Little Wooden Penguin

I attended the little wooden penguin this past week for a painting event which I was a lot of fun. They have a lot of beer and wine on tap and have a roomy interior, patio, seating, and putt putt available. They have a store within it that has antique items for sale as well, which is fun. They had a pizza food truck set up outside and we enjoyed it! I will definitely be by again in the future !

We have been attending Little Wooden Penguin for over a year and a half, this is one of the most down earth and family friendly bar/food establishment. You can go to in Celina. Keep in mind that they don't have food directly out of the establishment, but it is a food truck and they have great ones on hand. Keep up the great work here and look forward to more future progress. Oh, and one more thing thank you for everything you guys do in our community you guys are awesome.

A true gem! Amazing outdoor vibe with picnic tables, full bar and kids putting area. Food truck is usually there on weekends.

This place was awesome. Staff was super friendly, the bar was clean, lots of options to choose from, both beer and wine. The girls and the kids also found a cool plant bar to build your own succulent garden. Would definitely recommend, but this is a hidden gem, might not want too many people to know about?? great job on this place!

Little Wooden Penguin is hands down one of my favorite spots in Celina! Whether I'm there with buddies for a drink or just hanging out, it's always a great time. The beer selection is fantastic, and it's the perfect place to catch up with friends and bump into familiar faces from around town. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it the go-to spot for a casual night out. If you're looking for a local gem to unwind and enjoy good company, this is it!

This is truly a hidden gem! Mini golf, rotating craft beer/wine, live music, food trucks, yard games, chill atmosphere, adorable merchandise, build your own succulents, and more! There's nothing like this in DFW. We can't wait to come back! (BONUS POINTS: As a golfer, the 18 Hole Mini golf is done right. Very simple, but perfectly challenging. Something you can sink you teeth into.)

They have food trucks that rotate and are amazing! I love their little ?vintage shop? it was very fun to go back there and look around, and of course I did end up getting something. 10/10 would recommend will be back!

This place used to be awesome when Bobby and Ethan were bartenders but ever since they hired the two girls it has been awful. Had to wait 10 min to get one of their attention each time I needed to order something..they never come up and ask, you literally have to stand up with you hand in the air and they look at you like it's an inconvenience (especially the blonde)..they are more worried about looking at their phones or talking to eachother with they backs turned. Bring back good and attentive bartenders!

Super charming place. Staff absolutely awesome - they will let you try pretty much anything. Because of this, no flights, but that's a fine trade off by me. Great prices. Very happy their selections (when i was there) was pretty diverse from a number of breweries and cideries around the country. Loved the attached shop.

First time here was a great experience. The bartenders not only took care of us when the line was busy, they also made sure our dogs had water on a summer day. The environment was super chill and fun. The regulars all seemed super nice and friendly. Also, looked very family friendly. Definitely will be back.

Cute spot to kick it with your boo, friends, and/or kids. The mini golf is done right, just the right amount of difficulty. The service was kind and helpful! Huge selection of beer and wine on tap. I didn't get to try the food truck, but I peeped someone's brisket nachos and overhead them say "they're so good" and they really looked it!

Love, love, love this place. It's a regular stop for my motorcycle buddies, but it's also a great place to bring my kids. There's almost always a food truck, there's a great beer selection, and they have putt putt! Plus, the staff are all amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I have mixed feelings about this place. They have decent drinks, but don't bother going if you want to play mini golf. We went on a Saturday and it was overrun by parents with no desire to watch their young children. The parents were off drinking at the tables while 20 two-year-olds rampaged the mini golf area, including grabbing your ball and running off. I know that's not entirely the venue's fault, but they could at least put some rules in place.

This brilliant concept of a custom furniture store mixed with food, drinks and gifts is a perfect addition to downtown Celina. The owners have been there to greet me and my family on each visit. They even dove in head first supporting the community with generous donations to the school. The staff are all friendly and seem very happy to be there. The food has been great and we loved the taco truck. I highly recommend visiting this sweet little business!

Great beers and wines on tap. I love the selection and that it changes often. The staff - c'mon they're awesome (Makayla and Ethan? you da best!). Good food truck outside and there's a fabulous outdoor area that I look forward to rejoining if we ever drop below 100 out there. :D

The place is not the same since Ethan and Bobby left. Most of the locals have gone elsewhere. I am going elsewhere now. I was charged $28 plus tip for two beers a dip n dot and apparently they are now charging even the locals for putt putt that my son only did for five minutes. I guess Taylor is getting very stingy. I don't think I'll be back. This place was the top place to go for locals less than a year ago. Good luck penguin.

Awesome spot to drop in. Nice outdoor patio. Staff is friendly. Good little shop inside as well. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Love going. Putting green on site to keep the kids busy. Always a rotating bar and food truck. Live music.

I LOVED my experience here. It has such a good wholesome vibe. I had so much fun making my own succulent. I love how its is meant to support local businesses. The candles smell AMAZING. This is a great place for a first date, family day or even just chilling with friends. I highly recommend.

Great addition to our town! The service was great, everyone was incredibly friendly. Great variety of drink options, including something for those that are gluten free. Great place to hang out with family and friends! We will be back for sure!

Amazing staff! Amazing service! Quaint place with excellent beer selection. They even have a suculant bar to make your own succulents. Oh, and don't forget to bring your dogs. Dog friendly patio outside with a walk up outside bar.

A jewel of a place in the wonderful town of Celina. Wide variety of beer and wine, food trucks available and a great outdoor area with entertainment. They are a big part of the cool historic district in Celina. Don't miss this stop.

Super cute fun place. Many beers, mini-golf, succulent plant making station, custom farm house tables and food trucks. A weird mix, but it works! Call about days open b4 you go.

Bought an item from the website. Never heard back from them. I had to cancel the order through my credit card company. Truly 1 star service. If you don't want to sell items on your website, you should just turn it off or disable it. You've wasted my time.

We LOVE this place!!! From the day we walked in the owners were so welcoming to us and our little boy! They've supported our local teams and are for sure our first choice every time we are looking for a family night out.

At first I thought this place is like dead on a Saturday, like nobody at all! At least play some music or something! I was hoping to check out some furniture but all they had was some candles, women jewelry, plant and everything is overpriced!! Now I know the reason why they have nobody at their place! Management, please make it a bit more interesting so we have a reason to support your business!

Had the aluminum penguin, it's good. They have lots of space, a cool little putt-putt area outside for little kids. They also have an interesting little shop inside.
