Level Up Pinball Bar

Wow. Simply the best pinball establishment I've ever been to. Every single machine was in pristine operating condition, the staff was super friendly, and overall a huge 10/10 experience. My kids also had the best time doing the axe throwing with the amazing staff, and it was a great day all around. While it's still an hour drive for us to get up there from Cincinnati, it's well worth the trip. Keep up the amazing work!

This place is awesome! Axe throwing and pinball in one location! We came for the pinball and it did not disappoint. Tons of machines (I think over 30) and they are $1 per play using a reloadable card. There is full bar service, thought it took us about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Poor girl behind the bar obviously wasn't used to bartending and still also had to check in all the axe throwers. But once we got our drinks, they tasted great and the pins were well maintained, not a single stuck ball all night!

This place blew my pinball expectations out of the water! Almost all 31 games are premiums and they are all extremely well kept. Tom and the whole staff are super friendly and helpful. If you get a $20 card, with bonus credits each game only ends up costing 83.3 cents! With matches, replay values, and extra balls turned on, that is quite a good deal!

Axe throwing and pinball games. Nice environment with a good variety of beer options. My only critique is that some games seemed expensive. All games are $1?so even the grabber and claw games cost as much as the pinball games, shooting or driving. Great option for visitors wanting to kill time on a weekday night.

Incredible venue and selection of games. Loved sitting at the marble bar with the cool illuminating glow from underneath. A friend recommended the Cherry Wood from the cocktail menu and it was outstanding. Fast and friendly service. I am a pinball hobbyist and was very impressed with the titles, quality and cleanliness of each machine. They played great! Such a cool venue with a lot of atmosphere. We'll be back.

First off - location is clean, staff is wonderful, everyone I interacted with was sweet. ZERO complaints with the staff, and my experience was fine. but management is asleep at the wheel and it was obvious the moment I stepped in the door. If a strawberry margarita with Jose Cuervo counts as a signature drink I don't want to know what well drinks are. Prizes are boring and low-effort - nobody wants your pokemon repacks, dude. We called ahead to see if we needed reservations for the axe throwing- they said they had an opening at 4:30. So we arrived about 10 min late, and the person behind the desk said that we had to wait until 6:00 because we missed the 4:30 spot. The weird part was that all the axe throwing lanes were empty. The whole place was basically empty. I'm sure there is a valid reason for these rules, but we left feeling very confused. Nothing about this made any logical sense. Not a great or welcoming experience.

Alexis, the bartender was amazing! She took time to go through the drinks and made us her favorite, which was delicious! Pinball was great with plenty of machines. Along with the basketball game and ski ball. Great place, highly recommend!

My wife and I have been here several times and there are so many wonderful things to say about this place. First time going to the axe throwing and it was a great time. We lucked out because we didnt have a reservation and then again when the bartender accidentally gave my drink a little extra. Good times and great variety of pinball machines. For a good time id check this place out and try one of their cocktails or craft beers.

We love Level Up! My 2 year old daughter is always begging to go and I gotta say we always have a great time! She loves the ducky claw game, and skeball. There is a great selection of pinball games for the small space and the bar is great! My daughter always wants a water while we are there and the bartenders are always so quick to help us. If you want a date night or family date night this is the place to go!

I love this pinball bar. First of all, the staff and service are fantastic, quick and friendly. Yummy drinks!!! Getting set up for play is quick and easy at their kiosk and it's just a fun and lively atmosphere. I stopped in on a whim and now come back weekly. The pinball game variety is terrific and they also have video games, some air hockey, skeet ball and hoops. This place is always clean and I feel very safe when I'm there.

So I came her for my first time tonight. Very cool they have mocktails for those of us that can't drink. Splinter was awesome. I didn't get the names of the two behind the bar tonight but they were also very accommodating and explained everything to me. Will return as long as those three are working there.

Was disappointed Cali, my 9 yr old wasn't strong enough to throw axes far enough on the other side of this establishment, we made up for it at level up, where I was able to teach her the finer art of pinball, and had gotten in several games of ski ball, and air hockey. Had a wonderful time, the staff here is top notch. Look forward to our next visit!

Holy cow! Apparently the others leaving reviews on this place haven't been to the other barcades in Dayton. Now before I trash this place I do wanna say the bartenders were very nice and attentive and my issues are not their fault. So first off the drink prices are astronomical, I paid $10 for a drink that I routinely get at DK effect for $4. At first I brushed it off until I realized?.. they don't have there games on free play. So these crooks wanna charge premium prices for drinks and charge you per game.

Place was awesome and has so many great machines. Didn't want to leave. The service was awesome. Had some help from someone new, I think her name was Amber and she was great. Will be back again!

Level up pinball bar is a great atmosphere for shenanigans. Axel was exceptionally professional and was able to answer all of our questions as they came. Spicy salsa and Barbie are amazing bartenders. 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing a good beverage while they enjoy their time.

Stopped in tonight with a group of friends and had a great time! Affordable beer and fun atmosphere. Lots of fun games to play, and the Axe Throwing looks fun although didn't get a chance to try it out. Will go back again, for sure.

I go to level up all the time with my husband and it's a great time every time. Fun and unique drinks, and great pinball machines. There are a lot of premium pinball games that we don't see anywhere often.

Great drinks, good machines, and a great upgrade from the axe throwing. The axe throwing would be more enjoyable with a little less employee interaction. Ours seemed bothered that we were there at some points.

Decent litle selection of pinball machines, unfortunately left feeling gypped. Bartender offered and charged me for a double then only gave 2 ounces (should have been 3), and the card machine charges you a credit for the transaction taking away a full play from what you think you're purchasing.

The bartender Jess, was great, great personality, explained everything well from drinks to the process of throwing axes. Great place great entertainment. Would recomend!! Look forward to coming back!!

Had a great experience playing pin ball for our company party.

This was our first experience here. It was fun! Very loud and it felt a little odd having minors sitting at the bar walking around screaming, etc. It was after 9pm on a Friday.
