Kids had a great time. Staff was awesome explaining how things worked. It's really decent pricing. They even offer group rates!

We went to LazerX on Monday, around 3 or 4 PM. It was amazingly fun! I took 2 teenage boys with me, who enjoyed it much more than CombatOps. LazerX is less expensive & the pricing easier to follow. I spent about 90 buck there & I even got to play a Halo game shooting alien bugs! We spent 200 or more at the other place & didn't get to play as many games. The staff at both places were really nice but the laser tag area was larger at 2 stories for LazerX.

Brought the 3 kids over for some Saturday fun. The pricing is good and the kids had an absolute blast. The staff was very helpful and facilities clean. All I heard the whole way home was how fun it was. What I will add, is that the $10 for 60 tokens is a great deal!! We played for an hour with 3 kids for $10. This was a great way to end our time here after playing a game of laser tag. This deal made it feel worth your time and money. We will be back!

I went here with my friends and had a wonderful time. Our game of laser tag was managed very well and the worker (I think his name was Jackson) was helpful and kind when helping us put on our vest along with laughing at our jokes with us. A wonderful place to have some fun. Jackson did a wonderful job and went above and beyond making sure we had a great time. I definitely will be returning with my buddies.

Still the best place to go Lazer tagging in ft Wayne. The ppl are great and super helpful. It is a great place to take kids. The arcade isn't overly expensive like other places and they have newer arcade games.

Great place for laser tag. Pricing is extremely reasonable per round. Had a blast. The wait when I visited was non existent but they have always done a good job getting you in as quickly as possible.

The people at the birthday party who actually played laser tag had fun. The arcade however was nuts. None of us had ever been anywhere where we had to wait in line to play a singular ski ball machine. There are only a handful of games and most of them had lines. A few of them, like the coin slide, ticket claw machine, and the car game closest to the wall, just eat your tokens. The token machine wouldn't even take any of my cards so we used the tokens that came with the birthday party. Which is good because

It was a little too busy on a Saturday eve for my preferences, but my 9 and 11 year-olds still had a great first experience. The only thing I'd really complain about is that 2 (out of 15 or so total units) of the best arcade games were inoperable at the time of our visit, making the money we spent on tokens sort of a bust. We had a double birthday party over the weekend with a total of 20 kids and everything went smoothly! The kids had a blast and the Lazer X staff was incredibly kind and helpful. This was one of the best birthday parties yet!

We had an awesome time and the staff there were the friendliest! I had a party in one of the birthday rooms with about 40 people. Workers offered extra plates/utensils, were flexible with times, and were offering to help carry presents to the truck. The experience was so good, I asked the manager to write down all of the names of the people who helped yesterday. So thank you to Jackson, Lydia, Abby, Caitlyn, and Isaih! We will be back.

We came to Lazer X for their home school special. It was $12.00 for three games which lasted approximately an hour and a half. With that they also got four tokens per game, so a total of 12 tokens for the three games. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about all the aspects I asked about. All of the kids had a fantastic time! I would have loved to see a lounge area possibly with a big glass set apart from the noise and the dark lighting where parents could see the kids but not be in the action.

Staff is awesome! I'm giving it a 3 star because the games are out dated, and they don't give out many tickets for the cost.

Lazer X is a great place to do an afternoon kids birthday party. The laser packs work great, there is a private party room, and some typical arcade games.

We had a great time here for our son?s 10th birthday party! The staff was kind and helpful. They told us to let them know if we needed anything. The staff took good care of the kids while they played and everyone had a great time! Easiest birthday party ever! Highly recommend!

We went to Laser-X for a party. It is a fun environment and my kiddo enjoyed themself. Also loved the more old-school use of tokens for games. The only issue that I had was the somewhat spastic employee who had a fit there were parents in the briefing room to supervise a group of 16 9 year old boys. While I understand completely that it causes ticket confusion, there's just gotta be a better method. My child had never been to Laser X before, has a developmental disability, and wanted to participate.

We came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and this was very fun. The lazer tag was awesome. The whole play area seemed very large with all 3 floors. Not only that, but they had the first arcade that still uses tickets and coins that I have seen in YEARS. It was very fun, and I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in the area.

Lazer tag was great! A large place to play and lots of fun. Few video games available to play so I suggest just making it a day of lazer tag.

This is the second year in a row we held our son's birthday party here. Such a great experience both times. It's so fun, clean, and well themed inside. A great value too. The kids have a blast, and I even enjoyed it myself. The staff (especially tonight) were so friendly and excellent with our group of kids. They took the good experience to the next level. Highly recommend visiting on a summer weeknight. We basically have had the whole place to ourselves both times.

Great experience! Our first game master was amazing. The second was a karen-funsucker... not because she yelled at kids for running, which was warranted, but because her attitude was if she didn't want to be there... Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend

Took my son and his friend out, I was pleasantly surprised at the price for 2 games of tag and 120 tokens. My son likes it so much he wants to work there and is disappointed he's too young yet. May end up making this a monthly thing, it's great fun. Staff was incredible, working hard and keeping people served and not getting behind despite being clearly short-staffed. Well done everyone.

The facilities are really cool but the employees were awesome! I had a boy with me for my son?s birthday party who had some apprehensions and was a little overwhelmed. After missing one game, the employees noticed and offered to give him a private tour of the arena in between games. Their friendliness and patience made all the difference! I saw all these good reviews and thought maybe they were doing better after my last 2 bad experiences about a year ago. They're worse off now then they where before. They'd rather group around and talk then help you, and they are extremely snobby and snotty. The dude running the tiller had a really bad attitude and made me want to leave immediately. Staff overall are friendly. We had a birthday party there and when we arrived we were somewhat dismissed because we were 10 minutes early, which we did confirm ahead of time was ok, the organization was not there all the way down to getting drink orders. But the party was good. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic as you would expect. Facility was clean. About 3 machines were out of order. Would recommend still

We took our son to laser tag and had a blast! They recently updated the guns and have the option to utilize other weapons/tools synced to the weapon. My only complaint is, I wish the arcade was bigger. The lobby is small and crowded but other than that, we had a fantastic time. 4/5 would recommend.

For a family of 5, we paid $7 each for a 30 minute session of laser tag. The price was fair for the amount of fun we had. The arena is family friendly and makes it easier for younger kids to play with everyone else. The arcade was nice. 140 tokens cost $20. Each game requires between 2-3 tokens, so the kids played for over an hour. Quite a few of the games weren't operating, but other than that we had no complaints. It's a good spot for family fun when the weather isn't very good.

Arcade area isn't anything wild, but the facility is pretty cool, staff was friendly, and in today's world the price was pretty reasonable. Took a group of kids for my son's birthday and they all had a great time. We'll likely go again.

Always a great environment for kids! Came in unannounced and was able order a pizza for our small party, even though they had a couple other parties going on. The employees are always kind and respectful. Hopefully Laser X can add to their arcade games at some point.

Just went a couple of hours ago and had soooo much fun! I ended up getting 2nd place in the laser tag and the arcade was awesome, too. Their prices are very very reasonable and the employees are really nice. Definitely the best place to go if you're into laser tag and arcades. Oh, and they're open late!

Had a great time adults and kids alike! The time in the arena is longer than in some of the other Lazer tag venues. Only complaint is none of us ever had a clear understanding of where the bases were or which other targets (mounted ones not people) we should aim to "destroy". It didn't detract from the fun however!

One of the best Laser Tag places I've been too from size and decor alone. It has standard vests as any other place but it has multiple floors to shoot each other from. The arcade prices seem to be decent with 60 tokens being the best deal which should get you 15 games to play. The initial walk in definitely left a big smile on my Little from Big Brothers Big Sisters face and it is now his favorite place to be.

This was the first time I was back since they reopened and it was great! We celebrated a 10 year old's birthday and booked a party in one of their rooms. The price was very affordable and the staff was accommodating to our needs. We all had lots of fun in the new and very clean facility. For the laser tag, it's your typical laser tag with a chest pack and gun. The arena is also very similar to what they had in the past with up and down ramps as well as cover. Would recommend for child's birthday party!

I brought my show choir here from WV the morning of our competition for some down time. The staff at Lazer X was extremely helpful in setting us up, and were super friendly when we got there. This is a top notch, and very fun, experience!

My kids love laser tag and video games, so Lazer X is a fun treat. We visited for a birthday and all the boys had a ball. Little ones can enjoy playing even when there are bigger kids. Plan to spend some money if you're buying multiple laser tag games and playing arcade games between. This place has some games that give tickets for little prizes. My youngest is six and I always see teens, so this is a good spot for almost any kid.

Our family came here for my son's 14th birthday. It was so much fun and good exercise! I am in shape and was sweating pretty good since there were young kids playing. Had a great time!

My son attended a birthday party here. He really enjoyed it. But caution that this place is for older kids. Don't make the mistake of taking a 6 year old and throwing him in with the older kids.

So much fun. Has 4 levels high to play in and dark with black lights and the whole family played. Even my 4yr old. They put that she only had the trigger to shoot. Where we shot it like a real laser gun. It was epic fun!

Great place to go laser tagging with friends. They have a great little arena and some good weapon options. If you go to ultra zone this is a great step up. If you're looking for something even more though, I would suggest combat Ops. But this is a good little place for the money. Also as a bonus tip, if you go for more bases than people you'll usually win.

Took my niece and nephew here after Christmas and had a BLAST! It's a ton of fun and the new equipment works great. It's $7-8 per game per person, depending on how many you play.

It was my first time playing Lazer tag, and it was awesome! It's like you're in the cargo hold of a starship, and you're defending it from invaders. You get two battles for one price. There are plenty of other arcade games, and I was wonderfully exhausted by the time I used up the bag of complementary tokens you get with the price of admission. I went as part of a birthday party. Me and my mom traveled from Indianapolis to Cincinatti for a road trip, stopped here and stopped at a Lazer X in Indianapolis to compare the two, you guys are outstanding!! Lazer X is such an awesome place to go laser tagging with your friends! Equipment works well, there are a bunch of walls to hide behind and there are two levels to run around. I definitely enjoyed my time there and will back soon!

Lazer X is an awesome place to take your family or group. They were all very accommodating and friendly. We brought a group of nearly 70 and even got a deal. Thank you Lazer X for the memories that our students will have forever!

As a lover of laser tag in general, Lazer X provides a great experience with a 3-floor battle environment with many features that one may not at first expect from laser tag, as well as a collection of arcade games, from which tickets can be recieved. Overall, a wonderful place to go to get some well-needed exercise or just to have fun.

It's ok, much better before the fire. Staff quality is just not there. They don't care what happens in the areana. A child was hit by another and they refused to do anything. They said there's nothing we can do. They do not promote sportsmanship, as long as you pay your fee. Just be ready. It is cool and fun but be ready for anything.

Kids will be kids and mine had a blast. . It could be a little better 8f there were a few more games that paid out high in tickets: a hard to lose game for the younger kids. And a maintenance man for all the broke down games

I took my 13 year old here with some friends and his little brother and sister for his birthday. We had a great time and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Not real large, lighting in game room dark, had hard time reading machines for token numbers. Ticket turn in machine NOT accurate, had won 130 tickets at once, it was checked by me then counted by ticket eater as 120. So final count of ALL tickets may have been off by quite a bit. Ended up with 350 we had thout 382.

Lazy tag was really fun. Terminator arcade was out of order so that was sad. People at front desk we're fun to talk to. All in all a fun experience. Recommend place to go.

Just go to ultrazone. The vests don't fit well, the lasers shoot way too fast, promoting spamming, and the laser they shoot is huge. The vests reload quickly, all together this promotes little kids to follow you and spam tye trigger, with no real motivation to retreat. My kids hated it.
