We had a very large birthday group of 21 kids (yikes I know), and our party hostess London was absolutely phenomenal! She was organized, responsive, hardworking and kind to not just the children but the parents as well! 110% recommend London

I had a great experience here! It was my first time taking my son. We went for toddler time, and they didn't disappoint. There were only other toddlers there, and it made his experience so wonderful. He had a blast, and I didn't have to worry about him getting run over by older kids, he could just jump to his hearts content. He's on the spectrum and doesn't understand when it's not safe to be in an area yet. I loved being able to let him have fun with no worries. Extra bonus he loved the pizza! The service

We hosted birthday party of our 3 year old at Launch yesterday. It was an absolute blast, where all kids and their parents had a lot of fun jumping around. It was pure joy. Icing on cake was our party host Jeanette who not only greeted everyone personally, was very courteous and was just simply fun to be around. She had everything put together, decorated beautifully and on top was super friendly but professional with both parents and children. Everyone absolutely loved her!! We highly recommend this place

In addition to having my daughter?s birthday party at Launch several years ago, they have hosted end of season cheer events for my daughters school and the service has always been stellar. Detra, one of the managers has been nothing but a joy to work with. She's gone up and beyond to ensure our visits were well organized and enjoyable! My son and his friends enjoyed his birthday party at Launch at the Midlothian location. Ms. London did an awesome job, she kept the kids busy and on schedule with all the attractions. The kids and parents enjoyed the food as well! Will definitely go again for family time! I booked a last minute event at Launch for our homeschool group on a rainy Wednesday. The kids had an absolute blast! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above to make sure the kids really enjoyed their time there. We're looking forward to the next event already!

We hosted our son's 7th birthday party here and had such an awesome experience. Chastity (the manager) and Makayla (the host) were wonderful and it was a seamless event from the time we got there until the time we left. Kids loved it, pace of the party was great 10/10 would recommend.

The jump portion we had no issues with. The laser tag is unorganized and they need to do better at this. My kids had been waiting in line for the laser tag, and was passed over 2 almost 3 times before we said something for a birthday party. There should be a time slot for birthday parties so young kids aren't waiting to start their game only to go inside and asked to leave because a birthday party comes first. We pay for entry just like everyone else. The workers need to be educated more for these situation

Launch provided the best birthday party for my child yesterday! The check in was seem-less, our party host decorated our room with the supplies I brought. I was able to walk around and take photos and videos of my children. The facility was clean! The kids commented how much they loved the trampoline course and laser tag. I appreciated the customer service!. There was an extended wait period on our food and staff was more than accommodating. I also appreciated the constant cleaning and disinfecting being conducted by staff. Additional staff could be helpful in the kitchen but other than that everything was perfect. The game attendant were very aware and accommodating to any children in need while playing.

My four-year-old son and I had a great time at the trampoline park. We also enjoyed playing video games. They have a full snack bar with frozen treats. We went for toddler time, which was great because there were no teenagers to worry about. There was plenty of staff. Everything was very clean.

Horrible experience, first time booking a birthday party and it was severely unorganized. My party was booked and paid for to start at 2:30 I did not get into the party room until after 2:35. I was told that I could arrive at 2:15 to decorate for the party. My guests started arriving at 2:30 and we were waiting in the lobby area. I reserved a spot for my daughter's 11th birthday and the staff here went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. My daughter had an amazing 8th bday at Launch Richmond! This place is by far better than all the trampoline parks in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. They not only have trampolines that flow nicely into other areas of the building they also have a battle pit, ninja course, dodge ball arena, basketball, dive pit area and then best of all Laser Tag which is two levels and nicely decorated and better than Laser Quest! I took my grandsons during a peak time on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Upon entering the staff were professional and had time for each customer. The young people monitoring the games were pleasant and compassionate to the kids. We were there for an hour, my grandsons had red cheeks and wanted to be sure they came back the next time they visited me.

We had an amazing time at a friends birthday party. The staff made checking simple and was friendly and helping the entire visit. I have been to a few similar type of places. Besides the staff the two things that stood out are the variety of opportunities for the kids- it is not just a trampoline place and perhaps more importantly, a large comfortable area for parents to hang out or work while their kids are having a great time. We had a Jumpin Joey party for our son?s second birthday party. It was a blast. All I had to do was bring the decorations and cake and Jeanette (our amazing party host) did it all so we could enjoy as parents. I'm giving this place a three simply because of how disgusting their food is!!!!! The pizza taste like cardboard, the fries taste old, and the Marinara sauce taste like tomato paste. The experience is nice for the kids for sure, but I don't recommend eating here. It's a waste of your money.

It is a nice place just not a lot of different things to do like sky zone. The pizza was ok but there was not a lot of choices to choose from and they were out of candy and had limited food items. You pay 17.00 for one hour when you can get an unlimited pass for 26.00 at sky zone. We already loved Launch, but this was my first time having my son's birthday party there. The kids had a great time! My only complaint is the food. The pizza was not good, although I wasn't expecting it to be. One of the other parents purchased mozzarella sticks and fries and they did not like either at all! Owners beware, employees seem to be closing an hour earlier. If you are aware of this, then you may as well close forever. Arrived at 1900 and while filling the waivers, a staff member told us they are closed. Their door schedule clearly shows they should be open until 2000. How do you explain that to your main customers? (The kids).

We went here on a Sunday afternoon. Maybe we just picked a bad day or time to come. I was going to order a pizza for my family but they ran out of pizza. Ordered mozzarella sticks and it took 30 minutes for that.

The reason I give this place 1 star only: overpriced laser tag experience ($60 for 10 minutes for a group of 4 although confirmation email said it was 20 minutes), disgustingly loud music, burnt food smell everywhere, overpriced drinks, not many jumping options, ignorant game marshalls, dirty restrooms, half of the arcade games don't work. Kids had fun because it was their first time playing laser tag, but I prefer bringing them to Sky Zone for jumping around. This place is disappointing and expensive.

We had a fantastic experience hosting our son's party here for his 4th Birthday. Our party host, Jeanette, was fantastic. She was very responsive, excellent with the children, and made our event stress-free. The facilities were clean and the kids loved both the trampoline time and the arcade games. I asked about adding folks after booking online and they were very understanding and gave me a very generous deadline for adding folks if RSVPs were slow to come in. I had to call their main number to have someone come out to assist us. Then then we paid for socks (required for them to play) all for them to tell us they don't know where the socks are.
