Customer Reviews

arcade is fun, employees will not pay attention to you at all when you want to cash in your tickets. They'll just stare at you while continuing their conversations with coworkers.

Buy a play card and get a bonus $5 game card. Gets crowded inside but the kids luv it. Cash out digital tickets and get prizes.

Nice and clean. Good, working games ??. Recommend this arcade.

It was a very short run & though it sounded exciting with different levels, it really wasn't so elaborate. I've preferred other laser tag places. Also, the wait was super long & it seemed like the group before us got way longer we did inside.

Fun spot to visit while in the area.

If you're looking for a fun time at the arcade without breaking the bank, I wouldn't recommend this place. The prices here are ridiculously high, and it's hard to justify spending so much for such a short amount of time. The games themselves are pretty standard, nothing too special or unique. Plus, the staff isn't particularly helpful. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience here and would give it a 1-star rating. If you're in the area, I'd recommend checking out something else instead. I wen

Came in to see the laser tag arena because I'm planning my birthday there. The lady upfront would not let me in to see the arena because she can't let anybody in without a vest. There was nobody actively playing so I told her fine put a vest on me so I can see the arena, and then she said no sorry I can't do that. They charge 10$ per person for a 5 min round. If I were to bring people to my birthday party and pay 10$ per person for 5 minutes, I want to make sure that the place I'm bringing people to for my

Nice spot to spend some time and to have fun

We went for lazer tag yesterday afternoon. The female worker was very nice. We got to play games while we waited. She got us into a group so it would be more fun. We really appreciated it. We'll be back!

Excellent place with great games, affordable prices and GREAT staff. The "Blinking Tiles" game malfunctioned, take 4 of our dollars. A GREAT guy named Nick who works there came over to help. He fixed the game, then asked us to "test" it for him by playing two rounds for free... then he put our lost $4.00 back on our card... then a few minutes later we saw him fixing another game and he asked if we wanted to test (play) the Power Punch game for him for free after he had fixed it as well! Great guy, Great pla

Highly disappointed by this arcade. Several machines were out of order, rude staff when I voiced my concerns about three different games taking my money, and most games were disgusting due to lack of attention. I wanted this to be better but it was lackluster and disappointing on several levels. When I did engage an employee she was extremely rude and treated me poorly. I would not recommend this unless it's pouring rain and you need a place to shelter.

I love the game selection, location, and price per game is alright but last time I went nearly half or all the arcade games were out of service it was so crowded I didn't ask for a refund but that is common for arcades unfortunately. Still like it here though on days it's not so crowded ( which is to no fault of the arcade) lol just saying because it's super small.

Great arcade, lost of games and prizes!

The arcade was some good fun but it was small so things got old pretty fast.

It's fun. $1.50 per game is a little steep and their selection for prizes is not great but still a good time.

All I wanted to do is play some laser, but none of the staff are trained yet so the experience is lacking. They have zero training on the system and do not support membership matches, even colour conquest is too advanced for the staff to learn. I've been hung up on by multiple staff members when trying to get this information. And when I finally managed to get through to the one person that knows the arena after a month of calling and emails, he tells me to go play somewhere else. It's really disappointing,

Reasonable selection of arcade, reasonable prize as well, most games cost a dollar to play, and I'd say most games are winnable with practice, it has a lot more coin pushers now then before. Spent 20 dollars and in return got about an hour of intense entertainment and 3-4 little prizes, it's not bad.

Probably just ok for bringing kids that are easily entertained but nothing special. It does have a Dave & Buster card-to-play system but appears to also take cash for most machines. Some give tickets for presumably trading for the standard arcade stuff.

Half of the games don't work correctly at all anymore. Huge waste of money even by typical tourist trap standards. You'll spend all your money and you won't even get to play a properly functioning game. It's a double waste.

Fun games but prizes for tickets are very insignificant for the amount you spend on games

Good atmosphere. Helpful employees. Some of the games were great, some pretty much sucked. Loved Lazer tag, but I wish it was a longer game.

I walked by this place didn't participate. Apart of the other games in Belmont park.

Dope dubstep soundtrack, and multiple levels. Would tag again. "Let's rock!"

Don't ever take your kids here.. all the kid games are broken and it's just a hangout for older preys.. highly suggest you avoid

So much fun! Great games and super fun laser tag! A bit pricy but worth it

Great place for kids, arcade is everything but still fun and nice for after the beach all day. Hint, get the say pass for unlimited rides.

Laser tag was very fun......had a problem with one piece of equipment but staff swapped it out very quickly! Small but plenty of space for what you're doing!

Usually really crowded and kinda lame games. Belmont is better for a fun arcade date!

Unlimited play for $20 great deal. They let you keep playing and are cool about it. Good size arena.

Fun games but several are missing parts(throwing balls and skee balls) Staff is friendly Great location

I loved it because it's great I do a lot of things with my friends I was so I really advise you to go

One of my favorite places. Has that classic carnival feel and all the games are great and never feel outdated or crappy.

All claw machines are rigged if you didn't know that you're dumb it's the part of playing claw machines dummies

The machine ate my money ($20) and the staff helped me out and gave me a new card.

This place is real fun for kids they enjoy coming here and play. It's cheap too.

Excellent arcade location at the heart of Belmont Park. Prices are reasonable!

It's ok. They have some fun games. Seems a little pricey.

Went during the off season, but my wife and I still had a blast

This arcade was so fun! There were so many games and the prizes were great.

Pretty standard arcade not clean not overly dirty. Everything seems expensive but was fun.

Awesomeness Great fun

Good laser tag course along with a laser maze (think spy movies). The arcade also has a good selection of new games.

Awesome place for a date. love the variety of games they have

Very fun but very small and the staff was less than enthusiastic to be there.

prices of machines went up by a stupid amount

Barely any games available. Could not enter inside only 7 games were available.

I scored a 885 on the punch thing beat that lames

We had so much fun at this arcade!

The rounds are awfully short.

Great arcade with reasonable prices!

Love it, great for few people!

The people here have 0 manners and they're hella aggressive

Get out the way when I'm beating up on people on the air hockey table. It gets serious! ??

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
