Customer Reviews

I had an excellent experience thanks to our server, Lynn. From the moment we were seated, Lynn was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The company I work for is a frequent flyer & we keep coming back for Lynn! I wish she had more shifts! Everything came out quickly and just as we ordered, and Lynn?s positive attitude really added to the overall experience. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great service. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, I waited over 30 minutes for drinks. When I approached the bar, the bartender said I couldn't order multiple drinks without both parties present and that I couldn't bring drinks to the table, only wait for a waitress. After an hour with no service, despite seeing the waitress visit other lanes, she never arrived. Later, a janitor asked me to put on my shoes. I asked to speak with the manager, who arrived dismissively and asked, "Can you put your shoes on?" Despite over five waitstaff being on

Everyone was friendly and helped out alot even tho they were extremely busy on a Saturday night. Enjoyed the drinks and cosmic bowling. FYI management a worker by the name Jaleel was extremely helpful, when no one was around and I needed help he sorted me out like 3 times with all the questions I had like how to set up the game, add bumpers, and even how to order drinks. He was extremely kind and friendly

Good father's day gift from my 2 daughters. We had a fantastic time throwing the bowling ball down the lanes. The pizza & wings were delicious and the grandkids played video games when they had enough of bowling.

When I came to bowl, everything was fine, but when it came to go to the games, it was horrendous. Most of the games were not working, and when I decided to move on to the Photo Booth, that was also broken. For example, it cost 20 credits to start the photo, and after it takes 3 photos, you have to pay 5 dollars to get the photos. As I didn't have 5 dollars on hand, I got to the ATM, but realizing that was also messed up, I went to ask for help, only for a lady at the desk to tell me someone was coming to fi

Go there to watch my son bowl in his high school league. 54 lanes, game area, food service by waitress and delivered to your lane. Had the loaded nachos, very good size portions and delicious. Separated Restaurant with 6 or 8 lanes in other side if you like a nice place to eat with more private atmosphere. Clean bathrooms and well staffed.

The bowling experience is great. But the service (waiters) are so incredibly slow. But the time they get to us, we're already planning where we're going to go eat and order drinks afterward. They're missing out on so much money because of the slow wait staff. We'd stay longer and spend a lot more money if they got to take our order.

Went here for a sweet sixteen. Server was named Lynn. She was amazing! Smiled the whole time, was very friendly and made the experience great. The food was also excellent and we had a wonderful time.

Staff were helpful and the space was clean. I appreciated that they provided special bowling balls for kids. I wish the ice cream place had been open! Prices were okay, but I think the cost of shoe rental seemed a bit steep.

We went to laurel lanes last Thursday for a birthday party . The location is great right on Rt. 73. Great place to hangout with friends and good place to have kids birthday party here. Usually there are packages for 2 hrs . It includes pizza and rest of the food you can order here like fries , chicken tenders, nachos . Kids love this place . Would definitely recommend this .

Experience wasn't the best. First time I bowled here the lane took chunks off of my ball. Second time around when trying to make a reservation a lady told us we'd be out in VIP and to hold on for 8 minutes. While waiting the moment the 8 minutes are up she leaves her shift and when confronting another employee he states that we were never on the waiting list and was rude about it. We told him the other employee told us she put us on the list but wouldn't believe us. What makes the experience bad is that she

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kristen at Laurel Lanes for a recent event, and I can't express enough how incredible she was throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfectly planned and executed. Kristen took the time to listen to my needs and really personalized the event to fit my vision, offering helpful suggestions and keeping me updated every step of the way. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was ta

Here as part of a school field trip to bowl. Took a while for the server to show up. When I ordered food, it came out fast. But the people next to me still didn't get their food after almost an hour, and still waiting. Bowling is good. Arcade is decent. Just heads-up about the food wait time!

Great place that hosted our fraternity and sorority fundraiser. The lanes have updated technology and you can customize your game with selfies and other features. They have a bar in the back area and plenty of parking. It's a good time.

I absolutely love coming to Laurel Lanes for their unlimited bowling deal from 8:30pm-close. Their staff is super friendly - shoutout to the best employee there, Jordan!!! Always willing to help out whenever there's an issue or something we need, and always greets us with a smile. My friends and I are becoming super frequent bowlers here and will continue to bowl here.

4/10/25 Attendant is not that helpful. First I asked why was there no speed indicated in my game, he said he is going to look into it. After a few throws, I was expecting that it woul be fixed, but nothing happened. So I have to go back to him and to be told that that lane doesn't have a speed indicator. The second thing that happened, the receptionist told me that I will be moved to another lane as there will be a league in my lane. He just told me that I will be moved somewhere to the right. And when I we

This was a fun night I enjoyed and will remember! Highly recommend to anyone who like to bowl with friends. Staff was excellent !

We had a blast. The pizza could have been larger for the price I paid. And I wish you could play pool by the game you have to pay by time. I think that's a little weird. But the bowling lanes are great !!!!

The staff was very rude and our food was cold. I also saw the bartender grab cherries, lemons, orange slices, etc with her bare hands without gloves. I did not see her wash her hands after. Not a good experience, something has to change!

Place was nice and clean bathroom was clean Good atmosphere the adult beverages was on point it was a little high The pizza was nasty The french fries was good lemonade was good The water was nasty but it was a nice place and good atmosphere.

A bit pricey. Lots of fun for the entire family. I can't bowl, but there's space for family to sit together and laugh, eat and have drinks or ice cream together. FOOD: Wingettes were 16 for $25. The barbecue wings are awesome, though the garlic parm were my fave a year ago (more sauce was needed this time around). The game room has been upgraded like crazy and is very spacious. Just bring your uncle with the big money bc things certainly cost more than one upon a time.

I threw a 60th Birthday Party here! Tessa was my Party host! We had an awesome day!

It's a nice bowling alley. But they should allow for at least two games to be completed when you book a lane. Two hours is not quite enough for 6 bowlers.

Nice place. Sometimes gets booked solid at random times. Nice little arcade, bar and food

Nicely upgraded. Clean and well-maintained. Arcade and good food. Staff was courteous welcoming.

Attended the lanes for the 1st time last Saturday and it was nice bar staff was fast and friendly. Food was ok ordered boneless wings and loaded fries. The bathrooms however are disgusting for this to be a family oriented place. Thank god I carry my own disposable seat coverings ordered from TEMU fyi, for my 7 years old. Besides the bathrooms place was pretty cool.

I've been coming here for a long time and this is my home away from home. It's only become more inclusive i.e. LGBTQIA as the years go on. A warm, lovely place with the best drink selection and food anyone could ask for. Every bartender is an absolute GEM. I love that this place has become more popular as time goes on. Love, Charlene

We come here frequently, our bartender Bob always hooks it up. Great service, super friendly, got our order on deck. Love you Bob give him a massive raise!

We arrived for a birthday party and after standing at the counter for 5 minutes, while holding my autistic toddler... I was told to walk to another register for help. The girl at the counter's face looked incredibly miserable. When I said we were here for "first name" birthday at 4 she insisted we provide a last name. Aye aye aye it's a kids birthday, I don't know the last name. I asked for a manager and she refused to get one. She then figured out the party, I asked for shoes for my daughter and they refus

Lynn was the best!! Super helpful and incredibly friendly! Will definitely be back because of her!

We were the visiting team today for high school bowling. Last time we bowled at Laurel Lanes the lanes were a little dry. Today, the lanes were very very dry, barely any shine reflecting from the lanes. The balls gripped the lane very quickly when thrown. Bowlers on both teams were frustrated. The slap in the face was the oil machine was started by the establishment on the other lanes at the beginning of our last game. Why couldn't they oil the kids? lanes before their match? Whenever I go there I fe

We had a large group who had to reserve lanes separately? and with the kids being off of school the bowling alley was a little overwhelmed with alllllll of the groups trying to bowl at the same time. They could not place all of our group together and we were quite upset. BUT the manager Kathy saved the day! She was nothing but accommodating! She even helped us out when our pins were stuck! Thanks again Kathy for doing phenomenal work! It was truly appreciated and our group had the best of time! ?? ??

Stopped in for a drink after a terrible day and left with a smile after my server,Lynn, somehow made everything better with her upbeat attitude ! Thx, it most likely won't be my last time there.

We had lots of fun playing billiards. Diana was amazing. She went over and above to get a Dirty Daiquiri from the other side for us. I wish all bartenders were as diligent. Thanks for everything!

Nice bowling alley but it definitely felt like something (a fight) could jump off on a Saturday night. There was a security presence. If I go back, I will definitely book the luxury suites, that area looked chill. Our server was great he kept our pitchers full, the lanes are awesome, I love that there is a big screen TV over the pins on each lane. The pizza was average. Arcade looks cool, plenty of pool tables.

Just wish they would charge by the game, not by the hour $24 per person per hour

First time here. What a place! Great, attentive staff. Good food and well maintained lanes. Wish I lived closer.

A fun experience with plenty of lanes to play on and other activities to choose from like video games and pool. Service is a little shaky as it took a long time to get someone in our area for food and drinks.

Staff was very friendly, and even with going on a weekend night and being busy, we were still able to just walk in and get a lane and shoes and everything setup very quickly

Attended a birthday party in the smaller bowling alley section and it was awesome. Food, drinks, service, and games were excellent. The atmosphere was great. I'd rent the space out for a family party or business event in a heartbeat.

Haven't bowled in years but I think that I did great. The atmosphere and the food was great too... Good place to take the family and security presence was quite noticeable

Bowling is fine, bartenders were probably the slowest I've ever seen. Could sell a lot more food and drinks if there was enough staff.

Great place family friendly the people who work there are super welcoming and it's a very clean place I enjoyed my time there Jorden was super funny and helpful thanks to everyone who works here ??

Have gone bowling here a few times and always have a good time. Definitely recommend 10/10

This place is almost too good to be true. Very high quality bowling experience, great food and drinks, amazing friendly staff, and surprisingly reasonable prices for everything. Even if I didn't want to bowl, this is a great happy hour spot. We got 2 lanes for 2 hours with shoes, pizza, soft drinks all included for around $23 per person (8 people).

The place was great! Had so much fun there.

No complains, bowling lanes and system is good. Food is ok except pizza (that one is bad IMO) the drinks are too soft for my taste but that are very good. My go to place for bowling... And my kid love the game machines (not a lot of them BTW).

Lynn, the waitress, was fantastic! Spending time with my BFF, family and friends was amazing! We had a great time! Highly recommended!

Staff is great. Clean, family fun environment.

It was very cool, but I was at the bar and my bartender was new. She had only been there for 3 days but she was working hard and was still learning to use the register but I was never without a drink and she was very friendly. It wasn't crowded in the bar but the lanes were rockin!!! I don't know if it's a league night or not but it was packed to the Gill's! I stayed only a couple of hours because I started before I left the house, but I'm not able to find a bar that sells 100% Vodka so I was there for two

Great Bowling center, fun for the whole family. There are a lot of lanes available & a lot of food & drink options. Their Splitz Luxury Lanes are definitely worth the trip to visit here & would be great for a party. Love this place, definitely coming back!

There are a few waitresses who do not make a reasonable effort to serve every guess for some reason. I've been skipped several times by certain waitresses while people on both sides of me got served by the same waitress. I could go on and on about evidence to support the obvious profiling but I won't. Some employees here don't deserve a job. However, there are also a few great waitresses such as Lynn, Kaitlyn, Diana (who often bartends), and Lori. Lynn especially demonstrates outstanding customer service. A

Nice food, nice lanes a lovely place for the family outing

Cool spot check splitz bar and grill review. This place is attached to it.

Our spot. Chicken quesidillas sooo good

Came on a Tuesday at 12:30p with my client who has Autism. He had a med ice coffee because he knows they don't sell it. He's 65 and enjoys it. The place was dead and they still made him put it in the car. I could see if was busy or they sold that , they don't even sell coffee. Ridiculous. Gonna bust the balls of a gentleman who is 65 and has Autism over an ice coffee. Do better?

Overall great! Well-stocked and up to date arcade. Clean. Had minor technical issues on lane 34 (occasional pins not being counted properly, one time it did not move to the next frame properly). Staff was very accommodating and provided great service. Ice cream was fantastic!

We had a birthday celebration over there. 1 hour of bowling and 1 hour for party room followed by arcade games and Ice cream party. Pros: The place is amazing and catering food was delicious. Arrangements were pretty much good. All team members - hats off to them, they work amazingly over there. Party host, Manager all were helpful. Ice cream and arcade games were good too. Bowling lanes, bowls, ramps were clean and in good condition. Cons: In bowling we lost almost initially 10-15 minutes in setting up f

Bowling is my favorite thing to be bad at, so it doesn't take much for me to recommend it! This bowling alley has a really nice separate set of lanes which can be booked privately. Bar, arcade, ice cream, and lots of tasty snacks. All around a great time.

We had our son's birthday party here, and it was incredible! The staff was so patient and friendly, and we had the best time. Randy and Alyssa were perfect.

We had a birthday party there. We love it here and come frequently. But we were not happy with the birthday party experience. First, we were told we wouldn't have to do anything with entering names. When I asked if they wanted my list I was told to go ahead and enter them myself. It was so dark there for a 6 yr old birthday party. We wish the lights were brighter. The host was new, so I'm not faulting her. But drinks were empty, limited cups available for the amount of guests there. We had to ask for everyt

Great place with more than just bowling! Arcade, pool tables, bar and ice cream shop all on site. Boozy ice cream is fun and tasty! Private lanes /room available for parties but it's expensive.

Awesome! The James Group had a Blast, we will Definitely be back and Totally Recommend this Bowling Alley. Management was Very Accommodating to Our Needs?? Thank you again!

We always get this incredible waiter named Jacob. This kid goes far and beyond for his customers. He is so damn good at his job

Great place to bowl. Very clean, good food and drinks.

Absolutely love this place! Every time I come in Jordan gives me a warm welcome and makes the place feel like home. Any issues I have that man resolves. 10/10

Me and my church family had a great time

We ordered 2 milkshakes for me and another person and when they came to the table, we MADE sure which one was which various times. We then proceeded to drink the milkshakes to notice that they tasted sort of off. We then realized that the waiter had mixed them up. Then we asked very kindly if they may have gotten them mixed up. Another person came over then we proceeded to tell her. She spoke in a VERY rude tone. Yes we understand we can't get other ones but we just wanted to inform her. When we told her sh

Terrible. Everything double the price of what it should be and the staff treat customers as if they are a burden to serve.

The pro shop here is worth checking out for used balls and the lanes themselves are great

Had a great time. The techs were courteous and attentive and even found a ball for my granddaughter. Will go again.

I went on 06/17/2024. The game room is nice. But they asked for my driver?s license and credit card as a trust, so I gave it. We just played games. We didn't drink or eat anything. They withdrew a $140.21 payment from Splitz bar & grill from my card. Those who go to play games need to be careful. I filed a complaint.

Great staff and I love the hospitality of the bartenders. I come here because of the good vibes created by the bartenders. Great events such as trivia on Tuesdays, karaoke/open mic night on alternating Wednesdays, and Mario kart/smash brother competitions. As for food, my go to is the shrimp quesadilla and Cobb salad. They always make them good. The food specials during happy hour and during Phillies/eagles games are great too.

Marty was awesome! She is pleasant and very accommodating. I had a little issue and she took care of it immediately. Anthony was great as well. Came in on the back end and address my needs along with Marty. Great customer service is what's going to keep me coming back. Thanks again!

Clean and friendly. The staff is very accommodating, they have great waitress serve. Food, drink and ice cream.. all around a great place and fun filled family entertainment...

I was visiting for a kids birthday party recently and was impressed! It's been a few years since my last visit and they have made upgrades to the facility. Our server LYNN was awesome! Very attentive to our party and had a personable charm. Highly recommend making a visit for a good time.

Reasonable price due to inflation. Very clean and polite

I enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was pretty chill, food was good, drinks were great. Pool tables were in great shape.

We recently hosted a school event here and they were so accommodating with some extra requests that came up last minute. we had over 200 bowlers and they got them in and they had shoes so quickly! Overall great experience with planning and event. Highly recommend!

It was my 1st time there and let me tell you it's a beautiful place ! The place has a lot of attractions other than bowling. There are a lot of lanes and other things! The service was excellent ! I will be back there soon!!Thanks L L!!!

Decent place but understaffed Bar tender acknowledged me then ignored me despite only 4 at the bar. Our lane service was awesome but food came out slow and she wasn't around enough(saw she was swamped doing her best) Everyone was wonderful. Just thinkntheybwould benefit from a few more servers

The kids bowl free summer program is awesome! On top of that, they offer kids' meal for a great price, and $1.99 ice cream at Lickety Splitz. Everyone is so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but the VIP section looks amazing!

Very attendant to everyones needs. Great food. Sliders were amazing! Lynn was great as to recommending drinks options. Overall great experience! Was my first time but definitely will not be my last!

Lots of lanes. Lynn was a great waitress! Had lots of fun!!

Had a great time, mainly because I won with 172.

It's very nice and loads of fun

Staff was awesome! Thomas (in picture) was very professional and accommodating to our big party. Ryan was very helpful at check in and got us to our lanes quickly to enjoy our night. Thank you Laurel Lanes!

Had a great time! It's been years since I've been. There was a group of 15 of us, and while we were waiting for everyone in our party to arrive, we sat at the bar. The bartender Diana took care of us the entire time we were there. There was a hiccup with my food order and she took care of it! Will be returning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
