My family loves this place. When we go, we literally stay all day. I've taken both of my boys and thier friends for thier birthdays and everyone had a blast. I love that the hours you buy roll over and can be used on future visits. We used our Pogo Pass to get 2 more hours of play time for FREE! I happened to run across this place on Facebook while looking for something to do for my 12 year old sons birthday. They just happened to have a free camp in his birthday. This place is amazing! I was totally blown away when I walked in. Daron and Josh are soooo nice and welcoming. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door. Only the best place in the Kansas City Metro/Midwest for all things eSports! Super nice facility including a whole restaurant, bar, eSports arena, content creator streaming rooms, training rooms, PC floor and more! I highly recommend checking out this place if you love gaming from being professional eSports teams or to a parent wanting to have your child's birthday party! Level Up Arena and their staff is top notch. I have been so impressed by their kindness and professionalism. I am so bought into their passion to see Esports grow in Kansas City. I will be spending many hours at Level Up Arena for myself as well as hosting charity events, and I cannot wait to enroll my kids into their training programs so that they learn the value of sportsman ship and gaming!

It's a cool place to do some gaming. Good prices for what they have. What they hedge is all the systems, PS5s, Xboxs (I think they were running game pass but I didn't find out for sure) and a few Nintendo switch stations. As well as fully loaded PCs to play whatever esports you feel like with your friends

This place is so cool! The equipment is amazing, and I met some new friends to play Rocket League with. I can't wait to check out some of their tournaments in the near future. Will definitely be back soon!

These guys have a heart of GOLD! I am beyond grateful for their vision to bring the arena to KC. This place is going to be a great place for community and building up Esports in Kansas City. I cannot wait to host my first event there!!

We had my son's 15th birthday party at LevelUp yesterday and he had a great time! They had everything ready for us when we arrived. The computers were all ready to go, table for gifts was ready, and we had a host there to greet us and answer any questions. Our party host was friendly and helpful! We felt welcomed and we had no problems at all! Pizza arrived as promised for the kids, they all got to sit together while they gamed together, and we got to relax and chat while they played. I had my 11 year old son?s birthday party here. His friends and him had a great time. Awesome place for gamers young and older. The ladies even had a blast playing a card game at the table while the kids where in the gaming room. Our host he was amazing!! I feel so bad I can't remember the exact spelling of his name. Because he was so good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love this place. We actually competed in a smash bros tournament at the old location in Overland Park, and they have since upgraded to a new location (what is forever known to me as Kemper Arena). Join their discord. They won't disappoint. There you can ask questions, view rules, see staff, other players/members, etc. it's really a place for all ages, and the pricing is so reasonable you can't go wrong.

We had our company Christmas party here and it was a blast. The catered food was delicious. The young man, Noah, took great care of our large party. Our team had such a great time during the tournament we held. Christoph the bartender was very attentive to our needs. For sure recommend this place for your next event.

We had my husbands company Christmas party here and it was such a cool atmosphere. Great service all around and endless games to chose from. Noah was our host and he made the experience even more fun! A great time for anyone, guaranteed!

I have two 10 year old girls and a 12 year old boy. They all love coming here to play. I enjoy the fact that I can have a couple of hours to myself. They have a great bar area and pretty delicious chicken nachos. It's a great place to have a birthday party or a play date if you have older kids.

Been going here for over a month now for the weekly smash tournament. I also have come for one off events like the E3 and loki showings. I love coming here and always feel welcome. The people who work here and fellow customers and all great people. The food is also pretty good and prices are fair. I recommend their burgers for sure.

I am so thrilled that I was able to find this place. My son who is 11 likes to play on his dad's PC to play online games but recently he has not been able to play on it, and when we tried going to the library it turns out that it's impossible to play the games he wanted to play on their computers. Came from Wichita for an event. Great computers, excellent staff, actual real food and not just snacks and energy drinks. Can't ask for more. But if you wanted to, I'm sure they would have it. A lot of my gaming friends live in KC area and level up is the perfect excuse for me to visit more ?? Highly recommend to anyone!

Helped to book the private EXP Bar for a meetup. Josh was very excited and accommodating. Having the PCs at the Arena, private console stations, and the ease of going to the grill or deck or music venue available to explore allowed our attendees to do what they wanted without pressure. Staff was great to work with all around. Would definitely recommend for private events, public events, or a casual visit.

The owners seem to think they can refuse your pogo pass if it's convenient for them. I paid for the pass already, and they were paid by Pogo to accept it. Where's the miscommunication? Do better.

Amazing venue, great staff, awesome drinks. Hourly pricing is slightly high but comparable to other businesses offering similar services. Would highly recommend going on a weekend and taking advantage of the play all day option. 10/10

I organized a group of about 55 adults and kids to attend LevelUp and the Game Time Sports Bar/Grill. Everyone expressed how much fun they were having. It was Trivia Night at Game Time that all the families enjoyed while waiting on their food. People also said their food was delicious. With gaming- many had not seen anything like this before and were truly amazed at the transformation from the old Kanza Hall. Gamers that attended said the equipment was awesome: no lagging and super fast, very smooth gaming.

I greatly recommend the chicken fried steak & every game you can get your hands on!! Great vibes!

Hands down the largest and the most organised gaming lounge/esports arena I have ever been to and I've been to MANY! Starting from West Coast and ending on the East! The quality of equipment, the interned speeds, the service and hospitality of this place adds together to be hands down a place from true gamers dreams! If your a hardcore gamer and looking for some tournaments and competitive play or just someone that loves casual gaming and want to relax, they have it all! Also they have a BAR ?? drunk gaming

Just went there for the first time yesterday for an Esports tournament. It was really cool, really nice design, open, they have food and drinks, computers, consoles, and controllers. The owner is a really cool guy, as well as all the employees there. I didn't see Tekken 7 on the PS5 so I asked if we could get that, and one of the workers went to go download it right then and there. Looking forward to coming back and playing some Tekken????

Very impressive eSports gaming venue. I visited LEVELUP Arena in Overland Park Kansas for an Overland Park Chamber of Commerce networking event. This place is the real deal and I look for forward to visiting again soon and trying out the food and games. I was more impressed with the General Managers passion for eSports and his plan to educate and prepare the youth for the future. Great Job!

This is an incredible place and environment for those that love gaming but also like socializing as well. It's a perfect place to visit every now and then or regularly and they have a pricing structure that helps make that realistic. Did I mention you can game and get amazing food or drinks straight to your station.

Total Bummer that they are temporarily closed. Been trying to call them for 3 weeks to schedule my 8 yr old's birthday party. Even drove by and found locked doors but no explanation. Hope they are opened again soon! Looks like a cool place. Will have a disappointed boy since he was SOOO looking forward to it.

McKenzie was super nice! Food and drinks were great. The kids had a blast playing and the staff was very helpful and patient explaining the kids the games.

Fascinating place that I hope doesn't end up like SoProGaming in JoCo, staff seemed very friendly. The place seemed a little underprepared (Parts of the building were still under construction, there were some early equipment issues) but I see a lot of potential in the place from the environment and the need for some sort of eSports/gaming cafe in KC. I plan on waiting a bit before going again, just to give the place a little bit of time to straighten out any of the kinks of opening up an eSports arena, but

All the fun we used to have in the 2000's LAN houses applied with the 2020's technology and much more! Top notch gaming PCs, live streaming, tournaments and a legit cocktail bar makes this place a must-go for recreative and competitive gamers!

Had an amazing time at the Levelup Esports Arena. The setups are amazing and the social environment are on a different level. The staff are amazing people and the food from the restaurant was perfect. Looking forward to my next visit.

I went to LevelUp Arena for a smash bros tournament. Had a blast! Over 200 entrants and the tournament ran smoothly. Staff is super friendly! Would definitely recommend.

It's exclusively eSports, from what I can tell. They have a total of 40 PC games available, some of which you need to already own in order to play. They also have a few console games, but not many. First hour is free. VR has not been set up in this location, but it sounds like it might be in the future.

you will have a great time if you come here. make sure to head over to the bar because Nyle is the greatest bartender that place has to offer!

Interesting idea it's basically what you'd expect they've got a bar for adults I would rate it three stars but the only thing that makes it a four star is the fact that they hold events.

Almost no Corona virus precautions. No sanitizing the equipment, and the employees weren't even wearing masks. Hopefully they fix this, but did not get a good first impression.
