We had our child?s birthday party here today and it was a wonderful experience! The kids had so much fun on the trampolines, and I could tell the parents were happy too. The staff was attentive and thoughtful, often checking in to see if we needed anything. They organized the party schedule very smoothly, which really helped things go well. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a birthday party ? the kids can jump and play, and it's all in one convenient location, which saves parents a lot of ti
I normally had decent experience to launch. Recently I paid 13 kids to launch and paid everyone supercharge tickets. Given how much we paid, I was hoping that they can enjoy everything launch has to offer. However, when we were there, 2 or of 4 virtual reality game was broken and my daughter was looking forward to 4 friends playing together. Also the XP Arena was broken as well. For the price we paid and the kids being much older and enjoy more of those games as opposed to jumping, didn't feel worth it at a
Place was not crowded but they only kept a few lights on, which felt a bit creepy in certain areas, kids were scared to explore. Also quite expensive for 1.5hr compared to other places.
I had a wonderful experience today at Launch. I was very well assisted by this very sweet young girl, she had black curly hair, I think her name was Mejda, or Magda? She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in assisting me and my wonderful three boys through all the activities and they had a BLAST. Let me tell you, I WILL be having my son?s Mason birthday party here and be requesting her to be the one to do it. When in doubt, Magda is the one to go.
Had my daughter?s birthday party there. I loved the atmosphere and my assigned event manager (she is rated a 5 star for us!). Only issue I have is the food choice: the kids didn't care for the pizza so I wish we could have offered them a better alternative but unfortunately the place doesn't allow it.
Hosted a birthday party for my twins in May 2025, and I would very highly recommend this for a party. Kids had a blast, I didn't have to do a thing, and the host, Siobhan was amazing! She remembered all the things, was super transparent (they ran out of French fries and I'd ordered a platter of them) and I didn't have to stay on top of her. She was magic! We did the higher tier party- with jumping, food, Laser Tag, XD experience (obstacle course), and arcade game cards. My kids both came to me and said t
Came here on a school vacation week day. It was busy but not packed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Chicken nuggets were actually whole pieces of white meat chicken and tasted good. The VR, Laser tag and Arena are separate, all other areas (trampoline, dodgeball, obstacle course) are all open. They have color coded bracelets for when times are busy so people take turns. My niece still almost took out or was taken out by smaller kids not paying attention. Separate area for parties
Our older son turned 12 years. Just brought him and his younger brothers here for the first time to have some fun. All I can say, they all had fun, the little ones enjoyed trampolines, all jumping zones. The older one liked arcades. Also they enjoyed laser tag room. We bought the package for 1.5 hours for $39 per person. Plus we had to fill in the waiver form for each kid and we had to purchase the socks, $3 for a pair. Inside was a pizzeria.
What is a parent's worst nightmare? Having 16 positive RSVPs, cupcakes ready, and everyone showing up in 15 min only to realize Mom (it is me!) booked the wrong month for the birthday party. I mean, imagine: we are literally at Launch Woburn saying "we are here for the party" and there is no party booked. But! The amazing staff here, especially Morgan, stayed calm and collected and accommodated us. Morgan was truly amazing, switching some things around to make it all possible. Our daughter never even knew t
My son celebrated his 9th birthday today and we had a fabulous experience. I booked the party online one month ahead, and I received a confirmation email right away. A week before the party, I received a follow-up email on ?what to know? and a staff member called me to confirm the number of kids and if we have any add-ons three days before the party. We arrived 15 minutes earlier, and our host Laura gave us a warm welcome. She is on top of everything, checking the kids in, giving them instructions, and orga
I cannot wait to share this review after my day that feels like riding a rollercoaster. The fabulous crew, Party Host Daija Forero, Party Coordinator Ayla Holmes, and Manager Wilson Mendoza at Launch Woburn created a real celebration for my kid in just half an hour! I would give ten stars if I could. The story is a bit long but I truly appreciate if you could read through to give this super crew an applaud. I booked a party at another chain trampoline park at 4pm and notified all guests. When setting up the
We hosted our son's 5th birthday here. The kids had a blast and burned off A LOT of energy. They have nice event rooms upstairs for parties and Their pizza is surprisingly VERY Tasty. Our Launch host Morgan went above and beyond to make sure our party went smoothly. Thank you Morgan & Launch staff!
The equipment is really fun, and everyone had a great time. However, the food was disappointing. We ordered nachos and had to wait over 20 minutes. When they finally arrived, some parts were burnt, and the chips tasted bitter.
had such an amazing experience for my son?s a-list birthday party last week! our host, jason, was such a pleasure to work with and made sure not only the kids had a great time but us parents, too. he was even able to gather all the kiddos for such a fun-filled dodgeball game and did a great job setting up our party room with the assist from joel. the transition into laser quest and xp arena was seamless as well. the gm, Wilson, was also on site that day ? he greeted us and even went above and beyond with a
bobby, rheeya , luna, thank you for tending to our every request. showing us all the different attractions and explaining thoroughly how to navigate. this location is clean , there's a tiny place to grab food (pizzas, slushes and yumminess ) . this is definitely a place to go when you want to switch it up a bit and have some challenging fun for the kids and you. there's plenty to do. i will say it's different than skyzone because they are based off packages and not single play or jump time. overall we had a
Today was very busy and the employees were overwhelmed. The kitchen had a 45 minute hold on ordering pizza. For the price we paid, we don't feel happy with the amount of service we received.
We have nothing but glowing review for our All-Star Party at Launch Woburn. From booking to clean-up, the staff was responsive, efficient, professional, and kind. Skylar was a wonderful party host. And it should go without saying that our guests had a blast!
We book our daughter birthday at Launch. From the start to the end was perfect! Amelia and Meghan were awesome and very respectful. They help us set up the decorations and make sure everything was perfect for our daughter birthday party. Also, Peter the Assistant Manager greet us and make sure everything goes smoothly and up to standard. We highly recommend launch!
I love this Launch location. It is the best and cleanest location we have visited. We attending another birthday party here at this location and the staff was awesome. Ayla, Luna and Jason were the absolute best party hosts. They assisted with everything and even interacted with the kids with trivia questions. I thought it was also a great gesture that the assistant GM was there helping out. He introduced himself as Peter and made sure to check in to see how all the kids were doing and asking if we needed a
What a terrible layout. No place for parents to sit. I'm not seeking a lazy boy section but the ONLY place to sit after you paid good money for your kids to run around is in the cafe, which has no view of anything (surrounded by high walls) and it's HORRIBLY DARK. No light in here. Want to read? Bring a lamp.
Great new entertainment place for kids. Clean, lots of stuff to do. Helpful staff. Had a blast here with my kids!
We had booked a birthday party at Launch in Woburn on October 12th for our son and it was a TERRIBLE experience. Three kids from our party were repeatedly harassed by two other children who were not part of the event. One child was punched, another hit hard in the head with a ball, and the kids were followed around while being yelled at with profanities. Despite multiple complaints to the staff, no action was taken, leaving us frustrated and worried about the children's safety. Very disappointing and unacce
We had our son's birthday party (5 y/o) at Launch Woburn as this is our favorite Launch branch. The party was great and exceeded any expectation. The staff was phenomenal so I decided to write an informative and detailed review. When you arrive you conveniently walk to the event check in counter. The process was quick and smooth, and we were attached with an employee that was in charge of taking care of our party. Her name was Skylar and I've never experienced such a great service. Skylar patiently and clea
Great experience for my toddler, she made me run from one place to another.... "Let kids have fun"
It is really fun for the kids sometimes it could crowded but it's clean and nice I recommend and the food was amazing
Just had a party there and it was awesome. Kids had a blast and the best part was the party rooms are on the 2nd level overlooking the trampoline area so it was a little less noisy but we felt like we were still part of the action. What I like about Launch was that I needed to reschedule my party and it was a breeze. They don't charge a fee to change the date and you don't lose any deposit. I was stressed about having to change the date and it took all of 5 minutes. Most flexible place I have ever had a pa
Had a great experience hosting our daughter's 11th birthday party there. Everything ran smoothly and the staff was so nice with the kids, thank you so much!
Launch, with its indoor trampoline and arcade areas, elevates with a VR or adventure arena?but what set this apart from every other trampoline/bounce house/arcade/VR experience is the customer service. The employees here are clearly trained to take the care they do seriously. When my 5yo thought she ?lost me? the teen employee showed her where I was and walked her over gently, and when there was a group of boys sliding down where they should I heard an employee say, ?if you want to slide try over there, it?
Staff is very polite and helpful. The place is spotless and clean. This is by far the best trampoline park I've been to. 10/10 would recommend coming here, regardless of age! :)
I loved this launch location! Ayla helped me at the desk and was super helpful!
An okay place to celebrate a birthday party. The kids had a blast. My only complaint is the lack of communication between the employees. I confirmed the food for the party but didn't get everything that I ordered and was charged wrong.
Every time we have gone to Launch it has been amazing! All of the staff are super nice! It is very clean, the music is at a level that the kids enjoy and parents can still have a conversation and it is appropriate for the kids that are there! Other places I have not found this to be the case which is why I am mentioning. Also love that the arcade is not super loud and that they also have laser tag and other options.
We came for a swim meet from out of town and in between down time I took my little one who's 6 to Launch. She had a blast, she met Thomas who assisted her with climbing. He was a sweetheart and made her smile. We definitely enjoyed our visit and looking forward to visiting next yr.
So we had two different experiences here. The first experience was a year ago for a birthday party where the place was completely closed and the party was the only thing happening. That was amazing. The second experience was another birthday party while there were 7 other birthday parties plus the general public and the place was packed. Trying to constantly find your child in a sea of 500 people was the most anxiety driven experience. This is where the layout and management failed. It was just too much. Th
I just took three 10-12 year olds to work off some energy this afternoon and was left very underwhelmed. The facility seemed understaffed or perhaps a better description would be: inappropriately staffed. There was one young person taking payment and checking people in and despite not being busy, it seemed to take us an age to check in with our pre-bought tickets. The majority of the staff appeared to be inexperienced high schoolers who were largely milling around aimlessly or dealing with irritated, frus
They are finally open. The place is even better and very clan! I am glad they were able to open. Good luck and best wishes!
I have been here before and had quite an experience. My daughter experienced bullying from another child patron and the staff expertly handled the matter. A few of the staff stood out for above standard service and engagement and they were JT (Jason), Van, Ayla, and Julia. They were all very awesome more specifically! My kids wants to come back, and I'll acquiesce! Thanks!
Very busy, overwhelming with children and lack of staff to keep order. Very young running around without supervision. Parents can watch their children play, standing. Minimum seating for parents to sit and watch.
Amazing place for Kids. I'm 74 years old my Granddaughter made me play Lazer Tag with her. ?? So much Fun. Worth the Money. Young People that work there are the Best. Helpful and Friendly!
We loved it, at the entrance you must register on the computers and go to the line, we chose 2 activities, our son is 2 years old, they do not pay, they give out socks to jump, they can choose from 2 to 5 activities, this time we jump and play bowling. remember to ask for the appliance for small children "they love it". The place looks organized, clean and the staff is attentive. The toddler jumping area is on the bottom third floor, says Toddler. The whole family will have fun!
Beware of toddler time, they let kids who are MUCH older than toddlers in during this time and it's extremely dangerous for the young kids. There are kids around 8,9,10 jumping with 1-3 year olds. They also let way too many people in during this time so it's impossible to enjoy it. If you're going to make a designated toddler time, then at least only let toddlers in so they can enjoy it and it's not dangerous.
I am through this comment to talk about my bad experience as a birthday party guest. On 04/15/2023. My husband and I went to a party for two kids at 5 pm. Arriving, I witnessed the employee authorize the move of furniture in the place, I even helped and then the manager arrived at the time of the party and in the middle of all the guests and ordered everything to be moved, it was pretty embarrassing for the mother and for everyone, the manager took care of it very badly the mother of the children and the gu
What a blast!!! Our sons 7th birthday party was held here and our experience couldn't have been better. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and if someone didn't have the answer they were able to seek it out promptly. Lily and Sam were amazing party hosts who helped us every step of the way and the manager Cali made sure our experience was one to remember!!! Thank you so much for your hard work team! Our guests and ourselves will all be back to play!
The kids had a great time, but bring your wallet! Lots to do and a reasonable size space. The ninja course was great; an area of trampolines; Lazer tag was a good area for the kids to run around. One of the coolest activities was the XP Arena - my 9 year old especially loved that. The pizza was good and the staff was friendly.
Great for kids ?? , always fun. Great place to get active and do some fitness! My daughter loves it here, we won't stop coming!! ??
My daughters have been to Launch a few times. We had the pleasure of meeting Brianna. Brianna was so happy and pleasant to speak with us. She was so helpful showing us around and explaining the areas. Brianna also explained the different packages which was very helpful. My girls had a blast and we will be back!
We hosted my son's 9th birthday party with 12 of his friends at Launch in Woburn this weekend and it was a 10/10 experience across the board. Not only did the kids have such a blast, but every one of the staff members were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to be accommodating (such as when I brought in a crazy, fragile cake I made and needed it stored in a special way) and seemed to work as a team to make sure everything ran smoothly. Special shoutout to Wilson, one of the managers, who was e
For the amount of money that is charged for this place to have birthday parties I felt it was a very rushed especially when it came to serving pizza and cake I was not even allowed enough time to cut the cake to put the two cakes into one box which would have taking five minutes and the poor girl was so nice but very overwhelmed she should have had help considering the party had 15 kids plus 10 adults we helped what we could but the poor girl was so frantic and we should be allowed more time in the rooms to
Best experience I've ever had. All because of the best worker named Phil. He was nice, respectful and a great guy. He deserves a promotion. Employee of the month should go to Phil. Scratch that employee of the year! Phil is the best employee I've ever met. My first reason why Phil was a great employee is because he cared about our safety. For example he reminded us that physical contact in the laser tag station was not OK. Another example is that when I fell when I was trying to dunk a basketball he rushed
The stuff was Friendly. They Fix arcade machines fast if they are acting up. The manager named , Jake was nice and let me stay by my sons side for lazer tag so my son would not be scared. The manager is thoughtful and kind.
Great place, lots of fun things to do!
Management sucks? drove 20 minutes for toddler time on Sunday morning only to be told they cancelled it this week (appears sold out to a rich family willing to pay more). No clear place on their website advertising it, had to look under hours, yet toddler time still advertised on home page. Regulars arnt going to go to their website every week to check.
Our pool day plans had a sudden change and we ended up at Launch in Woburn. My kids and daughter?s friend had such a great time. We purchased the Epic Fun pass and the young lady Brianna working the XP Arena was so helpful. The kids were confused about what to do and she took the time to explain it all to them. Thanks Launch and Brianna for helping the kids have a great day.
The layout is horrendous, no seating is available, 2009-era Top 40 music is blaring at max volume, there's no supervision (from parents or employees), and the slushie machine was broken. Apex is more expensive, but a better experience overall.
Fun for the whole family. They've got it all: tons of trampolines, dodgeball, a foam pit, obstacle course, one of those things where you run up the thing and grab the top, socks with stickies on the bottom, arcade games, laser tag, pizza, VR games. My nephew asked me two days after we went if we could go back... That just about says all there is to say.
I had booked my daughters birthday party here, when we went to check in, the line was hours long and our room wasn't even ready. They kept saying it'll be ready in ?10 mins max? and that it's being cleaned, we didn't get our room until 1.5 hour later. When we got our room, only 2 out of the 4 pizzas were ready. Also, some of the staff were very rude with an attitude. Overall, a waste of time, money and very crowded.
First time, my son liked it but we were not impressed with waiting 15mins to buy socks (2 girls working checkin and prize counter and knave food station). First played some games (several were out of order though). Then jumped for awhile before needing a drink. The food counter now had nobody at it for 8 minutes (couple kids took drinks from cooler but nobody was there to pay, not sure they came back to pay later?). Went back to games since unfortunately nobody was at laser tag or xp arena appeared closed?
Terrible experience at Woburn Launch with my kids birthday party, a rude manager don't respect my wife and our guests. After we paid more then a thousand dollars for it. She turned our kids party in a nightmare. First time and last time, we will never come back and ours guest too.
Went here back in December for my daughter's second birthday. We got 3 of the deluxe package which includes VR and Laser Tag. They had one person on VR and they kept cancelling when it was our turn so we grabbed a manager. He said we'd be all set after he spoke to the kid on VR. Nope. Never got to do VR. Then laser tag was closed due to technical isssues. They said it'd be up and running in 30 mins. Nope. Two hours went by and it was still closed. We asked the manager for a refund and he said he couldn't do
This place was very fun and the price was worth it. Also the staff were very helpful and nice. I would like to give a big thank you to Peter A and Giulia C who were super patient and flexible. We visited the place a s a group from an islamic organization, they gave us a room where to pray. it is an amazing pace to visit with your family
BEWARE: So the price for a (ridiculously priced) party is $600, they ask for a deposit of $499 (which is 83% of the total, way too much), no signed contract but they "supposedly" tell you verbally that it's NON-REFUNDABLE!...and you "supposedly" agree to it when you sign your credit card receipt! Are you kidding me. Illegal and unethical, BBB and MA AG's office to be informed. Do yourself a favor depending on the size of the party, just buy an all access, unlimited package for each child and save yourself h
Staff is super friendly and accommodating and my kids always have a blast! It's great to work out energy across different age ranges.
I've been here many times and all of the staff are amazing. My son loves coming here, i come at least once a week with my son and have a drawer full of socks from here lol
I received a gift card for the Watertown location right before COVID, a 25 jump pass. We only used it once before lockdown. I was so thrilled today when I brought 4 kids and prayed they would honor the gift card. They transferred the balance to a new card (no hassle) and even gave a few extra jumps. Place is squeaky clean. Friendly staff. So grateful!
Don't waste your time or money unless you are part of a bday party. My kids waiting over an hour for a slot to do laser tag and over 2 hours (and counting) to use the VR. Birthday parties ?skip the line? so even though you pay $40 for an all access pass and need to complete your activities in that time frame it isn't possible due to the bday parties. Also this place is small with no places for the adults to sit and hang out like I've experienced at their methuen location and Altitude locations. Don't was
$28 for a 5 yr old to jump around for one hour (with mandatory socks). Yikes!
Fun family place for children, very nice staff, if you are an old person and do not execrsise I would advice you NOT to try to ease your kids or grabd kids and to show them how young abd fit you are, if you do prepare for a great deal of back pain.????????????. Great and safe place for the kids to place.
Had a blast with 2 10 year olds. Variety of 'attractions' (climbing, block pit, trampolines) plus arcade games was a hit with kids and adults. Recommend.
Great fun for kids. Good option for kids birthday party It's clean and staff is quite friendly. Pizzas provided for the party was good. They were accommodating of food allergies. GF pizza available.
Great visit tonight. The place is HUGE! Amazing VR games and really cool obstacle course for kids. Massive trampoline area! Pizza was great too. The laser tag area looks great too.
A wonderful, patient and helpful staff, especially a young lady named Meghan. Will definitely go back with my grandchildren
This is a KIDS ONLY type of entertainment venue! Was mislead and it was unclear on most websites. It was sold to be for the entire family...it's not, all parents and adults stood around the edge of the obstacles n their phones not jumping or having fun. This is good to know as you'll avoid any disappointment
Visited last wednesday and was very suprised! Remebered the old toys r-us and can't believe what the place is now. Lots for the kids and plenty of seating for the parents!
Kids seems like having fun but as a 4 years old girl father that place is a huge chaos on a Saturday afternoon
Be ready packed on Sunday morning when I went .the staff usually makes these places and the staff here were wonderful let the kids run all over no hey stop that etc. Place was clean and the kids got excerise a fun experience.
I organized a kid birthday party here and it was a success. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the experience very enjoyable all around.
Host Sam was so helpful and so kind to the kids and party guests. Will definitely be going back mostly because of our experience with him as our host
Our toddler is in love. Such a needed space for kiddos to be carefree and get lots of movement in , especially with the harsh/ cold / dreary New England days.
It was very very busy and loud but the kids had fun. The arcade was also fun
Everyone is super friendly and the prices are great! Cali was so friendly and kind to the kids after one of them lost their card and gave him a prize!
Our five year old went to a birthday party here. He had a blast!! We're going back :)
Kam was amazing and was a life mentor and impacted my experience and life forever! You made my day Kam and you are the reason I go to launch. This girl deserves a raise. GO GURL
I went to the park for a field trip and it was the best experience the arcades were cool and everything the park was giant it was so cool and the teachers also got to jump
Amazing new facility, has something for everyone and food is really good as well. Plenty of parking, great location and reasonably priced for everything you get.
This place is great, don't regard the people who say they have a bad staff. They are young and great and they all deserve a great job my 3 yr old had a wonderful time, thank you
Great place for kid fun. Enjoyed the toddler hours early on Sunday morning.
The staff were unfriendly to my family and I. The manager was rude.
Good place for kids. Little busy, but kids have fun
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
