Launch Trampoline Park

Reviews Summary

Launch Trampoline Park receives mixed but generally positive feedback, with many praising its fun atmosphere, attentive staff, and great birthday party experiences. Positive reviews highlight cleanliness, helpful hosts, and enjoyable activities for kids. However, some criticize inconsistent maintenance, understaffing, poor toddler time management, and occasional cleanliness issues in restrooms or arcade areas. While most guests love the food and service, a few report negative customer service encounters and overcrowding. At my experience at LAUNCH TRAMPOLINE PARK me and my best friends had an amazing time jumping on the trampolines and talking to the workers here which were very nice and very talkative and very sweet. Collin and Kaden were a delight to talk to which made the trip even better. Max was very kind, Sydney was also was very sweet. The manager Dan ran the place very well and had everything clean and in order. Tyler and Bryson answered every question I had which made having to find things and getting things very

Absolutely amazing experience at Launch Trampoline Park! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a wide variety of activities for all ages. The trampoline areas are expansive, offering everything from dodgeball courts to foam pits and basketball dunk zones. My kids had a blast, and I loved how safe and organized everything felt. The staff was constantly supervising and making sure everyone was having a good tim

The General Manager of this location is absolutely phenomenal- i called to book and Kourtney was incredibly informative and thorough throughout the booking process, of what to expect when showing up for your booked party event at Launch. She was so sweet and wanted to make sure my son had the best experience when celebrating his birthday. Our party host, Preston was the sweetest employee we have encountered at this location. He was so respectful and the best help. I could tell he enjoyed his job and wanted

Extremely unimpressed with Launch. Came here on Friday, May 3, 2024 after having patroned Sky Zone on multiple occasions. Figured that the two facilities would be somewhat similar but I couldn't have been more wrong. Other than being similarly priced, Launch is extremely inferior. Dark and lacking in proper lighting, the staff is quite rude and dismissive. Multiple areas are closed or haphazardly cordoned off. No dedicated areas for age groups, with teenagers jumping near toddlers. If that wasn't enough, th

We had an awesome time celebrating my sons 4th birthday. Everything went smoothly! We had 22 kids & it turned out to be the best birthday yet. The party person that helped us was very involved and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend having a birthday here!

First time there today and I was extremely impressed not only by all the fun things my kids got to enjoy and how clean and well kept this place was, but also the AMAZING customer service. What a wonderful staff you have there and Maria the general manager is an absolute doll. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful ?spring break day? for my kids.

We had the BEST time at my daughter?s 4th birthday party a few weeks ago. Parents are still telling me how much fun their kids had! It was a private party on a Sunday morning, and Kourtney, Peyton and the entire Launch team working the party made sure everyone was taken care of. We had 40 kids, so it was a crowd, but they made sure we had drinks and pizza and even cut the cake for us. Best part, they cleaned up so we didn't have to. Highly recommend a Launch party! Thanks FoCo team. See y'all again next yea

We had Maria as our party host. It was a lovely experience. Maria was very helpful and made every this seem less and enjoyable experience. We are looking to host another party here again and would love to have Maria as our host.

Birthday party was a disaster. Staff was disorganized. Food was very late. Absolutely chaos asno supervision to protect young kids from older ones. Grand daughter got injured as a couple of boys ran into her. What a rip off!

if I could leave 0 stars I would. I have lived in cumming for last 15 years and have taken my kids to Launch many times as long as I have been here. Buying their socks has always been optional until today if everyone was wearing their own socks. Per the cashier, Launch has changed management and management is forcing kids and parents to purchased their overpriced socks for no reason than management's unchecked greed. I paid almost 20 more than what I usually pay just to cover three pairs of socks for kids a

Launch used to be go-to place for kids birthday parties but I am very disappointed to say maintenance has become zero. From last few months went there only to find every single jump area was full of dust. Ripped and tears in materials, no idea if the place gets cleaned anymore or it has become a cash warning machine. Please understand small kids play here and should take care and spend some money on maintenance

Foster was such a great party host! He was attentive and polite. I would highly recommend him! Launch made throwing my son's party so easy!

We've been to launch meantime at the Cumming location. Normally, we have a pleasant experience hour. Today is extremely overcrowded. I didn't see anybody with wristbands on to ensure the proper amount of people first space are being police. Many of the surfaces, I touch from the keyboard to the front to tables and chairs felt very dirty and sticky. With such a large area with a high volume of people, it's no wonder a virus has not broken out at this location. I didn't see any one member walking amongst the

The past few times my children and I have been here, the facility has been fairly dirty. Some things are broken, like games, massage chairs, and obstacle features. The flooring around the launch pad, main court, dodgeball, and launch ?n dunk areas needs vacuuming, the nets separating areas are very dusty, the bathrooms need maintenance and stocking, common area tables are dirty and sticky. We loved it when it first opened, and we continue to come, but a refresh and/or remodel seems in order.

This year I held my son?s bday in Launch and my experience was amazing. The food and help that I received while organizing was the most relaxed one. It was a home away from home. A special shoutout for Abbey who made my life so relaxed. Thank you Abbey.

I just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was so much fun. The party host was super sweet and helpful and everything seemed to go smoothly. The trampolines and equipment to play on seemed well maintained and clean

I have been to this place so many times for my kids and their friends birthdays I am bored..lol. But the kids have a lot of fun. That said, never seen any employees on the trampolines monitoring the kids. We always tend to watch the kids as there are way too many and some can be rowdy. Be responsible and have fun.

We had my son's 7th Birthday party hosted @ Launch. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our party host was very attentive! They even provided the plates for cake, candles & helped cutting the cake & serving it! My expectations were exceeded. They did not rush us but, helped keep our party on track with what was up next. Pizza was good. They provide large bins to put away your stuff for when your scheduled time is up at the party table. Great overall experience!!!!

Good place for Kids and grown up. It has some thing for everyone of every age. It have a spacious parking space, Staff are very good and helpful. Everything is very clean. It have a small kitcken, you can get some delicious food and it also have a very big space for dining. Must visit once you n your kids will love it.

Our daughter loved her glow in the dark birthday party here! Maria was a wonderful party planner!

We celebrated our daughter?s birthday party here as she's a fan of the place. The party was amazingly organised with great pizzas and drinks. Maria helped us with arranging and booking our package and answered all our questions. Aidan was our party host, extremely humble and great guy who took care of the entire party event from checking in to checking out. Our daughter and her friends had a blast and we definitely recommend having a kids party here where even parents can have fun!

We were very disappointed in our time at Lauch today. Just as we arrived 4 groups of camp kids arrived as well doubling then amount of kids on the trampolines. They were not very well supervised and mowing down the younger kids. Very difficult to even keep track of my own kids with the amount of people jumping. Also, at least half of the arcade games were out of order or not working properly. My grandson's arcade pass was definitely not working right. I watched him play games and rack of tickets but when he

Celebrated birthday for our youngest. Not bad pricing for what we did. Food was alright as well. I hear that it definitely can be rather tasty.

Wow, I was really unpleasantly surprised by how disappointing my family's first (and likely only) visit to Launch was. Posted signs said not to enter the trampoline area without a wristband. However, when I inquired at the front desk about wristbands we didn't receive, they said we didn't need them. During our several hours there, between the jump time and the arcade, I never witnessed any employee enter the trampoline area or supervise, even though posted signs said not to jump in the basketball court with

We had attended party today of our friends daughter Preston was the party host from launch and he was amazing. From starting till end he was perfect. Very dedicated and respectful. Now my go to person is Preston only. Thanks again.

Theme weeks can make or break a summer camp for us. So when Mother Nature decided to put on a light show and force us to cancel today's weekly pool field trip, our team knew we needed a quick pivot to keep our Fieldtrippalooza week (5 days of field trips) on track. Scheduling 100+ kids for an event with less than an hour lead time is not a task most venues appreciate. But, we reached out to one of our favorite spots - Launch Trampoline Park, and they blew us away with their response. When I told Kourtney,

Attended a party here today and had an absolutely wonderful experience! All credit goes to Preston, our fantastic party host. He handled everything with such professionalism and care. Preston was incredibly humble, helpful, and ensured that everyone had a great time. Highly recommend his hosting skills for any event!

Nice place for kids to enjoy and party ??

Nice Trampoline and Game place for kids. Kids will be busy with activities for around 2-3 hours. Games are a little expensive with cheap rewards which can be little better.

The place is just fine for birthday parties and small functions but, it is not maintained well enough. The rest rooms are horrible...

It's one of the good places. Some of the arcade games don't work and haven't worked for a little bit but the staff is very nice and it seems clean enough.

The jump area was good but almost all the arcade games we're out of order or took our credits and didn't do anything. It just seems a bit run down to me. My kids were disappointed.

This trampoline park is an absolute nightmare, and I would give it zero stars if I could.I had an extremely disappointing experience at this trampoline park for my child's birthday party. The staff was unprofessional and disorganized, making the whole event stressful. The party area was not properly set up when we arrived, The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which resulted in delays and confusion throughout the day. The trampoline area was overcrowded, and there were no clear safety measures in

It was really fun but there was some problems like people not sharing the balls or like the mozzarella sticks were bad and the foam pit was gross

We had our son?s party here yesterday . It's a great place to have the kids entertained ! Absolutely worth the price. Kids and parents left happy and , entertained. The party host Kaitlin made several trips up and down to ensure the food and drinks were in place . The party room was spacious and neatly arranged. I would highly recommend Launch for parties , especially for stress free , and fun partying experience . Despite the crowd , and chaos , we had too much fun !

We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday here this past weekend and had a blast! We have hosted several parties over the years here and have always had a great time. Maria was AMAZING, as were the rest of the team members that helped us. Thank you for helping make her 10th birthday so much fun!

Place is clean and there lot kids (different ages) playing along nicely. Staff was great in assisting with checking process. Kid had lot of fun playing here.

This place is awesome and my kids had such a blast! Similar to sky zone, though a bit smaller, however they have some things that sky zone does not have. Also, it's not nearly as hectic as sky zone, which makes it easier for the kids to play when they have more space to jump around.

i liked it so much the arcade gives a lot of tickets the trampolines were also good. The prizes W rizz and plus I won the Jackpot

We hosted a party there today and it was a very nice experience. I will give the whole credit to Preston who was our party host. He did his work so nicely, he was so humble and very helpful.

I've celebrated my kiddos bdays at this location for the past 5 years. There's something to do for kids of all ages. Kiddos love the pizzas here. Staff have always been nice with all the little kiddos. I had to plan some last minute parties and the manager, Kourtney, has helped me above and beyond. I recommend this place for little to big kiddos. Lots of fun, clean bathrooms, yummy food, and a good/fun way to keep everyone active.

Attended for toddler time on Saturday, Facility is kept clean, staff is friendly and curteous. I will definitely become a Saturday morning regular if this place keeps providing this level of service. My little girl had a ton of fun.

My son had a memorable 5th Birthday party. We had more than 45 kids and all the Kids & Guests enjoyed the party. Pizza's are too good. Facility is very clean and well maintained. All the staff & party host Max & Marina helped/arranged everything on time and were always reachable. We definitely recommend.

Toddler time on Saturday mornings is great! My 1 1/2 year old had a blast and was worn out by the time it ended. Highly recommend

Great experience for my son's 8th BDay party. It all started with A+ customer service. Kourtney (manager) was very friendly and helpful, checking on us every 10-15 minutes. We had almost 20 kids on the trampline, and everybody had so much fun. It was the ideal indoor place to be, with 100-degree temps outside in July. Strongly recommend. The kids had a lot of fun on the trampolines, and the pizza here is vastly underrated. Really good. In fact, they ought to consider delivering pizzas out of this place. Bet

Beats Chucky Cheese by far-the hot wings are awesome as well as the pizza-and the cheeses sticks-and the drinks are individual bottles or cone in pitchers. Kids love it and burn a lot of energy. Great value and the arcade games are really good. Would recommend and will go back.

Just had an amazing birthday celebration for my son?s 6th bday. We had Kaden as our host and he was sweet, helpful and on point with everything. As a mom I had no stress what so ever ! ??

It's a bummer that there isn't a closer location. The concept is amazing but the staff here are horrible. I spent hundreds of dollars just for my family and I to be treated poorly on my child's birthday at that. Prepaid online and get to the counter to get the cards and socks and the tall white boy acted like he didn't want to be of service, he threw the socks and the cards on the counter instead of putting them in my outstretched hand. He gave me too many cards and I tried to correct it but he again didn't

My son and I had a fantastic time, the staff is very kind and informative. The space is clean and they have a toddler time from 9AM to 11AM so smaller kids can jump around together before the big kids arrive. I will be returning and we are thankful for the hospitality received.

I took my son here and was very happy with the customer service and helpful staff (Macy) was awesome!

Fab place to have a party for kids, they absolutely loved it and had a gala time. Special shoutout for my man Aidan and his boss lady Maria, they are just perfect.

My son had his 6th birthday party here and he had a great time! The private party room and the host were amazing! Lexi was our host and she took care of everything for us ?? Would definitely come back here :)

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!! Kaitlin is BEYOND amazing and has a heart of gold!! All of the staff was wonderful! Even the girl I spoke to on the phone the night before(her name started with an M) They all were polite, kind, compassionate, and working hard!! Thank you all so much for helping make our girls birthday memorable! This will be one we never forget!

Preston was our helper.. he was extremely courteous, kind and helpful

Had several birthdays here and we will not have more party?s here because each experience is basically the same. The main reason we keep coming to this location is because my kids like trampoline parks and they enjoy hanging with their friends and don't really experience what adults can clearly see. The actual experience for the party is not very smooth at all. It is always unorganized and difficult to get your guests to your party area. Teenagers do not know how to run this business at all. This has been t

Could be great but not. The location and access are awesome. The facility is nice. Terribly understaffed and poorly trained ?kids? work there. I come for toddler time with my 3 year old grandson. Today he was mowed over by a kid about 8 playing football with an employee during toddler time - Really? Last time the bathrooms were flooded. Oh - And today they opened 15 Minutes late because no one showed up! Again - could be great.

This place is getting way too busy and they are letting customer service slip through to unacceptable levels. I attended and hosted many parties here over last 2-3 years. However, the recent experience I had was unprecedented. The host wouldn't show up at party, room temperature was off (nobody to adjust temperature), provide drinks, get food or get glow room accessories on time. The way they handled things was pathetic, they did apologize for how things turned out but your occasion and your mood is impacte

We had our sons 11 year old birthday at Launch and it was the perfect spot. The kids had a great time and everything was so clean and it wasn't overly crowded. Our party host Peyton was amazing, made it so easy for us. We will definitley be back!

This place is awful. The employees are sitting behind the counter eating while the restrooms are filthy. There are no paper towels, the trampolines themselves have nasty stuff on them, trash everywhere. Sticky stuff all over the ground. They are too busy socializing instead of actually taking care of this place.

We just celebrated our son's 10th birthday. And we could not be more thrilled. All staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our host took care of all our needs, was a very friendly, and welcoming. The place was extremely clean and tidy. With many activities for all age levels. Will be definitely celebrating more birthdays here.

I want to share my experience at Launch Trampoline. My kid whose 7th year birthday was celebrated at Launch Trampoline and it was so memorable event for us . Every friend of my Kid had loads of fun doing Trampoline activities and also the goody bags they give in which they have 5 USD worth of points to play the arcade. Overall the Birthday room , Trampoline activities , Arcade games was good. Now comes the part where I absolutely shocked about the Staff asking/demanding for gratuity more than 25% of my

Only opened for one week already visited this place twice with the family. Lots of fun. Will be back all summer.

First time I reserved for birthday party for my daughter this place. It was definitely worth it .My daughter had amazing time with her friends and family . I do want to recognize Shaun for doing amazing job helping/assisting with the party. Everything was on time as far as food / drinks pizza. I have no complaints at all. He definitely knew about customer service to make sure we ok or we need anything which a lot of people lack. Definitely would recommend this place and thank you Lexi for communicating so

Launch is a fabulous place for fun and parties and the staff is amazing especially Kaden he was so helpful and kind.

Fun sport for kids. Good for birthday parties and spend couple of hours with Jump, Arcade and Pizza.

Have had great experiences here, most recently with a private party. We've gone for toddler time on weekends & that's always a blast. Recently hosted our daughter?s bday here and the staff was excellent. Attentive & respectful. Venue is clean and so much fun, even for adults. A+!

One of the best trampoline/arcade parks I have ever been to! Heard about this location from a friend that had a party there last year. I was worried it was only for events so I called and the gentleman, Aaron, was so helpful and told me all about the offers they were doing this weekend. I made sure to grab a few of the staff members names before leaving because they were just excellent. When I arrived to the facility I was greeted with 3 smiles and ended up being helped by Lexi. I once again commented about

The facility has gone downhill fast. We took our kids a couple weeks ago and again today to meet some friends. 7 out of 10 arcade games they wanted to play were broken. Photo Booth broken. Only 4 balls in the entire facility for dodge ball and basket ball. We approach the front desk and there were only children running the facility, no adults. I would encourage the community to spend their hard earned money at a different location.

We just had the Glow party this past weekend for my daughter. It was great! Our party host Courtney was so sweet. She made sure we were all taken care of and I had to do nothing but show up. She set up our table, plates, cups, the room was already decorated, she made sure we had pitchers of water out for anyone who wanted some. She helped us cut the cake and was very attentive to us. She did a wonderful job and all the kids had a blast.

We had a wonderful experience with our daughter's 8th birthday. The staff was very attentive and gave tremendous support throughout the whole party. I would highly recommend this venue. The kids had a blast on the trampolines and with the games. We can't wait to come back.

Great times for our Dojo kids!

Had our daughters party here this weekend. Got there and was told the room was ready, got everything out and they said it wasn't and we wouldn't get the room for another hour and a half? brought us a cage to put everything in. I asked why and he said he would go get the manager and she never would speak to me just sent him back and he was still confused. Saw the party person that was assigned maybe 3 times the entire time. No help getting everyone socks, no help with drinks or pizza, everything was just sat

Be careful going here. Only teenagers work here. They only stay behind the counter. None of them monitor the floor. Hundreds of kids running around with no rules is a recipe for disaster. It was very dirty and completely disorganized. Also, most of the arcade games are not working and none have out-of-order signs. So, they are basically ripping you off when you swipe your player card. The claw machines are rigged to never give prizes. I think a visit from the state agency to audit their games should

This place was a fantastic weekend activity for the kids. The court monitors were helpful and polite and even played with my kids which is all they would talk about when they got home. I had a question about a future birthday party and management was extremely helpful in booking and timing. Bathrooms were spotless and the food was even good. Game prices were fair and my kids and I had a great time playing air hockey. Will definitely be coming back soon.

The lady at the reception was so rude. We went there to celebrate a birthday; we were supposed to be out by 7:30 pm. While kids were getting their shoes and jackets on, it took an additional 3 minutes. The lady came to the exit door , kept the door opened for us to exit , to show her frustration, and didn't even care to respond several of us saying sorry / thank you for that extra 3 minutes. Never to this place ever. ??

The place was raggedy. No order on the attractions. Dodgeball was just a bunch of teens lounging around throwing foam. The ninja was just kids swinging around so you couldn't actually do the course. One of the inflated jumping areas were underinflated so when my friend jumped in she hit her head on something hard.We ordered a pizza and when it was ready they called my name. When I went to the counter to get it the girl just ignored me. I asked another girl for it she said hold on and just stood there talkin

We attended the New Years Eve party at Launch yesterday with some friends and it was so fun! My son loved the dodgeball and video games and my daughter loved the obstacle course and joust. They even had a count down at noon with party hats for the kids and an apple juice toast. The facility was very clean with lots of big bottles of sanitizer everywhere. The pizza was really good and they had plenty of drink options too. The staff was super friendly as well. Thank you to Launch for making the gloomy drizzly

Had our first experience at Launch for their Noon Years Eve celebration. We joined several friends and couldn't have had a better experience. My kids loved the multiple areas to bounce as well as the American Ninja style obstacle course. Even my husband and I got in on the fun! We had unlimited gaming which I highly recommend. The play areas were clean and there were several hand sanitizer stations available. It was an awesome way to spend a rainy Friday. We will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a end of season team party today, and everyone had a great time. It wasn't overly crowded, and the employees were very nice. The pricing was very reasonable for 16 children for several hours of activity. Very clean. Equipment was in good shape. Highly recommend!!

Level of this place has dipped. If you are planning your kids party here , DO THINK AGAIN. We had a special event on Sunday morning. The kids that are hired to manage front desk to check in your kids with waiver etc are not fully trained. Specifically a girl with specs is extremely arrogant and all of us noticed that she was extremely disrespectful to the people of color. Service was almost non existent when it comes down to food.

I was at a friends birthday party here and it was an awesome time! The whole place is very clean and open, the party host was so fun and nice while helping with the party! The party host served us drinks and really good pizza and I overall had a blast! Definitely would like to have my own birthday party here soon and recommend you do as well.

TODDLER TIME - this place offers 90 mins of toddler time once a week. You'd think they could at least honor it. We got there as soon as they opened at 9:30 and there were already 30 kids and about 10 of them were well over the age of 5, like 10 years old +. They allow people to book birthday parties during toddler time and kids of all ages come in with the birthday party. By 10 am there were probably 60 people in there and it was chaos. If you're looking for safe fun for your toddler, this isn't it. It's a

I came here for a birthday party and the customer service was amazing. The party room was cleaned to a professional standard; everything was spotless. The party host that attendees are party was always helping us giving us what we needed wether it was drinks, goodie bags, or even serving are cake. The food was amazing and it was served on time with no problems. 10/10 recommend for other parents or guardians to have a birthday party here.

I have been to Launch 3 times and had same experience, trampolines are not clean, the worst thing there is no staff to make sure safety of the kid. Today's experience was terrible, big kids with adults are playing tags and running over to everyone, of course it's expected.bunch of machine are out of order.

Cool place for kids. Staff is very attentive. Sophie tended to the birthday party we were part of, and not only did she make everything happen, she sat and visited with our nine and 10-year olds. That was a real treat for them. It's a lot of fun with the myriad of trampolines, and there are a ton of coin-op games as well. Food is good too. Highly recommend.

Wa very nice and clean, just wish staff were more friendly. Staff in front desk was extremely rude.

We celebrated my son's 6th birthday there yesterday. The young woman at the front lacked customer service skills and was not friendly. My friend sat down in the massage chair and the young woman rudely said on the loud speaker to not sit in a massage chair. Immediately after, a young man came over and explained why my friend couldn't sit there. Why did they have to broadcast it to embarrass my friend when the man came over to converse right after? They closed at 7:30. We were leaving at 7:31 and asked the s

I came here for a birthday party and it was so much fun! The place was well organized and clean including the party room we were in. The staff was very friendly and our host was nice and fun. The pizza was well made and the drinks were good. Would definitely love to come here again!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
