Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed but generally positive consensus. Many praise the fun atmosphere, clean facilities, and attentive staff, especially for birthday parties. Several highlight excellent customer service from specific employees. However, some criticize high hidden fees, small size, cleanliness issues, and poor experiences with security. While most families enjoy their visits, negative reviews mention lack of toddler-friendly activities, strict policies, and occasional safety concerns. Customer Reviews

I had my daughter?s birthday party here on Sunday 1/12 from 12-2:30. There were a lot of kids that they needed to accomodate but they did so easily. I booked my party with Julian and she was amazing to deal with/always responsive and super helpful. My party host that day was Sean and he could not have been more accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with. They both made this a wonderful experience and my daughter and all her friends had the best time ??

After my first great experience at Launch, I continued to be amazed with the staff and saving prices that can be found on Groupon. Emily C was one staff member that really went beyond my expectations. She made the process of checking in and reviewing all wavers with ease. She is a great staff member. The management team should be proud. I definitely recommend this place for family fun.

This is the worse trampoline park I ever been to. $30 min for one hr (1 kid)There are no options unless you want to pay for more. They nickel and dime you for even breathing too much air. The location is small. It has very little to offer and make sure to buy their socks they have a security at the entrance looking at socks $4. This is ridiculous! Parents are not allowed to be with their own kids so if you have a single child they won't have fun. Parking sucks too. There were not enough spots I had to sit a

BRIANNA is the best damn host ever tell her Sandy, Aubree?s mom says thank you for everything .. she was patient with all my kids I had a million questions she had an answer for everything she was very tentative she kept checking in I have two other family members who are throwing parties here I told them to ask for BRIANNA she's the best !!

I took my daughter to Launch Trampoline Park in Howard Beach on June 7, 2025. During our visit, she fell through a large hole in the mesh wall of the trampoline area and got stuck inside. It took six adults to help get her out. The hole was clearly visible and should have been repaired or blocked off. I've attached a photo so other parents can see for themselves. This was a serious safety hazard and shows poor facility maintenance. We were lucky she wasn't physically hurt?but she was terrified, and this co

Sean was an amazing host!! Also Lauren was an amazing host as well!! When we got there he was very welcoming & had amazing energy, and made sure everything we needed we had it! Thank you so much!! It was also Lauren?s first time hosting and she was the bomb.com!! Thank you both for being awesome!!! <3

Decided to bring my toddler here with my 2 older teens 50 min ride feom Manhattan they enjoyed the arcade games but when it was time to get my toddler in for the jumping part the 2 security were very rude in why they didn't have a wrist band. And didn't allow my teens in even though they weren't going to jump I would?ve understood in a very more polite and professional way but they immediately gave attitude and rudeness would definitely not go here ever again .

Our host was Emily and she was incredibly sweet and very kind and helped me truly be stress-free for my daughter birthday! We appreciate you so much! I hope all the hosts are as kind as you!

We were invited here for a play date, and unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. Having visited several similar entertainment centers, this one stands out as the least impressive by far. First off, the venue is quite small, yet they charge the same high prices as larger, more spacious places. Second, they have an extremely strict no-food policy?understandable for certain items, but they don't even allow drinks, including water! The security guard was constantly yelling at everyone, eve

I went on April 2025, and I was all surprised at how much dust is all over the place. I can believe that this is a place for children, but they forgot to clean for years

The young woman named Jilian was in charge of our celebration. She was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and sweet. I would definitely come back again due to the amazing experience.

Went to a bday party here. The kids were stoked. They had different options for the party location (individual room or balcony area). The party concierge ran things well and was friendly and accommodating to all. They have a lot of trampoline beds of different sizes for jumping, a dodgeball zone, and an American Ninja Warrior-like obstacle course that is best for the older kids (teens) and adults. They also have some arcade games, but those were not as extensive as those you would find at Dave & Buster's

Justin T at the dodgeball pit was amazing! He brought so much energy and kept the games fun, fair, and engaging for everyone. His enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. Definitely the highlight of our visit. Thanks, Justin!

My firts time here with my kids was amazing!!! but, the third time I visited this place I was terrified, a person almost knocked down my little daughter while we were in the toddler area, everyone was jumping around without control without caring or respecting the area of ??the little ones while the staff only talked to each other very entertained without paying attention or order. I was also able to feel parts without protection while walking, the hard metal felt very dangerous and unsafe for someone who f

Staff is very attentive which is great. Problem are all the hidden fees. $10 for a parent to be on the floor which you need to do if your kid is like 6 or younger. you cant wear sticky socks from other trampoline places. and $5 to use the lockers. so like $18 extra in hidden fees. Come on friends. It feels like flying an airline where they charge you to go to the bathroom. ????Oh well w the groupon i guess we broke even.

This place is awesome ! I came here to celebrate my son Jason?s Birthday party. Zaphra and Shinel were great host! I do recommend to celebrate your kids birthday party here! Good vibes!!!

Positive: My son enjoyed himself. The crowd was not that bad since we went early. Negative: Lack of cleanliness. I understand kids can be dirty but there's no reason trash should be on top of the claw machine or the bathroom is dusty or rust poking though a ancient paint job. Some parents would leave their trash on the tables in the waiting area. When I was there I saw no one cleaning anything. There does not seem to be a active janitor. Overall: Even though my son had fun, I wouldn't return as I'm not co

Came here today for something extra to do for my daughter?s birthday. Omar handled our check in and was courteous and efficient. The place was pleasantly empty leading to the kids having plenty of space to enjoy themselves. Will be returning at this time more often.

Came to this Launch Trampoline Park today with my family for the first time. It wasn't too crowded. My two boys 14 and 8 really enjoyed themselves. My husband joined them and said he felt like a kid again except for the soreness afterwards ?? The staff there were very pleasant especially Emily C. She was very helpful and kind to us. We will definitely go back again soon. Tip: sign the waivers online so that you don't waste time there filling it out. It's on their website and you can do it on your phon

came here for my brothers birthday! Super fun for both the kids and grown ups. Simbi was really patient with us. My dad accidentally bought separate tickets so we had to do it one by one instead of the bundle.

Awesome Place. My kids & family love. Nice atmosphere, Party Rooms, Nice Staff, Clean Restrooms, and Wonderful Security. Angelina helped us and was great.

My 5 year old son and his friend had a great time bouncing for 90 minutes!! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the employees were all sort of useless in enforcing their own rules such as no cellphones while bouncing. Other bigger kids were pretty wild and one was holding a phone while bouncing and the employees just stood there and didn't try very hard to intervene. That is a safety hazard especially in a trampoline facility that has a huge sign upfront that mentions inherent risks of bouncing on

It's a nice fun place for kids if you go on weekdays. Weekends are crazy crowded. The staff are courteous, helpful. The downside to this place is that you have to pay to be there with your kids. I wasn't crazy about that. December 2023 I took my kids during a weekend here and they had a lot of fun. It does get pretty crowded but the kids didn't mind. They still had lots of fun! The staff are courteous and helpful.

Launch Brooklyn is one of the best entertainment spots in Brooklyn highly recommend everyone go there. Customer service is spot on especially one of the court monitors his name was Jeremiah he offered to play with my grandson on the basketball court when he had no one to play with him and I loved that a lot and I appreciate that 100% thank you Launch Brooklyn for the experience

We had a wonderful time at Launch for my nephew?s birthday party. Shinel & Zephra were amazing, super helpful and pleasant to work with. They helped us decorate beautifully and quickly! Would definitely come back again.

It's a nice local Trampoline place for family. I have 2.5 years old she love the place. Didn't wanna come back. If you go weekend have some extra time staying in line(I visited Sunday evening). People are friendly and looks like they have party room too. Love that place for my kid. Definitely going back again.

Terrible experience and terrible party host? ? had both my kids party here and the host was not friendly. We were all clueless? yeah she helped serve the pizza and juice and cut the cake but was not friendly otherwise. She barely spoke/communicated to us about what was happening. We got there and we didnt know where to start little to no communication. Im sorry but everyone walks around like they hate their job/terrible attitudes! Never coming to this location again! Really terrible service!

We've had a great experience today at Launch Trampoline Park in Queens location just walking in Joley the cashier was very welcoming. She gave us great customer service . My daughters spent her 10th birthday here & she had a blast ! We will be returning & hope to see Joley again ??

no option for zero stars terrible worst experience waste of a lot of money. staff not helpful and have no knowledge of who is in charge and didn't even attempt to address my issue. I do not recommend to anyone . dirty, over crowded and unorganized and they don't give refunds or even try to rectify the situation save your money

My children's Bday experience was EXEPTIONAL! TAM EMILY JUSTIN OMG!!! As a mom of 7 who has multiple in birth days in April. These amazing staff made my April babies experience super special. The professionalism, kindness, ease, and supervision made it seamless the VIP BDAY ?? was worth every cent. Booking for July for the next Bday celebration.

Honestly the place needs to be cleaned more often . On the other hand I find it a bit ridiculous that parents are not allowed into the jumping area without a wrist band, I have been to bigger indoor playgrounds and they are allowed to go and stay behind their children. The arcade area is very small not too many options. Wont be coming back

I would equate the success of my nieces 3rd birthday party to Sean M. If you're debating having a party here, personally ask for Sean M to handle your crew. Literally from the moment we were signing in, to the end of the festivities, he was attentive, assertive, and wrangled not only the kids but adults too. It started when i didn't have my phone with me to sign the waiver downstairs. He quickly whipped out his personal device for me to fill out the waiver so i didn't have to go back upstairs for it. He w

This is an awesome place for kids and adults like to break free and just have fun. The staff follows Covid- 19 protocols and someone greats you at the entrance to take your temperature. Everyone had masks on and the place was clean and tidy. Every person gets a new pair of green socks to keep. I ordered the package for 4 which included a cheese pizza and a mug of soda. I really liked that there were staff throughout the facility to ensure everyone was being safe from injuries and preventing accidents. I rec

Brought my little brothers here since I was away at college and wanted to take them out. Not only was the experience and environment itself fun, but the service was amazing. Our court monitor was this guy named Ashton. He was a little younger than me but it was great to have someone around my age that was also awesome with younger children. My brothers thought he was cool and Ashton really made them feel safe and comfortable, especially since one of them is extremely quiet. Thank you Ashton for the great se

My family and I have visited launch trampoline park before and always had a great experience. So much that we have decided to have my son?s upcoming birthday party here and already paid the deposit. Unfortunately, our visit today was met with an unprofessional employee named Alexis. My husband, son and I were by the rock climbing wall when we were met with Alexis? aggressive and unprofessional demeanor. There was already a staff member there when we first arrived to the rock climbing wall, but Alexis aggres

MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME. THE STAFF GREATED US WELL WITH A WARM SMILE. PLACE IS CLEAN. ALL ACTIVITIES ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY

My friends and I had such a great time today. We came in with our vouchers and juju the goat helped me out with a question one of my party members had and we had the greatest experience, especially knowing our friend could still be with us. If you're looking a cute, active place to host a party no matter the age, Launch Queens is it

Staff members Zephra and Shinel were very respectful and were extremely professional. With regards in the handling of my sons birthday party at Launch. Which made my sons birthday celebration with family and friends a huge success. Thank you

This place was so much fun for the kids. There wasn't really a designated place for toddlers but the staff really looks out. Definitely would come back on colder months & rainy days.

Came for a visit for my little cousin second birthday he had a great time and it was definitely because of the host we had for the party they were attentive fun and top tier employees their names were Zephra and Shinel.

I would not recommend this playground to anyone, especially families with toddlers. There were no slides or any age-appropriate activities for young kids. The place was shockingly dirty and clearly not maintained at all. It felt more like a neglected space than a place meant for children to enjoy. Total waste of time ? we left within minutes. Don't bother going.

I went and had a wonderful time, the staff was very helpful. I felt safe and comfortable with my kids especially with such great staff around. Ashton was especially helpful to make sure I didn't worry, I always have anxiety attacks whenever my kids are involved but he made it a comfortable and nice experience.

Place is small compared to other trampoline places? can be cleaner? the claw machines are also a rip off and the arcades are not entertaining. The cushion for one of the rides for two people is completely ripping off. Just overall not a good experience.

Recently took my son here to celebrate his birthday with some family and friends, it was a great experience, we all had a lot of fun. I recommend asking for a young man named Ashton as court monitor, he worked really well with all children and made the experience smooth and efficient. Will definitely be returning soon

Last week was my daughter's birthday. I invited a friend to come and spend time with her at this park and the kids had an amazing evening after school here. Big thanks to Tnes????.

The question is: Is this a good birthday place or a good place to bring your kids on a random day? On a random day if it's not busy: it's fine and kids would have fun. If it is busy: like any and every weekend, during a holiday week when schools are closed or in the summer? Then it's utter chaos, lunacy and mayhem. If it's for a birthday party: see above. Don't try parking in the parking lot unless you want to get into a fight. Drive right past the lot don't even pull in and try because turning around in

Absolutely Love This Place,Been there since Christmas with my Dad and my Cousin from Dominican Republic,we had so much fun there,we bounce and did crazy parkour,my cousin did well on the Parkour Section but not me because I kept falling off the Platforms Hope one day I will throw a big party there with my friends and cousins

An employee did a great job assisting me he had a great and positive experience towards me and my family he always had a smile and spoke to us with respect unlike the other employees his name was Elijah i would definitely recommend coming back and meeting such a great person

I visited launch of Queens with my friend and her three kids . ?Shawn? made sure our little kiddies had an amazing time and enjoyed their food too .He was friendly , pleasant and welcoming.

Went on a family outing with my daughter and brought along some close family and friends, the experience was amazing. Our court monitor Ashton was a great young man, with a warm disposition for the kids and well mannered to us as well. He definitely made sure our family will be returning.

I had my sons 4th birthday party here and it was a huge success. Anthony and Alyssa were awesome host. They were sooo helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. Anthony was waiting on me at the door as soon as I got there and they both took such good care of my entire party. I would request them next time definitely. ??

Nigel, Gabriela, Jennifer, Janiah, Naia, Riana were all very friendly and helpful!

Our experience was amazing. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and engaging play space for their lil ones! Our court monitor Ariendy was incredibly attentive, kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back soon! :)

This company will be getting sued by me my child got hurt and they also don't pay attention to the children when I ask for the Manger which her name was Jill she had attitude that I wanted to talk to her about my child getting hurt and how she said you know kids be extremely dramatic but at that moment my was child was truly hurt and only thing they did was watch him cry and put a ice pack plus Jill walked away multiple times to walk and laugh with her workers and even i heard say that my child was reacting

Went this past weekend with family and had a great time. I don't have as much energy as my kids nor do I have the joints for all that jumping but regardless it all felt safe and welcoming. The court monitor Ashton did a good job keeping an eye on everybody in sight and even gave some of the kids advice on their jumpers. I would definitely recommend visiting and if Aston is there, you know for sure your family will be safe.

Had a great time with the family at Launch. Did not have to wait very long and had excellent service by Vivian, a kind employee who helped with the process. My kids had a blast and I would totally recommend returning in the future!!!

Wow! What a fantastic place to come with your kids. The staff were so helpful and professional. My favorite staff was Joelly. She was so kind to us during our time here. Overall, pls come it's a great place to have fun with the kids.

Great experience from Madison R Gabriella and Nay Janayah made sure we had the best experience

The parent pass makes no sense. I'm not jumping, don't even want to jump. We were told we were allow in but were confronted by staff that we needed the socks to be in the trampoline with little ones. So i told them we have the parent pass and she said well u need socks. So we went to get socks and they said we can't sell u socks if you're not jumping. That makes no sense. We have toddlers, and we couldn't leave them by themselves but we also didn't want to pay $34.99 if we're not jumping or doing anything.

I've brought my kids here twice, once for my daughter's birthday and once today for my son's birthday. They always have a great time at Launch, the first Launch we went to was in Newark, NJ and I definitely recommended this location. I also like the layout of this place better then Sky Zone and Bounce.

Took the kids on a random Sunday to get their energy out and it did the job it was supposed to do. I appreciate having places like this close by.

Naja is the BEST!!!!! She was very patient and very helpful with my party of children, she also very funny. She made my experience so smooth and pleasant. Please give her my best regards and thank her for the wonderful service

Luca , was fantastic today. He was so kind he mad sure he attended to all the kids. And made sure he refill our drinks. And neatly kept everything clean.

Not recommended. Small and crowded. And they charge $9.99 for parent come in to be with kid even not jumping. I would recommend go to urban air at lake grove Long Island. More facilities, bigger, cleaner and no $9.99 surcharge for parents. They do have staff on the ground to keep the order though, so I give them 3stars.

A great fun place for Birthday parties and a great place to entertain kids. They have trampoline, basketball hoops, arcade and even wall climb hiing. And the place is clean and employee are nice.

Eventually became to crowded. Should have a limit on sessions. I got kicked out of the parent area because I didn't have a wrist band, yet the cashier that hands them out didn't tell me I needed one. Poor direction poor customer service. Kids had fun though and that's all that counts. The ninja course was beat up. I wouldn't come back unless the place was half empty or reserved for a specific amount of people.

He had a blast . It was my son 13th birthday . Him and his friends really enjoy it all the food was also good . If you love wing you should try the sweet chili wings you won't be disappointed. Shawn our party host was amazing he helped with everything I didn't have to do anything . We will be back very soon !

This was my family second visit to Launch. Our first time was just 4 of us but this time we went as a group because my daughter wanted to bring her friends with her for her birthday. Madison was our receptionist. Her warm smile was really accommodating when we approached her register. She help us through the whole process and was very patient and kind. Five stars goes out to you Madison

Back in October 2024 I made a Saturday morning reservation to host a birthday party at Launch Trampoline for my 8 year old daughter and her friends from school. Overall we had a party of almost 30 people with kids and parents combined and everyone had a blast. Our hosts, Justin and Sean were phenomenal in setting up and taking care of the kids, along with leading the activities and games. They made sure to stick to the allotted time schedule and everyone had a great time. The pizza & drinks that Launch Tra

Should have check out the place before I purchase the tickets online for my 2 kids. Parents have to pay also if we want to watch your kids near them. The place is old, staffs are not friendly. They stayed about 20 mins and wanted to leave.

My family and I had such an awesome experience at Launch. Ariendy was our attendant, and he was so helpful during our time here. Thank you, would definitely recommend to visit for any celebrations.

Last year we had my son 5th birthday party here he had an amazing time so much that we are going to have his 6th birthday party here as well.. everyone one have a great time? we can't wait ?? ????????????????????I hope to get I'll same hostess tee

I visited with my son , it's a great place for kids . But I really requesting management to change some of green barriers between trampoline as they really hurts due to damage or lack of foam ? ventilation was ok but felt warm when it's get crowded ?

One of the best bounce houses in NYC. Luca is one of the best staff members of the place help us to book birthday party. Quick quality professional and welcoming. Must to visit ????

Madison R was very respectful and helped a lot with us getting the tickets

I recently visited Launch Trampoline Park, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was loud and active, it was good for the kids. But what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by Tam, one of the staff members. We had a little issue checking in but Tam went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable and solved the issue no hassle. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm were evident from the start. She provided us helpful ti

I came in here today so that my son and I can beat the normal weekend crowd and there was a young lady there named Emily who was beyond helpful! And very sweet. The place was clean as well. Thanks Emily for all your help!

Came here on a Thursday and was greeted by Emily C and her customer service was top notch. She was so friendly and polite and helpful. It was so refreshing and made me want to come back again. I'll be coming back just again just because of this good experience. !

If I could give less stars I would the security guard should not be working there with kids he is rude arrogant and nasty he even pulled my kid by the arm, the place stinks of weed reaks of weed but they complain of stupid stuff like my 2 year old bringing her water bottle with her so she doesn't dehydrate, maybe when they get new security I'll come back this is my 3rd time here I keep saying I'm not coming back and I keep trying again but I am really not ever coming back here again maybe when they get bett

I love this place been here a few times but this time I tried the VALO JUMP! Shout out to Justin he was an amazing host! Definitely goes behind and above for customers and assisted me with my children. He deserves a promotion!

Sincerely i had a great time with my family today. A big shout-out and thanks to Sean who hosted my Girl birthday he's so nice ???? Thank you so much

For the cost it's a little high($77 for 2 of us) but we had the place mostly to ourselves. It did have a loud camp for an hour but we avoided to much discomfort by staying in the back. The location is great however not as big as I would have liked. The main issue was the temperature it was freezing.

We had a great experience. My 11 year old wanted to celebrate her birthday with her friends in this park. I was able to book the birthday party through a smooth process online. They followed up over email and phone call. Our host on the day of the party was Emily C. and she really went above and beyond to make sure the party went smoothly. You do have to order the food in advance of the party. If you want to have a certain theme, you can bring your own decorations and goodie bags. In terms of food, you can

The place is really clean and friendly. Madison was super helpful and sweet and her nails were beautiful. Lol. And though Alexis wasn't working she also chipped in and helped. I came all the way from the Bronx with my family and it was worth the drive. Will definitely come back.

Shinel was our host for Arya?s birthday party. She went above and beyond to make everyone have a fun time. Kind and hardworking

Such great service from the moment I arrived with my family, we had Tamieka helping us and she was amazing from start to finish. Very kind and attentive and has such a lovely smile. Will definitely be going again.

Had amazing time here this past weekend. Shout out to the amazing working Tnes for assisting us and making our time here smooth and enjoyable. Recommend her for anything you may need!

I really had a good time here, and the employees were friendly. Felt welcome there and it's for all ages. The pizza wasn't really good but they had accommodated me so I gave them a star back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
