza and other food selections were good. Got a chance to meet the owner and it's obvious he loves his business, staff and customers. I h

Great place to have a kids party. Polite staff .also fun for the adults

Affordable kid friendly and clean!!! My children had a blast!

We had a holiday party for a combined three of our stores at Lost Worlds, and it was incredible!! They were so amazing during the planning and booking process, the entire team had an ABSOLUTE blast, and their whole staff are awesome. Cannot recommend enough, especially for big professional events - it was so fun to see our teams not only get to know each other, but let loose and have some serious FUN!!

Great fun place for 10 year old birthday party. My kids enjoy playing laser tag. Follow the rules for great game experiences. Good selections arcade games. Bumper cars was cool attraction. Friendly workers

It was $25 per person on Sunday from 5-7pm unlimited rounds of laser tag. Each session of laser tag is about 10 minutes. There is upstairs and lots of places to hide. The kids had a blast and best part they were actively moving around. Us parents had fun playing too.

Good price, 20 for unlimited tag. Nice people, free WiFi. A good place in the summer for me to continue my work and the kids are happy to play.

We visited Lost Worlds today for the first time. We came for a birthday party and I have to say my boys had a great time.. The laser tag room is really big and spacious. The enjoyed the bumper cars too. Staff was super friendly & attentive. My son LOVED the wings. We will try the pizza next time. We will definitely come back again.

Over all it was fun. But the pizza was gross and oily. The laser tag was fun, same with the games. They have bumper cars and bowling. Which was all fun. All the food besides the pizza was good. So, a great place. And you should go there.

Not disappointed but thought it would be bigger and better . If I bring my kids here again we would have to come around the times it's half off. Other than that I think for the price it's not worth it. I didn't try any of the food so can't recommend. My suggestion would be come in walk around before you purchase tickets for your kids. I was expecting a bowling alley. Overall cute place if your kids never been cute for a party. It's different.

My children had a blast 2 hours for $20 and 20 credits each

Nice place, friendly atmosphere. We went right at opening so there wasn't anyone else there. The owner was very friendly and started the laser matches right away for my son and 3 friends. Eventually more people showed up and the games got even better. The boys like the arcade, but I would of liked a couple of classic video games for the older guys. Bottom line is that my son and his friends had a great time. We will be back.

My first te here and Maggie was amazing. He high energy for the kids was GREAT!!! She explained everything very well and spoke to the kids in a friendly manner so that they could have fun. JR was equally amazing as he prepared the kids for the LazerTag games. If all your employees are this Courteous and Informative, then this will not be our last time. Because if these two employees my family will definitely be back!

Definitely a fun place for a kids birthday party. We had so much fun. Good for the whole family.

Really fun. Not many arcades, but makes up with the laser tag. It can be a bit biased experience as it was a private party and we had the place to ourselves (80ish people) and felt like a kid in a candy store. Service was great also. Only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star is, it would be great if they had beer to accompany the crowd and food. The food is expected, reminds you of chuck e cheese. Overall, would go back!

Great options and the kids had so much fun, kept them entertained anf happy

Fun place for young and older kids, good pizza too

Absolutely WORST first time experience. If you want to spend time in a facility that has no a/c, has broken arcade games and where you have to wait for hours to have fun then this is your place. The staff rolled their eyes because we tried explaining to them that we were waiting for over an hour to just get one game of laser tag in after being here way before the "parties" that came here. They need to figure out how to better communicate the laser tag schedule with the people who are actually paying to come

Some of these reviews that are five stars are absolutely fake and it truly as terrible as some say. It is super disorganized. The laser tag games only have one game mode when multiple are advertised. We wished that my family could be on one team but they did not allow it. Kids from parties were super obnoxious and uncontrolled. They should really separate the paying customers and the parties. Workers are also not helpful. Also bumper cars broke while doing it. Lots of arcades games don't work either.

This place was pretty fun. They have alot to do. The bumper cars were fun because they spin. But I must admit that the wait line is horrible. There's only one person in the front and well people have lots of questions. Also it might be a little pricey for large families. I paid $140 for me, my husband and 2 kids. The best deal was the expedition for $35 a person. But they also have a $25 package.

Very fun. It's so much fun to let loose and play a game of laser tag and show your friends your "skills". If you see the photo, I was on the blue team, codename "Ace".

Had our daughters 10th birthday here, our party captain did a great job at making sure our party ran smoothly and that we had enough of everything. Both kids and adults had a blast so it was pretty worth it. Would definitely do a party here again.

Abby, Cory, Jr, Marissa, and Nayomi were absolutely awesome. They did such a great job with our party. It was amazing! My kids love this place.

First time at a laser Tag Facility. This one was great! We were celebrating a birthday and I had a blast. The staff was friendly courteous and helpful. They could use a few more arcade games and have free refills on the drinks that would have put the cherry on top. I would recommend this place to young and old.

Here for my Son's 10 birthday party. Our Host Sydney was great with the kids and parents. She made us feel welcomed. Place is clean and lots of fun for any ages. Laser tag is a must. Staff very friendly also. 5 stars no doubt.

So we went here to celebrate a birthday party. My 11 year old was having trouble with one of the devices not shooting. We reported it to the employee who told us we didn't know how to use it. Then he proceeded to try it his self and discovered we were right. I'm not sure what his name is, but he was very rude. I was looking to host a birthday party there myself, but I will be taking my business somewhere else. I'm not too sure what the gentleman?s name was. I was told he is the manager(white hair with glass

Great place for birthday partys, they had a great package 50% off on Fridays. They did a last minute reservation for us, they were awesome. They had the dodgers playing on the TV. If you don't use all your bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, or arcade credits they don't expire so you could always go back. They don't serve beer, which kind of sucked. But other then that great place. Great customer service.

When my kids went to the bumper car ride the ride broke down and they didn't give me a refund or let me play later. Lots of the arcade games did not work. The pictures make the laser tag look a lot bigger than it actually is. The place is really run down and bad. This was a very bad experience and all the prizes are over priced.

Brian (Yoda?) was amazing!! he really got into character & made me feel like i was on a mission! he was great at handling rowdy kids

If you want an AWESOME birthday experience at a reasonable price, book here! Anita, our coordinator and hostess, was absolutely excellent, keeping the experience smooth and streamlined with no dull moments! She worked tirelessly to make sure the party was well stocked with drinks and chairs, kept tidy, and kept on schedule. The kids LOVED the laser tag and the Marshall was hilarious! They also enjoyed the arcade and I enjoyed that the entire place was spotless and not overwhelming with lights and sounds (un

I've been here twice and I liked it much more the first time. The first time, the employee who was watching over the laser tag game was more engaging and fun and there was also a group of 30 people. 2nd time, there was a different employee who just looked like she wasn't having any fun and there was only 4 of us. Arcade is small but good enough to pass time between games of laser tag. Place is really big, both times that I've come, there has been people hosting a kid's birthday.

Went yesterday while in town for spring break and this was the only laser tag business open on Monday. We had the whole place to ourselves. The owner was super nice and friendly and the laser tag section was awesome. I loved that it was 2 stories. The kids had a great time on the bumper carts and the mini bowling as well. Will gladly support this local business again when we are back in town

Had an amazing experience here, brought our kids for the first time. Martha helped us out at the register and we loved her costumer service. 100% recommended!

Nice place for kids parties with food, beverages, arcades and more... Excellent services , very clean areas and restrooms.

The laser tag is once every 30 muinets and you can only but one game at a time unless you want other attractions. The only time you can pay for an hour is 8 pm where you still can only get 4 games in until they close. The arena is cool but like cmon. They also don't say this anywhere on their website

OH MY GOODNESS! Will definitely be coming here again! Everyone is so nice! Place is clean! Fun time with the family! Already planning future events! Highly recommend coming here! You will NOT be disappointed!! And let me tell you!! Invest on the bumper cars, you will not regret it! "Big boss" is an amazing person!! Very helpful!

It's entertaining, needs stronger AC and some noise dampening lol but the kids had fun! It's relatively affordable if you follow the offers and plan out your food and fun ahead of time.

Laser tag was very clean and the staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. In the party room they had TV's everywhere but unfortunately there was some very inappropriate things playing on them that kids shouldn't see. When I mentioned it to the staff so that they could please change the channel they were more than gracious and did it right away. The only thing is that as soon as our group left they changed it right back. Did the other 100 kids in the room need to see people killing each other and tak

Great place to take the kids, clean and organized.

Military friendly! Highly recommend for the kiddos. I have a 10 and 6 year old and they both loved it. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had reservations about my little ones being in there with older teens. The staff allowed me to observe them inside and put my mind at ease. The unlimited laser tag is the best way to go. Kids played about 3 rounds within 2 hours. We didnt want to take a chance on the food so we ate before we got there. Looked over their menu and some of the food being served.

Awesome! It was way better than I expected. Definitely going again soon! I recently took my daughter to celebrate my niece's birthday, and everyone had a blast. There were 2 teams (blue vs red) of 10-15 people, games were around 10 minutes long, and ran about every 15-20 minutes or so. Everyone wears a vest that has a laser gun attached to it. The vest lights up on the front, back and shoulders, as well as the gun itself. The lights will either be neon blue or red (green on rare occasions; sometimes employe

First time here and it was fun. Played for two hours got to do a little bit of everything laser tag, arcade, And bumper cars. For 20 we got to do everything thanks to the workers their pretty awesome??

Very clean & a ton of space the laser tag area holds 32 player 16 Blue & 16 Red each match runs around 10 minutes its so much fun for the whole family the food is also good we had a party of 16 people 8 kids 8 adult we did the $45 pass for the kids & $25 for the adults

My first and last time there. The food was awful the pizza could have been better, popcorn shrimp were terrible. We olny got one refill for the drinks, the fries were cold. I would not recommend this place. For the money you spend they should have more games for the kids, the pictures are just a hype this place is just about the money.

Its good overall.... This place is a really good option if you ever decide to go laser tag for any occasion. I would recommend bringing friends if you want to have fun. Lots of friendly players and staff. However, I am just scared of being disqualified because the machine kept giving me warnings. Overall, really gudd.

Maggie was the best she has great customer service, as for her manager he needs a few lessons in customer service. unfortunately I didn't catch his name. I won't go into detail but he did nothing to help an issue we had were is Maggie tried. I give manager 1 star and Maggie 5 stars.

My daughter went there for a birthday party and she had a blast.

Celebrated my sons birthday, great place for a birthday party! Our captain Maggie was the best.. Definitely would return to celebrate another birthday.

Very rude employees. Got the unlimited laser tag, but they only run 2 ten minute matches per hour. Would have been cheaper just to purchase 2 individual games. Also, food closed down 1 hour before they closed, so while my kids were playing video games I went and got some chips out of my car to eat. After i sat down and opened the bag, they asked me to leave for breaking the no outside food rule. I would understand if they were still selling food but they weren't.

This place is worth the price of entertainment. There are different modes of laser tag, but all are fun. Not too many arcade games but they were all fun. We spent 3hrs here and didn't even notice. A great time.

The kids had fun and I know that's the point but I wasn't pleased at all. - Lazer tag - We paid for the 2 hour deal starting at 8. We were told they would announce the start time but that never happened. We sent the kids up there at about 8:05 to be sure and they were turned away because there was a private party in there. If you sell a ticket for something that starts at a certain time then honor it. I ask when they could go in and was told again that they would announce it. Needless to say that didn't ha

Came here with really low expectations and was super surprised at how fun it was. The arena is 2 levels and this venue can accommodate 40 people per game. I believe they will run free-for-all game mode with smaller parties. Cost is $16 for 2 games or $20 for all you can play for 2H. Games run every 20min.

Kids had a great time. I thought arcade was mostly skill for tickets machines, and dull. Pizza ok, wings good, salad fresh. Prices listed on the board didn't seem to be a value.

I had so much fun here on Friday!!! I went for a friends birthday and we had a blast. The laser tag set up is well done and the staff was great. Their arcade is small, but I came for laser tag so it's all good

Worst costumer service, the fact that the person in charge also didn't pay attention to the ones their spending their money. They have nothing but young kids working there, and when u would ask for help it was like ignored you or would walk away from you. I was soo UPSET and felt like it wasn't even worth spending soo much money there. Wouldn't think of going back again

Staff was very helpful! Food was surprisingly good, BBQ wings especially!

First time at Lost Worlds Laser Tag, first thing I notice is how clean this place is and second how big/spacious this place is. Me and my kids had a lot of fun. Great job owner/staff keep up the good work! ????

It's a fun spot for the kids I heard the pizza is okay the arcade is okay the one in Alhambra off Main Street is way better though on the plus side they have a two-hour laser tag special for twenty bucks can't go wrong with that and you get 20 game credits for each person

Great pizza and salad while the kids have fun! Had a great time on bumper cars too while the kids enjoyed laser tag a 2nd time!! The employees were great ! Made for a great party.

Great place to celebrate a child or teens birthday! Many food choices, pizza and wings were delicious and staff was very friendly & attentive. Excellent service, we will be back and I recommend to family and friends ????

Great spot for laser tag! There's a promotion going on right now that offers two hours of unlimited laser tag and some game tokens for $20. This is a great deal if you want to play more than a game or two.

Very fun laser tag, laser tag system is kind of broken but it still is enjoyable and the arcade is very well rounded, my favorites where bumper cars and super monkey ball. All your tickets and "tokens" or game credits, are stored on a card making it is to play games and redeem prizes.

Worst experience ever for my kid birthday... they were overwhelmed and understaffed...

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
