I had an excellent experience thanks to our server, Lynn. From the moment we were seated, Lynn was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The company I work for is a frequent flyer & we keep coming back for Lynn! I wish she had more shifts! Everything came out quickly and just as we ordered, and Lynn?s positive attitude really added to the overall experience. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great service. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, I waited over 30 minutes for drinks. When I approached the bar, the bartender said I couldn't order multiple drinks without both parties present and that I couldn't bring drinks to the table, only wait for a waitress. After an hour with no service, despite seeing the waitress visit other lanes, she never arrived. Later, a janitor asked me to put on my shoes. Good father's day gift from my 2 daughters. We had a fantastic time throwing the bowling ball down the lanes. The pizza & wings were delicious and the grandkids played video games when they had enough of bowling.

When I came to bowl, everything was fine, but when it came to go to the games, it was horrendous. Most of the games were not working, and when I decided to move on to the Photo Booth, that was also broken. For example, it cost 20 credits to start the photo, and after it takes 3 photos, you have to pay 5 dollars to get the photos. As I didn't have 5 dollars on hand, I got to the ATM, but realizing that was also messed up, I went to ask for help, only for a lady at the desk to tell me someone was coming to fi

Go there to watch my son bowl in his high school league. 54 lanes, game area, food service by waitress and delivered to your lane. Had the loaded nachos, very good size portions and delicious. Separated Restaurant with 6 or 8 lanes in other side if you like a nice place to eat with more private atmosphere. Clean bathrooms and well staffed.

The bowling experience is great. But the service (waiters) are so incredibly slow. But the time they get to us, we're already planning where we're going to go eat and order drinks afterward. They're missing out on so much money because of the slow wait staff. We'd stay longer and spend a lot more money if they got to take our order.

Went here for a sweet sixteen. Server was named Lynn. She was amazing! Smiled the whole time, was very friendly and made the experience great. The food was also excellent and we had a wonderful time.

Staff were helpful and the space was clean. I appreciated that they provided special bowling balls for kids. I wish the ice cream place had been open! Prices were okay, but I think the cost of shoe rental seemed a bit steep.

We went to laurel lanes last Thursday for a birthday party . The location is great right on Rt. 73. Great place to hangout with friends and good place to have kids birthday party here. Usually there are packages for 2 hrs . It includes pizza and rest of the food you can order here like fries , chicken tenders, nachos . Kids love this place . Would definitely recommend this .

Experience wasn't the best. First time I bowled here the lane took chunks off of my ball. Second time around when trying to make a reservation a lady told us we'd be out in VIP and to hold on for 8 minutes. Here as part of a school field trip to bowl. Took a while for the server to show up. When I ordered food, it came out fast. But the people next to me still didn't get their food after almost an hour, and still waiting. Bowling is good. Arcade is decent. Just heads-up about the food wait time!

Great place that hosted our fraternity and sorority fundraiser. The lanes have updated technology and you can customize your game with selfies and other features. They have a bar in the back area and plenty of parking. It's a good time.

I absolutely love coming to Laurel Lanes for their unlimited bowling deal from 8:30pm-close. Their staff is super friendly - shoutout to the best employee there, Jordan!!! Always willing to help out whenever there's an issue or something we need, and always greets us with a smile. 4/10/25 Attendant is not that helpful. First I asked why was there no speed indicated in my game, he said he is going to look into it. We had a blast. The pizza could have been larger for the price I paid. And I wish you could play pool by the game you have to pay by time. I think that's a little weird. But the bowling lanes are great !!!!

The staff was very rude and our food was cold. I also saw the bartender grab cherries, lemons, orange slices, etc with her bare hands without gloves. I did not see her wash her hands after. Not a good experience, something has to change!

A bit pricey. Lots of fun for the entire family. I can't bowl, but there's space for family to sit together and laugh, eat and have drinks or ice cream together. FOOD: Wingettes were 16 for $25. The barbecue wings are awesome, though the garlic parm were my fave a year ago (more sauce was needed this time around). The game room has been upgraded like crazy and is very spacious. Attended the lanes for the 1st time last Saturday and it was nice bar staff was fast and friendly. Food was ok ordered boneless wings and loaded fries. The bathrooms however are disgusting for this to be a family oriented place. Thank god I carry my own disposable seat coverings ordered from TEMU fyi, for my 7 years old. I've been coming here for a long time and this is my home away from home. It's only become more inclusive i.e. LGBTQIA as the years go on. We arrived for a birthday party and after standing at the counter for 5 minutes, while holding my autistic toddler... I was told to walk to another register for help. We were the visiting team today for high school bowling. Last time we bowled at Laurel Lanes the lanes were a little dry. Today, the lanes were very very dry, barely any shine reflecting from the lanes. The balls gripped the lane very quickly when thrown. Bowlers on both teams were frustrated. We had a large group who had to reserve lanes separately? and with the kids being off of school the bowling alley was a little overwhelmed with alllllll of the groups trying to bowl at the same time. They could not place all of our group together and we were quite upset. BUT the manager Kathy saved the day! She was nothing but accommodating! She even helped us out when our pins were stuck! Nice bowling alley but it definitely felt like something (a fight) could jump off on a Saturday night. There was a security presence. If I go back, I will definitely book the luxury suites, that area looked chill. Our server was great he kept our pitchers full, the lanes are awesome, I love that there is a big screen TV over the pins on each lane. The pizza was average. Arcade looks cool, plenty of pool tables.

A fun experience with plenty of lanes to play on and other activities to choose from like video games and pool. Service is a little shaky as it took a long time to get someone in our area for food and drinks.

Staff was very friendly, and even with going on a weekend night and being busy, we were still able to just walk in and get a lane and shoes and everything setup very quickly

Attended a birthday party in the smaller bowling alley section and it was awesome. Food, drinks, service, and games were excellent. The atmosphere was great. I'd rent the space out for a family party or business event in a heartbeat.

This place is almost too good to be true. Very high quality bowling experience, great food and drinks, amazing friendly staff, and surprisingly reasonable prices for everything. Even if I didn't want to bowl, this is a great happy hour spot. We got 2 lanes for 2 hours with shoes, pizza, soft drinks all included for around $23 per person (8 people).

It was very cool, but I was at the bar and my bartender was new. She had only been there for 3 days but she was working hard and was still learning to use the register but I was never without a drink and she was very friendly. There are a few waitresses who do not make a reasonable effort to serve every guess for some reason. I've been skipped several times by certain waitresses while people on both sides of me got served by the same waitress. I could go on and on about evidence to support the obvious profiling but I won't. Some employees here don't deserve a job. Came on a Tuesday at 12:30p with my client who has Autism. He had a med ice coffee because he knows they don't sell it. He's 65 and enjoys it. The place was dead and they still made him put it in the car. I could see if was busy or they sold that , they don't even sell coffee. Ridiculous. Gonna bust the balls of a gentleman who is 65 and has Autism over an ice coffee. Do better?

Overall great! Well-stocked and up to date arcade. Clean. Had minor technical issues on lane 34 (occasional pins not being counted properly, one time it did not move to the next frame properly). Staff was very accommodating and provided great service. Ice cream was fantastic!

I went on 06/17/2024. The game room is nice. But they asked for my driver?s license and credit card as a trust, so I gave it. We just played games. We didn't drink or eat anything. They withdrew a $140.21 payment from Splitz bar & grill from my card. Those who go to play games need to be careful. I filed a complaint.

Great staff and I love the hospitality of the bartenders. I come here because of the good vibes created by the bartenders. Great events such as trivia on Tuesdays, karaoke/open mic night on alternating Wednesdays, and Mario kart/smash brother competitions. As for food, my go to is the shrimp quesadilla and Cobb salad. They always make them good. The food specials during happy hour and during Phillies/eagles games are great too.

I was visiting for a kids birthday party recently and was impressed! It's been a few years since my last visit and they have made upgrades to the facility. Our server LYNN was awesome! Very attentive to our party and had a personable charm. Highly recommend making a visit for a good time.

Decent place but understaffed Bar tender acknowledged me then ignored me despite only 4 at the bar. Our lane service was awesome but food came out slow and she wasn't around enough(saw she was swamped doing her best) Everyone was wonderful. Just thinkntheybwould benefit from a few more servers

The kids bowl free summer program is awesome! On top of that, they offer kids' meal for a great price, and $1.99 ice cream at Lickety Splitz. Everyone is so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but the VIP section looks amazing!

Had a great time! It's been years since I've been. There was a group of 15 of us, and while we were waiting for everyone in our party to arrive, we sat at the bar. The bartender Diana took care of us the entire time we were there. There was a hiccup with my food order and she took care of it! Will be returning.
