Launch Family Entertainment Park Methuen

We had our son?s 4th birthday at Launch and had an amazing experience! There was something for everyone, from the toddlers to the teenagers and even the adults. Jack was our incredible host and he made sure everything went smoothly. Grateful for all the running around he did so that everyone could enjoy our son?s special day!

I hosted my son?s birthday party at launch and had the best experience! The manager was very pleasant and maintained in communication with me at all times. Our host Karla was amazing! She was very attentive and did her job with so much grace. Launch was very clean, and well kept compared to other trampoline places in the area. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their time!! I highly recommend Launch for your next birthday celebration!

Had my Son's Birthday here over the weekend on the vip deck plenty of space to spread out easy check in it was nice and clean lots of time to jump pizza and chicken finger platter was delicious you are able to bring your own fruit or veggie platter to have something to snack on but no outside hot foods would recommend to others for thier party and I may have another party here in future ?? ??

We hosted a birthday party here and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Jack was incredibly helpful in explaining everything, making sure we had everything we needed and guiding us through the couple hours we had booked. The facility was extremely clean, well supervised and exciting. Will definitely be going back!

My daughter had such a great time on her birthday celebration there. Friends and family enjoyed the great time spent at the Launch trampoline. Jack our host was awesome and couldn't be happier of all his amazing attention while there.

We had a party at Launch Methuen for my daughter?s 5th birthday. The kids had a wonderful time. The pizza was delicious and having the table set for the party was wonderful. I wish the staff was a bit more responsive with drinks and timing of pizzas to the room. We were told a shirt would be given to my daughter for all the kids to sign and that never arrived. Overall it was wonderful and all the kids had a blast.

Launch Methuen and host Lenny did a really nice job hosting my son?s birthday. They were very accurate with the timing of when food would be served, and checked in to see if there was anything else we needed throughout the party. I've been coming to this trampoline park for years, and I like how it is well-staffed it is in terms of safety and it is always clean. I would definitely have my son?s party here again!

This place was so much fun. Easy process to get my kids signed in and jumping around. The staff was so friendly especially, Nana. I hope she gets the praise that she deserves. We will definitely be asking for her on our next visit.

We celebrated our son?s 10th birthday at launch over the weekend and we had the pleasure having James as our host. He was amazing and extremely patient with our large group. We highly recommend doing parties there, the set up and clean up was all taken cared of. I even forgot the candles and they were ready with everything! We had a good time for my daughters birthday. Everyone was helpful and as a mom i just felt not stressed. I got there did a quick set up and enjoyed some time with my family. Also i felt it was a great price for celebrating at launch.

Came here for first time since my daughter was invited to a party there. Her younger brother was not but he wanted to stay and play. Taolan helped us with options and my son really enjoyed being able to play on their trampoline. He also enjoyed the slides and maze. Would definitely come back again.

I took 3 kids here today! Omg what an amazing experience. They built in a new toddler area with small climbing areas, little swings, slides and building foam blocks. There are a lot of areas to jump in and staff are ALWAYS watching and attentive to make sure kids follow the rules and aren't hurting eachother. The checkin is a disaster. The waivers REALLY slow things down a lot! I waited in line at least 20 minutes and the color band I got shorted me 20 minutes due to the line. They only had one person on a

Can't say enough great things about Launch Methuen for our daughter, Zara's, 5th birthday. From the booking and planning, and helpful calls with James and Gabby to the amazing staff during the event. We just had our son?s 7th birthday party at Launch. Overall, it was great. We had a few minor hiccups throughout the day. We reserved the VIP observing area but they didn't have a sign or anything so there was a lot of people who were trying to hang out in our area which was fine but we had such a large group, there wasn't enough space for extra. If you're just looking for your kid to jump around, it's not a bad deal for $22. However, if you're planning to also eat there, whether it's with a small group, or just for yourself, don't bother. No lie, it took 40 minutes for a solo order of chicken fingers and fries. When I finally got them, they were burnt. I pointed this out to the server who told me that the chicken fingers are "better that way." I asked for a different order of fries because I don't like charred fries. Had kids birthday party here. The assigned host George was awesome, was present to help with anything we needed, let us go at our own pace and was on top of everything from the start. 10/10 would recommend. The party rooms are separated enough from the jump area that the noise wasn't really an issue. We'll be back

Jenai and the rest of the staff were great in so many ways, but maybe the most memorable factor was how consistently and authentically enthusiastic she was throughout the entire party. She, and launch, really made sure my daughter had a fantastic and memorable birthday. For that, I am grateful.

Held My Granddaughter?s Birthday Party here. It was our first time at Launch. She and her Friends had a wonderful time!! The adults also had fun! I can't even begin to say how nice and helpful our attendant Zaki was dealing with a group of 6 year olds. He is an awesome young man!! This is our favorite jumpy place for miles. The managers and staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Everything is always clean and the equipment is frequently upgraded.

It depends on the package you buy. if you buy the $ 500 dollars, they give you pizza, ice cream, popcorn, juice, soda and they put part of the decoration of the same color that the place has, green and black. The bad thing is that you have to be quick to enjoy the little time they give you to play with the children on the trampolines, when your time is up, they take you out ??

If the admission to this trampoline park included the XP arena, it would easily be 5 stars. I can't even begin to tell you how upset I was when I paid almost $60 for 90 minutes for 2 children than to find out that more than half of their maze section was an additional cost. Without the xp arena, this isn't worth the visit and the whole experience is too expensive if added on. This review is to wake up management at this facility. On Wed 10/23 around 6:05 pm. I went inside to pay for an hour for my daughter to jump. When I got to the desk Jose the manager told me that the place would close in 30 Minutes next to him was another crew member and he told me that they basically don't sell tickets for half an hour so I left to the parking lot to look for another trampoline park to go. I took 3 kids myself and my fiance here. The kids had a blast. Most of the employees were great but there was a spilled soda in the walkway entrance to the trampolines and I alerted two employees 1 who said that wasnt their job and the other shrugged their shoulders. Maybe it wasn't their job but that's a safety hazard and my 3 year old cried from having wet socks for 20mins after stepping in it. My expirience with Adrianna was amazing. Even though I had a bit of trouble with the waiver, she helped me out, and it was amazing! The park was super fun too, especially for doing quads on the trampolines! ^_^

They have an arcade section and the trampoline side. I like that here have a section for toddlers. There are staff members walking around making sure everyone is safe but they don't get too involved so is nice that you can have a good time. They are small cubbies to place your belonging like shoes a s Sweaters but don't leave your wallet behind. Time saver: go online to sign the waiver you'll have to do it for each person who plans on jumping.

Jose the manager was very rude. I purchased did my reservation online for a play date. I arrived first and my invitees afterwards. I explain to Jose that we did the waiver online and he said that it was "impossible". He didn't believe me even when I showed him my emailed confirmation. And to top it all of he kick me out before my time was over. Not by letting me know but by telling my son and his cousin that they can't play anymore. Imagine my kid and his cousin leaving crying.

Fun clean environment first time here was very surprised my 3 year old had a blast was looking for some thing to do since it's the middle of December and it is pretty cold outside this place was great !

We had my son's 7th birthday yesterday at Launch. Colby was our host and I honestly can't say enough great things about him. He didn't miss a beat and I had 20 plus questions as soon as I walked in the door. Colby helped me decorate the room, clean up the room and was an unbelievably hardworking and kind person. The food was delicious and the pizzas were huge. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Launch!

February vacation and the maze is down and they don't have pizza. The tables and chairs where you sit to eat are a mess!

My 2.5 YO hasnt experienced anything like this before and he loved it! They have a toddler area so they can practice without big kids bumping into them. I paid $17 for an hour for an adult and the child is then free.
