This is a great place to have a birthday party for kids. One hour jumping was long enough for kids to enjoy, and their arcade games were nice bonus. The staff nicely prepared the birthday place and cleaned up the aftermath. The pizza was surprisingly delicious too. The only downside was that I wish they had a better ventilation system. The air was so stuffy.
Private rooms could definitely use some fans.. Didn't catch her name with so much happening in such a small amount of time, but our event host today was very attentive & helpful ?? big thanks to her
We visited the newly renovated Launch Family Entertainment Park and had a great time! The upgrades are fantastic?everything looks fresh and clean. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the trampolines and arcade games. A perfect spot for family fun! We'll definitely be back.
I have been jumping at Launch since I was 6 years old and the fun never ends. The Employees are amazing, the food is great and the trampolines are extra Bouncy. No offense Sky Zone but I choose Launch over you. Launch is such a fun place to go to and I recommend people of all ages to go (especially kids).
This place is so well run! Everything is new, clean, working and well organized. We came here to celebrate the last day of school and kids had so much fun! Lady at the front desk is super efficient, kind and customer service oriented. I'm a happy customer and will be back! Thank you ??
Had the best time ever celebrating a birthday at Launch Norwood! The entire experience was amazing?from how clean and organized everything was to how fun the party turned out. The staff made sure everything went smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was such a blast, and I'm already looking forward to booking another birthday party here! Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a fun and stress-free celebration.
The best time ever they love it, this stuff is very helpful. The crew is very patient.
I was here for my Nephews party, it was pretty cool ?? for him and nice. The young staff where extremely helpful, nice and outstanding. My family enjoyed it. The place is very nice, I wish it was a tab bit bigger. If adults where to jump they would have too be extremely cautious ?? due too the large amount of young children. But that's okay. A section for adults with children that are willing to jump would be nice. They had a nice variety of games, 3D games and things too do. Too keep your loving little
Had a great time with my three kids on Sunday morning. Reasonably priced. Michael at the counter was super helpful finding the waivers.
First time coming to Launch and maybe it was the location itself, but I did not have a great first impression. Maybe I will try another location? However, Olivia at the front desk deserves a 5 star review because if it wasn't for her (and of course my kids wanting to go so bad), I would?ve turned around and went some where else but she was very helpful and friendly when she called me to the counter to help me and told her it was our first time coming and she made the process very simple and easy and explain
Launch is a pretty fun place but it can smell kinda weird-greasy oily smell. You can use VR where you can actually feel the pain. Get ready for flipping, jumping, and going on the obstacle course. Time to go to the one the only Launch!
Took my kids there this weekend and had a great time. We stayed for a few hours and kids had lunch plus they allow you to stay after your jump time to eat and play the arcade games. Will return again!
I was in there with my kids and started coughing. I noticed the pizza machine was putting a haze in the air! ?? I spoke to the manager about the air quality and safety concerns, but 30 minutes later, they were still cooking pizza. ?? #AirQuality #Safety #Pizza #Restaurant #Maintenance #Health
Sign at entrance said new owners. The employees we're awesome, friendly and helpful. Venue was clean. Prices were expected, like the $3 over salted pretzel. Kids had a great time! My friend had his son's birthday party there and when pizza was served, I grabbed a piece, started to choke on the taste and had to spit it out in my napkin. The money my friend spent for the kids to bounce and play games & to have pizza, chicken fingers & french fries was overrated(all yellow foods). This piece of pizza tasted l
Went to Launch Trampoline Park expecting fun, but instead, my dad got bodied by their broken VR machine. Mid-game, the thing snapped apart like it was held together with glue sticks, sending him crashing to the floor. To make it worse, a jagged piece of it sliced his arm open. Staff looked shocked but did NOTHING useful. We thought they might offer a real apology or a bandage of some sort, but nope?they handed us a gift card like we'd ever want to come back. Yeah, because nothing says ?we care? like a coupo
Best experience from all the staff but Jameel was amazing. His customer service and passion to help others was a joy to experience. We will be back again.
This review is provided courtesy of my daughter in 5th grade, verbatim: "Highly Recommend. very nice staff, especially this guy name Luke who was very helpful and extremely kind to my group of 67 people. Luke made all the difference in having a good time and is an amazing person with a good heart. Hope to come back soon, and hope that Luke gets promoted"
I will give 3stars because I feel that is small place not many jumps games, employees are so friendly thanks for that, with prices not sure about that, one of things that was great was tables area to sit watching tv .
It is soooo clean and fun I bring my kids there a lot and they ?? love it they love this trampoline park sooooo much
My grandchildren enjoyed this place especially the lazer tag. Wish there was more activities for younger children. A lot if games were out of order. After winning no prizes to redeem except candy.
Good for kids, we had a birthday party today. Food is really fresh and tasty. We had amazing party and all credit goes to the staff, especially the host assigned to our party. The only concern is once kids are free to play, its hard to manage them together. Party needs to be managed in a way we keep kids together. They were just left over to play wherever they want, also no door keeping at exit, kids were running all over the trampoline park(difficult for party parents to manage kids)
I took my toddlers and they Loved it! They have a special area that is just for smaller kids which was really good to get them used to it without a bunch of kids trampling them. They have a foam pit that is fun, but not a lot too it and is difficult to manage with two little ones who don't want to get out. Thankfully it wasn't too busy in the morning so we had no issues with it.
I am sincerely impressed by how well this place is run. In particular, I want to complement the staff. All the employees were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, with smiles on their faces. The facilities are clean and well-cared for as well. Bravo!
A fun place that could get pretty crowded. They have a few different jump options and a few ninja warrior type courses. Employees were nice but not too attentive when it came to kids doing unsafe things. I gave it 3 stars because the there were only 2 dodgeballs in tact in the dodgeball section and a handful of the video games were not working.
This place was super busy. It felt like it was filled to capacity on a Saturday. I feel like some areas could have been better supervised. But they tried.
My son has had 2 birthday parties at Launch Norwood and both times were great but I feel this last time was even better. The cost is reasonable. The employees are friendly and eager to help. The gym is super clean and the pizza is pretty good. My only suggestion is that they give the party guests 15 minutes more(30 min. Is allowed) in the private room to eat pizza and cake as it felt a little rushed, but, this would not prevent us from booking another birthday party here. I would absolutely recommend Laun
Lots of Broken attractions, for the price, more things should be working. 15 games are broken which doesn't give a decent value to the packages that include game tokens..
Son had a great time. Only issue is a women screamed at staff and me making my 6 year old cry. Kids she was in charge of were unsupervised and continued to take their slushes onto the trampoline. Staff asked the repeatedly to place them down and not take them onto trampoline. Totally disrespectful and refused to follow directions. Owen was amazing and thoughtful with my son when he saw him crying. It was Owens third day! Way to go. The staff did not escalate with the women!
Every detail was a ten! Polite Helpful Nice staff. Arcade machines I've never seen before. Such fun. Omnidome Virtual Realty experience was Fantastic. Everything is Clean here. The Laser Tag room was terrific. Lots of hiding places. Very well organized from the moment you enter. And tons of fun
loved my experience here! all the workers are so kind and give the kids such a great time
Is a good place is very fun. Needs to be cleaner for next time. It smell funny
It's really good and fun for kids of all ages
They were patient and stayed later just to give us a great experience!
We go from 9-11 on the weekends for toddler jump. The price is right at $13 for one child 5 and under with accompanying adult. Great cold weather activity,
Always understaffed, lines are slow, half the games don't work at any given time.
My son is 12, and they do these things all the time. He and his buddies say this is the best of the tramp parks.
My family went here to celebrate multiple birthdays. Apparently the neighborhood is short of indoor places and this is everyone's Togo place for birthday parties and outings. Temperature sometimes goes out of control and feels suffocated for those waiting. Definitely not for kids since they have a gala time no matter if you go there everyday. Service is great with arrangements and food. The arcade is also well maintained. The newly added attraction is also widely accepted by kids of all age ranges. Maybe ad
What a joke of a place. The manager is incompetent and should not work with kids. I was there on 3/30 for a birthday party with my 5-year-old son. Everything was fine, and I did not make eye contact with him all the time. Then, about 20 minutes into the jumping session, he came to me with a bear foot holding launch park socks. We did not come with these socks. We went with different trampoline park socks. I asked him what happened and he told me that a man had taken his socks and told him to wear the launch
Disappointed with the highly questionable sales tactics at Launch. Been here twice recently and both times I had to threaten to leave before they'd let me buy just a jump pass (with no arcade) for my kids. So apparently their employees are instructed to tell people that individual passes are not available unless people threaten to leave. Their own advertising claims the package is a $3 discount, but how can a package deal be a discount if you cannot (officially) purchase the items individually?
such a fun place for teens and kids. staff is very helpful and overall just a great environment!
So. Many. People. It was super fun, though! Besides the fact that there were too many people/kids and the menu was kinda pricey. It was good, but I expected it to be a little cheaper. The prices for entry are decent too!
great place to bring kids and teens! great service and food ! my kids love it there 10/10
This place is a major RIPOFF!! Took my soon to be 5 year old granddaughter during school vacation. The trampoline part of the facility is great. However, the ARCADE is ridiculously expensive and IMPOSSIBLE to win a "prize" in those "claw" games where you control the hand that comes down and grabs a cheap stuffed toy. They are jammed in there so tight that you can't get anything. I spend over $40 trying to win one of those for her and I'm usually really good at these games. NOTHING. Will NEVER go the
Family of 4, we brought our 2 sons yesterday (12/19/23) first time here. We bought the supercharged tickets online and got the buy 4 get free pizza and pitcher of soda. Honestly a pretty good deal for unlimited laser tag 2 hours of jump/play time, arcade credits, and VR. Unfortunately there's a height requirement of 50inches for VR, which I've never seen anywhere else for VR, but this is disclosed on the website. Food was pretty good. Kids had fun. Inflatable pads were really under inflated, you would hit t
Such a fun place to go! I took my daughter on her school break and she's begging me to go back! She had the best time and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
My son has his birthday at Launch Norwood and all the kids had so much fun! His classmates even told me the next week how much fun they had. Launch took care of set up, plates, and clean up. it was so convenient to have the pizza at Launch, the pizza was really good. The staff was very nice to my son and guests. It was a hassle free day and I could talk to all the guests. I highly recommend parties at Launch Norwood.
I have to say...this place is pretty legit. I've been to this location for several birthdays of children, and every time I go it's the same exact experience. The bouncing is really fun, the food is surprisingly good, but I think what really makes this place so special or unique....is the staff. They're unbelievable. So nice, friendly, easy going. I like going to a place that is, idk, sort of old school....just bouncing, jumping, climbing and some throwback arcade games. It's a lot different than most
Awesome place to have a great time with your family and friends! All workers are respectful and kind, and are great with the kids! Highly recommend this place for a fun day or even a great birthday party!
This place is not here to make your kids happy. All they care about is your money. Between my family and another family we spent around $150 - $200 for less than 2 hrs and I was 10 tickets short on this little skateboard toy my 3 yr wanted (I had 10 tixs left and the skateboard was 20 tixs). I asked if I can just pay a few bucks so my daughter can have it. He told me he had to ask his manager and then came back and said his manager told him tixs only. So they wanted me to put more money in the card they pro
I just had my son's 10th birthday party there today. I was very upset because of two reasons. We were signed up to do laser tag for 30 minutes & we got 15 minutes. We were not on the list & I signed up for laser tag when I bought the tickets. Secondly, I rented a party room from 12 to 1230. The front desks said we were supposed to be in the Champion room. When we got up to the rooms, they had us in a different room on a list on the wall. I kept asking various employees if we could set up 5-10 minutes prior
Had a special birthday with my 18 year old twins and with friends and family. They enjoyed thier time but just wished they could have had more jumping time, had a blast at the semi small arcade but made the best of it. They got their birthday bags at the end with a t-shirt and jumping passes. Not quite sure what the passes are for but definitely planning on going back for my youngest son's birthday. The pizza was good and the server that was dedicated to our particular party was extremely nice. Definitely r
Had a great time. Me and my friends went there and got supercharged. We got extra credits and free pizza and drinks. The staff were really nice and helpful. Will definitely come back for the february break??
Staff is very friendly? great atmosphere my kids love it here, also they have great pizza and chicken? I can't forget about the complementary game card to play free games
Took my 2 sons and a friend to Launch this past weekend. Some teenagers were being rough with my 6-year-old and the staff was immediately on it. They were protective of my little one, de-escalated the situation, brought it to my attention and had the manager on staff speak with me and the boys. I was impressed by the proactive nature and handling of a difficult situation. Made me feel good that they were so watchful. I'll be back for sure!
Fun place but a bit disorganized. VR was down and not working the whole time, but they did honor our refund. A few of the arcade games didn't work and laser tag area was on the smaller side. The trampolines were bouncy and the ninja course was definitely legit. The only issue was the kids were everywhere. The attendants were very chill, too chill. They needed to help keep the flow of traffic one way on the ninja course and on the trampolines into the foam pit. We were there early in the day on a Saturday.
This place isn't worth it at all. This is really for kids 10 and older in my opinion due to the fact that you need to purchase a package that you cant technically use for a child younger. We used to go to simply jump but that's no longer an option. This place is also really nasty just an FYI. Go to Dave and Busters if you are looking for Arcade games. If you are looking to jump go to Fun city Trampoline park where it's fun and much cheaper.
This place is a concussion waiting to happen. Very little supervision. Big kids going like crazy not separated from the little kids. Nowhere but hard aluminum benches for the parents to sit. The sound is excruciatingly loud. The kids behind the food counter were very nice. But nobody was cleaning the dining area. The trash was overflowing the tables were disgusting. Pretty gross.
Games were fun and all working! Good especially pizza was fast and tasty- the boys liked it! Places for parents to sit are limited and uncomfortable. We tripped on a lot of shoes and jackets - maybe staff can do reminders and walk throughs?
Celebrated my 8yo birthday there yesterday. My son and all of our guests were super happy!! The staff was super kind and the entire event was planned perfectly. I know that we'll come back there and I know of a few of our friends who are planning their birthday parties there. Thank you Launch Norwood :)
Fun, but a little bit pricey. A fair amount of the arcade games were either out of order or not working properly. Staff was friendly. . . . It would also be a good idea to create some kind of storage/locker area for coats, shoes, hats etc. Piles of clothes and shoes all around the trampoline areas were a bit of a nuisance. All in all, a great place to take your kids.
So much fun! My 3.5 year old had a blast! I and the rest of my group had a wonderful time. If you have littles I recommend going during the toddler time Saturday and Sunday 9-11am. They open at 10am to the regular public and it gets packed.
My son loves Launch, we had birthdays here and even just came by just for the arcade one time. Great family establishment! Food isn't all that great but what can you expect honestly. Staff seem to always be vigilant and aware of the surroundings. Restrooms are fairly clean.
Had a good experience at a bday party. Only issue was that majority of Lazer tag vests didn't work, so only 4 kids could play at a time. We had 16 kids in the party. A lot of chaos and frustration. But besides that, great experience
I had my daughters party here. It was not what I had expected at all. The entire ladies room had no working bathrooms. The family rest room had no toilet paper. I told staff..no one seemed to care. About 30%-40% of the games were out of order. I was overcharged for 2 pizzas, but reimbursed for only 1. No one seemed to care, not even management. My recommendation is not to waste your money...I paid $552.00 and it was awful.
Let's be honest, you're not getting your money worth. Lowest price for an hr is $29. Bathrooms are dirty and handicap out of order, party prices are $700 just for teenagers to run the show. Ryan (manager) did nothing to ensure his employees wash their hands and change gloves. (I watched someone take their gloves off answer a call and then go back into the kitchen) that alone made me want to cancel my order not to mention I was already waiting for 30 minutes.
Went to launch and i had a great time. Every worker was very nice and very patient while i was picking how long i wanted to jump for. Definitely coming back soon, worth the money. Good vibes
If you're looking for a fun and active way to spend time with family and friends, Launch Trampoline Park in Norwood, Massachusetts is a fantastic option. With its wide range of activities, including trampolines, laser tag, and an arcade, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Let's start with the trampolines. The trampolines at Launch are state-of-the-art and very well-maintained, providing an excellent jumping experience for all ages. Whether you're an experienced trampolinist or just looking for a fun
The team at Launch hosted a party for my 9yo son. As usual, they did a great job. Highly recommended.
I was there on 2/25 for a birthday party, there was no place to store your things so I had to carry around shoes jackets and a diaper bag while trying to help kids jump. I think that for what people pay for birthday parties when you have a room you should have it for the whole allotted time so that people can put their things down if they need to, when you finally do get called upstairs to have your pizza and cake it's so rushed you can't even enjoy what you're there for then on the way out I went to use
My two year old daughter loves this place, as do I. We go on Sunday mornings when they have toddler time and she does a nice job of wearing herself out jumping on the trampolines and into the foam pits. They play kid friendly music as well which she enjoys dancing to. Definitely would recommend if you have a kid with lots of energy.
We went to Launch today for the first time and my boys, ages 5 and 7, had a fun-filled time. Between the trampoline park and large arcade area, there was plenty to keep them busy for the 2+ hours that we were there. The facility was clean and the staff was attentive. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
The girls who helped me with the party were great, but they only gave half an hour for kids to gobble down pizza and cake, not enough time, they were rushed through the experience, extreme overcrowding of trampoline area, half of our belongings in the cart went missing a or were misplaced around the park. I usually don't write negative reviews, but the but this is not worth the money they charge.
This is my 4 year old son's favorite place to go. Staff has always been wonderful and it's great for all ages but I highly recommend bringing the younger kids earlier in the day (toddler time is perfect!!) It gets pretty crowded by noon and it can be tough for the little ones to play because the older kids tend to overpower the place. The arcade is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars. The games are pricey and most of them don't even work. It's pretty disappointing. Other than that, we love it!
My daughter had fun, but I'm a little confused about how the wristbands work and how long the ?toddler? time actually is. By 10am older kids were coming in, but the website says toddler time on Sunday was from 9-11. There wasn't enough staff for check-in, just one cashier who looked pretty overwhelmed by the line, although she was very nice.
Great time with my family of 6! They have space for toddlers to teens and they had so much fun! My only regret is not bringing a towel, it's a serious workout for adults in the summer! They have a section for a quick bite to eat and a small arcade. For the price I was more than happy. Children 2 and under are free and get to use the trampolines too! The staff is all friendly and attentive, great place!
Trampoline fun is amazing. Arcades are amazing too. So is alcohol. But putting all 3 together is a little bit not superior. This place is a birthday party location for many kids. It is absolutely packed and off the wall. While it definitely is fun and kids will get their energy out, it is not always the most well run or organized. There were a number of spilled drinks on the floor, kids who had no idea what was going on, and loads of people waiting to figure out how to get onto the trampoline area.
Great experience for my 4 year old. Even though there were a bunch of older kids, he enjoyed himself. Good food options for kids and arcade was age appropriate for his age.
Went for a birthday party on a weekend afternoon. Place was insane. My 6yo had lots of fun jumping and falling into the foam block pit. Arcade was major disappointment. Some Grab machines were mostly empty. Other games were broken or didn't have a ball to throw or out of water. The self serve card kiosk was broken. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes for a card. The staff are all young but busting butts to get things done. The cashier gave me extra credits for the wait.
My daughter enjoyed this place thoroughly.
Nice experience with the entire family.
Its nit worth it as for a party the kids get 1 hr too jump then only 30 mins in party room the children need to eat pizza fast then sing happy bday and eat cake and ice cream all in 30 mins the soda are so flat and old and my nephew hurt his ankle and they didnt even have ice packs the serve sucks
Launch is the best for any ages it's so fun and the staff is so kind and welcoming
Went to launch today for the 2nd time. Place was clean but games are broken! 10 games out of an already small arcade were out of order. Staff didn't seem to care that a lot of games were out of service. It was just a way to kill an hour or 2 for us but if I had a party for my son here I'd be mad so many were out of order. Definitely go for the jump and skip the arcade.
Recently had my daughter's 9th birthday party here, and I'm giving a one star review for the establishment/management, NOT for the party or the employees who provided us with service. I was glad that my daughter and her friends had a mostly wonderful time - I mean, they're kids and it's a jumpy place, so, all good for them. What I was extremely displeased with and frustrated about was the experienced adult management on site, or lack thereof I should say. On a busy Saturday, there did not appear to be one a
Very crowded on Saturdays which is to be expected. The "arcade" was very limited and some were out of order. There's also very limited seating for adults. But overall my daughter that's 11 had a good time.
My very first time in this establishment. It was an uncomfortable feeling, the maintenance in this place isn't good. Trash and socks down the ramp walkway going towards the trampoline area. The sitting area, which is where you sit to eat your food was very disgusting. Food on all the tables floor and seats. I loved the place just maintenance needs to be kept up
I hope who reads this fixs the issues Well first the staff are friendly but don't look happy. They do have a few activities for kids other then the jumping area . But the floors were very dirty trash in a alot of areas and the bathrooms was disgusting dirty and smelled and u can see the wall hand a collection of snots and poop marks on the wall and no locks on the door for privacy... so this place can use some revamping...
This was an amazing experience for my son our family and friends. The staff was exceptional the way the greeted me, the way they attended to my needs. my host was amazing he answered my questions to the best of his abilities....cost was worth the experience....definitely recommend this place....it's also clean....and they have sufficient personal to attend to other guests. Thank You ??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
