Beware of birthday package. Did not get a host as promised. No one ever asked if we were OK or needed anything. Pitcher sat unfilled and no party room decorations or birthday plates etc. It was too hot in there as well. Not too amused for what we paid for.
Nice place for birthday parties or family outings. Chuck e cheese 2.0. Really good food, full bar for parents, lots of machines for kids, bowling, putt-putt. There's even axe throwing and cornhole for adults in the very large secluded back section. 9/10 only because the machines cost a lot of credits, but there are days where the machines are half off.
We took the kids school shopping at the outlet mall today and decided to stop here to end the day! The employees were nice, and our babies enjoyed themselves! You can tell by a few small details that the place is fairly new and with a few tweaks, they'll be good to go. I hope they stay in business because it's a cool little spot to visit. We ordered Buffalo and teriyaki wings, both were good. The loaded nachos were good and a very large portion. I ordered the margaritas pizza but was disappointed that the
Decent place as long as they aren't "too busy to serve you". I waited for 10 minutes before someone came out to ask if I needed help. I said I'd like to order food and they told me they were too busy for any food orders. This would have been acceptable if I wasn't one of only 4 individuals in the entire location.
The bowling lanes are not waxed at all. Paid for two hours and won't even be staying the whole hour. Lane 8 is also warped to the left.
My husband called and asked about bowling. The person on the phone said we could come in and bowl, and we could use the kids bowl free until 3 pm. So, my family drove 40 minutes to come and bowl for my son?s birthday. After arriving the two kids at the desk, a male and female, tell us that we cannot bowl until AFTER 3pm due to a field trip! If that were the case they should have told us that when we called, NOT after we drove 40 minutes. We could not wait until 3 because one of my other sons had to
What a fun little place! Went on a weekday during the day with my son and what a pleasant surprise! It was not over crowded and everything in the arcade/mini golf/ restaurant was very well kept. Will definitely be back. My only complaints were with the self kiosk card machines not working & the hurricane simulator machine being cash only but the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. Also the mini golf course is a little different but I prefer it over the indoor course at Scene75. And it was only $10
I absolutely loved this place! There is plenty of arcade games to choose from at a reasonable amount of money! The bowling alley is very nice and costed $13 per person for AN HOUR which is not bad at all! Putt putt was a blast even if there were only 7/8 holes working. As an addition, the food at the restaurant was a 10/10, it tasted delicious. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back! :)
launch was so much fun for the entire family. Bowling, putt putt golf, games, skilled games and of course the delicious pizza and area for parents to relax while having some adult time as the kids have a blast!!! It's definitely our spot to go for fun. The staff is beyond great!! They make your experience so easy and especially if you are a first timer, they will make sure you know everything!!! Plenty of room too. It would be hard to over crowd the area is very big. Thank you Launch!!!
I walked into the launch and it was really fun. I met a man named Ryan Chase Thomas he was very cute and funny. He showed great manners and makes a great pizza. This employee needs a promotion and/or raise. Make it happen launch people love ya Ctizzle
Stopped in here with a friend for a few minutes with the 8 kids we have between us. The store was not busy so the kids had free run and they had an absolute blast! The girls working were so sweet and so helpful! I'm not much one for arcade type places because they are usually dirty, this place was so very clean! There are a lot of reviews about things out of order. We did see a couple but honestly, today with supply shortages, I'm not sure how anyone keeps anything running 100%! There was plenty to do. We d
We had fun the food was really good The employees are very nice
absolutely horrible bowling experience, the pins are held up by strings. half of the arcade games don't work, and half the working games don't give you tickets. prizes are almost unattainable. if you have young ones wanting to bowl do NOT expect to get a dragon roller. there is only one in the entire building. food is overpriced. for three regular size drinks it was $15. expect to spend hundreds at this place for a very limited experience compared to magic mountain or dave and busters for less money and mor
This was a great experience for us. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of Launch!
We bought a Groupon for 1 hour of bowling for 4, 1 Topping Pizza, and 4 unlimited soft drinks. The associates behind the counter were eager to help us and pointed us in the right direction to order our pizza and drinks. They also helped take our bowling shoe size and the lane we used. We had to Groupons to use, so our party was a total of 8. The only negative thing was that it was hard for all of us to complete 1 game of bowling in an hour for such a big party. They did give us a little more time to finish,
This was one of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had. As a glimpse into the level of unprofessionalism, our visit ended with the GM holding his badge in my face saying, "I'm the GM, and my name is Ben, so you can go ahead and post a terrible google review with my name saying that I'm an a-hole because I'm sure that's what you're going to do anyway." This was after 10 minutes of him telling me how rude I was and that he didn't have time for people like me. I was so caught off guard, and I was genuinely
Overall, it was a decent place for kids. The prices are a little high ... especially for the food, because the food is subpar. The girl who checked us in was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the employees working the food area. She accidentally overcharged me $22 and never even said sorry! She acted like I did something wrong just because I discovered the overcharge! Other than that, it was okay. Just be prepared to spend a lot of money! I would love to see the addition of som
We made a trip from Columbus to visit this place. It's nice and shiny and new looking. It's attractive with nice lights. There were several issues with the details, though. There are only 8 holes for the computerized putt putt. It was actually a cool concept, though. One of the holes, though, wasn't working. That would be fine if there were 18 holes, but 1/8 is something like 12% of the course being down. We were told ?sorry?, but no financial resolution was offered. In principle, it should?ve been a few bu
Our favorite hidden gem We find ourselves here even on a random weekday for pizza and after school fun. They partner with Groupon and have amazing deals. And delicious food. Wonderful atmosphere for all ages. Who doesn't love an arcade?! Set up similar to a Dave and busters / scene 75 on a smaller more intimate feel.
I came into this place last Saturday with my niece and nephew on a whim while I was passing through and I can't say I was impressed. In fact, by the time I left, I was very displeased. First off, my niece and nephew love trampolines, so when I heard there was a trampoline park nearby I was excited and thought it would be fun to stop by and check out this place- wrong! There were no trampolines. But there were other things to do, so I was going to let it go. Secondly, and this was the main reason that upse
A huge THANK YOU to Launch in Jeffersonville for an outstanding Field Trip for our students today. The staff was professional, friendly, and interacted with all of our students. The food was delicious and the service 5 star! Thank you!!!
Our family always have a great time when we come here!
Staff is super friendly and helpful! Clean environment. Competive pricing in our opinion. Fried ravioli is amazing. Pizza is good. Nachos are not nachos. They are chips with cheese dip. Bowling was a great bang for the buck! Food was ready quickly. Nice variety of games. Only one game was out of order. Will definitely be going back.
The website, at least the mobile version, is misleading when you click on attractions it takes you to the trampoline park. This was the activity my son chose for Christmas break based on that, but it's ok he's enjoying the arcade games. The issue is that when I tried to explain the website error to an employee, she was EXTREMELY rude. I didn't need a lecture, thanks. And just FYI, when I navigate to your location page, the only option it gives is view attractions, which takes you right back to the trampolin
I can't begin to describe how terrible this place is, particularly management. A week or so ago, I witnessed a manager berate a woman who was nothing but polite when trying to request a refund when their bowling lanes were clearly not functioning for well over 45 minutes. This woman was yelled at by a manager named Ben (I know his name because I saw him shove his badge in her face and repeated tell her his name was Ben and to go ahead and leave a bad review). I will not be spending hard earned money at a pl
Sharing in case it can prevent another family from falling into the same trap. Plus, ?THE GENERAL MANAGER?BEN!? let us know he was eagerly awaiting this review and I don't want to disappoint. Launch is 2 hrs away, but my son really wanted to go to a trampoline park. 1st surprise: this is NOT a trampoline park. But they have an arcade/bowling so we were like whatever. We had 4 adults, a kid and 2 babies. We bought 2 game cards. 2 ppl went to the arcade, the rest to bowl. 3 frames in, the pins wouldn't rese
I was just walking around the Destination Outlets. I stumbled upon Launch! I decided to walk in and check it out! WOW! Was I impressed?!?!?! The service was amazing! I had a tall blonde girl help me, her name was Calleigh and she was such a sweetheart. She was able to get in my request of wings within an 8 minute time span. I will make sure to bring my kids here next time for their birthday party!
We traveled there for a reason. The opening statement of this review is sarcasm based on one of the staff members saying "There is an out of order sign on that machine for a reason" (even though it worked). Overall we were expecting a pleasant experience for the family... The entire staff appeared to lack the basics of personality and everyone just appeared blah aka bothered to be there. Many of the RFID enabled put-put golf stations said they were out of order on the screens. And during play we had ba
Booked a birthday party here for my 6 year old niece. Our hostess Kaylin H. was amazing. She went above and beyond she was great with the birthday girl, and played with the kids. Would definitely recommend booking your parties here.
It's a shame to have to write this but I witnessed something vile happen this Saturday at this business. 2 of the managers there that day were incredibly disrespectful and aggressive towards a customer. My family and I just happened to be close by and we witnessed as the general manager, who screamed that his name was Ben, yelled and belittled this poor customer for simply asking a few questions and giving some feedback. The way this manager, Ben, behaved was so obscene and disgusting, I don't think I'll ev
Love this place. One of the only places locally that has StepmaniaX. Reasonable prices. Good food.
Good place for kids party, food is good, games are good but not a lot
This place is meh. I think they should replace the putt putt with more arcade games, there aren't very many. There was also like 4 that were not working. The bowling was fun but it was incredibly hot in that section. We were all semi drenched in sweat. The prices to play were decent. I would probably visit again but realistically would only go maybe one more time, its repetitive since there isn't much to offer. Dave and busters or scene 75 are definitely better.
Took our kids there for own son?s birthday, had a great time bowling and hanging out. Thanks to Kaylin Hughes for all the help making our experience wonder! Highly recommended
It was ok. We got there 2 hours after it opened. There was some kind of event going on, and they had the games all turned off. We had to wait 20 mins for the event to end before playing. Then another 10 mins for the games to load up to be able to play. Staff was friendly and it was well cleaned. However, I'm not sure we will be back. I took two 5 year olds to this visit. There weren't many games that they could play. Maybe 10 of them bc about a handful of them where shut down and the mini golf was also d
It was ok. Not as big as I thought. My 7 and 9 year old had fun. I love the concept of their putt putt game. One hole was out of order but they discounted the cost. Service was really good. Had fries and onion rings and they were just ok. There were a few games out of order.
We really were impressed with the place on all accounts. Cleanliness, customer service and the food was fresh hot & delicious and very large portions. KYLI was very helpful, huge smile, informative about the items available and help with boxing our huge leftover foods to take home. We also had assistance from Gwen and Geoya and unfortunately I forgot the girls name who sold our game package when we first arrive but she had a smile also. But again Kyli was very attentive and checked on us several times to
Some activities include bowling, arcade, VR King Kong, 4D Typhoon movie with 10 to choose from, several entertaining lucky putt games (if you aren't familiar with them I strongly suggest you visit for the experience), and a few VR games. The amount of credits for the games are fair. The staff are friendly but one in particular stood out from the rest and her name is Katie. She was friendly, courteous, helpful and welcomed me within seconds of walking into the building.
I have not tried the food, but have been told it is good "bowling alley fare". It has 8 or so bowling lanes and many arcade games. Fun place, nice folks.
Awesome staff, 1-3 pm 1/2 price games. After 4 pm, 1/2 price appetizer. Everything was working and had fun games.
Went to check out this new addition to the outlet mall. It looks like a lot of fun. Lots of games, bowling, put put golf and more. They have pizza, wings, snacks and ice cream at their food counter. Great place for group outings, birthday parties, social gatherings and family fun. Check out their website for specials.
Staff was very accommodating and the place was very clean. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely go back. Layla and Jess were the best!
Had a good time there. Kids had a blast, place was clean and all the games worked. Bowling was good and even did putt putt. Food was good also. Will be back!
The best place at mall! We've been here a few times now and have had no issues. It's clean and games are well maintained. Kaylin is a great host and highly recommend!
Fun good pizza and plenty of games
This looks like a really good place to go and have fun. I couldn't believe there is a bowling alley! I wish there were more/better stores to shop at to bring you more business.
A very fun place, seems like people don't know it's here, had a great time and hope to make it back again one day.
Got there early, and not much of a crowd ran into some friends. The kids blew through the card pretty quickly on the claw games. They had fun, that's all that matters
I thought this was a trampoline park but it is an arcade with bowling.
I'd give zero I'd I could! This place is a joke! Nothing works correctly! Expensive, and rude staff! I should have known when I came on a Saturday and there was only about 20 people here, I should have turned around and walked away! Bad experience!
Ashley was great. She really connected with my daughter. Highly recommend for a family fun environment.
Ashtyn was very helpful with everything even when a game broke down she knew exactly what to do. Just her happy attitude was enough to want to come back
Great place employees are great during the day don't know much about the evening shift food is great no beer yet that sucks I like a cold 1 when I bowl have not got to try mini putt putt yet it's been down also no milkshakes yet I hope they get there mixer and not do way with it and replace it with funnel cake fries other than that the other half and I really enjoy it there
Great experience! Food- good prices and large portions Bowling- great deal!! Games- lots of winners Prizes- the best I've seen at an arcade
We visited for the first time and the young lady that helped us there was super friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you kaylin we will be back!
Calleigh Wead was very pleasant and kind! So awesome to see our youth growing up to be respectable individuals!!
Would be a good place if the customer service was better. They wouldn't refund me any of my money for the games that messed up and took my money. Probably won't return.
Took the son ! He had a blast! Very clean and nice we'll be back food is not bad either
The massage chair was pretty crazy. Shout-out to Gavin, very sweet and helpful young man ??
i went there not expecting much of the place, but it turned out to be fun. The staff was great, especially Calleigh
Foods Ok, place is awsome. Staff is amazing. For a little town location this place is a go to for me and the family.
I came in earlier today. I really enjoyed the pizza and Calleigh was amazing and very helpful!
Arcades, Bowling, Mini Golf! SO much fun!!! Destination Outlets is now officially THE BEST outlet mall in Ohio!!
It's listed as a trampoline park they do not have trampolines but they have bowling and putt putt and arcade games we took our granddaughters they had a good time.
I've never been I don't even know if it's open yet but I did demolition in the store to get it set up for the new place "LAUNCH". I believe this place has great potential.
Fun place to kill a few hours. The prize counter is lacking and needs a few bigger/better prizes to strive for (Switch/PS5/Pokemon).
Fun place and good food. Some equipment was not working and it was rather expensive to play games.
Such a nice, clean, and fun environment. Cameron helped us and he was fantastic!
Great place to take the family Great service amazing food and a great time can't beat it
Such a fun place! Calleigh was a great worker and made the experience memorable
we had a person called calleigh, helped me pick out food, great person, deserves a raise
Awesome place. My family really enjoyed this place. They are reasonably priced with plenty to do.
Really, it's too expensive, and you can not play as much as you paid if you compare to Chuck e Cheese I don't recommend it at all
Calleigh helped us a lot with choosing what to order. The food was great!
Was amazing! I definitely recommend Kailyn she is very helpful and talented.
Worst place for arcade games we went and there was only handful of games and the ones we wanted to play were broke every time we go and it's lame games
Kids had a fun time.
Calleigh made our food and it was great. Went in on last Sunday!!
Jessica mcglone she was so helpful.. I seen her fixing the machines that was messed up
Rude staff, management seems unorganized. I would look at other places before coming here. Website inaccurate. Overall disappointed.
Our server named mylee did an awesome job!!
There was a girl named kaylin that was so helpful when I came in on Sunday!
Really neat place! Lots to do, kid friendly and adult friendly too!
kaylin was so amazing and helpful throughout everything will be back
Had a party for my son. The hostess was great!
Fire? Kaylin Hughes was very helpful during our visit!
It's just ok. Staff is very nice, but a bit underwhelming for the price.
Great place y?all just need salsa for the nachos lol
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
