Extremely unimpressed with Launch. Came here on Friday, May 3, 2024 after having patroned Sky Zone on multiple occasions. Figured that the two facilities would be somewhat similar but I couldn't have been more wrong. Other than being similarly priced, Launch is extremely inferior. We had an awesome time celebrating my sons 4th birthday. Everything went smoothly! We had 22 kids & it turned out to be the best birthday yet. The party person that helped us was very involved and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend having a birthday here!

We had the BEST time at my daughter?s 4th birthday party a few weeks ago. Parents are still telling me how much fun their kids had! It was a private party on a Sunday morning, and Kourtney, Peyton and the entire Launch team working the party made sure everyone was taken care of. We had 40 kids, so it was a crowd, but they made sure we had drinks and pizza and even cut the cake for us. Best part, they cleaned up so we didn't have to. Highly recommend a Launch party! Launch used to be go-to place for kids birthday parties but I am very disappointed to say maintenance has become zero. From last few months went there only to find every single jump area was full of dust. Ripped and tears in materials, no idea if the place gets cleaned anymore or it has become a cash warning machine. We've been to launch meantime at the Cumming location. Normally, we have a pleasant experience hour. Today is extremely overcrowded. I didn't see anybody with wristbands on to ensure the proper amount of people first space are being police. Many of the surfaces, I touch from the keyboard to the front to tables and chairs felt very dirty and sticky. The past few times my children and I have been here, the facility has been fairly dirty. Some things are broken, like games, massage chairs, and obstacle features. The flooring around the launch pad, main court, dodgeball, and launch ?n dunk areas needs vacuuming, the nets separating areas are very dusty, the bathrooms need maintenance and stocking, common area tables are dirty and sticky. We loved it when it first opened, and we continue to come, but a refresh and/or remodel seems in order.

This year I held my son?s bday in Launch and my experience was amazing. The food and help that I received while organizing was the most relaxed one. It was a home away from home. A special shoutout for Abbey who made my life so relaxed. Thank you Abbey.

I have been to this place so many times for my kids and their friends birthdays I am bored..lol. But the kids have a lot of fun. That said, never seen any employees on the trampolines monitoring the kids. We always tend to watch the kids as there are way too many and some can be rowdy. Be responsible and have fun.

We had my son's 7th Birthday party hosted @ Launch. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our party host was very attentive! They even provided the plates for cake, candles & helped cutting the cake & serving it! My expectations were exceeded. They did not rush us but, helped keep our party on track with what was up next. Good place for Kids and grown up. It has some thing for everyone of every age. It have a spacious parking space, Staff are very good and helpful. Everything is very clean. We had our son?s party here yesterday . It's a great place to have the kids entertained ! Absolutely worth the price. Kids and parents left happy and , entertained. This place is awesome and my kids had such a blast! Similar to sky zone, though a bit smaller, however they have some things that sky zone does not have. Also, it's not nearly as hectic as sky zone, which makes it easier for the kids to play when they have more space to jump around.

I've celebrated my kiddos bdays at this location for the past 5 years. There's something to do for kids of all ages. Kiddos love the pizzas here. Staff have always been nice with all the little kiddos. I had to plan some last minute parties and the manager, Kourtney, has helped me above and beyond. I recommend this place for little to big kiddos. Lots of fun, clean bathrooms, yummy food, and a good/fun way to keep everyone active.

Attended for toddler time on Saturday, Facility is kept clean, staff is friendly and curteous. I will definitely become a Saturday morning regular if this place keeps providing this level of service. My little girl had a ton of fun.

My son and I had a fantastic time, the staff is very kind and informative. The space is clean and they have a toddler time from 9AM to 11AM so smaller kids can jump around together before the big kids arrive. I will be returning and we are thankful for the hospitality received.

The facility has gone downhill fast. We took our kids a couple weeks ago and again today to meet some friends. 7 out of 10 arcade games they wanted to play were broken. Photo Booth broken. We just had the Glow party this past weekend for my daughter. It was great! Our party host Courtney was so sweet. She made sure we were all taken care of and I had to do nothing but show up. She set up our table, plates, cups, the room was already decorated, she made sure we had pitchers of water out for anyone who wanted some. She helped us cut the cake and was very attentive to us. Be careful going here. Only teenagers work here. They only stay behind the counter. None of them monitor the floor. Hundreds of kids running around with no rules is a recipe for disaster. It was very dirty and completely disorganized. Also, most of the arcade games are not working and none have out-of-order signs. So, they are basically ripping you off when you swipe your player card. This place was a fantastic weekend activity for the kids. The court monitors were helpful and polite and even played with my kids which is all they would talk about when they got home. I had a question about a future birthday party and management was extremely helpful in booking and timing. Bathrooms were spotless and the food was even good. The lady at the reception was so rude. We went there to celebrate a birthday; we were supposed to be out by 7:30 pm. While kids were getting their shoes and jackets on, it took an additional 3 minutes. We attended the New Years Eve party at Launch yesterday with some friends and it was so fun! My son loved the dodgeball and video games and my daughter loved the obstacle course and joust. They even had a count down at noon with party hats for the kids and an apple juice toast. The facility was very clean with lots of big bottles of sanitizer everywhere. Had our first experience at Launch for their Noon Years Eve celebration. We joined several friends and couldn't have had a better experience. My kids loved the multiple areas to bounce as well as the American Ninja style obstacle course. Even my husband and I got in on the fun! We had unlimited gaming which I highly recommend. The play areas were clean and there were several hand sanitizer stations available. It was an awesome way to spend a rainy Friday. We will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a end of season team party today, and everyone had a great time. It wasn't overly crowded, and the employees were very nice. The pricing was very reasonable for 16 children for several hours of activity. Very clean. Equipment was in good shape. Highly recommend!!

Level of this place has dipped. If you are planning your kids party here , DO THINK AGAIN. We had a special event on Sunday morning. The kids that are hired to manage front desk to check in your kids with waiver etc are not fully trained. Specifically a girl with specs is extremely arrogant and all of us noticed that she was extremely disrespectful to the people of color. Service was almost non existent when it comes down to food.

TODDLER TIME - this place offers 90 mins of toddler time once a week. You'd think they could at least honor it. We got there as soon as they opened at 9:30 and there were already 30 kids and about 10 of them were well over the age of 5, like 10 years old +.
