Had a tween birthday there. The kids had a blast. The facility was great...well designed and organized. Salem was wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions quickly. This was a great experience.

We had a birthday at level up with 9 - 12 year boys. They had a blast for 3 hours of gaming. We got 2 pizzas and drinks via the package level up offers. They have a small kitchen area for serving and stepping away from the games (note this parents). We called and got an easy reservation, was able to communicate with the folks in charge via text / phone. We had the whole place to ourselves for the 3 hours. We had one hiccup with a game not resetting - I texted Salem and he fixed it remotely in 2 minutes. The

This place is amazing. The prices are great, PCs are incredibly powerful and I can play all the games I want to. Not to mention, the games I want to play are always up to date. I love this place so much. I also cannot state how well maintained this place is!! It is SOOOOO clean. The staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond as well. If you're looking to game, this is the absolute best spot in Tucson hands down!!

Level Up Gaming hosted my kid's 10th birthday party. Ten 10-12 year olds had a blast gaming for three hours! Lots of games, lots of accounts, good hardware and cool decoration were all very impressive to the kids. This was good value for a party venue. Salem was super-responsive before the party and for the few tech issues that came up during the party.
