I had my 18 year old daughter?s birthday party with her BFF and everyone had a good time. The staff were very helpful and got the place prepared for the party. Though there were some minor glitches, the team at Let's Play VR was quick to respond and very patient as my daughter and her guests were young ladies with special needs. Jordan was an awesome staff member. My wife and I being totally new to VR, Jordan went step by step on how the controls and menu work and played a ton of scary zombie games (wife was not a fan lol)! They have a lot more wider variety of games for all ages and genre though. It was really fun and an awesome workout. Jordan was also attentive when we clicked the help button when we had questions etc. really awesome place and I wish I tried here sooner.

I took my son there on April 15 at 2:30 PM (this is for management to identify the staff member involved). My son needed assistance selecting a game, so I approached a female staff member. Instead of helping, she shouted from her desk, "Just select the game." We asked again for help, but she was unwilling to leave her desk, even though the place was not busy at the time. Due to this uncooperative and unprofessional attitude, I would not recommend this place.

What a great birthday party at Let's Play VR! If you are looking for a great birthday experience, this place is perfect! Had 20 kids that had a blast and Jordan and Rylan did a great job with the kids! Very affordable and worth ever penny!

A fun experience and at a reasonable price. I also really appreciated that the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable! They helped us get started and even gave my kids help at specific points in the games they were playing. Having that depth of knowledge really shows to me that the people that work here care about what they do. Keep it up!!

Totally recommend. Been there twice, second time with 7 kids. Everyone loved it. Staff will teach you how to use the controllers and help pick a game to get started. And there are a lot of games. If there's a question or problem they take care of it. They also have a couple of driving simulators if that's more your style. The owner is local and works hard to keep customers happy. Will be going again soon...my kids can't wait.

My daughter just had her 10th birthday and loves VR and felt like this was the perfect place. IT WAS. They were awesome as well as patient with all the kids. They were great! Highly recommend for birthday parties! Thank you so much for having us and hosting our daughters party. She loved it!

Just hosted my son's 11th birthday party here and it was BEYOND AMAZING! Jourdan and his staff was incredibly accommodating, all 25 of our kids (ranging from 5 to 15) had a blast and the parents did too! An amazing place to go to if you enjoy. I went there a couple times and enjoyed each of the VR activities I participated in. I had a great time at this establishment, the toys are very friendly. If you don't know how to use this kind of equipment they are more than welcome to guide you through it. So many different games to choose from. This was my first time being here certainly not my last. Great experience I will never forget. Can't wait to bring my kids next time.

Visited this past weekend and my son had a great time. Their internet connection was down but since he played alone, it didn't affect his enjoyment. Their pay system was also impacted but they more than made up for the inconvenience of having to pay cash. The facility had several play stations, and it was clean and inviting. Amazing place. It's fun for all ages. Went for my daughter 13th birthday and beyond impressed of how it went. The staff deserves some kind of award. From having to deal with multiple parties and people from all ages. They were on it. Made sure they helped and walked everyone through step by step if needed.

We go almost weekly and have an awesome time without fail. Colin and Cameron are great. They make it a smooth and easy experience every time. We had so much fun here for a birthday party!! Super nice and helpful staff!! They have little cubicles for each kid and they are all in the same chat room, so they can talk to each other! I was worried kids wouldn't/couldn't play VR for a super long time, but they all had fun, and no one felt motion sickness!! My other kids want a party here now!!

I was walking through the mall and my kid saw this place. He's been wanting a VR system but they're expensive. So I said he can get the 1 hour deal for $35, ended up extending because he and I were both having such a good time. The staff was attentive, and answered all my questions since I want to get a rig for our home. I will definitely be back, phenomenal experience.

I took a detour in the shopping trip to this place and didn't know what to expect. My family and I had a really great time here. The package deals are really worth it and the staff was very friendly. We were helped to our booth by Coollin and Ryan who were super helpful during the visit. Plan on stopping by here again.

Booked My Appointment online for a certain time, came in and gentlemen had told me that they moved my slot time for 15 minutes late due to being behind . Which is FINE, but did not call me to let me know. We waited , so 15 minutes pass by , and i go up to the register due to seeing it was getting busy again. The staff is friendly and patient with kids. The location can be reserved for private parties. The location is always clean and organized. All controllers and masks are cleaned between use. Highly recommend!!

Took my kids and they had an awesome time. We did the 2 people for an hour for 60 and it was definitely worth it. My son and daughter liked that they could play the same game together. I will definitely be back again.

I had a great experience at Let's Play VR. It was my first time in a VR headset and Ryland and Kollin patiently explained to me the controls. They made sure that I would enjoy my stay. Would definitely come again seeing that they added an all day pass for two people only for $60!

Phenomenal Fun! This was my first time trying out virtual reality and the staff made sure that I was informed and comfortable throughout the experience. It was a ton of fun and I will definitely be coming back with friends and family. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a unique and fun experience.

Reasonable price, easy set up. If you come in a group they set up group chat with your friends so you can play multiplayer games together too. Was very impressed and will come back again!
