Little Kings & Queens Fun Place

This place is awesome!! My kids had a blast. There were things to do for all my kids ages 3, 7, and 13. My 3 year old had a blast in happy village and my 7 year old was able to play with him. I was hesitant on taking my 13 year old because i wasn't sure if there were things for him but there was plenty! He was able to do all of the cool virtual reality, and the food was delicious!! All of the staff were extremely friendly, and made me feel valued. This is definitely somewhere i look forward to coming back.

My son had a Friday off from school. A couple weeks before hand, the school sent a flyer home saying if we wanted something fun to do, there would be 3 hours of fun from 11:00am-2:00pm. Everything is so wonderful, all the staff are constantly trying to make sure everyone is satisfied with their visits. All the children always are happy and end up sad when they have to go. I've taken my kids here several times since they opened and they love it. I have a 10 and 5 year old and there is something for all ages. This is one of the few places we visit regularly that is ALWAYS clean!! Staff is also very attentive and helpful at all times!!

We just had our daughter?s 7th birthday party here and we loved it. Everything was taken cared of for us. The kids had the most amazing time. They have VR, a jungle gym, arcade games, a gamer cafe, robot rides, Dino rides, trampoline area, and the list goes on and on. They have staff everywhere keeping an eye on the kids in every section and keeping the kids safe and area clean. The party room was spacious and the decor was perfect. Everything about this place is top notch! You won't regret it.

Completely overpriced for what it is, I spent close to 100$ for 2 kids. Most arcade games don't work and the staff is very strict and rude. They also don't accept cash but have a 4% charge for cards which is not fair.

This was my first time here with my six year old and his friend and the place was AMAZING! The facility was incredibly clean, there was so much for them to do, but most of all the staff were the best! Shout out to Keshaun who played with the boys, was friendly and helpful and so so kind. I'm new to the area and i wanted something fun for my son to do, and this was the perfect place! I purchased a 2 hour package for $60 and he had so much fun. He was able to do bowling lazer tag mini golf VR and so much more. The place was clean and everyone was amazing and ensured that my son had a blast. The service I've received from every me member of the staff was spectacular.. The entire staff was extremely helpful and even offered me and my small party of 2 a private tour of the grounds. I was very impressed with my visit and my nephew and daughter both are excited to return very soon. Seems like a great idea to have for a rainy day with the kids.

My son and I had an amazing time here. From the moment we walked into the front entrance the exemplary customer service stood out. Every employee we came across was super helpful and friendly, especially Jeremy who took the extra time to help and interact with my son who is autistic amd non verbal. Writing this review as I'm sitting in here . The place is clean and not crowed however I came with my 1 year old and my 11 year old . Now there's no option for the parents to pay it says parents entry is "free" with admission. We paid the most expensive option for my son and I couldn't complete anything with him . Went to Kids fun fest for Somers school district. My son was in crutches and was playing the console/PC Lan party. It's very friendly, lovable gentleman named Rasheen helped pick up my son about so he was not encumbered by crutches. He also helped organize all the children for their Fortnite tournament never once did he look distressed or frustrated. He was always warm and kind. Buddy, I could not have asked for a better guy. This place moved to a bigger location within the same plaza and we decided to finally take the kids here. We paid a total of $85 for 2 kids, which included unlimited arcades for 90 mins. Horrible experience while bringing my son to play here. The arcade is a bunch of games that mostly don't work. You actually don't win anything besides a dollar store piece of junk. There's no points or value you can redeem for a real prize. My 4 year old loves junkie toys but these options were so bad even he didn't want anything. I have a little baby who was being a little antsy and so I let him ride one of the cars to pretend play to then be reamed from a representative that "we only paid for one child".

They don't let you upgrade once you bought the base package. (Edited to add: there were not 5 minutes of playtime left. My son only wanted to go on the VR ride, which was empty most of the time. He found the majority of the place boring, with staff constantly telling him what not to do. We would have happily upgraded, gone on the ride, and then left. But I was told by the staff that upgrading was not possible.)

Just what Northern Westchester needed! Such an exciting vibe and fun for all ages. My favorite part is that they are overstaffed and everyone is so helpful. I have 2 toddlers who often run in different directions but there was always someone close to lend a helping hand or snap a family pic. Could not recommend this facility enough.

I came here for the first time today for a birthday party with my son. From the moment we walked in, until we left, every single staff member we encountered was amazing! Not only were they attentive to all the kids, but they were so kind and patient (my son only wanted to ride the T-Rex the majority of the time and they were so great with him!). It's awesome to hear this is a family owned establishment and that we FINALLY have something for kids to do in our area! We definitely will be back!!

This place is phenomenal, my kids are obsessed. The staff has always been wonderful, so patient and fun and involved with the kids. I've gone to many places where the staff is nice enough and they're watching out for any issues but the employees here actively engage the kids and make it such a welcoming atmosphere. Going back ASAP! Brought my 3 year old with a friend for a 1 hour open play session. The staff was incredible, super patient with the little ones and watched over all the children. I had an infant strapped on to me and expected I would have to climb through the jungle gym with a baby and toddler, but the lovely staff help them navigate the different play stations.
