Great place to host State bowling tournament. Nice place all around, lanes, bar, bathrooms, but the best was the Service. They brought in college athletes to serve on the lanes, great idea. The young gals did a great job on the lanes and after bowling, the staff was great in the bar. Also, the food was good.

We had a wonderful time!! Took the kids (ages 9, 13, and 16) and the wife, and we all had a blast!! Excellent lanes, very clean, great drinks, bar food was good!! Plenty of lanes and house balls for every bowlers needs. Highly recommend.

This place has the worst person working the counter when you want to go bowling. His name is steve and he must have been hurt in the past. All other Wisconsin bowling alley workers are happy to see customers come in, not steve though. Hire some new help. Can't wait for the improvements to this place to be done also, it's going to look Beautiful.

A big house.(36 lanes) very clean house. The kept the shifts of bowling moving along. Their intercom system is dated and virtually useless. Their food service was subpar as a teammate in my squad ended up canceling his order after 45 minutes of waiting for his food to be delivered.

Clean bowling alley. Great pizza. Friendly staff. Apps are really small for the price. My boys always have fun and it's something actually in town so we go every once in awhile.

If you like to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes to get served cold soggy fish this is your place. Sadly the tables around us experienced the same ordeal. Manager did not make us pay for the 3 fish dinners. Busiest day they had in months he said. Not the best excuse in my opinion.

Steve & Taylor are the best cooks a person could ask for and let me tell you all that the perch is out of this world to die for! And the steak and chicken sandwich are simply delicious, big juicey both of them. And the bartender Mike is truly a wonderful man and a hell of a good bartender! Stop in and enjoy yourselves!

Really fun to play with family. Food was good. Bowling balls were ok and greasy which was gross but a lot of people go there so makes sense.

Service was good, the people were awesome. However, charging $7.50 for a standard whiskey sour makes us not want to go back there. Whenever you see the bar have those black magnetic things on top of the bottles, you know the owners are counting every nickel and dime. Yes, life is getting expensive. But, had the drinks been maybe $4 or $5, we would make a plan to visit there again. And the business would have made more money from us instead of gouging drink prices. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Got there, ordered food, proceeded to bowl 2 games between 5 of us, never got any food. Waited almost 2 hours to get food. Never got it. Went to the bar and they had our food in to go boxes. Like they knew they screwed up. The scoring in bowling gives wrong scores. Do NOT go here. It is not worth it.

Well despite their good fish, i have to say i am very disappointed . They say they offer carryout but i was denied . Too busy they said . Well , then they shouldn't offer it at all ! That's just rude and no way to treat customers! Cater to some but not all.

Things have gone downhill with Ledgeview's Friday night fish fry. While it was moderately busy, there were 3 servers, which should be more than enough for the size of the place. We might have been more satisfied if even one of them would have acknowledged us by saying they'd be with us in a bit. It's very apparent that they have no systems in place to coordinate the servers or which tables they cover. If that was in place, it might take care of some of the problems. Very nice place has a arcade place, they have good food and there are different varieties of bowling balls I don't remember how much per person but less for kids more for adults they have the little slide things for the little ones and the place is in very nice shape they also have a bar, food play right when you walk in that had pool

This was our first time here and the lanes were really nice and well maintained! The food was a little pricey but it was good. We went on a Thursday night so it wasn't very busy. The bartender was very nice.

Wisconsin Women State Championship. Lane 8 on Sunday April 2nd kept having to reset. The young men from the local college had been servers. They were great. I really had a very good time until I went to pay my tab. I waited in line for 15 minutes. There was only 1 person working the lane side of the bar. The Ledgeview Lanes team really helped me plan and execute a great client appreciation event. They kept the pizza & soda coming and were very kind & accommodating to my guests - even when more people showed up than expected. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very slow service. They were very busy however the bartenders walked past us many times in the 10 minutes of waiting and never acknowledged us. The worker running food never changed her gloves despite filling ice, handling garbage, touching money, etc. She ate off plates multiple times as she was running food or making pizza. She sniffled a lot and rubbed her nose. Very gross and many food violations were noticed as we sat and watched in disgust.

Great food for a bowling alley, decently priced for a family, awesome service from the servers, nice setup for bowling and gambling machines about 5 in the bar area, there is a area for meetings and parties. The environment is loud but its a bowling alley so. Place is generally packed out on Friday nights, Has some Awesome menu items for fish fry Friday's.

Bowling was fun but the food was HORRIBLE. Two meals for $50. Was expecting the mozzarella sticks to be better for $7 but they were missing all the cheese inside and dripping liquid, so was my chicken sandwich. Forgot all the toppings i paid extra for. Dropping liquid also. Fish sucks.

Went for the Friday fish fry. Got seated right away and ordered a fish fry. Waited over an hour for the food to arrive. Kept looking around and noticed most people sitting around waiting for their food. Terrible kitchen scheduling or maybe lack of experience. Customer service is horrible! Three times I've stood at the bar to for several minutes and would receive no service. This is even after i made eye contact with a worker behind the bar. Complete lack of personality when you do actually talk to someone. They act as though you are burdening them and don't want you to spend money there! No problem I won't!

I was there for a birthday party my manager was hosting and I told her I was gonna go get a soda and asked if I could use my card or if I needed cash and she handed me cash and I went up and I was in line behind like 2-3 people and when it was my turn the employee left for like 15 min and he even made eye contact with me behind the bar and walked up to me and said nope and left. I love going here for regular bowling as its close by and fun to bowl at but I was just told that they will no longer do bowl by the hour. When it used to be like $25 for me and a few friends to now around $50 for the same time spent bowling we are just unsure if we can afford to keep going here.

They put us in the middle of the bowling alley and all the lights were off. It's very difficult to see with lights off. Didn't seem to be too willing to do much about it. Had to go up the counter a couple times and ask if they could move us to a different location. Not impressed and most likely not going back.

I come in around noon, not very busy plenty of seating at bar so I take a seat and after 10mins I noticed people sitting down and getting served but I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional so yeah I left.

Lanes are always good. Food and drinks are good and prices are reasonable. Staff is short, so you get ignored at the bar at times, and waiting hurts your bowling time. Great times had every time.

A worker, Issac, was extremely rude when I walked up asking for his help with an issue. Talked to me as though I was a child that had broken something. Would not recommend coming here.

Came here to enjoy bowling as the hours stated indicate they are open until 12pm. Bar packed, lanes have people in them, showed up at 945pm and waited until this review is being posted. No service, was told they couldn't let us bowl although others continued. I saw 3 different sets of people turned away. Over 10 customers, change your hours if you're not going to be open, and teach your staff to notify customers if you're not open instead of making us wait for 15 minutes for no service at all. Disappointing

For those that bowl regularly: The lanes are oiled before most open bowling sessions for good practice. Lanes are in great condition and the staff is very polite and helpful. I wont give my opinion on ball maintenance as my one experience alone cannot be the one I use. Overall great atmosphere, good lane conditions, and great drinks. Good place for a great time!

Terrible place for a tournament. Half of the place was being used for "open bowl" but was empty, so I tried to grab one of the (many) empty chairs and was told I could not take that and would only be able to stand. The food was overpriced and not very good. Overall it would not come back here for any reason and im very upset a tournament would be held at such a sub-par venue.

It's a fair place for bowling. The facilities are older but the scoring is modern. The staff was unfriendly and seemed like they would rather not be there. The pizza tastes good but the thin crust feels like frozen store bought dough. This is probably unavoidable because it's not the primary focus. They aren't a pizzeria.

This place is horrible! One time I called to reserve lanes for my son's 7th birthday party. They refused to let me reserve lanes and told me there would be enough so to just come. Here for a bowling tournament. Staff made it seem like they didn't want to be hosting the tournament. Ran out of several food items on Saturday in the middle of the day. Servers were not friendly or knowledge about bar specials or drinks. Management not helpful when approached with an issue.

Advertise on the radio about the great fish fry but dont let people know it's going to be an hour plus wait! Also drink prices are pretty steep when every drink is measured out... especially for a bowling alley

Costumer serves is really good. They give you a good price for getting your ball drilled. There pizza is some of the best i have had. There fish fry's are the best I have had. i would recommend Ledgeview lanes for your next bowling trip.

Had a great deal for family, shoes and 3 lanes for an 1 hour n 30 mins. Drinks n food as well. Pool table and bar games to keep busy. Overall nice spot in town to do the family thing.

The customer service is terrible here as soon as I walked in the place and asked for a lane he replies what do.you think? And walked away after I addressed this matter he says are you gonna pay for your lane or not? I asked him is it always this busy due to his terrible ignorance thinking its cause hes busy and actually working

I would typically say all good things about this ally however for the last month during every time I would like to come and bowl they have been closed. Now this is extremely frustrating because they are supposed to be open until 1am but they are closed on a Friday by 9:30pm

Perfect for bowling get togethers or just a good old fish fry. The friday fish fry is generally very busy and for good reason. Hosting bowling parties for birthdays is inexpensive and they also have a banquette area downstairs. The lanes are all maintained well and the staff is very helpful and friendly

Not sure if they are open for regular business, but we have union meetings in the dining area and they are great. Even when they still had the senior leagues going, they were very attentive to us.

We tried to go Saturday night. But it was PACKED. So we went on Sunday when they started open bowling @ 2:30. It was worth rhe wait! $5 for an hour and a half. Plus free soda.

Pretty great bowling alley, with a great selection of food and bowling balls for those who don't have their own. Only issue is that (as it is everywhere) the alleys break down often and need help from employees.

The last few months I have been trying to bowl around 9:30-10:00 on the weekends, while the website states they are open until 1:00 they are consistently closed at 9:00 sometimes sooner because "business is too slow" this is a college town and closing early on Friday and weekends is horrible for business and loses money. If you're a college student looking to bowl with friends goodluck at Ledgeview lanes.

Incredibly unfriendly staff, food prices have increased, there are no tables in the bowling area despite it also being a restaurant, the tables outside the bowling area are chipping and have super uncomfortable hard plastic chairs that cut into your legs. My wife and I took our two Grandchildren bowling. We chose Ledgeview Lanes. I hadn't be bowling in many years. The front desk Man was very helpful with choosing the right shoes.and explaining the auto score features. Where we could find the proper light weight bowling balls for my Grandchildren. The lanes were clean and well maintained. The over all experience was great will definitely return. Maybe you could help us talk my wife into joining us next time. Saturday April 7th 2018.

Love the fish fry on Friday's. Servers are the best. It's a bowling complex, but if the food is good I'm there.

For the past few weeks my friends and I have tried to go bowling here. Every time we call they say they are closing and it's not even 10 pm. If the place says open until 12, stay open until 12. Not a place to go later in the evening

There is NO food in the world that is worth waiting an hour and a half for. And when we decided to pull the plug on this fiasco of a Friday night fish fry - we had to wait 10 more minutes for our bar bill and even longer to actually pay it. Ledgeview Lanes should probably stick to bowling and beer.
