Unfortunately, the worst experience my family has ever had bowling. We had to go to the counter five times. Several times less then 10 pins where set up. The score camera was not working probably which caused the automatic scoring to be wrong. Bowling is not inexpensive for a family, we should have took the drive to a place with newer equipment.
Very nice bowling alley. Clean, 2 sets of alleys on each side of a large bar. Lockers, vending machines and plenty of bowling balls.
Staff are sorta great. Kids running around non stop, people smoking weed in bathroom when I went
A bit out dated but still a great place to bowl. Warning: watch your fingers, the ball return can smash the balls together.
Never again over $400 for nothing for 2 hours of bowling and a tray of pizza. And a couple pops lol
We pop in here every so often to watch the Buffalo Bills games with friends. The food is decent and the atmosphere is cool. Bar is a little slow at times but theres usually a bunch of people in there. Maybe 1 more bar tender on Game days would help out and speed things up a bit. Other than that, its always a fun time.
A great place to hangout or host parties. I have been here multiple times and always love spending time here. They even have a simulation area where you can play so many games. Bowling alley is a great way to spend your time or bond with friends and family. They host professional leagues if that is something you are interested in. This place has great food and as always the staff is amazing. Very warm and welcoming. They do take reservations and appreciate if you let them know about big parties in advance.
I enjoy having parties at the event center
I love the originality of this place!! Great place to spend time with the family
Fun place to bowl or get some drinks. Had a good time & their pizza was pretty decent.
Nice atmosphere and very good food.
The first time at your business and l saw 7th Sign Band on February 25th 2023. Your event center was clean and all your employees were very professional. The bathrooms were clean all night long. I ordered food and the food was fresh and delicious. The Band sounded great and drew a big crowd. Everyone was dancing and enjoying the music. I would recommend The Lewiston Event Center to everyone , out looking for great fresh food and great entertainment.
Great super clean place for the kids, good drinks and food...BUT zero oil on the lanes, so if you bowl with a hook it will be like bowling on polyurethaned wood without any delayed reaction.. didn't need to wipe the ball even once in 3 games. And I finished bowling at 458pm, waited in line, and paid at 501pm and kid charged me after 5pm rates. Seriously??? "There's nothing I can do" he says. REALLY?? Nice place but more of a fun place for children.
Today our family of 8 went to bowl. While there the lane we were bowling on had a leaking ceiling on our lane so they moved us over one. The service at the food part was great and the man was extremely friendly. However the ball got stuck twice and the second time the man came out and rudely stated if it happens again he was going to shut down our lanes. So what was supposed to be a family fun night out to celebrate our son Birthday was ruined by the attitude of the employee. Mind you between bowling a few
They do pretty good. Ben to lots of kids parties and the set up and tear down very nice. It really takes the stress off the parents with so much activity for the kids from bowling to billiards to video games. Great family spot.
Learned to bowl here many years ago! Still a great bowling alley! Beautiful bar, good food and service. Had the grandkids birthday parties here...they loved it! Love all things Lewiston...it would never be the same without this great establishment! Hope they continue for years to come!
I love all things Lewiston, the event center formerly Frontier Lanes I have been going to since I was 5, so 50 years...love the lanes, learned to bowl here. We took my grandson for his 4th birthday. Had a great time. Bills game was on in bar, they had specials I believe, everyone there seemed to be having a good time as well. Always friendly and fun!
Best bowling spot. Been coming here for a while. Staff are very nice and the food is excellent. And I always have a great time! Only problem is after bowling I feel the need to watch The Big Lebowski afterwards.
Cool old school bowling alley. But sort of old school where things don't work really well. Pin setters, ball returns, scoring consoles. All needed a bunch of babysitting throughout our evening.
For the past 3 years, my dad's company has had their annual Christmas party here. They are the absolute best hosts and hostesses! I woyld recomend this place to anyone!
A great place to take your family if you enjoy bowling. They offer birthday parties. You can go as a family, with just friends or you can go alone.
This place is fun the bar and the servers are amazing arcade is fun bowling alleys are a little bit old but a lot of fun to play on overall ??
Nice bowling alley, some arcade games, the duck being my favorite. Food was decent and good prices. Drinks were great.
Great place to watch the Bills game enjoy some good food or just go Bowling! Great staff excellent service another gem in Lewiston!!
Lanes were dry and no control fro My ball. The pinsetters ran good, but if the Lanes are going to be that guy and difficult to bowl on I won't be back
First time here . Very big place , had a good time . Would like to be there when there's more going on . Plenty of bowling lanes.
Great place. Comfortable bar and great food!! Love to bowl there too
Bowling scores weren't working. Switched our lanes three times and it still didn't work. Then they made us pay anyway even though we didn't get to bowl.
Terrible Lanes everything outdated except for the TVs first frame of three games and their equipment put a gouge in my bowling ball unacceptable terrible place to go if you really like bowling
Bowling, some arcade games, many TV's to watch sports, a bar, & kitchen that has good food. Fun for families.
Very good establishment with nice staff. Try to go during a sale because games can be slightly expensive.
Not jus a bowling alley, really nice bar, arcade, 2 digital sports screens in private room
Bowling, need I say more. Love what they have done with this place. Getting better all the time.
Awesome atmosphere, fun for kids and adults. Wings are best Lewiston has to offer.
Very Nice Place and well run. Bartenders are the best!!
Watching my Grandson bowl. Nice facility, clean and seems well run.

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
