Our son got a day off from school. Hours start at 12, so earlier than other VR locations. This was easy to book a reservation. The team is professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to our every need. We had such a nice time. I highly recommend for kids to have fund and parents to bond with their kids. The multi-player games are great for a group or a family.

This was our third year bringing kiddos for their birthday. Always a hit. Great selection of games for all ages (though I'd say best for 10+). And staff is always wonderful.

Had my daughter party there 3 hour package . With Byof worked perfect. Awesome, nice ,kind and helpful staff. Help out all our kids and adults playing. Would definitely recommend. Every one had so much fun and loved it.

My 10 year old son and his friends had so much fun for his 10th birthday celebration. It was nice to have the entire place to ourselves and not like other venues with a bunch of different party rooms going at once. It was smaller than I expected but this was also nice to have everyone in one place and there were plenty of small stools and sofas for the parents to hang out while the boys played. Had a lot of fun playing survival yesterday. Fun escape room that wasn't too hard for our first time playing Virtual Reality. Brandon helped guide us with the controls and was very patient. Definitely will be coming back!

We came in with low expectations but were quickly proven wrong. We loved the large selection of games available to choose from and Brandon had great customer service. We also liked how we were able to switch between different games.

Amazing our experience was great. Everyone in my group had such a good time. Andy was super helpful and made the experience super fun. I 100% recommend coming here for a fun time. Better than the Apple Vision Pro.

Horrible customer service they told us one thing pertaining to our loyalty card which was not honored so it ruined my sons birthday completely , plus I was told that that the manager was UNAVAILABLE even tho he had just spoke to her and the employee had his friend there playing all the games for free.... totally disappointed, my first 2 times were better ?? MY first two times it was a great vibe great staff member this time makes me never want to return.. I think they lost a loyal customer

Modern-looking design and brand new equipment along with reasonable price and great service definitely makes this studio a great place to spend couple hours at! Even if you are a first-timer, they will guide you through contols and show you different games to make your experience unforgettable. Came here with a friend to try my first ever escape room in virtual reality. We ended up having a great experience overall and for first time playing VR, I didn't have many difficulties. Branden helped set us up and guide us, along with suggestions of different games to choose from.

This guy was rude disrespectful and inpatient he was not paying attention and got easily frustrated the graphics were horrible and the head set was hard to move. He was watching tiktok and eating pizza when I needed help. And when we did the racing sim there was an open chat and it was saying inappropriate things like saying the ?Sandy Hook? was good and it's the best wait to hit a kid. Let me start by saying, the website makes it easy to book parties and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I needed a place to have my bachelor party, which my 10 and 14 year old sons were going to attend. The staff was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. We had a private party for my kiddo's birthday. Such a refreshing change from the usual running around noisy chaos. The staff on hand was SUPER helpful and the whole process was a breeze. The VR experience itself was fantastic and the kids enjoyed taking off their helmets and being able to watch their friends as they played!

My favorite was the zombie shooting game, play in story mode and tou get to move through the game with a partner to find survivors. Went here as part of a trip and did not have a great time. There were barely any instructions given and half my group was confused the whole time on what to do. The other half became dizzy and couldn't play at all. The staff insisted on no refunds at all so we were stuck with the whole payment for the hour which isn't cheap. Visited this location with 7 of my friends for my own bachelor party booked at 7 PM on 2/18/2023. It's a well reviewed establishment and there was no reason to think our experience would be dissatisfactory, however I regretfully say that it was a complete failure. Really great place to take your teenagers. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in or were really quick to fix an issue without being asked. Deseree was a model employee and really made our whole family feel welcome.

Service was great, but some of the stations were lacking proper base station placements. However, they did adjust to my needs and acknowledged it. Only affects faster movement. Most people shouldn't be affected too much. Hence, overall rating of 4 stars for advanced skill level players, but 5 stars for average skill players. And their toilet wasn't working.

This place gives great experiences for all ages! I (19yrs) went with my brother (22yrs) and my mother (54yrs), and we had a blast! The staff helping us was super nice, even giving us a choice of what brand of VR to use! We did the Prince of Persia escape room, and it was incredible! My buddy and I came in here not knowing what was up and did the Prince of Persia escape room game after David told us it was the hardest of the escape rooms and that he hadn't yet seen anyone complete it. We went for it, and beat it in 47 minutes! Lots of fun. Had some technical difficulties at one point but David helped me sort it out really quick. Definitely would come back.

I came in with a group not wanting to play. I didn't feel comfortable. The young lady Desiree helped me out and had me beating those boys at their own game. She gave me a few pointers and I mastered it. Thanks to her I have this great memory for life. I tell everyone the fun we had and I send all my friends that want to get out and do something fun.

First times can be stressful but he was there to guide us and keep us on track. My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday today and we had an absolute blast! This was my first experience with VR and I have to say that I had an amazing time! We had my son's 13th birthday party at Los Virtuality. I made my party reservation online, which was super easy. I booked the party based solely on reviews. Los Virtuality did not disappoint! Desiree and David were the most patient hosts. This is an ideal environment for fun and safety. Anyone looking for a safe environment and some really exciting virtual reality games - look no further.

I had so much fun. It was my first time playing VR and the guy was super nice and professional. He also answered my many questions lol. Also I really like the location. Parking was pretty easy and I like that it was on the second floor and kinda tucked away. Oh and the stations are pretty spacious. Overall I heckin loved it.

It was a pretty fun experience but I think there's plenty of ways they could improve it. I wasn't sure why you have to have a separate, more expensive package to play some games like Phasmophobia and so I ended booking the wrong package. The worker was not very good at giving instructions either. Their VR tech is also pretty outdated at this point and so I'd probably not go back.
