Hosted my son?s birthday party here and was super easy. Ideally would want a bigger eating area with bigger tables to sit, but the people were awesome and flexible, and the kids had a blast. Glad we did it! Thanks!

We had a fantastic experience! The owner took care of all four kids that we brought in to play VR. He checked in on them frequently and answered all of their questions. He was very flexible with getting them started and not rushing us out when the kids went over a few minutes at the end. The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were able to use a Groupon to help bring the cost down. There was a nice area where we were able to sit and visit while the kids played.

Took my kiddo in on a Friday and the experience was really positive! It made my son?s bday a super special day getting to experience VR in a positive and clean environment. The owner Emily was super nice and great with my special needs son. Definitely recommend going in! I also appreciate the nice clean bathroom and clean overall facility. We were very lucky and had the whole place to ourselves, which really contributed to his positive experience. Would love to see the facility expand further to add a punch

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon with my wife and my homie and tbh I wasn't sure what to really expect going into the experience. I can say in all honesty, this is the most fun I had on an outing in longer than I can remember. I haven't laughed that hard or been that scared, all within the first 60 seconds of something in way too long. It was simple to get the hang of. Staff was super cool and I have a suspicion they they were getting nearly as much enjoyment just watching us, as we did playing. Highly r

The kids absolutely had a blast! They did three different escape room scenarios and laser tag. The staff was amazing and very attentive! Immediately addressed questions or systems issues (which is what technology does on occasion)! A random individual arrived and was able to play something else in another room (no appointment). These guys are great!

Really fun! They give you time to play vr and you can play whatever they have on the headset. They have a great selection of games. A couple times the games would glitch or freeze, but they were very helpful.

Went here for Father?s Day great place had an awesome time great prices wonderful staff and the guy was very friendly and helpful with teaching us how to play even helped out with some extra time I would definitely recommend this again thanks again for the help ??

Took my husband & cousin there for their birthdays with some friends, honestly one of the most fun things we could?ve done! There's so many games you can choose from and there's something for everyone. (First shooter games, zombie games, multiplayer, cooking restaurant one, laser tag & so much more) Even if you aren't as into games there is virtual reality videos which are fun for kids such as a deep dive under the sea etc? PLUS the owners are so nice and do a really good job of explaining and making sure y

A phenomenal business. Went here to celebrate a birthday, the overall experience was tons of fun, but more than that the staff were very attentive and personable. There was a payment issue I realized a day later, I called and instantly got to go back so I could be refunded and pay the amount that was supposed to be due with no issues. I will definitely come back and recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service I accidentally booked the wrong day and they called me and I was able to change it so I didn't lose out on $200. Absolutely wonderful staff.

Truly amazing how far technology has come! Great place to try out some VR games. I brought my son and one of his friends to play and they had a blast. At the end I decided to give it a try (first timer) and play a game of ?me versus them? laser tag. It blew my mind how immersive it was with the headset on. This was our first time and we had so much fun! The gentleman that was working was very sweet. The prices are super affordable, especially for it being VR. There is a lot to choose from, so bring your thinking cap! We are definitely gonna come back, we had such a great time! We just walked in, but reservations are recommended.

We went as a family to try their simulators (running, driving, flying). Had an amazing time and got a lot of very focused attention from the owners. Wonderful experience!

I took my 6 yr old son here for his first VR experience & it was everything he'd been talking about! Dustin explained everything and my son was able to catch on quick. Very clean, welcoming & open environment. I was very happy that we didn't feel rushed at all (we all know that feeling) so we were able to just enjoy our VR experience :)

Level up is a fantastic family owned and operated venue to experience next generation gaming. Schedule a personal experience, bring the family, or the whole gang. Priced accommodatingly. Bob&weave through terrain by foot, flight and wheel.

While my family was visiting for a birthday trip, we made a last minute decision to check this place out. And honestly, it was the highlight of our weekend. The staff was fun, friendly and patient. We had so much fun and there was so many different games that was offered.

My husband and I took our younger cousins here tonight and we all four had a blast! Neither of us have had much experience with VR but Dustin and Laura did a great job at explaining and walking us through everything! They were really patient and really wanted us to enjoy our time, which we did! We will be back to try out their laser tag. 10/10 experience!

This place is awesome!!! Went with my wife and some friends while we were on vacation , Dustin and Laura were super helpful. Had a great time. My wife my 5year old son and I were there about 2 hours. Had a blast. Would highly recommend. I played the dirt the driving simulation restednt evil some sky diving game and some fighting game.

Very fun. My boys had a blast. You have to be patient as VR can be a pain sometimes. But once it was all setup the experience was great!
