We had our son's 10th birthday here. It was a blast! The kids had an amazing time and the team were great at accomodating extra guests and late arrivals. Our host was friendly, helpful, and made the experience easy for me. At the end of the night, I got a round of drinks at the bar for the parents. I had a delicious strawberry lemon drop made by Kiava! Definitely would recommend for a birthday celebration!??

This was not our first time. I took my daughter and some friends. Great experience, wait for food can be a little long but I do want to give a big shoutout to MarMar who made sure my salad was made fresh and much better because there was an issue with the original. I booked a party for my son. The host Ms Chantell was very polite and met all our needs. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we didn't need for anything. For my son birthday party we had two host Dari & Chantell both ladies were great! They were attentive, communicated and corrected anything that was wrong. Their patience and amazing spirit truly added to the celebration of my son. Great attitudes and great team work. If one did not know the other one did. They worked well together. There were not enough registration/cashier stations available, which left people standing in line for quite a long time, with impatient children. This is a fun place, but it's a little unorganized. They don't have enough lockers, and a lot of their games wasn't working, but needless to say the bounce House, the trampolines, the basketball rims, and the DodgeBall was fun as hell.
