Customer Reviews

This is the second year I had my son?s birthday party here and this place does not disappoint!! The staff is amazing across the board and they go above and beyond to help with ALL your needs. We will always e returning customers at this place!!

Had a great time for my nephew's 17th birthday. It's nice to still have a family place to enjoy ourselves. They have really cool trampolines for dodgeball & dunking. It's a fun workout. The staff is very helpful & pleasantly happy.

This hidden gem in the Catskill Mountains is full of unique play experiences. Indoor trampoline park (with open jump, dodgeball, and basketball dunk lanes), Virtual Reality rooms, Ninja course, Arcade, redemption desk full of prizes, Cafe area, and more. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Everything is new and clean - definitely worth the drive, even if hours away. There is literally something for anyone of any age.

Fun arcade and plenty of trampolines, the lava launch is terrifying, more or less for younger kids I think but they do have laser tag and VR games

Had a lot of fun, from the adults to the small kids, and very friendly staff.

The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were few staff to help. The place is small and online sounds like there's more to do than there actually is. The only thing my kids kept doing was the big slide. It was hard to keep them at that for the two hours we paid for, and they wanted to do the very overpriced arcade games which we could?ve gone anywhere to do.

Great for all ages. Hours of hours of fun from arcades ,lasertag,vr,slides, trampoline. It's also great to have a kosher Cafe with delicious delicacy. The staff staff is so friendly, respectful, and professional. Worth the drive from anywhere

I tale a camp there every summer, it's never gettign boring, they upgrade rides every year! A great place to take whoever wants to have a good time! Mega slides, laser tag, vr, Rollercoaster, trampoline galore, arcades, kosher food, and a lot of fun!

I came here with a large group of children with special needs. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. We had an awesome time here! I would definitely recommend this place for children (and adults) of all ages!

We had a great experience! We had my daughter and nephews Birthday Party there on Saturday and everyone had a blast. It is a clean and friendly atmosphere, with lots to do from jumping, rock climbing, ninja warrior course, VR, arcade and more. Their service and prices were great! Thank you for a great experience and a big Thank You to Chris! I wish you much luck in your journey! We will be back!

She is very nasty. im not coming to this place anymore

Place was absolutely amazing. Had a birthday party for my cousin there. Kids of all ages and adults had an amazing time. So much to do but ran out of time within 3 hours. Staff were great and worked with kids like they were their own. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Totally worth the two hour drive

Fantastic place with really cool activities. Due to Corona, my small group got the place to ourselves - which we obviously loved! Food was great, prices really not bad. There's a full kosher cafeteria, so check out their menu. The laser tag was a blast, the jumping - obviously the main attraction - was energy-pumping, and we enjoyed that they allowed us to use our own music on the sound system. The VR was fun but slightly less intense than other VR experiences. Staff was helpful. An all-around fantastic tri

Kids had a brilliant time. We were lucky that they did a president day special which was such a deal and fell on my son's birthday!! Place was clean and staff really nice. Chris the manager was super helpful and friendly

This place is DISGUSTING. The staff hang out and play games together. There was trash all over the attractions. Dirty cups, plates, the carpets were GROSS. There was a broom under the giant slide with plates.

Fantastic family fun! We went with two families of cousins ages 2- 65, toddlers to grandparents, and everyone enjoyed! The trampolines are so much fun for everyone and there's a climbing gym in the back that the little kids loved. In addition, there's arcades, laser tag, and as a challenge, a warped wall. We had a wonderful experience!

It was our first time at the trampoline park and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The prices were great, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The place was clean and there is so much to do!! Neverending fun!! Cant wait to go back for more!! 5 star for sure ?

The place was so much fun, we had a blast. Would definitely go again

Great place. Kids loved it. Very friendly staff too!

This place is so great. Amazing activities for every age. Decently priced. From soft play jungle for the little ones through virtual reality for the grown ups, this place has fun activities for the whole family. Trampolining, rock climbing and a flood of arcade games. And Chris - who btw is the nicest business owner you've ever met and is one who will do anything to satisfy a customer - told us with his genuine smile that they are starting construction in the upcoming days to make place for some new exciti

Had an awesome time there today!! The owner Chris was superb! The laser tag was so much fun and will be coming back for another round!! Place was very clean and the staff were nice, the prices are very affordable especially when you buy the packages huge advantage!

I was there with my kids, they are understaffed, and a lot of rides is closed because they don't have staff for it. my kids waited for a ride 45 minutes and no one was there to let them in, they said constantly they are coming, finally they came they let in 1 child and they say your time on the card expired, so basicley i paid for my kids to wait in line. when I complained they said will kik you out of here. and I was not the only on complaining, they seem to have only staff to collect money not to operate.

Best birthday ever according to my 6 year old, and I totally agree with her. The whole staff was so helpful but especially Hillary, she's a star who deserves a raise and promotion. They provided snacks, drinks, helium balloons, plates and cutlery, table clothes and more. They included laser tag, wall climbing, jungle gym, trampoline and even included tokens to play the video games. The facility was clean and safe and I didn't have to lift a finger if I didn't want to. There were children as young as 18 mont

Came here for a few hours with my kids. They would not leave!! Kept asking why we came so late! Amazing trampoline place including great laser tag. Pizza slushie fries! And a cute jungle gym!

Prices were okay... my son had a great time... but he is young didn't want to bounce by himself. Wanted his mom or dad. Guess you can't be in the same ?box? as another person. Staff said to me ?yo if you can't follow the rules ima kick you out? ohhh okay. So if you want an attitude from teenagers who work there, then this is the place to go. Waste of money to not be able to have fun with my son when you pay extra for parents to go in also..... Will drive an hour to go to rockland county next time.

Went there today with a group of special needs kids. we had such a great experience. Would recommend for everyone.

Pricy and not Mich fun for 11 year olds. I spent $90 for three kids and in 40 minutes they were done and sitting and bored. Its worth the added drive to Bounce in Poughkeepsie.

Was here with a large group of kids, and they had a blast of fun. They didn't want to leave, and I had to promise to come back!

It was amazing there's everything in this building it's awesome honestly me and my family went there and it was pretty cool The only thing that the problem was VR did not work but we made the most of it

The facility isn't open to the public. We were able to have a private event. It was clean and management followed safety protocol.

Fantastic, the whole family loved it. They even have a kosher cafe selling pizza, French fries...

I went with my family ages 1 to 60 and everyone enjoyed. It's worth the money.

Very enjoyable place with lots to day plus very friendly and calm staff (unlike other Catskills entertainment places)

5 stars too little!!! What a fun place for kids and staff are super nice pleasant people

Great place for camps and daycamps kids are enjoying lots of fun. Place for 300 kids + staff

Best place for the entire family!!!!! Kids had a great time!!!! Service is AMAZING!!!

Love the location but the staff needs to be trained properly and an adult/lead on site .

Website says open 1-5 today. Showed up at 1:45 and they're closed. No one picks up the phone. We have some very disappointed kids.

If you go just for the arcade you'll be a little disappointed, but I didn't hit up the other attractions so I can't truthfully say this isn't fun

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
