Launch Family Entertainment Lansing

The girls spent their first day of Spring break at Launch. We did the escape room, which was fun, but not enough time (10mins) to find the clues to get out. They got the unlimited pass that included laser tag, dodge ball, and jumping for hours. They made a few new friends and had a blast.

We recently hosted a birthday party here, and it was an absolutely stress-free and fun experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we were especially grateful for Roan from the Launch team. His cheerful, energetic, and humble nature made a big difference. A huge thank you to the entire Launch team for making our son?s birthday such a memorable celebration!

Bought a party package for my 6 year old son?s birthday. He and his guests had a blast! Dad may have had a little fun doing flips too! The hosts were helpful and accommodating. The pizza is made onsite and surprisingly delicious! We've been to this location before and have always found it to be clean and well maintained. Looking forward to the next visit!

Launch is by far one of our favorite family entertainment venues in the Lansing area! It's clean, well maintained, and there's an overall nice flow to the experience of being there. We especially love their themed toddler times!

I have always been a fan of Jerry and his business, and his Launch Lansing location is no exception! Jerry and staff are kind, helpful, and cheerful. Launch is clean, fun, and all my summer kids loved it! My staff even got in some fun while hanging out with the kids and seeing everyone's smiles was fantastic! I'm pretty sure my daycare kids would love to make this a yearly thing!

We recently celebrated our 8-year-old son's birthday at Launch, and it was an absolute blast! The 3.25-hour experience, packed with trampoline fun, laser tag, and arcade games, kept all the kids entertained and thrilled. Our host, Roan, was phenomenal?going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel like truly satisfied hosts. We took my daughter here for her 11th birthday. She had a blast, the unlimited jump and Lazer tag prices were pretty fair. We enjoyed the small escape room and managed to survive the mine shaft. My only real complaint had to do with one of the girls working there with her toddler. She was so caught up in the guy she was flirting with she paid no attention to her daughter's diaper leaking everywhere nor the floor of children she was supposed to be monitoring. My son and I started to come when he was two years old. If you stick with them littles can definitely have fun as most people are very respectful of their space and exploration. They also have an employee on the jumping floor. My son is turning five soon and has a blast every time we come. We are extremely happy year round customers.

Everyone was so amazing!!! Had my son?s 6th birthday party yesterday. They made the planning easy online and over the phone if I had questions. Paige our party host Kathryn(?) up front! Caleb helped me decide it was right for our party in the beginning w how easy it was and how informative he was on the packages and what I could do for the party. My daughter absolutely loves Launch. It has always been very clean upon entry and exit. They have an awesome set up of the separate areas for arcade games, food areas and laser tag. The only thing I wish they offered more seating on the side of the actual trampoline area. It tends to be crowded especially during the holiday breaks. They have a toddler area with a small sign however I would suggest possibly more signage or a colored tape for the area. The bigger kids tends to run throughout the toddler area

The family had a great time, and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Kayleigh behind the snack counter was particularly wonderful, and the pizza she made was really good; not only that, but it appeared she was training a new employee, and she was very graceful with him while also serving her customers.

Birthday party, kids had a fabulous time. The staff was very attentive. Kristyna was our hostess. She was on top of taking the adults food order, so the kids food and adult food came together. She served all the kids there pizza and drinks. We will definitely go back. The kids jumped for an hour and a half. Then lunch, played Laser tag then on to the arcade. All included in price. Stopped in on a Saturday at noon so it was quite busy. We purchased 1.5 hr jump sessions for a 9 and 3 year old and they enjoyed their time. As an adult who likes to join in on this fun, I felt I couldn't because there were so many kids and not nearly as much jumping real estate as some of their competitors. Their jumping options felt limited and standard and I'm not sure the cost was worth the experience for the family. As a parent that homeschools, I am always looking for activities to keep my 7 year old busy & active. Great facility for kids and we enjoy it a lot every time we go. A few minor things I would recommend to make it a top-notch place, like: healthier food options for kids, a slightly less noisy arcade area, better protected toddler jump area, and better breakdown of membership options. But all in all, this place is exciting and does exactly what a fun place like that should do, it gets you to jump and bounce and have fun, and launch your energy in the right direction. Thanks guys.

Was my first time with the family at Launch and let me say it was awesome! So many things to do at this trampoline park, from obstacles, beams, tight ropes, dunk hoops, laser tag, and massage chairs! If you're going for the first time you'll have to buy their special socks but keep them so you don't have to buy them again it will save you money!

We visited for our grandchilds birthday. We had a party planner that made sure the events happened on time. Bouncing and lazer tag. And the arcade, tokens included for each child. The pizza that came with the birthday package was great. This is a really fun place to have a birthday party. We are already making plans for our other 2 grandchildrens birthdays.

Bring extra money for the Arcades is a rule of thumb whenever coming here. The lines can get long but on days like today [ Sunday ] there was no line. Tons of fun here. I never knew how much energy it took to jump on trampolines. Time goes both slow and fast and never lacking in enjoyment. Trust me, you and your kids will love it here.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! In a time where most places are lacking in customer service, this place SHINES with fabulous customer service. We had a large event and they took care of EVERYTHING! I was able to relax and enjoy a stress free evening! All the employees were so joyful and helpful! We will be back again next year!!! This place is AWESOME! However a bit pricey. You have to buy socks from them to be able to bounce which is a bummer. But overall it's awesome. They have arcade games and laser tag as well. They have different areas of bouncing. For example a Dodge Ball jump area, a Course that reminds you of American Ninja Warrior, Toddler area, Basketball jump area and then common jump space area. You will definitely have a great time.

Launch was so much fun!!!! My friends and I had a lot of fun in dodge ball. I enjoyed when the employees joined in. Especially Roan he was very nice and friendly.

We held my husbands 35th birthday party here. It was a blast. We had a party full of adults, it was great. Even though there were several other parties and other guests, it wasn't crowded. We didn't have to wait for any of the activities. We loved laser tag, too! Our party host, Trayshawn, was delightful. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made our experience top notch. We will be back!

My 7 year old had a good time. The bundle packages are worth it. We did jump, laser tag and used our arcade tokens and we had a blast. Would recommend! It is in the mall but it does have its own entrance.

Having a birthday party at a time of year where inclement weather can derail the entire day, the staff worked with me to find the most economical option for our situation. None of the party plans really fit our party, but the owner worked with me to come up with an alternative. He provided us with a party planner (Heather) who was WONDERFUL and the kids spent 5 hours at Launch and were still not ready to leave! I would recommend Launch to any parent of tweens/teens for their birthday.

First time at Launch for a birthday party. The concept/space isn't as open as other trampoline parks as I've gone to. But they do have other things to do like laser tag and arcade games. Pizza was good and staff were nice.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because although the Spring Break Special we got was a good deal, I found the regular pricing to be too high. Otherwise, the place is great! Tons of room, lots of activities, food available, clean, with friendly staff. Very happy to have gone!

We went with the intention of just jumping. However, when we got there I saw the $99 deal and that was perfect! Having 4 kids let them have fun jumping, battled each other in laser tag, and got a pizza snack on the way out! Only complain is the pepperoni pizza we got only had like 6 pepperoni?s on the entire pizza.

Had the very best customer experience at the Lansing/Okemos location. Would like to thank Matt and staff for helping a poor Daddy make his 11 yr old Birthday Girl so happy, despite his errors. We are frequent fans, the jumping and arcade during toddler time is always clean and safe and fun. We enjoy the music and the staff is always positive and Sam was super helpful. Always an amazing experience with the kids. The General manager is awesome and we had the best laser tag experience today with Hannah! She is fun and friendly and makes it fun for everyone!

The kids had fun, although it wasn't clear that there were specific start times for the trampolines until after we purchased the tickets that were for a time slot that was 15 minutes in the past. I also wasn't impressed by an employee who was pressuring the kids to install an app without even consulting with an adult first. Most of the kids were under the age of 13 which may under the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Rule require explicit parental consent.

We had the best time at Launch. Came with my son and he had a blast. Gabe and Kayeleigh were so nice and attentive and even played with my boy a little. Great staff members!! Gabe deserves a A+ for his hard work.

This is a great location for a birthday party or if you want your little to expend some energy on a day off school. Especially when you have no plans because you never know what they are going to be willing to do that day without hours of arguing. So yeah, this place was great.

Everything is great, including the service! The only problem is the food, it's good but the pizza has WAY too much cheese and breadsticks are spicy! The fruit it also cut pretty bad, Melons have some rind left. But please cut back on the cheese. The adults had a hard time with it too. So the kids were worse off.

My son had his birthday party there today and it was awesome! It was well worth the money. There was a absolutely no headache in the process. My daughter had her birthday party at Launch. The staff were prepared and attentive. Additionally, one of the staff members, (who was still in training!) Annelise, did an amazing job with the children (Ages 5-7). She encouraged them to try different activities and even jumped with them a bit! This was much more than I expected from our party host, and it was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend having a party here!

This was an amazing place to have a field trip. My 7th graders had a ton of fun jumping and playing laser tag. And the pizza was amazing! Jerry, Kaitlynne, James, Heather, and Marvin did a wonderful job taking care of our group. We will definitely consider bringing our students back in the future!

We had a birthday party for my nephew at the beginning of February. It was amazing! Our party coordinator, Max, was so attentive and helpful. He knew what we needed before we did, and was so willing to help with a last minute guest shuffle. Highly, highly recommend Launch for a hassle-free party.

This past summer my daughter did a half camp at Launch and had such a great time! She loved jumping, making friends, and doing crafts! She can't wait to go back this year for a full day camp! An amazing place! We go here regularly. Our 5 year old enjoys all the trampolines and games the place has to offer. We also hosted his 5th birthday party there. It was amazing and everyone had lots of fun. The employees of Launch did everything possible to make sure the party went smoothly and everything went great. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Loved it. My kids loved the laser tag especially. Really nice set up for that. We also tried the mini escape room. You had 10 minutes to get out - it was right at their level so that I didn't have to do much. And the staff was amazing. High quality business. Everything was clean. Will be going back.

I took my grandsons to celebrate their birthdays--they had been there for a party a few weeks earlier but I had not. It was a lot of fun for them (ages 12 & 14) and they talked positively about the staff and experiences from the first visit. Held a birthday party here, everything was great. Clear communication, staff double checked everything with us, even let us add on a few extras at the last minute. Everything was as advertised on the website. Birthday room was simple but it did the job. Kids loved the ice cream sundaes and various activities. Seemed well staffed (Sunday afternoon). Met my granddaughter's family here on October 8, 2023 for my great granddaughter's 4th birthday. Some of the employees were very rude to them. My granddaughter had a cup with some candy in it. My son played games at the arcade and the last game he played wasn't working but it took his credits. He was devastated (he's 6) but the manager, Jerry, more than made it right! I was hoping to just get the credits returned to the card but Jerry gave my son free play on the game so he could "win". Have taken my kids here once and planning to again. Had some confusion on redeeming some World Jump Day passes and Jerry cleared it up for us, great guy! The place is fun for kids and adults, there are also areas where non-jumpers can hang out and watch parts of the activities. We did pizza and other food on our last visit and it tasted good, kids ate it up! Make it a full night and you can slide in some kart racing on the other side of the mall after your jumps!

I felt like we were in prison. Not allowed to have my purse, my phone, coats or any other belongings. They said ?rent a locker, for a dollar,? however, EVERYTIME YOU OPEN THE LOCKER ITS ANOTHER DOLLAR! Staff and management are totally amazing! Both of my children lost their game cards before closing, and the manager, did not hesitate to help me with a smile. Very friendly and the pizza, hospitality and overall friendly atmosphere is what birthdays or fun days need.

We attended the Toddler Time on a Friday with our 2 year old son. The place was packed (and we got there right when it began.) I would've loved it if they capped the attendance sooner than they did as it would've been more enjoyable. The park is great though. Well maintained, clean and lots of fun options for kids and adults. The staff were all very friendly as well.
