Customer Reviews

The Left click lounge has a truly phenomenal environment, full of computers, nerds, and if you find yourself here, you probably fit in pretty well with everybody else's here. The prices are fairly reasonable when it seems like a genuine friendly environment to be in. 10/10 would recommend

Hosted a LAN here for Rocket League - phenomenal experience. They opened up for us on Sunday, had the stream playing on multiple TV's, viewing and casting were held in their upstairs section. Great machines, no tech issues, wonderful staff. Highly recommend working with them on events, or just going there to game.

Excellent atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Game selection is pretty good. Some games require you own them, so check the website ahead of time. Very reasonable pricing.

Attended a LAN yesterday, it was the time of my life! Very unique building (stairs although, so it may not be accessible to all). Awesome staff, worked together wonderfully with the Event hosts. Cannot wait to return! ^-^

Dude i went here once a week while i didn't have my pc. BEST PLACE EVER.

Came up for a convention expecting a PC section, but to my surprise. None, so I decided to look up PC gaming lounges, and Left click Lounge came up with good prices and ratings. Showed up the first day and fell in love. Thanks to Left Click Lounge I enjoyed my weekend!

Very cool atmosphere. The location is unique and Left Click fits into it perfectly. The facilities were nice and the computers were great! Best of all is the value for all of this. $10 for an all day pass with great PCs, a study lounge and a nice area for board games is a great value. If you're ever in the area or looking for a fun afternoon with, or without friends. Definitely check it out.

The owner was very friendly, responsive, the place was extremely clean, great variety of games. We really appreciate you opening and allowing us to come and play. My boys had a great experience coming up in playing at your center.

This was my first time at the left click lounge and I enjoyed it. I had never played on a PC before and I think this was the way to do it. The computers were very nice and they ran as smooth as butter. The headsets were very nice and fit comfortably. The water is a nice touch because you get thirsty sometimes. It was a very clean space and it was great.

First time at Left Click Lounge, and it was a treat. They have really nice computers, clean bathrooms and free water bottles. It was also nice we could walk across the street, get sushi to go, and bring it back to our computers. Ten bucks reserves a computer for the entire day, which seemed like a good deal. Really excited lan cafes are coming back, and I'll definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing service, bar none. I came in, right in the last hour until closing time with my computer because I needed drivers downloaded and had no access to the internet. The drivers were downloaded on a flash drive in minutes and installed on my computer. Thank you so much!

I wish I lived in MN so I could come here more often. Left Click was chill and clean, the equipment was solid, and the music they played was on point. The owners working the counter were super friendly and helpful getting us setup. They seemed very passionate about building and sharing a chill, social LAN experience. I can't say enough good things about this place and the owners Ryan and Alyssa (sorry if I butchered the spelling). I look forward to stopping in the next time I'm in MSP.

This place is awesome. Great establishment, great vibe, and great owner/operators. They have console, PC, and table top options. It's perfect for parties. You really can't go wrong here; you're guaranteed to have a good time. Do yourself a favor and stop in if you haven't already. The only issue is parking, but that's on the city. Instead of putting up another one of those ugly, pre-fab, luxury apartment buildings, they should build a huge parking garage instead.

by far the best gaming cafe I've been to. Cleanest, (very important to me) friendliest staff, and great gaming set up. There isn't one thing I can say negative about the place, awesome awesome place to kill an afternoon with some good friends gaming in a social setting.

After staying in a hotel in Eagan for over a week, trying to play Overwatch and Fortnite without lagging, I finally gave in and went to see the folks down at Left Click Lounge. The setup was amazing. All of the computers were clean and obviously taken care of. The headsets, mice, and keyboards worked and felt great to play with. The atmosphere was relaxed and felt like a gamer's haven. Every game played smoothly and with stellar latency. If you're going to check it out, it was a bit tricky to find because

Such a hidden gem. Their set-ups are so good and the folks that run the venue are so nice! Seriously, go support these folks! Also the price is really cheap and they provide free bottled water. ??

This should be a 5 star review. Unfortunately LCL's status of temporarily closed has been extended and prolonged well past the lifting of Covid restrictions. For patrons interested in gaming LAN centers offer gamers, something more than any network, on its own , can provide. LCL's environment was truly stunning We all wish our 'true love might return someday' yet it's most likely it's time to move on. Thank you LCL, for the time we shared together. I'm taking your Barry White CD's, red scarf and toothbrush

Left Click is where it's at. The place is designed perfectly and no detail is overlooked. Fun atmosphere to meet people and play your favorite game. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Minneapolis too.

The owners are super friendly and the place is nice and clean. Computers run great and the vibe in there is dope. Only complaint is that it was a little warm but overall I'll be back!

This place will blow your expectation. The place is kept clean. The CPUs are good quality. Good customer service. And good rates. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to game.

Great staffs who understand gamers and clean, comfortable space. Took me a few minutes to adjust to the light set up and the big screen, so next time I'll ask to help me get familiar.

My first time going to left click lounge the service was absolutly amazing the only thing that could be improved is the amount of games on the pc's but it was still an amazing time and i would reccomend to go to anyone who enjoy's playing games in a social enviorment

The cities needed a place like this! Only thing is the keyboards a pretty small and the lighting is a bit too dark. Other than that friendly staff and decent setups.

Went there on opening night, place was even better than expected. The owner was nothing but friendly and very passionate. Must go place for all gamers from beginners to pros.

Clean and organized. I love going here as a date idea! We are able to game without worrying about whether our systems can run games.

Much needed gaming cafe for cs go and various other pc games around the twin cities.Love the ambience. I wish it expands its operations on other days too.

Awesome place. Clean desks. Swag staff. Free water. Very cool, very swag, I like it.

Awesome service we misunderstood something and they gave us a refund even though we were there for a while. Look at Greg's review, be sure to talk to staff about any questions you have

It's nice and fun but they have the worst hours. Even if they say they say their open they probably aren't.

Left Click is awesome. The employees are great and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it!

Great place for gaming!

I go here to play dota sometimes. It's chill, the computers are legit, and the owners are pretty cool.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
