Came out for a family birthday and absolutely blown away on the bowling alley and let me tell you the pizza is that one you miss from back in the day. Its like amazing. We drove up from Connecticut and were not disappointed. We are forever customers!!! Thank you!!!

I had my son?s 12th birthday party here over the weekend. When we booked our package, I booked the ?NEW? champions room? keep this in mind for later! When our host brought us to our party room I actually could go believe my eyes. While I know this is a place for children, and wear and tear is to be expected, this was not normal wear and tear. This was pure filth and negligence. There were 2 light bulbs out, which I had to request be fixed considering the room was EXTREMELY dark. There was food on the floor.

I took my girls on a rainy Saturday, and they had a blast. It seems a little outdated, but they didn't care. The employees are friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again !

Grace and the other new team member that made our son?s party a success, were amazing!!! Our boys and the friends that joined us to celebrate the birthday boy, all had an amazing time! Had an amazing time here! My son didn't have a birthday party but there but we went for this birthday. The staff was so friendly! The pizza was phenomenal!! I've been there before but never did bowling. We tried bowling tonight and it was great! They had many lanes and it was a great set up. I'm super grateful I ended picking here for my son's special day.

We really have had a great time at launch Warwick Ri! We have older kids so we were able to let them bounce and we got to have a pizza and very good espresso martini! Shawnie is so friendly and fabulous at her job! We'll be back with the kids soon!

Our host was Lola. She was very sweet, personable and attentive. There were some mishaps, which are expected in such a big and busy place. However, the staff did quickly address and compensate for them.

Shawn, the bartender, was so fun and made the best margarita I've had in a long time! He also pointed out the bowling alley which I didnt even realize existed, so I'm already planning a date night with my husband!

I recently attended a birthday party at Launch, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Our older grandchildren really enjoyed being at Launch. Two things could?ve been better, first we had our little 10 month old grandchild with us. She is in a stroller. There are elevators in the building, but none of the staff or signage directed us to them. I think the signage for the elevator should be clearer or the staff should be trained to guide people who might need the elevators to them. The only other problem that I saw was that a lot of the electronic games on the bottom floor were not working.

We came to launch for a birthday party for our 9 year old. Our server Janet was very nice and helped us sign up for the rewards program. She was very friendly and courteous. We will be back for another great time.

Very baby friendly! Took 2 year old to play and she loved it. Got the power pack with two attractions each, the 2 hour session and 40 credits. Spent about $70 for both adults and new socks ?? Overall was a great family trip, had pizza and some drinks.

This place is really great; it's SO much fun! Everyone there is super nice and the place is so clean & organized. I just went recently and when I ran into a small issue, Lyanna and Tonya both were so kind and helpful, quickly and efficiently fixed it without hesitation. This place is really great , It was my first time at this establishment and I was amazed by the amount of activities that have for children. The overall experience was ok, my host Dylan made he party and time management portion better. The main problem I had was the game cards for the party weren't loaded and I didn't find out until several of the girls left with empty cards. I finally found a manager to fix what we had left and my daughter still had no game credits loaded and she was the birthday girl. Really nice bowling area. The lanes seem a bit smaller than standard lanes. Small arcade area. I bought 1 hour of bowling and it came out to $28 including shoes. Not too bad price wise. Though I do wish the front desk told me about the bundles that are way more worth it than just buying an hour of bowling. They were still nice. Overall good experience.

This play was fun a lot of things 4 the family to do. I came here 4 a kids party n they had a blast. I would say a lot of the workers there where rude. They acted like they had better things 2 do. The staff was incredibly helpful! We had Grace and she was exceptional at making sure we had the best experience possible. All the events for our party were well orchestrated and my daughter and her friends had an amazing time celebrating her birthday there.

The lockers kept giving errors and wouldn't allow us to use a credit card or cash. It kept going to a white screen with errors. We had to hold our wallet and phones. Otherwise it was great. (Hailey)

We have been to launch several times and the kids have enjoyed themselves but its getting run down. The carpeting is wrinkled making it a tripping Hazzard. There was trash on the floor in the jumping and open areas and very little staff on duty. See pictures.

She kept me informed of everything that was happening and when, took great care of us in the party room with getting everyone fed, and just made everything move smoothly and made sure we were happy every step of the way. This was our second party there and, if we return, I will be requesting her again because she really made the difference between a good party and a great one!

Review card was received from Terry during our visit. A couple attractions were down do to maintenance but given they don't open fully until around Memorial Day I'll give them a break. For the price their packages are a great deal for kids and parents alike.

Would never go again , staff cussing around my 4 year old , basketball hoops were so dark you couldn't see what you were doing. The rock wall bag that you fall into was so deflated I saw someone fall and his the ground , they informed a staff member and nothing was done. Missing time bowling with my family because I have to wait 20 min by a bar to place a FOOD order instead of them just hiring servers. I paid 107 for me and my 2 kids to bowl and jump and you can't hire servers lol. Cheap and tacky. Bartender really nice but slow as hell. We have been here for several birthday parties and just did a party here for our daughters 8th birthday. All the kids really enjoyed themselves. I will say it is so rushed, mostly seems like it's to get in and out of the party room as quickly as possible so we were supposed to have it 12:15-1:15 we were out by 12:45 and doing the xp arena for maybe 15 minutes not even and by 1 we are being told to go downstairs for the arcade so the kids put their shoes on and all just to head back up 15 minutes later to go

Launch events is one of the most organized places for kids birthday parties. We had 26 kids today and our event coordinator Alana was fantastic! Informative, helpful, and the staff served all the cake and pizza. Alana was loud and fun when she corralled the kids up, and the whole event went flawlessly, especially with 26 kids!!! Overall the experience was great. My only issue was that I paid for the A-list package as was supposed to get the xp arena experience, and a private dodgeball game as part of it and I didn't. I don't know why I didn't and when asked they couldn't provide any answers

I bought tickets this morning for toddler time for my three year old. Toddler time starts at 9:00. Arrived at 8:55 and stood outside until almost 9:30 freezing waiting for someone to open the door. There was a large amount of people waiting outside we watched the employees go in the back entrance and nobody let us in. horrible place. waited 2 hours for laser tag and still didn't get to go. employee kept saying 10 more minutes and then a bunch of kids came and took over and swamped the place and we had to wait even longer. they offer no refunds either so we wasted our time and money for nothing.

I have brought my son and nephew many times and they were all great experiences, today, not so much. First, at the counter when purchasing the 5 experiences pack, I was told the VR was not available (one of the main reasons we come here). Second, The minute we went upstairs all hell broke loose. Children running rapid, unsupervised and adults who checked out and kept walking into us. Had an awesome birthday party for my nephew. Manny was an amazing host got us everything we needed. The kids had fun! The whole party was to 2-2.5 hrs which was perfect amount of time. The pizza was yummy too!

This place is so filthy and shows the wear and tear. There is no upkeep. Thre rug is a tripping hazard acrosss the board . Things are being held together with gross duct tape. The foam pit is a disease pit. The foam blocks are torn apart, nothing is replaced

Last Saturday I had a party for my twins 9th Birthday. I booked the party too late and ended up having to purchase a group of tickets for thr family and friends I had already invited to the party. When I explained the situation to floor manager Michael B, he went out of his way to ensure my guests and I had the best party ever. Holy cow. I felt awful for the girl alone at n the cash register with far too many people to take care of. Things broken not working-the water vending machine, the arcade game card machine, no one to help anywhere to be found and the poor cashier stayed busy so I couldn't even try and ask her. Honestly it was awful. Waiting almost half hr just to get wrist bands to start. Woof.
