The playground is pretty good, but it there's no AC or it's down. Too hot and stuffy especially in the toddler zone.

Our first experience hosting a birthday party here was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! Mind you, we had come from a couple other birthday parties the months leading up to my sons (Pump it up, safari run) and my son said this was BETTER than both of those. And I agree!! Let me just say our host David was the BEST!! He made everything smooth from start to finish and he really made the whole process stress free and most of all FUN. The reviews said it wasn't clean and it was hot due to lack of AC? our experience was differ

The place was dark and not well lit. It was also hot and no air conditioning. They charge 25 bucks per person for walk-ins plus you have to buy thier mandatory socks although I see parents just wearing their own socks. I had to pay 25 bucks myself just to get in even though I wasn't playing along with my kids. So total I paid was about 85 bucks for my 2 kids and myself with 2 pair of socks. We came around 4pm. They were out of bottled water and other bottled drinks they do not allow outside food and drinks.

The place is very nice to spend a few hours with the children but in normal conditions, but this time there are 3 points to touch on 1) there was no air conditioning and we are almost 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Generally I like to come with my son a lot but? Not in these conditions, they should warn before entering and 2) apart from that, some machines did not work and they took away the credit from the card that you buy with points, to me it does not seem fair that they are on and 3) the cleaning issue, Dirty

We were so excited to visit Lost World Funtropolous for the first time, especially my son who was eager to explore all the attractions. Sadly, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the park was in dire need of some serious attention. All the playground air shooters were broken, leaving my son frustrated and bored. The slides, both the donut slide and the regular ones, were worn and not slippery, making them practically unusable. Even the rock climbin

Lot of ways for the kids to exercise with climbing, bouncing, obstacle course, Nerf style shooting experience, and arcade games. Good pizza and snacks available. The staff are great. 4 stars and not 5 because the place always feels a bit short handed. Not enough staff to enforce the policies and keep all the activities fully open.

Writing this review to save an injury or worse. As much as I Love this place I have asked them to fix this multiple times and nothing has been done. My child almost hit her head on the cement brick wall. Please fix this finally along with some other disturbing things. Thank You

Thank you Rose & Kevin for our wonderful experience for our son's 12th bday and two weeks later my niece's bday celebration. Our children had a blast. This indoor place was super fun, very clean and organized. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. I look forward to seeing everyone next year for our next event. Also thank you Rose for out last minutes reschedule for our party since our bday young man injured his arm the day prior to our original booking. Kind Regards, The Marcia's & Visque Family

Dirty dark place, they are required to buy they socks to make more profit. Lack of staff, security, and garbage everywhere. For my kid, this enjoyment cost us $37 including socks even though she had her socks on. Why this place place wasn't closed due to lack of hygiene and safety, still wonders me.

I want to like this place because the kids had fun and burnt a lot of energy BUT it is sooo dirty. There's bits of rubbish on the floor and it doesn't seem like they have been mopped in forever. The floors and equipment desperately need a good scrub and sanitize! The ball pit balls need replacing also!

Took my kid here for the first time. Mainly because it had a kid size rock climbing attraction. We stood in line and when we got to it, the lady had to check my daughter's height....i thought nothing of it...basic safety precautions I thought, but clearly, she was taller than the 3 kids ahead of her. The issue started when the attendant made my daughter feel bad by checking on her height over and over as if there was something wrong... even though she was clearly tall enough. I could tell my daughter almost

My toddlers had a lot of fun there ! And me too to some extent. It is true they could make an effort on the cleanliness but it is ok overall.

Expensive. The website says $19.99 but one child cost $28 entry fee for play time, mandatory funtropolous socks, guardian fee, and taxes. The place is located in a ghetto plaza. I felt kinda unsafe leaving my car in the lot. The place inside is slightly dim and appears dirty. The kids had a lot of fun running around and going through the obstacles.

A pretty good place for kids to burn energy when it's gross outside. We went late Wednesday morning, & it was decently busy (probably due to spring break). Things were clean & there is plenty of variety for the kids to choose from although anyone over 10yrs old would probably be bored. The staff were friendly, but the place seems a little understaffed. The Cafe was by no means operational until long after opening, and appeared to have many issues/setbacks. I highly suggest anyone seeking food, do so outsid

My son had a great time. The place was clean and the staff was helpful. Great place to the kids.

We've been to this place multiple times and previously bought their socks. This time, we accidentally brought different socks, and the rude manager forced us to buy more. It was completely unreasonable, showing zero understanding or flexibility. The manager?s attitude was terrible, making the whole experience awful. If you have another choice, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The customer service here is a joke.

I love the variety of activities here. My son can easily spend hours. They even have a small putt putt course. Easy way to spend a rainy afternoon. What I don't like..because of the layout and graphics on the climbing structures, it is very difficult to watch/find your child, even just to check in with them. There is also no gate or wristband check when leaving like they have at other indoor playgrounds. The single entrance/exit is an open passage monitored by one person who is often distracted with custome

Extremely dirty, disgusting place for being a child environment. 65$ to be in filth and hot establishment that smelled . Place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months at that ever! Restrooms are hazardous germ pot! Never returning here. Tables left with trash empty pitchers never being attended to.

I will try to avoid coming to places like this because they're usually stimulation overload for me with gross bathrooms and bad food. I can't speak for the food but the facility was very clean and they didn't have kiddy rage music blasting. Granted we went on a Monday so I'm not sure what the weekends are like. We experienced a pretty chill atmosphere where we could actually do some work while the kids ran around. It looked like the employees here were very attentive and were constantly going around clean

It's in a good area. So I expected better quality, however, it was not. It definitely needs some desperate up keep. Tables and floors were dirty, equipment was old , torn and uncleared.. The food there is terrible I bought a pretzel and I had to ask for a fresh one since the first one was hard and cold. I rate it a two because regardless my kiddo had fun. This place could be great if only the owners actually cared to maintaining good standards it looks like they stopped putting any effort.

This place is gross. But the kids have fun. I can't believe what they charge for a birthday party. (Plus gratuity!) Tables, benches and floors are dirty in the party room. Wipes or sanitizer should be provided before eating.

Really nothing great, they make u buy their socks for everyone and there's not much to do inside besides a jumper, a ball pit and a couple of slides.

I recently visited Lost World Funtropolous for the first time, and I was extremely disappointed. The entire place was dirty, some food items anround the playground area that nobody cleaned up, and sticky floors that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. Several of the playground air guns were broken, leaving kids frustrated and without much to do. The equipment looked worn and poorly maintained, with some areas even seeming unsafe. Overall, this place is a disaster and I highly do not recommend it to any

My grandkids had a blast. They have a lot of play equipment. I would definitely take them back.

They close the cafe 1 hour before they close, but they do not allow outside food or drink, even AFTER they close the cafe. This makes no sense. 5-8 is dinner time. They close the Cafe in the middle of dinner time but do not allow food inside? What are we supposed to do if our family is hungry but the kids still want to play? Wait until we leave so we can eat or leave early? If they're not going to allow food in, they could at least keep the cafe open until they close. The lady at the counter obviously did n

Please reconsider coming, it's filthy dirty in here and stinks. $60 for 2 kids and we were out in 1hr. So disappointed and the bathrooms are filthy!! Poop in toilets that aren't flushed. Everyone working here is a teenager and irresponsible. The kids playing also are rude and misbehaved.

Was fun different more for younger kids 10 under lot to do love that it was for 3 hrs play time pay $19.00 for 3 hrs that was cool the boys had fun

I came in on a Thursday around noon with my 3-year-old. It was $20 for his all-day admission and $5 for mine on this day. We also had to pay about $4 each for their reusable socks that have extra grip. I'm allowed to go in the play areas with him as long as I wear my socks. I am glad that there weren't many people there?probably just two other families. My toddler got to play almost everywhere without getting trampled by bigger kids. He loved the toddler area and even went in the sections that were meant fo

Nice place, managed not the best but they try, had to wait an hour for our scheduled room, they had a guy dressed up as Spider-Man and the kids were loving it but he wasn't?

I had a pleasant experience. The kids had a blast which is all that matters, The pizza was tasty. (Didn't try anything else) Definitely outdated and limited seating but that's ok. & for everyone complaining about ?young staff not watching the kids? take care of your own damn kids!

I give it 3 stars my kids had so much fun but honestly it's a little dirty & gross .

Nice large place for my toddler to play. Lots of different areas to explore and activists to do. There is an indoor rock climbing place as well as a little outdoor miniature golf. I posted 3 starts for the cleanliness about this place. I went at the end of the day Sunday and played with my child here and found that a lot of things were not well maintained. Things that were not working. I was hoping things would be more cleaner than it was like some similar places like luv to play in east ridge.

Fun please for kids Very clean and friendly team Needs AC Hot for summer

Really bad service, a lady who's name is Michelle talked to us with bad attitude, after we wait like 20 minuets to paid the entrance, if people doesn't like to their job they shouldn't work on places where parents expected have a great time with their kids, its supposed to be a great time with n great service cuz we paid for it is NOT free,

I'm going to rate this place a 3 star due to the staff being very friendly and attentive. However 1 star is for the overall situation going on in this place, the bathrooms are disgusting with feces and urine all over the floors and stalls, everyone that goes in there goes in with their superhero socks and back out tracking all of that nasty stuff back into the jumpers and play areas, after the kids put their hands in their mouth and eyes with all that bacteria being tracked back to the dining benches where

The kids have fun, but alot of parents let their little babies in the big kid areas so the big kids have to watch out for tiny babies instead of being able to run and move freely

Funtropolis is fantastic! My 3 boys can't stop running and finding new ways to use the space and never want to leave. The ability to post up at table and get food while they run themselves out has saved us on a number of boring days. Birthday parties here are well run and the kids love the freedom the space affords between pizza and cake time.

Place is ok? Bathrooms unsanitary? and food lower than a D average rated food chain?

Very nicely built indoor playground. Everything works, well maintained, and the space is very clean. 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons: 1. Do NOT purchase game cards! There are no video games in this facility only lousy prize machines. 2. The food selection can be much better and with more options for adults

Good place for some indoor play time during rainy or hot weather. We have been here several times. They have a bouncy house and a trampoline. They also have lots of stuff for toddlers. They had some good arcade games in the past, but they have all been replaced by those money eating claw games. This place feels outdated compared to their Livermore location and is in need of a serious renovation to keep up with the times.

My kids want to come here to explode different playgrounds, games especially Bazooka ball. Fun for kids. Recommend!

What a fabulous place I have brought my grandkids here for the last three weeks. They love it. I especially like the way Rebecca, the manager and her crew greets and treats everyone and make sure that there is full supervision with a lot of gentle kindness shown to all the kids. I would highly recommend FUNTROPOLOUS A fun filled and safe place to bring kids Games are fun climbing wall is great volcano slide is fantastic along with great pretzels and treats for the kids Thanks, Rebecca for always making our

Kids had a great time, of course. The tables were clean, and pizza fries and coke were good. although the place where the little little kids play was pretty dirty ?? like no one has swept since last weekend . There were about 3 dirty band aids on the floor plus other dirt .also, they could have gotten rid of all the small smashed balls it's obvious either they were stepping on and crushed, so there no reason to keep them .it didn't even look or smell like anyone wiped or sprayed some kind of Disinfected or

Toys and games are great (5 stars), but the entry is painfully slow (1 star). This was the slowest line I have ever stand. There is only 1 line and you have to wait the people to sign the waiver who had not done this in advance.

Great place for kids fun time. Clean, not crowded and great for kids with lots of energy like my 4 yr old.

Perfect place for young kiddos to burn off energy... ball pits, trampolines, climb walls, and eve inner tube slides. Whether or not you are celebrating a birthday party, stuck inside on a rainy day, or need to kill a couple hours this is the perfect spot

Had our 3 year olds birthday here on 12/9 due to the colder weather I looked online and found this place. For nearly $700 I thought we'd get more bang for our buck? one hour to play wasn't nearly enough for the kids. We got the smallest room even though I provided a head of time. It felt rushed and some what unorganized. Outdated inside and close to no lighting in the parking lot. Probably won't be visiting again.

We had a blast playing at funtropolous, Tons of play areas, climbing sections, ball pits, giants slides etc. We only spent about an hour inside but totally worth it.

The place is a great way to get your kids energy our BUT . I'd grade the food a C- Food was a bit stale and old. The Bathrooms an F- it was a mess inside there with no toilet paper. Each stall was dirty and piled up This is UNSANITARY I hope this gets improved before the city fines them or closes the business down

We went to a birthday party there with my kids. We enjoyed all the activities a lot. The pizza was delicious! Parents can wear shoes if they don't come inside the games. There are also some coin-based games, but they are not the main attraction here. We will come again soon! I would only improve a more joyful ambient when getting things to eat/drink.

Pictures to come - from one of my many future visits! I may have hit the "A" team, although my sense is that it is more than that and my experience is the direction management is guiding the crew. Staff: friendly, approachable, and helpful Location: definite upgrade from the previous business, clean, versatile mix, plenty of parking. Food: so far, only have tried the pizza - worlds beyond any of my expectations for a children's play center. Absolutely better than several national pizza chains. The pizza

We hosted a birthday party here. It was great experience. Kids enjoyed various play structures. They have structure for all ages. Mini golf and bazooka ball was fun too. Party host was friendly, courteous and handled our group very well. Some improvement they can do is to light up a few play areas. overall satisfying experience

We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Jacob was on point with everything to help us out on our first time here. Play area was very clean and safe! Will come back again

Visited on Saturday 12.09.2023 with one child that is 4 years old. View the attached receipt. Total for me and one child was 32.83, which I feel is a bit costly in comparison to other indoor playgrounds such as Kidtopia in Fremont or the one in Union City. There was the entry and the mandatory sock purchase. When asked why it was mandatory to purchase their own socks, the women (View receipt for name) stated that it was due to liability reasons. If someone injures themselves with our own socks, it is a l

It's summer and hot and so we wanted to go somewhere in doors. This is not the place. They skimp on the lighting as it quite dark and the AC as I was hot and my son drenched from running around. All in all he had a good time but if it's hot outside it will be hot inside and cold outside it will be cold inside. And my son complained he was bored after being there for 1 hr and he's 7. Maybe good for younger kids? I didn't have the food but it did not look good pizza and nacho cheese chips. We went on Sunday a

This place is horrible and don't bring your kids there it's hot there's no air conditioning just a fan and employees unorganized, I brought my two boys for the first time to this place, my sons waited 30 to 40 minutes to kids climb. Just because one Indian lady had a birthday party all the employees had to go do her stuff while other kids just have to wait until they finish the party. I am not coming back to this place and anybody who goes there be warned you'll be unhappy when you leave I came out sweaty a

These places used to be Jungle Island, now they rename it to Funtropolous. We took our kids there to play today, they had so much fun that they didn't want to leave. The staff there are very nice and well trained. One of my daughter got a little scratch on her arm and I asked the staff there for a bandage, she's more than happy to give it to me and she answered all the questions that I asked her about the place which is very nice of her to do so. This place is nice and clean, staff there are friendly and pr

Nice place to go with kids! My son and his friends loved to play there. Spent 5 hours, had lunch there with pizza. It was fun!

Avoid this place unless you want to get charged extra for no reason. I took my kids here twice, both of these times I was there early on a Saturday morning. They allowed me to walk in without charging me extra as I was simply going to watch my 2 year old and I was not going to use their play areas. Today I went there in the afternoon and to my surprise they wanted to charge me for socks and an adult pass even though I was not going to use the same play area. When I asked why they were charging something dif

My son went for a birthday party, NO AC, No Staff supervision, bathrooms disgusting, it was hot and musty. Im suprised they havent been sued for some ones child passing out duento heat. Honestly should be closed down completely due to unsanitary conditions.

Fun place for kids to play when it is raining outside.Not.sure why they insist on people purchasing socks that they sell for playing and socks from home is not good enough. The food is pretty expensive and the pizza is rubber like. There are not enough tables for people to sit and eat.

Play space is fun for kids, and much cleaner than Jungle Island was?but customer service is awful, and website probably has the wrong hours. If you try to call, it goes to a call center, that probably won't answer and when they finally call you back, won't have helpful info, and the location doesn't honor what the call center says anyway. Even when it is in a text from them. Rude, would choose to not go here but my kids really like it, and they don't ever interact with the staff.

I think a better staff would be beneficial to this place. All the tables were filthy and nobody cleaned them within the 2 hours I was in. My kids had fun in all areas. Kind of creepy will no lighting to all the areas. Very little games and 80% of them don't work. The prize area is bigger than the arcade area lol... After my card said I had no tickets.

BIG NO TO THIS PLACE. If you want to spoil your kids birthday then only come .I wish I can give star in minus.Very rude people & party host gave wrong information, wrong charges when we question the change no explanation. BIG NO No

Dirty and run down. Food is extremely overpriced. The party "host" was rather rude. Save your money for someplace safer and cleaner.

Where do I begin....Funtropolous overcharge $25 for kids and adults. Then you have to purchase their socks. The place is hot and dirty. Dark and scary areas in the different play areas. You don't see staff cleaning although they have quite of few staff in the snack area. Kids dont know clean or dirty. That's too bad but we won't be returning.

Nice place. 1. Not dirty as some said. 2. It is a bit dated and need update like some said.

This place was fantastic, the staff was really friendly and super sweet. There was so much fun stuff for my son to do. He's 3 and he ran around for an hour and a half straight just playing so hard. If you're having a day in which you for sure want your kid to nap at some point, take them here. THEY WILL KNOCK OUT ON THE WAY HOME. I have to admit even I had a great time running around and jumping. It is definitely fun for all ages. It is a little pricey and you have to buy their socks you can't bring your ow

Me and my family came from Monterey here. This is our second time here. My kids love this place. There is so much for them to do. It's definately worth the price. Would recommend coming here for all families

This used to be the jungle island, but it has been completely gutted, remodeled, and under new management. All the equipment is brand new and clean, and there's plenty for the kiddos to do of all ages. There's an infant play area, a separate toddler area, and then the rest is for the older kiddos. My 6 year old loves it. We'll definitely be coming back!!

First time coming here my son loved it so many things for him to do he did the golf for 20 min did not want to stop they have something called bazooka ball he said was really fun agreat way to get his energy out! Will be coming back again

We love this place! Best place to let the kids run wild. I've celebrated my daughter's birthday the last 2 years here and it's so much fun. There's a variety of things for kids of all ages to do and the staff is always great and helpful!

I take my son two times and after both times he got the flu. The place is super dirty and they are not cleaning it in months!!! Several balls are broken, and you can find lots of trash under playgrounds. They are not repairing the broken and damaged parts. Be aware of this place

Fun place to have your kids get out some energy. Good options of play areas for toddlers all the way through 12/13 years old. Lots of slides and climbing areas. The arcade area is very small, but still a few good choices for kids.

Me thinks yes. Super fun, well prices arcade games. The games are fun, the play structures are fun. Definitely left with a few bumps but my child had all the fun in the world. Also their chicken nuggets and food were surprisingly good.

Great place for the kids to play, however, I would advise against ordering food here. We (and other guests) have been waiting for 1hr and 45 min for our food. When asking for an update on when the food will be ready, they have no ETA. Requested a refund, but they state they are not allowed to provide refunds even if our food isn't even being prepared.

Dirtiest playground I've been. I took my crawler babies to the toddler area and the floor looked so dirty like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks: dust, hairs, rubbers, pieces of broken stuff everywhere. Ballpit was really dirty too. For what I paid at the entrance I expected to have at least a clean space.

First time taking kids to this location and was not impressed. Livermore has more attractions for kids and liked it better than San Jose location. Ordered pizza on Thursday's "Family Fun Night", which doesn't clarify on weekly deals it starts from 4-7 like the Livermore location does. Pizza was ordered at 3pm to be ready at 5:45- employee stated Bday parties take preference over others?! Strike one. Had to ask for our Pizza several times after the 5:45pm deadline. Pizza wasn't given to us until 6:20pm. Str

This is a great place. My son is 5yo and he has ASD and he had a blast the last time. We spent 4h and he loved it!! I super recommend this place!!

So disappointed in this place. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE! Unless you can foretell the future and know you will not have an emergency that will force you to cancel. I called and canceled 3 weeks in advance. I was told I would not get a refund. I persisted, since this was not a case of, we changed our mind. We had an emergency and had no choice. Also, word of caution unless you click the agreement link before signing your $ 100 deposit away, you will not see the no refund policy. I did see it; however I hoped

The kids love this place.. so much to do! Went for birthdays

Staff is super nice! Play area is great too. Down part is bathroom is always dirty. No paper towels or soap for hands. It gets pretty crowded over the weekend.

The place is fun but dirty. They need to sanitize this place entirely every day or at least every week. My kid visited this place three times, every time after visiting he immediately got runny nose and diarrhea. We are hesitant to visit again.

Used to be our favorite. They had options of all day pass or 3 hour pass. Now they changed the price to flat rate all day pass and full price even for kids under 2. For a price of $60 for 2 kids (one under 2 yrs) I have somewhere better to go.

It's great. They have everything kids of all ages love.

Kids had a blast so much to do!

Bad , waste our money, my husband pay month before , so when the day is, they told our they give our room for one more party, how you reserve and doesn't your??? The food bad ??, our gues outside because is not space for everyone at the little room they give to ours, and covic time our food stand outside with everyone walking around, food for kids ,??????, we never ever back to this place , so disappointed ??, and they over pay for food we don't received, sad and stressful day , when haven to be hap

Super fun! There is also golf outside in a little area and much more more. But super dark in there and kinda got light headed but over all a great place for ages 3-13+

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
